With spring now in full bloom, nearing summer, Sora had been more than busy as of late. Taking on new cases and closing old ones, Sora was never bored. Not only that, Blue had been established fully as Sora's full time partner. Dressed in some clothing to disguise himself, the small blue digimon had proved himself to be a suitable partner for the young detective. However, today was a down day for Sora and Blue. With Blue carrying a slushie for himself and Sora drinking one of his vanilla bean lattes he so loved, the two headed across Hachiko Square, and while they would have kept going, it was the familiar tingling Blue got that let him know that a digimon was nearby.
"Sora." Blue stops, his gaze shifting in the direction he felt the familiar sense coming from.
"A digimon?"
"Yeah."

At the moment, Gallatin was currently chilling at a nearby ice cream vendor while eating a chocolate cone. "Wow; no matter how many weird stuff goes on here, you can't take away the fact that Shibuya has REALLY good Ice Cream." He lamented while taking another swipe into the frozen concoction with his tongue every few seconds. It had been a while since the incident with his Shadow Clone rampaging, nearly killing him before being absorbed back into Gallatin.
Earlier that day, he had decided that today was a day for him. That meant no digimon, no fighting, and in general no crazy stuff. So it was high time that he sat around and had a lazy day for once. He had almost finished his ice cream cone when his digivice buzzed from within his holster, emitting a jingle methodically with it's repeated vibrations. "Urgh. Nope, nope... not gonna check it. Today is a me day, damn it!" With a sigh of defeat as the noise was drawing strange looks from people passing, Gallatin quickly unholstered his digivice to check why it was going off. On it, a radar of some sort appeared with an arrow pointing into main square. "Dang it. Of course a digimon is here on the day I finally take off. Why can't I just go one day without nearly dying? Is that so much to ask?!"
As if detecting his reluctance to pursue the trace, the digivice once again began beeping. "OK! I'm going!" He yelled into the device, silencing it. Defeated, Gallatin quickly finished off his cone before casually walking off towards the detected digimon. He would check it out, but that didn't mean he had to do it willingly. "Hey, maybe if i'm lucky; it'll be a Koromon or something that I can just kick around before sending it back..." He hopefully thought as he changed directions slightly when the arrow tilted to another direction.

Amidst the many crowds, Blue was unable to tell where this sense was coming from -- but honestly, he saw no digimon. Huffing, he goes back to his slushie, soon shaking his head a bit at Sora.
"A shame. I thought we'd find another digimon to encounter." Sora had no business battling them as most apparently did, but more so he just enjoyed meeting digimon and helping them if necessary.
It was a brief flash of color in a foreigner's hand that caught his attention however. It didn't look like any digivice he had seen, but it resembled the shape well enough.
"...?"

Gallatin kept following the direction that his digivice was pointing in, not really noticing where he was going. He abruptly stopped though after bumping into a person and falling backwards. "Ow. Watch where your going... oh hey, you're that one guy from a few weeks ago." Gallatin said, his attention momentarily diverted as he realized the person he bumped into was the same person he had coincidentally bumped into in a similar way a few weeks ago when he had first moved to Shibuya.
He picked himself off of the ground before remembering to holster his digivice. It wouldn't help for people to ask about stuff like that since apparently digimon matters aren't supposed to be public knowledge.

The guy bumping into him was indeed familiar, though Sora hadn't recalled it until now. Funny how seeing a person could make you remember things. "Ah... yes. You're that foreigner." He offers a friendly expression.
"Did you ever find the place you were looking for?"
Blue looked less then pleased as per usual, though the fact this person gave off a strange aura was enough to make him more grumpy then usual as per the expression on the digimon's features.

Gallatin shrugged as he scratched the back of his head, his face written with a carefree grin that would lighten anybody's mood. "Heh. Funny thing about that is not really." He answered, deciding to be honest to the guy since he had been so nice to him before. "But I haven't really had the opportunity to go there because i've been preoccupied... with... other..." Gallatin trailed off his voice as his gaze drifted downwards towards the irritated looking Veemon next to the man, wearing a Vest and hat. It would have normally been hilarious had it not been for the fact that this Veemon had absolutely nothing disguising it while they were in the middle of a crowded square!
"Why is there a badly disguised Veemon standing next to you?"

"I see." He was about to continue when the boy spoke up about Blue. "Mm... people mostly assume Blue's some kind of child wearing cosplay. I tend to just let them think that." Blue looked even more irritated now, though not because he had been discovered, but because his disguise was apparently bad.
"Not only that, Blue himself picked the clothing out, so..." Blue would have just been fine wandering about without his disguise, but he had insisted on looking somewhat like his partner in wearing a vest and hat.
Sora didn't have the heart to tell him otherwise.

"Oh. Okay..." Gallatin felt the conversation turn slightly awkward when the man mentioned his Veemon, named Blue, picked out the clothes himself. "Um... So! I guess that means your a digimon tamer right?" Gallatin assumed, figuring that Blue was probably his partner digimon. "That'd explain why he was dressing like him I guess?" He added in his head.
Gallatin's digivice began beeping and vibrating from within its red, belt holster. He tried to muffle it with his hands, but to no avail as it was quite obvious that it had been the source of the noise by the time he had been able to silence it.

"Yes." Sora replies. Though the foreigner tries to dissuade his digivice from making much noise, it becomes apparent to Sora that with him knowing about digimon and the constant beeping... he must be a tamer of some kind as well. "Are you a tamer as well?" Sora inquires. Blue's gaze shifts around, looking for any said partner digimon -- but he finds none, much to his confusion.

Gallatin cocked his head to the side in a quizzical manner. Now that he thought about it, he didn't really know what he classified as. "Huh. I guess I'm kinda a tamer... Well, AncientKronosmon was technically a digimon before he died, and I transform with his powers... hmm..." After trailing his thought for a few moments though, he realized that Sora was still waiting for an answer.
After pulling his digivice out of his hand, Gallatin palmed it for a moment before pulling up the screen that showed all of the totems that he had collected; on it displayed a full colored totem, resembling his Chronamon form, while another was the bottom half of a totem with golden armor on it. He showed it to Sora hoping that helped. "It's kind of complicated. I guess you could call me a tamer too. Except I tame myself!" Gallatin pointed the screen at Blue too in case he also wanted to get a look.
Suddenly, a thought popped into Gallatin's head. This guy didn't seem to know that Gallatin could turn into a digimon. So maybe he could "Ham up" his powers a little more. "I'm essentially a transforming Super Hero!" Gallatin pointed his thumb at his chest, a grin formed on his face as he let off a haughty laugh; obviously not fooling anyone.
