And we'll never be royals. -Lwisten two me, you cow-uddered idiot! I'm nwot anyone's pet, I'm a vewy vewy stwong Digimon, got it!? My name is Dowimon, and I'm just with Tatsuya, he isn't my mastew, but my fwiend!
Talking about that... I'm tiwed of you twing to look supewiow to evewyone else, people with youw attitude just make me sick! So you plawy football? Good. So you awe the captain? Kewl. So the team won with youw goal? Guess what? NO-BO-DY CAWES! You wewe mean to Mana, but specially to Nanami, so you bettew apologize wight now!-
Skylar blinked her baby blues and tilted her head at the onslaught of insults coming from the little purple furball. "Digimon?" she asked, her eyes moving up to Tatsuya who had his face covered by his hand.
Her look of confusion was replaced by a a cold smirk as she gave Dorimon a half grin when he called her "cow-uddered." "Thanks for the compliment little guy." She handed the in-training back to his partner's girlfriend and set her fists to her hips, quirking a blond eyebrow. This guy had some answering to do.
"So you wanna explain why your....friend talks?" She was taking this surprisingly well for someone who had just seen their first Digimon.
Somewhere far off was the insistent beeping from earlier...

Dorumon smirked at the girl, knowing that what he said had left her perplexed. She obviously wasn't expecting the purple furball to assault her with an onslaught of insults, without Skylar not knowing what to reply, apart from a simple "Digimon?", then looking at Tatsuya, who just shrugged. He couldn't do anything about it anymore, so he decided he'd let his partner keep the rant for a little longer before picking him up. When the Digimon called her a cow-uddered idiot, Nanami and Ryoko laughed, however, she took it as a compliment. -Thanks for the compliment little guy -she muttered. That grinded the Dorimon's gears even more.
-Awe you dumb, ow just pwetending? Fow fuck's swake, when Tatsuya told me that mwany people thought blwondes wewe stupid, I didn't undewstand, but aftew dwealing with you, it is obviouws why! -he said, obviously not getting the sarcasm in her phrase. When Ryoko told him to go to Nanami and said he was pretty funny, he looked at her as if it was crazy. -It's not fwunnyyyy!! I'm bweing sewious, damnwit!! Nobody twakes me sewiously when I'm Dowimon!! -he shouted, exasperated. When the girl tried to move with him on her arms, he talked to her again. -I cwan move on my own! I have paws, you know!
Afterwards, he released himself from Sky's grip, then went to Nanami's side as she called him, letting her pick him up, he wagged his tail when she told him she'd make his favourite food for dinner. -Weally?! Thank you, Nwami!! -the In-Training said, nuzzling at her face affectinonately. He had grown quite fond of the girl since she was Tatsuya's girlfriend, and as always, his baby-brain always brought things to the extreme when he was at In-Training, hence at that level, it was always to love or to hate.
It was then when Skylar addressed Tatsuya once more. -So you wanna explain why your....friend talks? -the girl asked him. He sighed in a tired way: he obviously wasn't in the mood to explain things to someone who had just had contact with her first Digimon, and his gesture showed it pretty well. As always, he didn't care the least bit about her opinion: he was just showing his laziness to do it.
-Ah, drats... Well, if you didn't like someone's attitude, you'd tell them, or make them notice with sarcasm or anything like that, right, Sky? There you have it. You were grinding his gears, so he started insulting you. My partner works that way -he plainly explained, as if the creature talking was the most normal usual thing in the world.
With his furry ears, Dorimon caught Ayaka's words when she said that nobody except from "miss Mana" could say that she was nice or kind. He jumped from Nanami's arms onto the holosuited Digimon, using his characteristic agility. -That's not twue. You wewe nice when we wewe lost in the fowest with Lightie and the Wed Pigeon! -he said, oblivious to the fact that, should he had been in his Rookie form or higher, he would've never admitted it.

"Nami-chan?" Nanami asked, a bit surprised that the girl goes nickname basis with her from the first go, but smiled regardless. "Alright, then I guess I'll just call you Mana."
As Dorimon nuzzled her, Nanami giggled and nuzzled back. The purple furball is really amusing and cute when he's happy, and she actually likes that about him. However, that smile immediately turn into scowl once again when the girl in still her stuck up state asking something really rudely... This milking cow need someone to slap her face, doesn't she?
"...Why don't you learn some manners before you talk, or is that brain of your is just some useless meat, just like those good for nothing girl charm of yours which always bounces up and down?" she muttered icily. "It's as if you're looking us down as doormats instead of actual person. Why don't you stop that before someone slap your pretty face, meat-princess?"
At that moment, Dorimon left her side. In the bleachers, Rea somehow enjoyed the little stroking that Ayaka gave her... it felt motherly, loving and most of all, really warm. She have the urge to hug the older Digimon if not for her suddenly explaining that she's not like that... then again, that only made her desire to hug her intensifies. And so, the Digimon hugged her senior tenderly.
"...It's not true. Dorimon is right... Ayaka-san felt so gentle, so kind... like a loving mother. Ayaka-san might be strict, but for some reason, Ayaka-san's voice carries your emotion clearly... I can feel it... I can feel your uncertainty... I can feel that you want to be appreciated... but even without that kind of desires, I'll still appreciate Ayaka-san, because Ayaka-san truly is like a gentle mother..."

After commented being funny, the Dorimon getting madder. Oh, hopefully it wouldn't do too much to make the girl angrier. And it turned out that Sky was... a bit irked, but she instead took his words as compliment. Yeah, if it was a sarcasm, it would be more... offending. However, he stopped as he went to Nanami. Oh, huggable fluff.
Ryoko just chuckled at the Dorimon. He didn't take the joke well, but at least he could have managed his anger for now. He was just irked that Sky offended his friends, that's all. That was until Nanami barked at Sky again as she demanded an explanation.
"Whoa, whoa! Easy, easy! She juz meets a Digimon in da first time, n I think other people may think so. It doesn't mean I'm defendin' her, but people r confused when they see sumthin strange to 'em, rite?" Ryoko said as she tried to calm Nanami and Sky down. "'N Mademoiselle Sky, maybe ya shuld tone down yo' speech, 'cuz I think y've given da cute fluff 'n beautiful girl over thar bad impression, no offense." Ryoko advised Sky when referring Nanami as "the beautiful girl over there" and Dorimon as "the cute fluff".
She then looked at the Dorimon running to Ayaka, and he talked about the red pigeon. That guy... was he Ankh? "Okay, Sky-chan. 'R ya readeh?" Ryoko asked the blonde. Ryusei stood in the goal, acted as goalkeeper.

Mana smiled at Nanami's chosing of calling her without any suffix, but grew sad at the exchange her seniors were having. "Why don't we calm down a little?" she asked "Mean words aren't necessary if we can just stop arguing and become friends! That way, everyone will be happy and maybe we can have a soccer game after Skylar-san and Ryoko-sama end their little competition!". The fact that she was being ignored by almost everyone in the current conversation didn't escape her mind, but still, trying didn't hurt, right?
At Dorimon's gentle words, Ayaka placed a gentle hand on in-training's back, rubbing the digimon gently. "Thank you, Dorimon-san, but we both know that..." but before she could say the entire sentence, she felt Agitatomon's warm embrace. As she coupled it with those gentle words, Ayaka was frozen in her place, surprised of the actual amount of appreciation that the infant digimon had for her. She even went so far as to call her 'mother', and that took her completely by surprise. Pink crept on her cheeks, and she was visibly moved by those words.
"I-I do not know what to say, Agitatomon-chan" she said as she began stroking the digimon's long white mane again, smiling and with teary eyes "Thank you for thinking so highly about me. I truly appreciate it"
Even if what she really wanted was just to hug Agitatomon back and just say that she felt so happy that someone thought of her as a mother while crying tears of happiness and promising to try to live up to that title, she contained herself. Such display wasn't... proper in public. And if she was honest with herself... she was afraid. Even if she had wished for this situation, she was now afraid of wearing her heart on her sleeve. She really saw Agitatomon as her 'daughter', but by some subconscious reflex action that probably was deep-buried in the bottom of her digicore, she wondered... Was she really trustworthy?

And we'll never be royals. Skylar blinked rapidly at the "dumb blond" comments the in-training threw at her. Her baby blues clouded over angrily and she grit her teeth, chin clenching. That last bit had actually gotten to the ice princess.
Just when she was about to retort something nasty to the little fur ball, Ryoko caught her attention.
"Whoa, whoa! Easy, easy! She juz meets a Digimon in da first time, n I think other people may think so. It doesn't mean I'm defendin' her, but people r confused when they see sumthin strange to 'em, rite? 'N Mademoiselle Sky, maybe ya shuld tone down yo' speech, 'cuz I think y've given da cute fluff 'n beautiful girl over thar bad impression, no offense."
Skylar narrowed her eyes. "More about this Digimon stuff. Yeah, you guys definitely aren't normal...but whatever."
When Ryoko asked her if she was ready, she turned to the older girl, a smirk gracing her young features. "Ready as ever!" she said as she dashed to the soccer field. She caught a brief snippet of Mana asking everyone to calm down and that maybe they could also enjoy a game afterwards. Pft, whatever.

Both Tatsuya and Dorimon smirked, although the first one's was amused and the second's was ironic, when they noticed that the In-Training's comments had actually breached through that diva attitude and hit Skylar, whose eyes instantly clouded, about to tell Dorimon something nasty... a fight she couldn't won, of course. The Digimon still had a plethora of "degrading comments" under his belt, so as long as he was concerned, she could try to come at him any time.
However, the mood was then lightened again by Ryoko's intervention, saying that she was taking it well and that she had given a bad impression to Dorimon and Nanami. -As if she was impowtant enough to gwive me any sowt of impwession... -the furball kept lashing and lashing at the blonde, eager to see to which extents would their argument reach. His attention was then quickly brought to Ayaka as she petted his back, gently.
-Thank you, Dorimon-san, but we both know that... -she had begun saying, but Agitatomon's hug caught her off guard. The In-Training shrugged, and went back to his partner's side, jumping onto his shoulder as if it were a cat; a pretty impressive feature taking into accound that Tatsuya stood 1.90 metres tall. When the tomboyish girl mentioned football, the teen snorted, bored. -Football? Oh, then go ahead and play without me. I've never been into it, to say the truth... bores me to death, don't ask me why. It's just how it is... -he confessed, as Dorimon looked at him and asked what football was.
-Well, pal, football is a sport where two teams of eleven humans kick a ball, attempting to kick it inside a goal, which is... that thing over there -he said, pointing at one of the goals standing on the field. -Ya can't use your hands or "attack" your opponent, in terms you can understand -the male explained, with the Digimon nodding.
-Hmmm... do you mean that humans would kwick me if I wewe Dodomon, ow Patch if he was Nyawomon?! I'll bweat them all if they dwo that! -it angrily stated, misunderstanding what Tatsuya meant as a ball. The young man sighed in a tired way, before looking at Nanami again with a warm smile.
-Say, Nami... do you like football? -he asked, curious. If she did, he might take her to a game or two someday: he was willing to gladly sacrifice ninety minutes of his free time to make her happy.

Ah, so dumb blondie finally get her to snap. Nanami felt her anger decreased significantly. Treat those diva complex people with your greatest venom, bring them down and it all worth it more than anything. Apparently, most of them agreed to play football, while she herself... well, she doesn't like it to be honest. While the there's thrill of watching it when someone you know plays it, nope, there's nothing else. She's not fan of it. She also don't want to play.
"I wish that's true, Mana, but there are several things that need to be fixed beforehand if you want me to at least civil to certain someone, not that she care, I believe," Nanami commented. While her words sounds harsh, she bore no ill-will to the younger girl.
Going back a little bit to the bleachers, Rea is enjoying her moment with Ayaka, although so, the girl seem to be sleepy...
"...I'm so sorry to be so rude, Ayaka-san, but... I think I'm so sleepy... and at home thanks to your stroking... the match is about to begin soon, right? Therefore... I'd like to close off my sound translator for a while... I hate chaotic noise... there's nothing that offends my body more than chaotic noises... hence, I'll be entering sleep mode... if you need anything from me... you can still talk to me, but... my processing speed will be cut severely, hence... it might be a slow reply..."
She forgot to add that she can be really incredibly frank when in that mode, but whatever... The girl snoozed off, nodding now and then.
Back to the sides, Tatsuya asked Nanami her opinion about football... she already caught what he meant. Thanks to Dorimon, Nanami's temper has decreased very significantly... once again, she has entered her warm mode with him.
"Nah, it's OK. I don't like it, either. As much as it's tempting to see you there, we'll both will be sleeping before we knew it. Why don't we just watch and cheer for Satsuma-sama? That sounds better than anything, really."

Okay, so it's settled. No more bickering, no more hostility, and more importantly, everybody could have fun! Ryoko smiled happily that this hostility was put into an end, for now. As she quipped in her pun, A bicker wasn't worth even a nickel. So, let's start the friendly match!
"Okay then, Tacchan." Ryoko replied to Tatsuya's comment of sitting the match out. And the blue-haired girl also didn't have any interest of football. Well, maybe there were reasons they got along, she guessed? Plus, Mana suggested the idea of everyone playing football after Ryoko and Sky finished their little game. It sounded interesting, ain't it?
"Sound like good idea, Mana-chin." Ryoko responded to Mana's suggestion, although she knew the players weren't... enough.
"Alrite! Let's go!" Ryoko exclaimed cheerfully as she ran to the soccer field. Ryusei stood in the goal to be a goalkeeper. Now what they need was to have a ball ready, and to kick them off to the goal. "Alrite, y'wanna kick first?" Ryoko asked. If Sky agreed to be the first one who kick the ball, Ryusei would be ready to catch it.

Mana smiled a little at the mood growing a bit more cheerful, but it looked that Tatsuya, Nanami and Dorimon wouldn't get along with Skylar anytime soon, but at least they didn't insult each other (too much). "Okay, I guess that it can't be helped then" she said to Nanami, looking a bit sad "At least can you try to not to insult her not so much?".
She then watched for the blonde and the redhead to go to their little game before adding. "I don't like soccer very much either. I'm more of a volleyball person, but anything done with friends can be fun even if you don't like it very much in first place, right?". While Ryoko and Skylar had their duel, she actually cheered for both girls as they were about to shoot. A normal viewer would be confused, but that's just the way Mana is.
Meanwhile, at the bleachers... Ayaka smiled at the digimon, not angry at her a bit, even if she would leave her alone again. She felt joy, actually. "Don't worry, Agitatomon-chan. Sleep all you want... I'll be just here if you need anything" moving herself so the infant digimon would use her lap as a pillow, Ayaka kept stroking the digimon's hair as she snoozed off. She felt so at ease as she saw her sleeping so peacefully. This was the real deal; she really trusted in her, enough to become vulnerable just in front of her very eyes and be totally fine with it. She felt so thankful, yet she couldn't but to whisper gently, on a voice tone low enough for only the digimon to hear.
"Thank you, Agitatomon-chan. Thank you for treating like a daughter would treat her mother. I-I promise I will try to live up to that, if you really want me to be your okaa-san".

And we'll never be royals. Sky ignored Tatsuya and Dorimon's smirks. Actually, she ignored the rest of the group as she made her way to the field. Everyone else had declined to play, but whatever, they wouldn't even be a challenge for her.
Her sharp gaze followed Ryusei as he went to stand inside the goal. Her eyes narrowed, taking in his stance. They shifted slightly, to the right hand corner, She met Ryusei's gaze and smirked.
"Alrite, y'wanna kick first?"
"Sure."
Skylar made her way to the center of the field. She stood there for a a few minutes, clenching and unclenching her fists. She took a moment to roll her shoulders then her lithe frame visibly relaxed.
Mentally, she was focusing on the various parts of her body, starting from her shoulders, down to her forearms, down to her hands. Her stomach, her hips, her thighs, calves, then feet.
Sky-blue eyes shot open and her feet spread apart almost in a blur. She dashed forward, took a couple of steps to dribble the ball. Left right, right, left, she zigzagged across the field. Her eyes lifted to make contact with Ryusei, crystalline gaze narrowing then moving to the right hand corner again. As he got close, she kept her gaze on that specific corner, but as the last second, she dove to the left, kicking the ball in that direction.

Tatsuya just shrugged off at Mana's comment about stopping the insult war. As far as he was concerned, the only thing that could be considered as minimally despective he had called Skylar was blondie, so he looked at her while muttering something in between a tired sigh. -Whatever... -he simply stated, sitting on the grass of Miyashita Park as he decided that, just for once, he would watch the match between...
-"Oh my god, I can't fool myself. If I watch them play, I'll end up asleep, as it always happens in these cases" -the boy thought, rolling his eyes in a not so convinced manner. It also looked like Nanami had finally calmed down, because she addressed him in a much warmer voice. The teen's gaze laid on his girlfriend as she spoke once again, her sea-coloured eyes glittering due to sunlight.
-Nah, it's OK. I don't like it, either. As much as it's tempting to see you there, we'll both will be sleeping before we knew it. Why don't we just watch and cheer for Satsuma-sama? That sounds better than anything, really -she plainly stated, with the teen directing a half-smile to her, teasing her once more.
-Hehe, I wonder how much time would Nanami Mukaido take to become my Nami again -he said, referring to how she had gotten angry at him earlier. -I'm so glad to hear that. If I ever had to take you to one of these things, I'd end up sleeping, like you said. So... for now, why don't you sit here? Unless you're still angry at Bakatsuya... -the teen half-grinned with his happy-go-lucky attitude kicking in.
Dorimon, however, looked at the football with a wierd look in his eyes. What could be crossing the little Digimon's thoughts?

"As long as it takes to you to stop rubbing that meat-gyaru's ego," Nanami muttered coldly. "Like I said, Tats, I'd forgive you much faster if you stopped talking to her the moment she showed disrespect to you."
The blue haired girl suddenly hooked her index finger on his shirt collar and gently tugs it, like telling him to bend down a bit to listen to her. "Listen, I don't take it kindly that someone treated my boyfriend, or anyone else for that matter, to be treated like a doormat. That's why, I'll be as antagonistic as possible to that girl until she learned manners. I will not show her respect if she doesn't show us any. Simple as that. As much as it's tiring, then I can just ignore her. Now, you understand why I'm mad, right?" she let it go soon afterward, patting his chest gently.
"Well, now, I'm not angry anymore, but still... don't repeat that again or there's only half dinner for you," she threatened. "or, I'll just have to thief your meal."
That threats sounds more to teasing rather than full threat, because the girl's currently smiling mischievously, true to her nature as a good teaser.
"Also, Mana, like I said previously, I'll be civil as long as she's civil. She's anything but that. Hence, I'll be very antagonistic to her. Now, while I do think it's fun to play with friends, she's anything but friend... she's more to a roach, a very tenacious roach."
On the bleacher, Rea nodding off as she sleeps... and somehow, she accidentally fell to Ayaka's lap. Not noticing that she's currently on the holosuited Digimon's lap, the song Digimon muttered something happily.
"...Mmm... Okaa-san... your lap's... so soft... zzz."

As Skylar dribbled the ball and ran towards the goal, Ryusei braced himself as he focused his sight at the ball. From her movement, it seemed that she aimed to the left side of goal, so he looked to his left and went standby. But boy, he was wrong. It turned out that she aimed the right side. Skylar unleashed a powerful shot on the right side of goal, which Ryusei failed to catch despite his quick jumping.
"Man..." Ryusei lamented when the ball entered the goal. It made the score 1-0 for Sky. "Nao, ma turn!" Ryoko said as she removed her hoodie, revealing her defined, bare shoulder blades and arms with toned muscles. They were the assets of the tomboy, besides her bare abs and huge bust. Such feminine curves added with muscles, it added the bonus points for her attractive figure.
Ryoko then took the ball from the goal and placed it on the center of the field. She then ran as dribbling the ball, towards the goal. She was using her feet to dribble the ball, but it wasn't only the feet did the work. Her entire body did. She then shifted her direction to the right, to make Ryusei think she was shooting at the right. She then was about to kick... and it was a feint.
Ryoko then went to the center, and used her left foot to kick the ball, with Ryusei thinking she was gonna shoot to the left again. But he missed again as Ryoko performed a turning shoot, at the right. Once again, the ball hit into the goal. "GOOAAAAAAL!" Ryoko shouted hammily in joy as she made the goal. "Man, looks like I dun fit to be goalie." Ryusei sighed in slight lament.
Now Skylar and Ryoko were even score.

Mana watched how the two girls fared against Ryusei. The first one had been Skylar, who did a pretty good feint, fooling the goalie completely and scoring a magnificent goal. Ryoko, on her side, did a turning shoot, and again, Ryusei was fooled completely by it. So far the marker was one to one. "Yay!" Mana cheered after the initial result "The two of them won!" but then felt a little sad of Ryusei, that seemed to be pretty sad at his inability to catch the balls. "Don't worry, Ryusei-san!" she shouted in his direction "If you catch the next round of balls, it'd be as if the three of you had won! 1-1-1!".
She felt a little sad at the blue-haired girl's words calling the blonde "a roach", but only sighed at them, as they couldn't really be helped. "Okay, okay, I got it" she said to her "But roaches aren't half bad, you know. One day, an acquaintance of ottou-san invited us to have a dinner at his place and his family were half like half Thailandese or so, and that's exactly what they served! They were deep-fried and spiced, but after munching them a bit, they didn't taste half bad! Maybe we could go and eat some at an exotic restaurant one day!". Oblivious to the fact that most people would find extremely gross that mere implication, Mana just smiled at Nanami and Tatsuya, the only people that were there currently.
And so, in the bleachers, Ayaka had to use every ounce of her willpower to not to cry her heart out at Agitatomon's confession. She just continued caressing her hair, taking great care in not disturbing the sleep of her newfound 'daughter' by sprinkling on her the tears that were descending from her face. Okaa-san... that word sounded way better than a chorus of angels coming from the infant's sleeping voice. "T-thank you" she muttered with geniune happiness as her world became only her and the digimon that was sleeping on her lap.
