Personality: Koemi (but... but you can call her Koko if you want!) is kind of a goofball, constantly trying to be the center of attention. She's cheerful and always full of energy, a constant ball of sunshine and optimism, but she had nothing substantial to back it up. She's easily flustered, constantly tripping over her own two feet, and almost always the butt of someone's joke. But while getting picked on stings a little bit, Koemi's just happy to be receiving the attention!
Because she's a small child with no particularly standout qualities, Koemi makes up for her various ineptitudes and embraces her failures, having become something of a class clown in the eyes of her peers. Many people are likely laughing at her rather than with her, but Koemi's doing the best she can, and so long as she's making people laugh and smile, it should be enough, right?
While Koemi is all-too-eager to please everyone around her, she's quite reclusive when she has time to herself. She has an overactive imagination that sometimes skews her sense of reality, so she's more than willing to believe in things like ghosts, aliens, and all sorts of fantastical wonders beyond the veil of common sense. She learned to read at an early age, and spent a majority of her primary school years with her nose in a book, reading up from children's fairy tales up to various, harder to read fantasy series.
And while Koemi's sense of morals and ethics haven't become set in stone just yet, she tends to adhere to the various children's stories and parables when trying to decipher between right and wrong. To Koemi, if you do good things then you're being a good person, and when you do bad things you're being a bad person. But even if you're a bad person, you should always be given the chance to be a good person again.
As such, Koemi can be a bit too trusting of people that are clearly taking advantage of her. But even if Koemi realizes this, helping other people is a good thing, so she'll likely go along with them anyways, if only to be a good person.
Appearance: Koemi has dark magenta eyes and medium-length hair worn up in a pair of curled, cone-shaped buns held by yellow bows, mainly because she thinks it makes her look fancy. She wears a pale pink long-sleeved top with a pale yellow and fuchsia vest, layered pale pink and magenta mini-skirt, white stockings with pink stripe, and a pair of pink and white sneakers. Koemi often has a bright and sunny smile on her face, almost permanently stuck on there even when she's flustered or confused, which can be quite often.

Personal History: Born in raised in Shibuya, Koemi is no stranger to crowded spaces. Her parents don't seem to be anyone special, just a lovey-dovey office worker and housewife, and they spoil Koemi perhaps a bit too much. Early on, she's perhaps a tad bit shy, preferring to avoid crowds and keep to herself. She's never had much confidence in herself, but she became adept at reading very early on, and engrossed herself in the fantastical worlds the pages had to offer. Books were so much better than the classmates who picked on her because she always spoke too soft, or too slow, or stumbled through her words when she tried to speak up louder, or tripped over seemingly nothing. For a little while, her books were the only thing she could find comfort in.
But ironically, it was the same books that she found solace in that began to create a little void in her heart. Because Koemi realized that there was an underlying theme in all the stories that she enjoyed. The prince meeting the princess and discovering true love. The merry band of unlikely adventurers who ended up saving the kingdom. All of her favorite tales that she liked to vicariously live through were about heroes and heroines that accomplished great deeds... but they were never alone. And while her books did a number of positive things for Koemi, and practically formed the person that she currently was, and as much time as she spent alongside the characters in the pages she loved so much, they couldn't make her feel less alone.
So Koemi made a promise to herself. By the time she got into junior high, she was going to become... popular! Koemi was a good person, and knew that she would definitely be able to make a bunch of friends if she just tried hard enough, right? Well... unfortunately for Koemi, the stigma of the weird, clumsy, bookworm kind of stuck. And just because she had decided to change herself didn't make her any less inept. It was really scary for her, but she had learned that just a bit of bravery could take her a long way. She had started reading a ton of books on how to become popular and make lots of friends, but every attempt resulted in disaster, and her attempts to make friends just made her classmates laugh at her even more.
But... Koemi just had to keep being brave! She just needed to stay positive, keep being a good person and doing nice things, and eventually people's opinions would change, right? And the hole in her heart formed by loneliness would eventually be filled, right? Because eventually, good things will always happen to good people...

Personality: In life, you will eventually meet people who are the life the the party. Whose natural charisma brings joy and happiness to everyone they meet, and when you're around them, you can't help but smile. And when they're around, everything around you just seems so much more... vivid.
That... is not the case for Wish. In fact, it's almost the complete opposite. When it comes to social gatherings, Wish is the person who is best left ignored, for when you try to include him in on things, everything just seems to get worse. Wish is dour, almost never paying attention to anything in particular, and just never seems interested in anything, ever. He spends most of his time sleeping and eating, and ignoring the world around him.
It's easy to assume the worst about Wish, that his actions and lack of any worldly desires save for food and rest is a cry for help, but ultimately Wish is just someone that's ridiculously low maintenance. While he doesn't seem to have any particular passions, Wish enjoys what he does, and doesn't ever desire anything else. He knows who he is, and he's unconcerned with the concerns of the others around him.

Personality: In almost every aspect of life, there's often a very clear line in the sand, between those who are talented and those who are not. Geniuses, prodigies, phenoms, wunderkind, all words to describe those who've displayed great promise early on in their life.
And not a single one of those words has ever been used to describe Aria. But she's not willing to let petty little things like talent and aptitude stop her from what she wants to do. It's true that Aria has an incredible talent with her voice... but singing is not that talent. Even so, Aria's brash confidence and general lack of awareness means that she'll likely try to bullrush head first into her dreams of being a star, regardless.
But it's not like singing is the only thing Aria ever seems to care about. In fact, when she's not busy pursuing her dreams, she's quite the charitable Digimon. She's used to spending time with others who don't often take care of themselves, and helping people is second nature to her. Aria's a kind and loving puppy that will go out of her way to help someone even on the worst of her days, because her own troubles are second to the troubles of others.

Mercenaries/Koemi's Pals! Digimon Name: ...Pikadan? Default Form: Kudamon Gender: Male
Personality: Pikadan... as he was named by Koemi, doesn't remember anything about his past, or much of the world in general. All that he remembers is that he's on a mission to find the holy Digimon... for some reason. Was there an ancient evil that needed to be sealed away? Was it to fulfill some sort of future cataclysm? Was it because... He can't really think of the answer, and trying to think too hard about causes his mind to just go blank. So all Pikadan can do is focus solely on his mission in life.
Pikadan tends to think only on his vague mission in life, and often tries to tie every interaction he has into it somehow. If they meet a friendly traveler, can they provide him a source of intel for his mission? If they happen to come across some food, then that is excellent time spared for completing the mission instead of time wasted foraging! If he wins the lottery? Amazing, now he no longer needs to secure funds for the mission! Because the only thing he remembers is that he's on an important mission, he hasn't had any reason in his life so far to think about anything else.
That said, Pikadan can be a surprisingly cold person to those he deems irrelevant to the mission. To the point where he's outright dismissive of them entirely. This can cause some strife between him and Koemi.
PIKADAN'S EVOLUTION LINE
Rookie Species: Appearance:
Attribute: Vaccine Family/ies: Virus Busters, Metal Empire, Nightmare Soldiers Type: Spectral Holy Beast
Abilities:
[Passive] 1. Bullet Barrier - Pikadan's actual body isn't the Kudamon, but rather the bullet that he possesses. And when someone wears him like an accessory, he can project a barrier of light that links his life force with his target. Whenever they would become damaged, Pikadan can transfer that damage over to himself, instead. While this effect is being applied, Pikadan is unable to move or attack, as he's focusing his entire being into taking hits for someone else, like squishy human children he's working for.
[Active] 2. Bullet Hell - Pikadan overcharges his bullet body with holy energy, then flies around in area 15m in diameter, hitting everyone within it at lightspeed. Or whatever counts as lightspeed for a Rookie. Cooldown: Once Per Thread
[Active] 3. Fatal Bullet - Pikadan charges up all the holy energy he can, then flies at a single target for big, big damage. Cooldown: Once Per Thread
[Active] 4. Reload - Pikadan can use one of his used OPT's again, except this one. This ability cannot be refreshed. Cooldown: Once Per Thread

Personality: Stoic, calm, and composed. And that's it. Wait... you're telling me I still have to write more words for his personality? Well... he's... uh... bland? Like, as in he's not exactly the flashiest person in the world. A low-maintenance kind of dude, Van's kind of down with anything life throws at him, so long as it's not dangerous or life-threatening. And he's not particularly picky about most things, either.
Van is kind of a stickler on safety, though. He's not much of a risk-taker and prefers not to see others doing so, either. If everyone's content with their lives, then no one will get hurt from their own ambitions, after all. Van doesn't really remember much about his previous life, but he remembers that he feels like he needs to make it up to... someone, out there. He wonders if he was a horrible Digimon in his past life, so he goes out of his way to be extra kind to others in this one, even when he doesn't really feel like it.
Van tends to keep to himself, so he has few friends. There is this Tinkermon that likes to follow him around a lot, though. She's kind of annoying, but Van considers it as his duty and his punishment for whatever past transgressions he may or may not have committed, and looks after the little Digimon. Besides, if he didn't look after her, chances are the next Digimon she happened to meet would probably snap her tiny neck just to get her to stop talking.
VANBLADE'S EVOLUTION LINE

Abilities:
[Passive] 1. Vanguard of Power - Van has the power to conjure daggers at will. And as one who has mastered the blade, he naturally uses this power to... defend. He takes 20% less damage from attacks, and one ally within 25m takes 30% less damage as well as Van's blades gather around to shield them. However, he's 20% less evasive as a result, due to that controlling all these blades takes a good deal of concentration.
[Active] 2. Dancing Daggers - Van twirls about gracefully, slicing up one enemy from up close or from a distance with a barrage of dagger slashes. Cooldown: 1 Post
[Active] 3. Daggerdome - Van gathers a large amount of daggers around a single target. The daggers from a dome around them that prevent damage to the target for 1 post.. However, if the target moves, they take a whole bunch of damage due to moving past a bunch of daggers, so they're immobilized unless they want to take more damage. This is a shield skill. Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 3 Posts
[Active] 4. Iron Rain - Van floats above an enemy an summons a barrage of blades down upon them, as well as to anyone within 12m around them. This AoE deals double its normal damage to its main target, but only half damage to everyone else within the attack's range. Cooldown: 2 Posts
[Active] 5. Iron Maiden Shield - Van creates a prison of blades that impale the target, dealing a good amount of damage. However, these blades also act as if it were a 3-cd shield move that prevents the damage from a single but potentially stronger move. Cooldown: 2 Posts
[Active] 6. Shining Iron Rain - Van glows alight with a holy energy, then brings down a barrage of glowing broadswords down on the battlefield in a 25m area. In addition to dealing the initial damage, for the next 3 posts anyone within the area, ally or enemy, can pick up one of the swords and wield it, dealing damage as if they were attacking with a Champion attacking with a 1-cd move. Digimon Name: Cindervale Default Form: Tinkermon Gender: Female
Personality: The self-proclaimed, "Valkyrie of Glass", Cindervale, or just Cindi, as her one friend in the entire digital world is allowed to call her, is about as fragile as her name would suggest. She's fond of acting tough, but in reality she's ultra-sensitive and incredibly easy to pick on. She's incredibly capricious and unfortunately, lets everyone know about her ever-changing mood. She's quick to take offense, quick to snap, and quick to come to blows if need be. She's stubborn and prideful, and is never willing to admit her own faults. So when she tells people that she only has had one friend in her entire life, it doesn't come as a surprise to most. If anything, they're surprised that she still has a friend five minutes after meeting her.
But it's not like Cindi's a completely awful person. Deep down she's a sweet person... but unfortunately that sweetness is covered under a mountain of broken glass. She knows that she's a problematic person but at this moment in her life she needs it to cope with a past that the young Digimon can't quite fully remember. All she knows is that people can't be relied upon to protect her, and she has to do it herself.
Well... there is maybe one person that she can rely on. A Petermon named Vanblade. Sure, his name is a little whatever, but he is just the coolest Digimon ever! He's-so-stylish-and-gorgeous-and-kind-and-sweet-and-like-totally-the-hottest-person-ever-and-the-way-he-moves-when-he-fights-is-so-totally-dreamy-and-even-though-he's-so-powerful-he's-like-so-gentle-to-everyone-and-he's-got-these-dreamy-red-eyes-that-make-you-feel-so-warm-inside-and-omigod-I-love-him-hat-and-his-hair-and-everything-about-him-and-I'll-freaking-cut-anyone-who-gets-close-to-him!
CINDERVALE'S EVOLUTION LINE

This only affects the most recent enemy Cindi has hit, and can only affect 1 target at a time. [Passive] 2. Blistering Blood Bank - Whenever Cindi hits an enemy with an attack, she can heal herself for up to half the damage the move inflicted. Cooldown: 3 Posts[Active] 3. Crimson Stinger - Cindi wields a glass spear, which she claims is dyed completely red from the blood of her enemies. This might be true, but because she's so small, her spear is about as large as a chopstick, so it's not like it was a lot of blood. Anyways, Cindi uses the spear to stab someone with it. [Active] 4. Devastating Diver - Cindi dives high up into the air and rockets down on top of the enemy at full force, stabbing the enemy with every pointy thing Cindi has on her person. It hurts a whole bunch and breaks through shields, to boot. Cooldown: 6 Posts

Cindi's defenses are 20% lower than the average Digimon. However, whenever Cindi hits an enemy her level or lower with a basic attack or a named ability, their defense is reduced by 50% for 1 post. This only affects the most recent enemy Cindi has hit, and can only affect 1 target at a time.
[Passive] 2. Crystal Clear Lances - Cindi fights in this form by conjuring nearly invisible clear lances of glass, almost impossible to spot and defend against. As such, her named abilities ignore passive effects that would help her targets reduce damage or evade them entirely. Using a named ability damages her, however, for about 5% of her health each time she uses one.
[Active] 3. Destruction Needle - Cindi points at an enemy, then fires a nearly invisible needle towards the target. It doesn't pierce through shields, but if it happens to hit one, the shield collapses in on itself, destroying it and damaging whoever the shield was protecting, damaging them as if they were hit by two moves equal to the destroyed shield's cooldown. If this move doesn't hit a shield, then this move just kind of... pricks the opponent with a glass splinter. Cooldown: 4 Posts
