Abilities:
Non-Combat Passive.
Ice control: Manipulating the same ice she uses for attacks she can create statues and figures, these are fragile however and easily breakable to a rookie standard and serve no combat purpose aside from looks.
Flight: By creating a constant airflow around herself she can fly, she can also make others fly but they will be very cold while flying.
Combat Passives.
Combat high: While Luna is close to fainting or dying her attack is increased by 20% and all of her moves lose two Cool down posts.
Forward together: While Dust is on the battlefield with Luna increase her and Dust's attack and defense by 20% if either one is knocked out or killed the other gains a 50% boost to attack and speed. If Luna is effected by the latter part of this passive some moves gain increased properties.
One track mind, one tracked heart: Prevents Luna from being charmed or having her mind controlled.
Attacks.
Ice spears: using her ice control Five ice spears are created. The Ice spears are strong but move slow. they can also pin things to walls and such requiring someone to rip it out a cool down of 2 posts.
Goodnight Sisters: Light shines from her leg armor and focuses on a single opponent, if the opponent doesn't move in time he falls asleep for 2 posts, if they are Super Mega and Luna isn't under the effect of 'Forward Together' they are only asleep for one post. A hit will wake them up. Cool down is 4 posts.
Blade dance: Swings her weapon around in a mystical trance inducing movement, if the opponent does not look away she cuts then to pieces with dance like movements from her weapon. 3 post Cool down.
Final heal: Luna focuses as much power as she can muster bringing it out of herself for a massive heal. 2 post charge and it heals any ally around her back to full. 8 post Cool down.
Icy End: Spins around coating her blade in a cold aura as she slices the air sending a wave that freezes anything it hits. Drags the other end of the blade against the ground sending another wave that pierces the opponent through the ice. As they sit there frozen Luna dashes forward cutting the ice in two dealing a massive hit to the opponent, Multiple opponents can be trapped at once with a max of four. If Luna is being effected by 'Forward Together' the attack deals more damage and more spears stab the opponents in the second part. 4 post Cool down
Overwhelming power: A buff that increases Luna's attack strength by 20% and causes her to not react to pain for 3 posts. 4 post Cool down.
