Karin sweatdropped. Talk about love is something that she generally avoid no matter what. However, on the mention of Yuuki, she blushed. She really don't want to talk about it, but because Mana already shared hers, she don't think it's appropriate to stay silent and say 'nothing happened'. She inhales before she start talking... in really low voice that barely audible to the other.
"He told me how the other him forced himself to accept your help and spill everything to you... he said it's a great decision, but overall, he's feeling guilty that he didn't tell me first. I said it's OK... Then he looked at me and ask me something like... 'Are you jealous?' Can't help but to deny that out loud, but apparently, he already got the clue and told me... 'next time, if anything happened... I'll tell you first'. I asked him 'why do you suddenly being so open to me like this? We're just childhood friend, right?' Of course, normally, that kind of thing would make the conversation ends there, because someone will took it as sign of rejection, but..." Karin's face turned really really really red. She slowly sunk her head behind her arms and slumped on the table. "He told me 'because I like you'."
Puttimon grinned before answering Mana's offer. "Ah, no, it's fine. I just want to know how she's doing. If she's fine, then that's good... That's all."

"Sorry, Mana-chan, it's just... it's complicated, alright?" Koharu apologized while trying to dissuade the girl. However, it's a bit too late that now Karin jumped on the ship. Koharu was about to take a bite of her burger when Karin flipped from her 'kuu' mode to 'dere' mode. Koharu's grin cannot get any wider than how it's currently. If it could go any wider, she swear she can be the kuchisake-onna.
"...Oh gosh you two! Finally walked into that place, huh!? I always thought you two always the duo that seem to lost in your own world when you're together... you always sit together and forming your own microcosmos... OH HONESTLY! I'm happy for you, Karin! So? So? Did you accepted his proposal?" Koharu excitedly asked. Missimon on the other hand, is blushing, but she seem really interested on the talk.

At Karin's confession, Mana did the obvious thing. She clasped her hands on a dreamily expression as she smiled at the blonde girl.
"Karin-san, those are great news! I was really rooting on you! I'm pretty sure that you and Yuuki-san would make a really good couple, even when Yuuki's the most dense person ever. Dang, I'm drifting again, what I meant is that I'm pretty happy for you! So... what did you say to him afterwards?"
Yes, she too was asking the one question, while Mana prayed silently that Karin hadn't blown it. Even Ayaka was expectant at what the girl would say, yet, Puttimon's statement caught her interest.
"Well, Puttimon-san, the last time I chatted with Kyo-chan she said that she missed her onee-sama very much and that hopefully she will see her soon. She really admires you, you know. Also, do not ask me why I was chatting with her. For some reason or another, she's now a lot less cheeky than before, and she has even shown some degree of politeness. I do not know what Kyoto is doing to her, but it seems as if she were a totally different digimon. It is a weird... but pleasing surprise, I guess".

"...Yuuki is not dense, not like Ryouta, obviously. It's just... he played ignorant, alright? There's clear difference between both," Karin told Mana helplessly. Now she's attacked from two sides. Someone rescue her from this kind of talk. She pulled her cat-head bandanna to her eyes, trying to cover herself from the embarrassing talk.
"...He didn't propose me to be his girlfriend, so I cannot say I accepted, but apparently, he already know I'll say 'yes' either way, so... erm... the plan today was actually pull Koharu to get me some clothes for date... I mean... I want to look good in front of my boyfriend? We-well, he haven't really said anything about a date, but sooner or later, I think he'll come and ask 'want to go to cinema?' or something like that... Uh, so... I... think that he likes to see me in girlish clothes, but I got no sense on that... so..." Karin really have no idea what she's talking anymore. It's getting really really hard for her to keep talking, but somehow, her self destruct switch has flipped on, hence she keep talking.
"...well... that aside, we're an item now... I guess? He texted me a lot lately, and changed quite a bit in school. He's starting to... look a bit more active in conversation and such... it's... like looking at the Yuuki back then... the Yuuki I idolized because his positiveness.... Oh what am I talking about, going on and on about my boyfriend... Mana, you really should get yourself one, too! Koharu, too! Just gobble up Ryouta already!! Talking alone like this is really... argh!!"
Karin chomped down her burger while blushing furiously.
Puttimon grinned again, looking at her partner all flustered like that, but at Ayaka's reply, her smile turned sad.
".,..Thank you. Please do tell Kyo I miss her too, but... There's just something I have to do first... and let's just say that I cannot met her just yet. There's something I have to do..."
There's a certain sense of grimness in Puttimon's voice on the last sentence. It's like she's ready to fall down on a forbidden road.

"Dang, girl! If I knew sooner, I'd pull you to shopping center!" Koharu commented, purposely ignoring Karin's last comment. However, Karin glared at her which make Koharu notices it's her turn. If she chickens out from this, she's sure Karin gonna hate her. Oh well.. Koharu start fiddling with her fingers, preparing herself to tell the other two...
"Um, so... Uh, nothing special between me and Ryouta... yet. I mean, up until now... I always thought him as a reliable big brother that would accept me anytime in his house... Let's say, in my house, it's really suffocating, so I... often go to his house. His mother is really nice and is the one who invited me over for the first time... then his father bakes the best cakes I ever tasted! His siblings treated me like a big sister... honestly, it's really fun... Ryouta himself also often heard all of my problem and although he's really dense at times, he can give quite nice suggestions... he's a good listener, and... uh... I trailed off right there...
Our relationship is like siblings, seriously... up until now. I often crash on his place, treating it as a second home... plus, we slept together in the same room way too much for us to be intimate... I mean, he never did anything to me nor I would do anything to him..."
That's a bit shameless, boy and girl sharing one room... indecent things bound to happen, Missimon thought.
"...So yeah, basically, we're that close, but at the same time, too close to be loveydovey like... lovers..."

Mana grinned widely at Karin's words. She was so happy for her, yet she had also found determination inside them.
That's great news, Karin-san! I knew you and Yuuki would be an item sooner or later! You have just made me decide it, Karin-san. Tomorrow, on our travel to the Digital World, I'll say to Charles-kun I want us to be more friends! I'm so nervous! But hopefully he'll accept. So maybe after you have your first date with Yuuki, we can have a double date together! That's gonna be so fun, don't you think?"
Then at Koharu's words, she smiled yet again
"Well, you don't have to be all lovey-dovey, you know! Love has a lotta forms, and a couple capable of trusting themselves as if they were brothers is something so romantic~! You should really speak with Ryouta-san, Koharu-san. I'm pretty sure that you two are gonna be a really good couple. Also, after we have a double date with Karin-san and Yuuki-san, we can all have TRIPLE date! That's gonna be like the triple of fun. We can even go to the amusement park, and I'm pretty sure we'll have a great time together!"
Between all that excitement, Ayaka tried to fin an opening to answer the Puttimon.
"Okay" she said calmingly. For some reason the little digimon seemed to be distressed "I'll tell her that, but you know she's somewhat impatient with things that she really likes"

"Finally, you talked. There, what's so hard with it? You and Ryouta also made four of us biting our nails in frustration, you know? We know you meant for each other yet for some reason, you always chickened out at the very last moment. Well, it's not like I'm to talk, but yes, that's just how it is. You two are just the oblivious duo," Karin concluded.
At Mana's new resolve, Karin just nodded and slap her back lightly. "Go for it, girl. If you two got chemistry between you, then you should go for it."
However, at the mention of triple date...
"I'm not so sure... look, I don't hate the idea, but the thing is... Unless I really know the person I'm going with, I'm not comfortable going in something like skirt and dress." Karin pointed out as she looked down at her turtleneck red sleeveless shirt with rose pattern on it. She's also wearing jeans, and that spells anything but girly.
Puttimon nodded at Ayaka's words. "...Soon, Ayaka, soon... Just bear with her nagging a bit... once the time is correct, then... I shall gain that one form once more."

Koharu pouted at Karin's harsh words. Honestly, one could wonder why they could be best friends with one so sarcastic like Karin, but... that's beyond the point. So does she love Ryouta? Or she doesn't? The younger girl told her to go for it, but somehow... mm... let's think it in other way.
Let's see... let's imagine Ryouta somehow close with me, then close with another girl, which is a potential girlfriend candidate... Ryouta then get closer to the girl... maybe nothing would happened at first, but as time goes on... and they start to date... Is it appropriate for me to stay in his room and sleep there? Sure it's a childhood friends' benefit, but...Oh God, if I can't be with him, I'll be so lonely... Losing one friend like this... aw... and he's such a great big brother at it, too... why? Why I seem can't stand losing him to another girl?
"I've decided!" Koharu suddenly said. "I... I don't know if I like him or not, but... if he got a girlfriend, then I'll be lonely... So... I'll tell him I won't let random girl approach him!"
Koharu is obviously focusing on different matter altogether, but deep inside her heart, probably that flame of love already sparked.

Mana obviously cheered at Koharu's new determination. It was really cute to see the spark of love beginning to surge into life.
"Way to go, Koharu-san! The next time I see light-Ryouta I'll ask him how he feels about you, but I'm pretty sure that he'll fall for you in no time!" she then paused to hear Karin's predicament. She thought that her clothes wouldn't be that much of a problem and that maybe she was overreacting a bit "Well, it's not as if you wouldn't know almost everybody, Karin-san! I mean, you already know Koharu-san, Yuuki-san, Ryouta-san and me but that's somewhat obvious isn't it... Oh, you're speaking about Charles-san, right? The most probable outcome is that he'll have a hard time looking down to you" she realized her tone and quickly tried to correct herself "I-I don't mean it that way, Karin-san! He's like two meters tall, and he even has to crouch down to be at eye level with me! And you're slightly smaller than me, so... Okay, I'll just shut up. But I'm still thinking that the triple date's a great idea!"
Ayaka, of course would have facepalmed if she actually had hands.
"Well, she is almost likable on her current state" she responded to Puttimon "So do not worry. But in all honesty, I doubt that she cares about your current evolutionary stage, you know. She likes you because she sees you as her onee-sama, and that will not change even if you evolve into a Devidramon".

"...Oh, so I'm short for a girl of my age, and I'm even shorter by standard because I'm a short biracial person... alright, thanks for reminding me, really helpful," Karin said darkly. She really hates to be reminded of her own height. 155 cm, despite the fact that she's an effing half white! What's wrong with her genetics? Is it just for show that her mother is tall, her father at it, too, and she's a midget compared to the other? Karin grumbled and start eating her french fries in really bad mood.
"Worry not, Mana, she'll forgive you eventually, but let's not talk about height anymore, that's super sensitive matter to Mistress Karin." Puttimon said. She then returned to topics at hand. She sighed, nomming her own burger before replying to Ayaka. "...Well, she won't mind about it, but I do. I think I'll be slightly thankful if I really can be a Devidramon. Ayaka, perhaps you'll say something about there's nothing we can do over a spoilt milk if you understand my reason, but... I just don't want to lose anybody anymore... One less arrogant guy in this world, one less worry for me."

"Maa, maa... I think there's some merit of being shorter... it won't be cool if you're taller than Yuuki, you know? But then again, Yuuki is quite tall for a fifteen years old... I'm missing my point... I mean, Yuuki preferred shorter girls, so all in all, I think you're quite lucky to be at least have about 14 cm difference to him," Koharu commented. She stiffle her giggles when she saw Karin blushed and hmph'd like she doesn't care, but actually do.
"But then again, this Charles-kun guy must be... a giant in some sense... I mean, not in bad way, but isn't two meters tall at 15 years old is kind of... you know, a case of gigantism? Eh, but... I guess it can be fun... I mean... I can snuggle on Ryouta's body just fine---" noticing her blunder, Koharu blushed hard. "I-I mean... if you are the type that love to snuggle with your boyfriend, I think it'll be even more endearing. His body is that tall and all, so... Y-You know, I kind of think that the image is really cute somehow! G-got some picture of how he looks like?"

Of course, the apology was short lived as Koharu started talking about height again.
"Yeah, I being smaller would be really good for snuggling indeed! I've yet to try that, but that's a great suggestion, actually! And yeah, I don't know if that's gigantism, but I guess that It'll be really cool to snuggle against him that way! On a side note, I checked some stadistics of other volleyball players that were my same height at my age, and with some luck, I'll reach something along the lines of a little more than one meter eighty centimeters, hopefully it'll be that way! I've been practicing my setting skills so hard and against very strong players, and I think being a little more taller would be a great asset to those" she made a pause at her question, thinking throughtly "I have a picture, but it's somewhat blurry, but if you wanna see it..."
She took our her cellphone and showed to Koharu (and everybody else who wanted to see) a figure a of a boy giving her back to her, walking away and donning a strange black cape "I took it by chance, so the quality isn't the best and you can't see his face, but that should give you a hint of his height"

"...Not sure if I want to be THAT tall... I'm content with 175 or something like that... I think it'll be troublesome if Yuuki ended up shorter than me," Karin commented. "But looking at how this plays out, I think he'll be around 184 or something... at least not like Ryouta... straight 189 cm or more, I think... And sorry, Mana, the quality is really bad, so i can't comment much other than... God, he's tall."
"Now, now, Mistress, are you trying to play an overprotective sister role here? Don't tell me you'll do something along the line of 'I won't accept that boy unless he prove his worth to me!'?" Puttimon teased.
"..." That actually hit the jackpot. She have no idea why, but that's the thing she's thinking about. Well, it doesn't matter either way. That kind of stuff should be left to Yuu, not her. She sighed slightly before muttering something in really low voice, barely audible to even Puttimon.
"...Everything around me changed... have I changed? I don't feel like I have done something great..."

I've played it long ago in the past, but kind of quit after... well, that's not something best to talk about with someone who loves to play volleyball... So, eh... your boyfriend is tall, but kind of... really mysterious, huh..."

"Kon-chan! Sorry, Mana, but I think Kon-chan is reading too much Ryouta's comic books. She doesn't mean anything bad with it. If anything, I think she admires him in some way. Still, I wouldn't mind triple date! I'm sure Ryouta won't, too---"
"Hold a sec," Missimon interjected. "So, Mana-dono, you had a crush on Ryouta-dono... does your potential boyfriend knows about it? I'm kind of thinking, no matter how dense a person is, if they have to go on triple date with someone who liked them in the past... well... it'll be the most awkward thing ever."
"...Oh Kon-chan, you're a mood breaker..."
"Please, don't get me wrong. I'm only trying to salvage the situation before the ship has sunk too deep. However, the other way to prevent such awkward situation is to make sure you're not telling your potential boyfriend of your prior relationship. That way, while perhaps Ryouta-dono would act awkwardly, one can pass it as 'not used of triple date'."

Mana gave Karin a big smile at her gesture.
"Don't worry, Karin-san. If everything pans out rightly, I'll present him to you just after our first date, I promise! And Koharu-san can come too, of course!"
"I'm currently the setter of the starter team, Koharu-san, and yeah, I love volleyball so much!" Mana, of course, blushed at Koharu's next interjection "He's not my boyfriend just yet, but hopefully he'll be soon! And yes, to be totally honest, he left after he saved my life from a NegaLynxmon, so Kon-chan's observation is somewhat spot on".
Kon-chan's question was rather interesting, but luckily Mana already knew its answer.
"Yeah, Ryouta knows that I had a crush on him, so don't worry... Although that same day he invited an older guy, Tatsuya-san" she checked in her cellphone and showed Tatsuya's contact picture to the girl "To have a sleepover on his house. Maybe he was worried because a strangeish digimon was following him and Dracomon was exhausted, but doing that after saying that he saw me only as a friend made me wonder, you see... it made me think that Ryouta-san's maybe not into girls"
She said the last word as if she had sweared, on a gasp and covering her mouth with her hands.
"Excuse miss Mana" Ayaka interjected immediately "Due to upbringing, she is not quite homophobic, but anything related to it affects her on a weird way".
