The Village of Beginnings, possibly the most peaceful part of the Digital World in its entirety. It might have had something to do with the fact it was inhabited mostly by digitamas and baby digimon.
Yes, to say the Village was without any problems would be very, very true.
Oh, how irony and fate are the ficklist of bitches.
The sky above tore open with a sharp ripping sound, appearing for only the briefest of moments.
It was what it brought that would be the real problem.
The yells of a young man, Jake Jones, could be heard far and wide. Mostly consisting of swearing, cursing and other gibberish.
As Jake came closer the ground, he shut his eyes and sighed. Atleast he wouldn't feel much pain when he hit the ground and died. If only.
With a loud thud, the young Welshman groaned in pain, spread eagle as he slowly opened his eyes. After a few more moments, he sat up, rubbing the back of his head and groaned again. As he looked around, his brow raised.
".....This ain't Kansas....or Japan....or...Earth...god I hope its not America if it is Earth." He thought outloud before standing up.
As he took in more of his surroundings, he noticed the abundance of pastel colours and over sized childrens toy blocks.
"This....this is wierd."
As he wandered, Jake noticed a slowly growing pack of various looking blobs with eyes watching him from here, there and everywhere else. To say he was creeped out was....an overstatement.
"What the hell...."

Micah smiled as she watched all the different in-training level and fresh level digimon play with each other. Ever since her first visit to the digital world she had vowed to map out every part of it in order to get a better understanding of the world. In one of here travels she came across this place called the village of beginnings, she fell instantly in love with all the small digimon there and found herself coming back to the village when she had free time.
Her partner Red who was a shoutmon and the starmons usually didn't mind, when they came over red would go sit some where and take a nap, and the starmons would usually help her with the small digimon. As Micah watched the starmons play tag with the digimon, she began to hear what could be described as screaming and some cursing getting closer and closer. It didnt sound right to her because it sounded like it was coming from the sky, just as she was about too look up only to be started by a loud thump that came a few feet from behind her. Micah shot up and turned around, her digivice tightly clasped in her hand, the starmons had stopped play with the baby digimon and quickly ran over to her.
Her partner red was awoken by the noise with a started yelp, it took him a few moments to calm himself before running over to micah. They stood there tense for a moment before micah waved her hand forward silently signaling her digimon to move forward with cation. The digimon nodded and followed, red placed himself in front of micah for all they knew this could be a injured or aggressive digimon. When they were finally able to see who had fallen from the sky micah immediately ran over to the unknown human "a-are you ok?" she asked, her eyes looking him over concerned for his well being.

A relaxed smile crossed Megan's lips while she carefully watched the children play amongst each other in her own corner of the Village of Beginnings. Ever since she and her partner Kami had managed to get their Digimental of Charity during a brief stay in the village, the two of them have made it a goal to try to visit at least once a month. Once a week if Megan and his schedule end up allowing the two of them to do so (although it rarely ever does so.) It was always nice to visit someplace so peaceful during a rather hectic life that the medical student led. Plus it can end up being a good learning experience as she learned a little more about the variety of digimon that call the digital world their own.
Although Kami, a Kamemon, himself seemed more interested about the small bit of peace this place held for him as he found a nice warm rock to lie belly down on top of. The comforting rays of the sun hitting the turtle digimon just right as he seemed to almost be on the edge of going to sleep. The sight itself almost got a good chuckle from Megan. It was rare for her to see Kami act like the animal that he so closely resembled.
Of course this peace wasn't to last as Megan heard what could only be called a string of cursing from the sky. Her eyes immediately looking up towards the sky for any signs of who that could belong to. Although she seemed to have just missed whoever it was as the sound of a loud thud was just barely audible to the woman as she stood up.
This got the attention of the deaf Kamemon as he looked up over at his Tamer with a curious gaze. Not quite sure what had got Megan to have such a worried look on his face himself. And she didn't seem to be the only one as the kids that were playing only a few moments earlier seem to be heading off to view some kind of commotion themselves. Something that only raised the turtles alertness as he began lazily getting off from his heated rocks as his tamer began to take off herself, giving him only a small wave to follow close behind her.

"H-huh-wha?" Jake exclaimed as he spun around, face to face with, thankfully, another human being asking for his well being. The fact that the young girl, European by the looks and slight difference in her accent gave it away rather easily. Where to in Europe he had no clue.
His eyes wandered down to the upright walking lizard with headphones and he simply raised a brow. Atleast it didn't look like Nakano's monst-Digimon. He needed to get used to that term. He then looked back up to the questioning girl and cleared his throat.
"Yeah...I'm good. Just...not used to being brought to another world via vending machine and falling from the sky. Where...where am I, exactly? Because either baby geniuses are filming here or the Digital World has the biggest daycare I've ever seen."
He once more turned around, his eyes watching a meddly of those same eyed blobs, probably digimon, stare at him in concern.
Looking at his digivice he hummed before pressing on the face buttons, seeing if anything might show up and give him some clue about what was going on.
"Can this day get any better.." he asked himself, shaking his head.

Micah sighed in relief when the young man said he was fine, that was a huge load off her shoulders, she didnt think she would have been able to help him if he had broken anything. She looked down at the ground when he had asked were he was, oh boy here came the hard part. Micah took a deep breath "w-well y-you see your in the digital world" she said quietly.
"before you say anything human, its true so dont start whining or go insane" the shoutmon said an eage in his voice, his voice held a Brooklyn like accent to it. Normally he wouldnt be so grumpy and snapish, but he was rudely awaken from his nap. The starmons came in for a closer look at the new human, they really dont see much of humans so they were naturally curious.

It fortunately didn't take Megan to long to reach where she heard the thud. A sigh of relief of her own exiting her lips as she saw that no one looked to be hurt. It also looked like she wasn't the only one who noticed the uhh... Let's just say cry of help earlier. Although that didn't mean she could just leave the situation be based on that alone. So she walked slowly over towards the two from still some distance away.
"Is everyone alright here?" She asked as she took the time to better access the situation. Kami following close behind her as he gets a chance to see the situation himself. Remaining silent for a moment as he himself observed what was going on.

Spinning back around, Jake groaned before shaking his head and looking at the two. No three. Four. Damn. People crowded quickly around here. He then raised a brow at the slightly older woman present, along with what appeared to be an upright turtle digimon. Digimon really did come in all shapes and sizes it seemed.
"Alright. First off, ma'am? I'm pretty sure everything right now is alright. Me included. A sore rear and some minor joint pain, but I'm good. And second off."
He then turned his attention to the other two, the red lizard-mon catching most of his lazy looking ire.
"I figured I was in the Digital World. These things don't happen unless you've got one of these, right?" He said, holding up his black with blue outlined areas digivice. Now beeping.
His attention became drawn to said beeping with him raising a brow again. "....This supposed to beep?"
Shaking his head, he looked back to the elder lady and spoke again. "The names Jake Jones. I don't know why I'm here, but I know what the digital world is. Someone gave me the run down before uh...watching me get transported by a vending machine." His eyes then wandered over to the younger girl, his lax looking eyes never changing to one of shock or amusement.
"I have an idea why I might be here but...meh."

Micah jumped slightly when she had heard a new voice, she turned her attention to the young woman and a turtle digimon who she had to guess was the young woman's partner digimon. She listen as the young man introduced himself to the older woman, micah made sure to remember his name. It was then that she saw his digivice, it looked way different then her own.
It seemed to also be beeping, how odd hers never did that so maybe he was a different type of digidestined. Micah was brought out of her mental examination of his digivice when she had heard him talk to her, "ah well usually some people f-freak out at this point" she said with a giggle. Red was not amused but decided to keep his sassy comments to himself for now, he yawned "bunny imma go sleep for a bit longer" he told micah and slowly walked back to the area he had been taking his nap in. The starmons looked up at jake "its nice to meet you jake!" they all shouted at the same time.

Megan just gave the two a careful look when she was told that the boy was indeed fine by the most part. Not exactly sure she should fully believe that from someone who appears to have just fallen out of the sky. Although, in the end, she does decide to not question any further about the subject. This was the digital world after all. And she was no stranger to the mysterious happenings to this world. Well... She likes to think that that is the case for the most part.
"Yeah it is odd that you seem rather calm about this whole situation. Most people who tend to get pull into another world tend to freak out a little at very least." Megan agreed as she returned her gaze back to Jake once more. "Are you sure that you didn't end up hitting your head on your way down? Or could it be perhaps that you home life has become so monotonous that all you want is an adventure in another world?
She left the questions just floating there for the time being as she then took a look at the girl besides Jake then down towards Kami who has been waiting patiently for Megan. No small amount of guilt filled the young woman's body that she had left Kami in the dark this whole time. Quickly taking a moment to rectify it by interpreting what she remembers of this so far short meeting so far.

"Oh trust me. Inside? I'm freaking out like crazy. I'm in another world." Jake responded as he shook the digivice, looking back and forth between the two girls. "I guess that when you meet two people who carry around shape shifting monsters, you can have some semblance of what is going on....even when you sure as hell don't."
He stared at the star shaped monsters and raised a brow before shrugging and giving a wave in their direction. Atleast these things didn't look like they disapproved of him. Much.
He then returned hid attention to the older looking one and folded his arms. His tone sounding more relaxed by the second.
"Eh. Not really anything in my life that's a hundred percent bad but...eh, I could use a little excitement here and there. Adventuring though? Never crossed my mind."
After a moment of once more looking over his digivice he sighed and rubbed the back of his head. "So....what exactly happens now?" He asked no one in particular with a raised brow, eyes darting between all that were present.

Micah giggled, she watched as his device seemed to beep again, she was no expert but by the looks of it he seemed to be a new tamer. His digivice didn't look like hers, it looked more like amsels, from what she had been told by her German friend was that when she was given her digivice it had beeped when her partner digimon was near.
"I-I think its b-beepinng because y-your digimon partner is near by" she stuttered out, the starmons nodded agreeing with their general. "I t-think you h-have to follow it"

"Well that is definitely a possiblity." Megan admitted when the girl whose name she hasn't gotten quite yet mentioned that the beeping could mean that Jake's digimon partner could be close by. "I mean... If you were to find your digimon partner somewhere. There are definitely worse places to find them then here." Her eyes then examined the small contingent of baby digimon that were either staring at the fallen child wide eyed or playing around without a single care in the world.
"Oh right?!" She then said as she remembered something. Quickly taking the opportunity to sign out what has been going on with her deaf Kamemon partner. Making sure that he wasn't left out of the gist of everything. Once he was caught up, she then told the group, "By the way. I'm Megan, and this is Kami." Her hands moving intricately with her words as Kami kept an eye on them carefully. To which he then followed up with a small wave hello of his own.

Jake's eyes watched as the girl, Megan, signed to her digimon. Something that suprised him. A deaf digimon? Well, that's new. Still, he nodded his head in greeting to them both before looking at his digivice again. The beeping becoming louder as he stretched it forward.
"Hm. I guess its this way....by the way, how the heck do you leave the digital world? There like a server room to teleport from or something?" He asked, putting the beeping machine in his pocket.
-elsewhere in the Village-
A grey digitama, adorned in rested within its stoney basket. How long it had been there was unknown.
For a brief moment, the egg shone brightly. But just as it appeared, it went away. As if nothing had happened.

Micah noticed the unknown tamer sign to her digimon as well, coming to the conclusion that the digimon was deaf as well. When she had heard the tamer introduce herself ad partner, micah curtsied "h-hello miss megan, my name is Micah Estonia, that is my partner red" she pointed to the fast asleep bi-petaled red lizard a few feet away.
"a-and these are the starmons, t-they are part of m-my army" she said as she gestured to the small star like digimon. They in turn looked up at megan and her partner, they waved and as oe greeted them with cheers and smiles.

Megan gives Micah a quick acknowledging nod as the Xros General introduced herself and the current members of her team. Giving the group a small smile as she interpretted what was being said for her partner so that he could know their names as well. Something he in turn gave a small wave hello towards before Megan turned her attention to Jake.
"That would probably be good for you to know." Megan said with a small giggle at the mention of how one would be able to exit the digital world. "Fortunately for you it isn't all that very difficult. In fact there are currently two ways that I know of how to exit the digital world on your own volition.
"The most popular way to leave would by using the Trailmon at Terminus Station. They fairy humans and digimon from this world to the other all day and night, and it isn't all that difficult to get a ticket as long as you have a digivice in hand. If taking a train isn't to your liking though, there is also a portal in the middle of Terminus City that you can try to use. It's in an abandoned shop somewhere in town. If you want, I could probably show it to you on my way back. Otherwise you can always ask around about it. I'm sure it wouldn't be that hard to find as most of the older tamers should know about it at this point."
Megan then thought on the subject some more to see if she was missing anything detail wise. "Oh... Right. You'll likely be able to find the portal using your digivice as a guide too. Just be careful. That portal will drop you off in an alleyway in Shibuya, and it's only one way. Your going to have to take the portal by the river or the trailmon hidden in the train station if you want to come back here."
