A young 12 year old packed her backpack pencils and a sketchbook, it had been a week since her family had moved to japan, for the whole week they had been busy with unpacking and adjusting to their new home. Today the young girl was finally able to explore the new town and hopefully make new friends.
Once she was packed she put on her backpack and her goggles, she ran out of her room and down the stairs "mom i'll be back i'm going to explore!!" she yelled from the door, "alright but be back before dinner" was the last thing she heard before she closed the door and ran down the driveway.
Amsel hummed happily as she walked taking in every inch of her neighborhood, she kinda liked living here so far it was peaceful.
She took a deep breath and exhaled she could feel that today was going to be a good day and she was ready to tackle it, as she walked she wondered who she would meet on this peaceful morning.

"I'll be back tonight mom. Don't wait up!" Yui shouted on her way out the door, holding Loli in her arms and with Pop in her bag. She waited until she got a few blocks away then set Loli down, and took Pop out of her bag. "You know the drill. Behind the tree." she said with a smile as the two little digimon ran behind a tree, and when they came back there were two blond children in their place. Both appearing around 11-12 range. "So where are we going today?" Loli asked with curiosity as she wore a big grin on her face. "Hmm...I am not sure yet. I guess we will figure that one out." Yui said, chuckling at the twins as they walked along. "Maybe we should go back to the digital world soon. You guys are stronger and it would be neat to explore that place more." she said, wondering how big it was.

Amsel stopped humming when she heard voices, she looked up ahead and she spotted 3 people. She smiled these could be some potential friends that she could make, being the talkative person she was she jogged up to them. "excuse me!" she called as she got closer to them,Her voice had a hint of a german accent, she hoped that she mess up most people find her optimism very annoying.

The three of them were walking and discussing various options when a voice was heard. They stopped and turned to the young girl. Yui looked her over, she didn't recognize this girl. Was she new to the neighborhood? She looked pretty close to one of her sister's in age...maybe a little older? It was hard to tell. "Oh um, hi! What can I do for you?" Yui asked as hse smiled at her. Loli stood behind Yui nervously, but Pop didn't seem to be bothered. He gave her a curious look and scratched his chin. She sounded kind of different. Interesting. He wondered why that was.

"Guten Morgen!" she said in a cheery manner "i'm sorry zo have bothered you but can you give me a small zour, i barely moved here and i don't know zhis place very vell" she said with a sheepish chuckle. She was fluent in both spanish and german, but speaking english was a bit hard for her especially because of her accent. She noticed that one of the people,clearly a female was a bit uneasy so she toned down her excitement a little since she didn't want to scare her, or at lest that's why she thought the girl was uneasy.

Gluten what now? Did she hear that right? Yui scratched her head...she had no idea what this girl was saying. She spent her whole life in japan, so she didn't know it was simply 'good morning' in german. She took a moment to try and process what the girl was saying. Was that...english? "Um...I speak Japanese um..how to say this. Japanese?" It was japan..it would make sense to speak japanese. It sounded sort of like English but Yui was never very good at other languages. She tended to stick with japanese, but she did know a little Korean from an old friend in Osaka, but only a little bit. She wasn't sure it would get her through a whole conversation. The twins just stared, not really sure what to do.

Amsel blushed in embarrassment when she heard the girl speak in japanese, She felt so stupid of course people in japan would speak their native tongues. She cleared her throat "sorry i'm new here, my family just moved to the city all the way from germany" she explained, her japanese was rough but it was enough that yui could understand what she was trying to say.

"Oh um...that's okay but eer...a trip most people here speak Japanese by default. Might make confronting people a bit simpler." she said with a chuckle. Pop raised an eyebrow, then tugged on Yui's shirt. "Psst. Yui. What is germ-any. Some sort of disease?" he asked as Yui waved him off. "Not now Pop. It's a country. Sssh don't act strange." she said as he let go of her shirt and crossed his arms in a pout. He was only asking a question! It sounded kind of gross. Though this girl didn't look gross. Maybe she was cleaner now that she left germ-any?

Amsel nodded "sorry I never really got used zo zalking in japanese" she said with a chuckle. She heard one of yui's friends ask what germany was, she was a bit surprised since most people would know that germany was a country. "like your friend said germany is a country, its the country I was born and raised in" she said to pop with a friendly smile.

Pop still seemed confused, and opened his mouth to say more, but Yui shook her head and he stopped. It was probably best not to ask anymore strange questions anyhow. "Soo....anyways. What can I do for you?" Yui asked, curios what the girl wanted in the first place. Not that Yui wasn't friendly, she just wasn't sure what exactly she needed. Loli and Pop were still learning about the human world, so they often said strange things that might come off as strange, and Yui was always a little worried that people might call them out on that. Though the Holo-suits were a huge help when it came to them blending in.

Amsel looked at yui and smiled "i was wondering if you could just give me a small zour or zips about zhe neighborhood,its my first zime coming out here and exploring so i don't know much bout zhis place" she said and hoped that yui would say yes. She had decided to hold off on any questions she had about the two friends of yui's.

Yui scratched her head and thought for a moment...she wasn't so sure it was such a good idea with the twins here but... "Um...sure. But are your parents okay with you hanging out with strangers?" she asked, hoping the girl wasn't TOO friendly with people she didn't know. She didn't want the kid to get in trouble or anything. She would know...all too well. "I am okay but, many people aren't. You shouldn't be too trusting of people you don't know..." Yui said...trailing off a bit at the end. Loli and Pop gave her a worried look, but she smiled at them. It was all in the past anyhow. "So um...what did you want to see? I mean there isn't much here. Mostly houses."

Amsel smiled "ja don't vorry mien parents don't get vorried, zhey know zhat i like zo go out and explore" she however dropped her smile when she heard yui trail off, by her guess something had happened to her in the past something painful "don't vorry I know you vont hurt me" she said with a huge smile "besides I zhink I could bring someone down faster zhen zhey could blink" she said with a giggle. She thought for a moment "just a few short cuts and street names, its always important to map out vere you live" she said and adjusted her backpack a little.

Yui nodded. She gave her warning, the rest was up to the kid. "Well let's see...the bus stop for school is about three blocks that way.." she said, pointing to her right. "There is a playground somewhere around...I think a few blocks that way but I am not certain. I have only lived here for less then a year.." she muttered as she pointed to her left. "Other then that...umm...short cuts to where? I mean theoretically almost anything can have a short cut. Depends on where you want to go." Yui said as the twins watched, taking in the information like little sponges. For the most part they seemed rather quiet. Loli was just shy, and Pop was trying not to make the fact he didn't quite belong too obvious.

Amsel absorbed the information in, she made a mental note to check out these places later first she wanted to scout around."alright zhank you don't vorry I'll explore and see if i can find any short cuts" she said with a cheery smile "oh before I forget my names Amsel, Amsel .D. rosa what's yours and your friends?" she asked politely.
