Ratatoskr could barely understand a word that came from... Vetina(?)'s mouth. Not that he really cared. The rodent Diigimon was currently indulging in an ecstacy of shadenfreude, despite the slight bump on his head from the fall. A harsh static noise rose from the creature. "I have no idea" it began, in a voice that would almost certainly be familiar to Vetina. Then the static rose again as the creature changed and edited audio files. "what you" This time the voice of Itsuki. More static. "are" static. "saying." He finished with two words straight from the mouth of Alicia.
Fortunately, it was not necessary to suggest that she continue her ministrations on Psychemon, regardless of his presence. Psychemons screams of pain, interspersed with begging for help, Static."will" Vetina. Static. "you" Unknown voice to anyone present, belonging to Akane Nakano. Static. "KILL" Psychemon. Static. "him" Nakano again. Ratatoskr didn't really care, he just wanted to see Psychemon's reaction to the answer.

Alicia's comment piqued Vetina's interest, about the woman scorned. She smiled back, replying "Aye, apt fitting clothes to this situation. Needn't worry about a face pasting, haha... such a countenance is attractive to my fists."
Itsuki didn't say anything as profound, but she did say that Vetina wasn't too hard to understand. She also nodded to her and replied, "Another needle, eh? Rather have the metal than hay with much gratitude."
Meanwhile... it would be safe to say that the Psychemon gave up. He had a defeated look on his eyes as he was abandoned, his fate in the hands of a Palmon he could barely understand.
Ratat had asked about this fate, causing to look at the squirrel with some surprise. By the time he finished, she understood that he spoke by replaying voice clips (although why there was so much static she would never know). However, she recognizes Pure's voice
"Huh... that audio was... Pure's? You've encount-OOF!"
Vetina's grip had loosened, allowing the Psychemon to shove her aside before running through a window, shattering glass and bits of wood around as he landed. Vetina was quick to go after him once he recovered, meeting him down on the relatively empty side street below.
The Psychemon was breathing somewhat heavily, tears in his eyes. "I-I won't let you kill me! I.... I won't!!! *sob* Everyone abandoned me... so I have to fight you myself! I don't wanna go!!!
Psychemon digivolve to...."
Power welled up in the Psychemon as energy enveloped his body. Out of desperation, he had gotten motivated enough to attain champion for the first time. The glow turned purple before dying out, revealing his new form...
"Sangloupmon!"
There seemed to be a fight about to happen, as the Sangloupmon dashed at Vetina... before she digivolved herself to her Champion form, VileSunflowmon, and used her Backhand attack to send his onto the side of the building.
Between the fact that Vetina was far more used to being a Champion the fact that her Backhand attack had her using her thorn covered wrists, and the fact that he was sent head first into the wall, the Sangloupmon was knocked through a loop, dizzy and in pain. Getting up only led to him losing balance before falling again.
"One for Liollmon's aid. Now... simple phrase for simpleton, yes?
YES!?"
The Sangloupmon whimpered. "Y-yes ma'am..." His voice was weak... pathetic even.
"Their time, your money. Understand? Two Digimon, Two Humns."
"Y-yes...." Granted, Ratatoskr wasn't part of the job but he was in no position to argue.
"Be good, Understand?"
"Yes..."
"Lest Deeper costs for returning customers..."
"*sob* Y-yes..."
"Gravy!"
Vetina went over to him and gave him a kiss on the snout... before kicking him in the stomach, Causing out a howl in pain. Her revenge sated, she flew off for other business.

Huh? This... His audio files had been recognized? Pure. Yes, that had been the name of the Digimon with Sanoske. How interesting. But bah! The distraction this caused allowed Psychemon to break free! And evolve! Bah humbug! No wait, that wasn't enough, as... Vetina evolved as well, and sent him flying. Well, now it was getting better agin! No, wait, no it wasn't. Apparently... This Vetina was satisfied with simply smashing him into the wall a bit, and demanding he pay... Wait, was she including him in this? How funny! Ratatoskr hadn't even come to help in the first place, and he was getting paid for this!
"audio file not found" The familiar chuckle replacement rose from him, as Sangloupmon handed over the payment. Well, Sangloupmon could still walk... But it had still been worth coming! A shame he didn't get to chance to find out how Vetina knew Pure, though.

Hearing the squirrel Digimon apparently communicate via recorded voice clips was... odd to say the least. It was especially odd given that her's and Itsuki's voices were mixed in as well. Well, that probably meant it was almost impossible to carry a conversation at length with him. At the very least such would be difficult to understand, possibly more difficult then even working out what Vetina was saying.
Speaking of the hybrid, her ex-boyfriend had apparently had enough of this mess and evolved to some kind of vampiric wolf form. To anyone paying attention, a flash of fear would've played over Alicia's eyes. So soon after the Flarizamon pack that she only survived encountering thanks to Kai, seeing another digimon get to that level inspired panic in her. Still, in a flash her D-Scanner was out and she was ready to evolve to Rustdramon should the need arise.
Said need, however, never came up as Vetina easily subdued the Sangloupmon. Blinking in surprise, Alicia slowly put her D-Scanner away as Vetina basically bullied the coward into paying up what he owed to them, even though he hadn't gotten what he wanted.
"I feel like benefiting from someone getting mugged by an actual criminal..." Alicia muttered to herself, wincing a bit even as she pocketed the payment. She'd been on the wrong side of criminal activity before, completely by chance, and had nearly paid the ultimate price for simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
"A-Anyways..." Alicia sighed, turning to Itsuki. In the sudden tension, she'd forgotten to even pay attention to what Kion had said about her. Probably for the best given the content, really. "This is actually my first day here, and I've only been in the city for an hour or two myself so... I'm afraid I'm a bit at a loss for that myself.
"Actually... I might have something in mind." Her Spirit suddenly spoke up, causing Alicia to jump a bit, startled. "This place may have changed a lot but I still see plenty of similarities. If you're willing to hear me out..." At Alicia's slight nod, she closed her eyes and listened in to what the Spirit had to say.
"Well, guess having a Spirit to talk with isn't so bad after all. He's got an idea of where to go. So if you're ready to get out of here?" Alicia noted, smiling and holding her hand out to the Tamer. It wasn't like she was going to get lost with someone there to keep her on the right track.
