Name Ayari Sakura
Age: Twenty-One
Gender: Female
Height: 5'1
Weight: 97lbs
Alignment: Good
Birth Date: March 27th
Birth Place: Shibuya, Japan
Skills/Talents:
Backpack Contents:
- Several writing pads for taking notes of any ideas, she might get in the Digital World for future character design in her games. Along with various pens and pencils for writing and drawing, if necessary.
- A fancy laptop with touch screen; used for drawing and 3D models on the go.
Digivice:
Ayari has a golden Xros Loader with a intricate pattern, similar to that on Ropuremon's Sword and Shield, carved into the outer shell. While, the inner buttons and dial are a brilliant crimson red.
Personality:
Ayari can best be described as a ‘Reverse Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing’; as in the eyes of her co-workers; Ayari appears sly, untrustworthy and even mean but in fact she is the exact opposite.
A bright and very honest but shy mess putting on a brave and almost false smile. Struggling to talk to those around her and to make friends, but being reveled upon anyway by the higher ups for her great work which causes a further envious divide between herself and her co-workers. Ayari is polite and hard-working, despite all the problems, she finds in the workplace. She carries on with her work, regardless. However, she can easily lose her cool when under serious amounts of stress.
Ayari tries to be rational in unfamiliar situations, which can often lead her into trouble. Although, she has a knack for organization and finds pleasure and happiness in finding order in things that are inefficient or uncoordinated, especially in her work and with her co-workers in the Character Design team.
Appearance:
Pronounced cat-like features and expression with a single fang-like tooth poking up from the bottom lip, most evident when she smiles. This tooth has given her the nickname; snaggletooth to Ayari’s dismay and annoyance.
Sharp blue eyes that give the incorrect impression of a sly or untrustworthy nature; proven by the way that Ayari’s coworkers treat her.
Long black, doll-like hair. Which, Ayari keeps usually tied up with pink hair-bobbles in the shape of Sakura flowers into two tails on each side of her hairline.
Dresses and skirts over pants. At work tends to dress, professionally, unlike most of her coworkers who dress casual. Although, the suit she wears tends to look oddly more like a school uniform, highlighting the fact that Ayari looks younger than she actually is.
Personal History:
Ayari joined Banzai as a Character Designer following her studies of art and design for two years. As she always knew that she wanted to be a part of the game industry and always made her own drawings and designs for her own game ideas as well as fan art for games that she loved.
Thanks to her skills as an artist and thanks to her ability to quickly and efficiently pick up 3D modelling; Ayari was soon tasked with her first assignments for the game that Banzai was at that point – in the midst of designing for.
As Ayari flourished and was given greater and greater tasks from creating simple models for NPCs to creating NPCs with greater importance to the story. Her co-workers began to grown envious and annoyed with the young girl, thinking that she was being given handouts by the higher ups and not earning her place fairly. This created a divide between Ayari and her co-workers which only grew larger as she was promoted to Lead Character designer for the following game. But undeterred, Ayari continued to plan concepts for this new game. However, Ayari was running into ‘drawer’s block’ and was struggling to pin down a concept for the main character lead.
