(82 lines but before that I want to say my browser's spellchecker tried to correct "Bellestarmon" as "molestation" which I found rather amusing.)
Digimon: a rather well known piece of mankind's creativity having spawned movies, video games, cartoons, TV shows, toys and god only knows how much merchandise! But what was most interesting about them the Digital World was real! From the Royal Knights to the Seven Demon Lords each and every Digital Monster was real! It was a rather amusing quandary to contemplate given what exactly happened in the assorted works and how the Digimon felt about them but that was all irrelevant! Given the reality of Digital Monsters existing Melina had, after watching a bit of the third season to educate her on them, gotten the crazy idea of creating her own thanks to the tamer of a certain red dinosaur like Digimon. Of course unlike how it was done in the show Melina was not merely going to draw it! Oh no she was going to hire someone to draw her "partner" for cheap and then put her programming degree to work! Oh this was going to be delicious. The power of creating a complete Digimon with your imagination being the only limit was an alluring appeal…
Late at night on a Friday evening after work Melina was sat in her chair working her butt off. She'd spent the past two hours roughly, on account of the fact she had to stop for dinner, working hard on coding her own Digimon! It was fortunate that she had contact with a rather knowledgeable Digimon thanks to email. Their assistance in understanding the code structure of a Digimon, decompiling the Digimon data he acquired for Melina's rather unethical experiment and of course how to put it all together. "Mmmm so that's the data for wings. Oh yes we need that. What else....hmmm...." On account of the fact she'd extensively researched pre-existing Digimon ahead of time Melina had to admit she felt a certain interest in virus type Digimon. Classics such as Lilithmon, Bellestarmon and Lady Devimon where infinitely more sexy than their male variations! But that said Melina had a massive soft spot for leather-looking and dark coloured outfits! "Yes I think I'll include some of that too..." Thanks to the efforts of the as of yet unknown Digimon serving as her "mentor" Melina had plenty of Digivolution data to work with.
"Hmmm I like dinosaurs. Yes I think a Black Agumon would work perfectly." A lustful smirk flashed across Melina's face as she realised the full extent of the power at her finger tips! As far as she knew this SHOULD work! According to the Digimon mentoring her in the process all she needed to do was assemble the data, compile it and then release it into the Digital World. Were it not for the fact she had her mentor helping her Melina knew she would not be finding this so easy. All she was really doing was decompiling Digimon code, which one supposed was technically murder, copy/pasting their code, compiling it and then sending it back to her associate for him to “revive.” It may have been an odd concept for an ordinary person to grasp but Melina, with her unique mentality and background in programming, found it easy. Digimon were essentially computer programs and so she told herself that so long as they were in the Digital World bringing them back to life should be an easy thing. So far, if her mentor was to be believed, Melina had been correct that she wasn’t actually permanently affecting anyone in a negative manner.
Lighting cracked outside her window, thunder boomed and storm clouds rolled in oddly quickly but this was Japan and it was possible for them to roll in that quickly. “Hahahaha…~ ahahahha…~ I should be called Frankenstein for what I am doing~” Melina typed away filling in gaps in the Digital Code, adding in the coding required to connect certain Digimon via Digivolution, grant said Digivolutions and to also improve their base performance in theory…. Hours passed and as the clock struck midnight Melina realised she was finally done. According to the feedback her mentor gave her this creation of hers was complete! She complied the code into an executable, the Digital World did need to be able to run the code and given how it was originally created on a human computer it would need to be an EXE....in theory. Then she sent it off to her associate in the Digital World who would complete the process. Thank god, somehow, one could email the Digital World but it was possible in theory as all you needed to do was send data (in a readable format) to a specific recipient. Oh well Melina didn’t fully understand the process as all she knew to do was send the email to a specific address.
“…Hm I think I stayed up too late…” Melina tore her eyes from her computer and looked at the analogue clock on her wall, an odd thing indeed considering the digital one on her PC, taking in the fact it was coming up to one am. “Oh well I don’t have work tomorrow…” With a tired yawn Melina shut her PC down the soft hum of the fan dying out allowing the noise of the thunder to dominate the scene. “Oh right…storms….ugh thunder is such a paaaaaaaaaaaain!” Pulling herself from her seat Melina yawned yet again stretching her arms out. She walked to her bed and, having already changed into the rather revealing nightwear she wore, collapsed onto her bed with a hearty thump. As Melina slumbered deeply her PC switched on, by itself, the monitor displaying a scrolling screen of Digital Runes. The monitor soon flashed and went pitch black despite the PC was still on. However from inside the monitor a dark figured reached out with a claw and “slashed” the monitor open pulling herself through its’ confines entering into the human world. She looked at the sleeping human and quirked her eyebrow up staring at her wondering who she actually was; despite the level she had been "hatched" at the Digimon was still essentially a child.
Morning came and went as Melina slept through it on account of her having overslept but as the hours ticked by and the rays of the sun crept towards her bed she soon began to stir. It was a slow process at first as Melina rubbed her eyes and sat up blearily staring. It seemed she was not the only one who had fallen asleep as a certain Virus attribute Digimon had fallen asleep upon her bedroom's computer chair. At first Melina barely acknowledged what she was seeing as her head bobbed up and down while she slowly woke up. She staggered in a drunken fashion, despite not actually being drunk, into her kitchen and prepared herself a cup of tea the one thing THE ONLY THING that allowed her to function when she woke up. After drinking her tea, and grabbing a quick bite to eat in the form of a chocolate breakfast bar affair, the human returned to her room and smirked seeing the sleeping female devil Digimon upon her chair. "Mmm...mmmmm...it worked...she's rather attractive too~" Turning to face her window Melina smiled to herself realising the full extent of what she could do. Having created one Digimon surely she could create another? Or....create an entirely new one? Ahahahhaa....the possibilities were endless! And that was when she realised Melina was going down the same path as the Digimon Emperor except unlike him she had no plans to take over the Digital World......yet.
Outside the window was the city. Cars moved, people walked and trains chugged along the tracks. Even this late in the day, after most had left for work, Tokyo was still as lively as ever. Melina turned back from the window and giggled to herself. She walked towards the bed, and the sleeping figure on it, a sly smile on her face. Melina would bend down and chuckling prod the Lady Devimon's nose smooshing it. The virus type Digimon squirmed and sat up eyes bleary with sleep. "Ugh....what?..." The Digimon blinked not fully aware of what exactly she was staring at merely yawning again. "....Man still sleepy huh?[/color]" Melina smiled sweetly and decided to let her newly created partner wake up. "Well...man return to sleep. We can talk later." Melina knew from experience talking to a half asleep person was pointless. Coffee always happened to be something that Melina felt, and had experience with, worked wonders for waking sleepy heads up. She made her way to the kitchen flicking the switch on the coffee machine. Melina stood by the coffee machine waiting, thinking, planing what she should do with her partner. She honestly had no idea and decided the best place to start would be to get to know them better. When the machine beeped to indicate the coffee was ready Melina poured a cup returning with it to her room. She left it beside her bed on the bedside table and simply waited. Hopefully her creation would be confident enough to try it.
