With everything planned out and ready to go there wasn't much that the renamon could say to the others at this point without messing up the flow of things. K wasn't one to really call out during battle so instead she waited to see what her 'partners' would do in the mean time.
Luke started off with some kind of water spear; which he quickly launched at the Kabuterimon or rather the ring that was around it's neck. It likely was accurate enough to strike it without too much trouble. Thankfully any response from the Kabuterimon fizzled out which opened up the next attack from the twin to launch their fire attack towards the Kuwagamon. There was a pause before the renamon simply took the idea that it'd be best for her to go after the Kuwagamon.
She wasn't close enough to use her saberk for the moment so in her free hand she'd use Fox Fire to summon up three small orbs of fire and target the Kuwagamon. Following suit to attack the ring as bellamy had done. Once her fire orbs were away the Renamon broke out into a run to close the gap between her and the digimon. She was useless at longer ranges currently but hopefully she'd be able to keep at a somewhat medium range when dealing with these bugs.
Now lets just hope that everyone sticks to the plan...
Battle Log
Move used: Fox-Fire: Summoning up three orbs of fire, this digimon may target up to three opponents. Each fox fire deals a decent amount of damage and can ignite flammable objects.
Active Effects: Saberk
Base Synopsis Targeted Kuwagamon's Ring. Moving closer to engage at medium distance.

Feli looked over at Smamemon as he listened to what the Digimon had to say, the little human turned Patamon smiled "ve~, alright, I'll do my best" he chirped with a smile. He looked over at the Digimon they were supposed to attack, it was big but the experience of past much scarier battles is what kept Feli determined and ready to see this through. Renaissancemon was able to see what feli saw through his partner's eyes, he didn't like the current situation, but he knew that Feliciano needed to do this, he would need all the support he could get Be careful Feli Feliciano heard from inside his head. He blinked and chuckled before answering his spirit partner "I will don't worry Renaissancemon" . Feli could feel his spirit partner relax, he was going to make sure they both came out alive and on top.
Feliciano hardly jumped when he heard the unmistakable sounds of battle, the human turned Patamon listened closely as he prepared to attack. The hamster like Digimon ran forward and proceeded to the Red Digimon that was their target, Feli stopped just far enough to be out of the insect Digimon reach, but close enough to shoot his attacks at it. Feliciano took a deep breath causing the little Digimon to blow up like a balloon, he then blew out the air in the form of an attack, multiple bullets of air shot out of his mouth and toward the red Kuwagamon "BOOM BUBBLE".
Battle Log
comes out of cover only slightly and attacked the red Kuwagamon. Boom Bubble: shoots multiple air bullets at the enemy
is at a medium range of the enemy to his left

The moment everyone struck together, at once, Smamemon's blank expression belied the fact he was filled with energy. "Let's hit 'em" He stated, more to himself than anyone else. He then launched himself out of the foliage, flying into the sky, his spherical form a silhouette against the sun, while a barrage of fire and wind slammed into the red insectoid champion. A moment later, gravity took over, as Smamemon dropped from above, "Grinning Rocket." He said, more of a statement then the declaration of an attack. Regardless, Smamemon aimed to slam his dense body into the pincer-wielding menace, face-first, since he had no soft parts of his face to break, even his eyes were more or less durable, like the rest of his body. "I'm gonna punch you till you stop moving." Smamemon stated, as soon as his momentum stopped, either from missing, or impacting the target.
Nelson simply sat back, glancing around, before raising his fists, whisper-yelling: "Go on, guys! You can do it... probably..." He mumbled the last part of his sentence, trailing off, as he couldn't help but feel he was just watching a ridiculous action show, as he could, literally, do nothing else but watch. He then realized this was the first time he was watching Smamemon fight someone seriously, for once. This made him worry, for a moment, but also interested in seeing what this angry basketball could actually do, in this crazy world, aside from punching literally anything that caught his interest. He then realized how absurd that notion was, Smamemon could get seriously injured! Anyone of these... people(?) could get seriously injured, so why were they all so excited about it? What was there to be happy about? The fox lady seemed to be the most reasonable one out there.

Tentomon was indeed holding on to Tawna on the approach to the tower. She could move much faster than he could, and thus there he was at the end of it, in ideal position to attack the black tower that had caused so much misery to his home.
"Super Shocker!" he cried, sending forth a bolt of lightning at the edifice. As expected, it didn't do much, but he was pleased to see the force of the electric attack seemed to chip off some stone fragments.
Tawna's attack meanwhile left a more meaningful wound on the tower meanwhile. But it was still far from collapse.
However, Tentomon and Tawna attacking the tower seemed to have a startling effect on the guardians. For when their attacks landed, the two insect digimon immediately turned their attention to them. Even though they were under attack by other digimon, it seemed like they were hardwired into attacking whoever attacked the tower. However, Kuwagamon seemed a bit slower to attack than Kabuterimon, considering how much attention he was being given. The attacks from K, Feliciano and Smamemon landed on the red beetle's dark ring. but still, the evil device held strong.
Bellamy noted that too, and since the element of surprise was no longer to their advantage, he'd have to instead use other methods. And he utilized them in his next attack.
"Cat's Eye Hypnosis!" he cried, his green eyes glowing as he stared Kuwagamon down. So far the attack seemed to land its effect. The mesmerized Kuwagamon thus moved a little slower for the moment.
Meanwhile, Koemon saw Kabuterimon lunging at his friend, and thus aimed his attack silently. He tracked the blue beetle, then shot a pachinko ball at his dark ring at high velocity. Luke meanwhile gasped as he saw Kabuterimon lunging straight at Tentomon. He had to stop it!
"Leyden Punch!" he cried, interposing at the last second and aiming a powerful punch at the enemy insect, his fist sparking with electricity, aiming at Kabuterimon's ring. In exchange, he yelped with pain as Kabuterimon knocked him down with the momentum of his attack, but the electricity he was delivered in turn did seem to hurt him.
Kuwagamon, meanwhile, managed to temporarily break through the hypnosis and lunged for Tawna instead, aiming to rip at her with his claws.
Tentomon uses Super Shocker on the Control Spire.
Super Shocker - Casts a thunderbolt of electricity generated from his wings to strike a target.
Koemon uses Y to the X on Kabuterimon's dark ring.
Y to the X - Koemon fires a pachinko ball with enhanced accuracy from his slingshot.
Luke defends Tentomon from Kabuterimon's attack by jumping in front of him and using Leyden Punch on Kabuterimon's dark ring.
Leyden Punch - Focuses electricity into his clenched fist, then runs at the opponent and punches them, creating an electric discharge if it connects.
Bellamy uses Cat's Eye Hypnosis on Kuwagamon to slow his movements.
Cat's Eye Hypnosis - Stares at his opponent with his glowing green eyes, slowing their movements for 2 posts [Cooldown: 2 posts]
Control Spire 1 Rookie Attacks 1 Armor Attacks 0 Champion Attacks
Kabuterimon 1 Rookie Attacks 1.5 Armor Attacks 0 Champion Attacks
Kabuterimon uses Beetle Horn on Tentomon, but Luke interposes and takes the hit instead.
Beetle Horn - Rushes at an opponent, aiming to gore them with his hard chitin horn.
Kuwagamon 3 Rookie Attacks 0.75 Armor Attacks 0 Champion Attacks
Kuwagamon attempts to brush off the attacks he received, then aims a Scissor Claw attack at Tawna.
Scissor Claw - Aims to slash at an opponent in an aerial assault with his claws.
Kuwagamon is slowed down by Cat's Eye Hypnosis (1/2 turns).

Clanging violently against the black stone-like pillar, the Axemon bounced back as the spire heaved slightly from her attack, an irritated growl coming from her. She could tell that they were going to be needing much more to destroy the structure, but they were putting in their all to take it down.
Go figure though that the damn bugs would still be after them the moment they laid a hand on that thing... She managed to briefly see Luke's efforts towards guarding Tentomon from Kabuterimon, though her attention was drawn towards the attacking Kuwagamon who had faultered briefly from the BlackGatomon of the group's hypnosis.
The feline's efforts WERE not wasted, giving Tawna just long enough to bound out of the way, though forced to back up directly into the spire itself... which wasn't a completely terrible position to be in retrospect. The insects were clearly being manipulated to try and guard the spire, and being so close to it surely would dissuade them from attacking her somewhat... or if not, perhaps give them some extra assistance towards toppling it down.
Nonetheless, Kuwagamon was far too close for comfort when it comes to continuing her work. "Back off punk! Aqua Rage!" the weapon-like Digimon growled at Kuwagamon, rearing back their head as their maw bellowed out a stream of acid at high-velocity towards the Kuwagamon, aimed primarily at their ring. Of course, it'd surely damage the insect as well... but why did she have to care? Her job was toppling the tower, and nothing more.
Tawna evaded Scissor Arm and is backed up to the Control Spire. She is attacking Kuwagamon and their ring with Aqua Rage.
Aqua Rage - Axemon exhales an acidic breath, dealing damage while reducing the defenses of foes by a moderate amount for 3 turns. While in weapon form, Aqua Rage instead coats the axe in this same acid for 3 turns, granting it a mild damage boost while proccing the same defense reduction with any physical attack made with her. (Cooldown: 2 turns)
Cooldowns: Aqua Rage - Waiting

Okay. they certainly were doing a quick number in this fight, but they seemed to be all focusing on one of the bugs in particular rather than both of them. But that didn't really seem to matter as if they were able to destroy one ring quickly the other would immediately have to deal with the fact there was indeed a large amount of individuals attacking it.
Sure a plan was about as good as the group that made it and she wasn't expecting perfection but she certainly wasn't expecting this. One attack after the next hit the Kuwagamon and the same could be said about the Kabuterimon. But once it was abundantly clear what the Kuwagamon was going after K had to step up and try to intercept it.
She ran forward, spinning her sword around for a moment before leaping upwards. Intending to mount the Kuwagamon after Tawna's attack landed. Were she successful she'd immediately follow up with a stab to the ring. Even willing to break her saberk to damage the item.
Were she to miss her chance at mounting the creature she only had the option of launching an energy wave close quarters with this champion tier digimon. Their job was to keep Tawna and the Tentomon covered so they could destroy the tower. So it wouldn't be too out of place for her to grab the attention of the damn thing!
Battle Log
Move used Saberk: Placing her two "pointer" fingers together this digimon draws energy from within and places them at their fingertips. Extending either hand outwards a blade is summoned from the pure energy of the creature. This blade can come in many shapes or sizes. But in the end the power of the blade doesn't change. It may even be two handed or one handed. This blade can shoot out small energy projection from along it's length, usually in an arc following a slash. While the distance of the energy can only reach out to about fifteen feet this allows for a limited use of projectiles from the blade itself. It's certainly strong enough to cut through steel, but anything stronger than that? The blade can shatter.
Active Effects: Saberk if mounting fails.
Base Synopsis: Attempted to mount Kuwagamon and damage the back of the ring. Failing the mounting attempt K would still follow through with an energy slash in attempt to draw attention to herself.

As Smamemon slammed into his target, the massive bug decided to move on, causing Smamemon to tumble across the insect's back as they decided to ignore the small ball. Luckily, Smamemon managed to snag one of Kuwagamon's talons, with their glove. Smamemon made no sound as they clung on, the only difference from before is that their pupils were at best half their original size as they stared up at the large red monster. Smamemon was unable to do much else but hold on, as Kuwagamon moved too quickly to climb up, but fortunately for the little spherical warrior, his quarry was slowing down, as it tried to slam into the fox 'mon from before.
It was also slowed down by a different attack, but that mattered little to the compressed ball of fury that clung on through sheer anger. As Kuwagamon slowed down and lost it's target, Smamemon pulled with his remarkably muscular arms, pulling himself up back to where they were, before Kuwagamon started moving. They reared back their arms as they stated the name of their next attack "Beaming Barrage", with their still-monotone voice, but it cut with a cold edge that wasn't present before. Even from a distance, Nelson shivered at his partner's bloodlust at being ignored. Smamemon delivered their message of frustration through a barrage of punches slamming into his target's weak spot, that strange ring he wore.
Ability used: Beaming Barrage: Hops around, indiscriminately punching surroundings, can also simply be a barrage of punches in a singular direction, all with a blank smile.
Durations: 1/1 Beaming barrage
Cool-downs: 0/2 posts Beaming barrage

A digimon on pale wings glided over the canopy. The Harpymon in question darting here and there minding her own business as she searched out potential targets or ruins to plunder within the jungles depths, but soon found herself distracts by the resounding sounds of battle. "What in the Sovereigns name..." She swore pumping her wings as she sought out altitude pushing herself higher into the air as her keen blue eyes zeroed in on the dirt, dust, destruction, and the eye sore of a black obelisk jutting from the jungle canopy. For a moment the Harpymon hovered dumbfounded as she watched the battle before finally shaking herself from her revere. She might have been a bandit, but the whole thing hardly seemed like a fair fight not to mention how erratically the two champion bug digimon were acting. "All right. Looks like it's time to topple a tower." Wren growled out her eyes zeroing in on the spire that she was almost one hundred percent certain wasn't supposed to be there. Besides perhaps if she aided the group there might be some bits in it for her as a reward. Diving for the tower the Harpymon swoops down lashing a wing out as at the structure as a vacuum as sharp as a blade forms along her feather. Leaving the digimon launching it at the obelisk in a fly-by attack. " Wind Seeker!" She calls out as the attack hurtles towards it's target announcing her entry into the fray as the Harpymon itself climbs high into the sky once more aiming to keep out of the two angry bugs reaches.
Wren as Harpymon Uses: Wind Seeker: Manipulates the wind, forming a vacuum blade sharp enough to sheer through stone and launches it at it's opponents. Cool down one turn.

OOC: I'm very sorry to say, but Feliciano has been inactive too long and has been dropped from this thread. He will be replaced by Wren for the remainder of the thread. Also a reminder that there's no particular turn order - you may post at any time you get the chance. I will try to update when everyone else has posted.
Kuwagamon gave an indignant screech of rage as the corrosive acid showered him. The effects were not unnoticed on the dark ring either, the acid bubbling as it reacted with it. The effects would make it even more susceptible to damage, so it seemed.
Furthermore, much of the digimon were teaming up to strike him. Since the effects of Bellamy's hypnosis were still making him woozy, he was unable to respond to the strikes that followed in time. K's Saberk struck true to the ring, as did Smamemon's Beaming Barrage, weakening the controlling artifact just a little more.
"Hey! Careful where you're aimin' that thing!" Bellamy complained, as Smamemon's almost frenzied attack almost hit him. Well then. The BlackGatomon decided to follow up on his hypnosis technique with a special attack. His green eyes still fixed with Kuwagamon's face... wherever his eyes were in that carapace, he then launched himself forward with his strongest technique in this form.
"Shadow Slash!" he snarled as the strike hit, having launched himself at high speed, his claws landing on the collar.
Meanwhile the assault on the Control Spire was still taking its steady toll. Tentomon stayed at his post, still dealing out Super Shockers in an attempt to chip away at it. By now the attacks were beginning to leave a mark. And furthermore, they were now joined by a passing digimon - a Harpymon! Initially worried that they were with the enemy, this worry faded when the Harpymon launched a direct attack on the tower.
"Good to have you with us!" Tentomon called out to them. "Be careful though, they aim at whoever attacks the tower! Oh no! Watch out!"
As this happened, Kabuterimon was seen charging up another Electro Shocker, aiming at the new arrival. Given that only Luke and Koemon were attacking him, he was more free to aim... but it seemed that Koemon had it handled.
"Pepper Bomb!" he stated, launching a new projectile from his slingshot. It struck Kabuterimon's face, exploding with a cloud of brown powder, making the insect thrash and sneeze from its effects. The bomb was filled with capsaicin chemical, designed to deliver strong irritants to whatever it hit. Thus when Kabuterimon launched his Electro Shocker at Harpymon, it may have been launched off target, perhaps?
Still though, Luke seemed to be the main obstacle between Kabuterimon and the control spire he was defending. Realizing his electric attacks might not be that effective against the electric elemental bug, he glanced in Colin's direction. He needed some extra power here, and Colin thought of just the thing.
"Card Slash!" the boy commanded his D-Arc, scanning the card through its slot. "Greymon's Nova Blast Activate!"
Luke felt the power fill his belly. This was more like it! Fire would be better against this bug, he just wished it wasn't so uncomfortable with his throat for this to happen, but, he did his best to execute the attack.
"Nova Blast!" the Teslamon shouted, and launched a great plume of fire straight at Kabuterimon, who screeched from its intensity, held back from venturing further, and his dark ring getting more and more punishment.
Kuwagamon meanwhile was beginning to get overwhelmed by the attacks on him. In a seeming fit of outrage, his wings began to beat at high speed, making the air shimmer with a dischordant resonance. Any digimon standing within 50 feet would feel a great discomfort, trembling from its effects as their data threatened to displace. This battle was by no means over just yet, and this latest ability seemed to up the stakes.
Tentomon uses Super Shocker on the Control Spire.
Super Shocker - Casts a thunderbolt of electricity generated from his wings to strike a target.
Koemon uses Pepper Bomb on Kabuterimon.
Pepper Bomb: Fires a bomb loaded with pepper spray at a target, which will explode on impact. This reduces the accuracy of their attacks for 2 turns. [Cooldown: 2 turns]
Luke receives the powerup from Colin's card and uses Nova Blast on Kabuterimon.
Nova Blast: Fires a large fireball from the target Digimon's mouth.
Bellamy uses Shadow Slash on Kuwagamon.
Shadow Slash: Transfixes his opponent's eyes, then launches forward with a high speed slashing attack. In the blink of an eye, he aims to slash them with his claw. Very difficult to dodge [Cooldown: 1 post]
Control Spire 3 Rookie Attacks 1 Armor Attacks 0 Champion Attacks
Kabuterimon 2 Rookie Attacks 1.5 Armor Attacks 1 Champion Attacks
Kabuterimon uses Electro Shocker on Harpymon.
Electro Shocker - Launches a powerful ball of lightning at an opponent.
Kabuterimon's accuracy is reduced by Pepper Bomb. (1/2 turns).
Kuwagamon 5.5 Rookie Attacks 2.75 Armor Attacks 0 Champion Attacks
Kuwagamon's Dark Ring begins to show signs of stress. It's halfway toward breaking.
Kuwagamon uses Buzzing Resonance.
Buzzing Resonance: Kuwagamon emits ultrasonic waves with his wings that afflict all enemies within a 50ft radius. Deals a small amount of damage and reduces their defense power slightly for 2 turns. [Cooldown: 3 turns].
Kuwagamon is slowed down by Cat's Eye Hypnosis (2/2 turns). Kuwagamon's defenses are weakened by Aqua Rage (1/3 turns).

The Harpymon let out a pained shriek as the Electro Shocker clipped her wings missing the main body of the Digimon, but causing her muscles to lock up in pain and shock as she plummeted from the sky. Only the altitude she'd built up saved her allowing the flying Digimon a little more time to get her wings beneath her as she fought against her own body to fly. Eventually turning the fall into a dive and pulling out of it just short of the ground. Leaving her feathers singed black on the edges and her entire form shaking as fought against gravity once more to rise her teeth grit in pain.
"Noted~" She hissed out through her clenched jaw her tone more determined then angry though the digimon herself was clearly more then a little pissed off at the attack.
"Stupid overgrown...ugh if I was bigger and had a really large shoe." Wren muttered under her breath tilting her wings to circle around the tower in hopes of putting it between her and her enemies as she opened her mouth once more. Letting out a highpitched screamed like a diving hawk the sound waves tearing through the air as she aimed it at the tower intent of doing further damage to the massive eyesore if only to spite her attackers.
Wren the Harpymon Uses: - Silent Symphony: Fires destructive supersonic waves from its mouth damaging and disorientating a Digimon for one turn lowering their accuracy. Cooldown two turns. Target: Dark Tower

If it were not for that the bug Digimon here were trying to kill them, Tawna would have felt perhaps a slight bit of pity seeing the Kuwagamon hit pretty painfully with her acidic attack. Collateral damage admittingly, but the ring looked to be receiving some good damage now. Perhaps it was best to shift her attention to Kuwagamon now...? If they could damage the ring a bit more, they remove an entire foe from the equation.
Curiously though, a newcomer arrived onto the scene... A avian humanoid Digimon had appeared, landing another blow on the tower as everyone else distracted the bug Digimon. Honestly, Tawna did not know whom this mystery person was, but frankly any form of assistance at this point was a welcome sight considering the odds were against them.
Even with this recent welcome turn of events, they couldn't rest easy even now. The Axemon flinched painfully as Kuwagamon's sound waves resonated through the air, rather painfully causing her body to tense up. Being made of metal certainly did not help there.
Still, even through that minor hit... Tawna was able to push through the headache as she rushed after Wren. "Hoy! Bird! Catch me!" the weapon Digimon yelled as she leaped into the air towards the new Harpymon, their form glowing as their metallic shape began clanging as limbs retracted as the Axemon changed into a shape ala that of their namesake, the Armor Champion level's form briefly hovering in the air to be easily grabbed.
Tawna was damaged by Buzzing Resonance. She has jumped towards Wren and changed into her Weapon Form
[PASSIVE] Dual-Form - A weapon-type Digimon, Axemon is capable of shifting shape into that of a bladed axe for use. While too heavy for anything but at least Rookie level Digimon to handle properly and incapable of attacking herself in this state, Axemon as a melee weapon adds on the strength of an Armor Champion to her wielder in this form and enables them to utilize offensive techniques of hers (channeled by utilizing said axe). She can shift shape once a turn, though shifting into her weapon form prevents her from making any kind of attack that turn. Cooldowns are shared.
[PASSIVE] Dual-Purpose - Weapon form through Dual-Form augments and enhances her natural attacks' (those not shared between forms) functions to better suit her form and wielder.
Durations: Buzzing Resonance DEF down - 1 turn
Cooldowns: Aqua Rage - Waiting

K grimaced a little bit as she noted that the ring was taking a hell of a beating from several different sources. Honestly the plan that they had doshed out wasn't really working as intended but she couldn't really argue with the results.
Spinning her Saberk around a few times; gauging the current target's condition for a brief moment. They were taking quite a beating yes; but they still were a champion type assaulted on all sides by a group of rookies and armor champions.
The renamon noted that the group attacking the tower were going to still go for it. Even if the newcomer hadn't been a part of their initial pow wow they were doing just fine. She didn't need to baby sit them really.
Of course that uncomfortable buzzing was met with the renamon's saberk fizzling out as the discomfort played hell with her concentration. With a snarl she'd bound forward one of her hands extending out to the side and flexing aggressively for a moment.
Once close enough she'd attempt to make a swing at the ring again with her claws this time. The strike was heavier sure; but she doubted that she had the force required to knock-back a champion of all things!
Battle Log: -K lost her concentration thus ending Saberk's effect. -K Used K-slash to attack the ring once more!
Attack: K-Slash: Using their claws, this digimon may make an slashing attack towards a target dealing heavy damage. Knockback may occur..

Smamemon staggered from the irritatingly grating noise, leading him to slide back, along Kuwagamon's back, before regaining his balance, once more and gripping one of Kuwagamon's lower arms, to stop himself from falling off. SMamemon was starting to get angry, as he was sensing a pattern in this battle, he wailed as much as he could on the big bug, but no matter what, it ignored him, trying to toss him aside like nothing. That was something that really pissed him off.
"Ignore me, huh...?" they muttered, dragging their body up by their bulbous arms. Deadly quiet in his newfound rampage, and his expression unchanging, he dragged himself back up to the dark ring. Why was this thing so stubborn? It was so annoying, like the damn thing was taunting him. That was it. He couldn't hold himself back anymore. He pulled himself back up to the dark ring, staring deep into it's black surface, as if trying to make it say something in it's own defense, before raising his fist in the air. The sound of popping and crackling, like a weak firecracker was starting to emanate out of his fist, as some sparks started flying off of his fist. He brought his fist down, and at the moment of it's impact made a massive spark, compared to the ones before, shining like a miniature star before an explosion erupted on the point of impact, with enough force to stagger a champion level.
From the explosion, Smamemon was tossed aside, thrown from his perch of Kuwagamon's back, his right arm, the one that threw the punch was emitting smoke, and if one were to look closely, they would notice that the fist he used to strike was now gone, indicating the sort of cost the power of his assault tolled. He slammed hard into the ground, luckily his dense body absorbed the shock without much interference, but he still took a little bit of damage as a result. He glanced at his arm, the smoking socket of his previous fist, it would take a little while for that to regrow. He should have earned a break from that attack, however.
Ability Used: Smiley Cracker (Lunges forward, throwing a punch so hard fist explodes, and needs to be regrown, deals very high damage,)
Recoil: 0/1
Cooldowns: Smiley Cracker 0/2 Beaming Barrage 1/2

The supersonic waves launched from Harpymon did their damage against the tower, making its data shimmer and tremble from its effect. While little damage was registered physically, it did do some numbers on its internal structure. Tentomon continued to do his task, following that up with a Talon Buster attack on the side of the tower that had received the most punishment, chipping off a little more from it. Meanwhile, most of the group seemed to notice that Kuwagamon's dark ring was beginning to get some serious damage dealt to it. Hence this was the reason Koemon and Luke changed target, both of them taking advantage of Kabuterimon's reduced accuracy from the pepper bomb. "Y to the X!" Koemon cried, and launched a pachinko ball straight at the black collar, just after K had landed a hit. "Leyden Punch!" Luke shouted, aiming an electrified punch at it straight after. Kuwagamon screeched once more, cracks now beginning to appear in the device.
"Homing Fire!" Bellamy invoked, once again sending a trio of fireballs tracking in toward the dark ring, each of them exploding in a conflagration of heat as they struck.
At first, Kuwagamon turned to aim at Tentomon and Harpymon who were striking the tower, but Smamemon's assault left a number too great to remain unnoticed. Kuwagamon changed targets... perhaps out of instinct rather than the programming of the dark ring. Then, left free to his own devices, Kabuterimon's wings glowed with energy, and he let them emit an eerie blue-violet pulse aimed straight at Harpymon and anything else within a 50ft radius, aiming to deal a small amount of electric damage and slow the targets down for those standing nearby (which given Kuwagamon's proximity to the tower, would likely hit everyone except Koemon, who was still firing from a distance). And as for Kuwagamon, he aimed his pincers straight down at Smamemon, and if he didn't evade in time, would clamp them around him and squeeze him hard in his Power Guillotine attack. From a Champion to a Rookie level, that would leave quite the mark if it hit. Tentomon uses Talon Buster on the Control Spire.
Talon Buster - Uses his claws to bash into a hard target, amining to chip away at them.Koemon uses Y to the X on Kuwagamon's Dark Ring.
Y to the X - Koemon fires a pachinko ball with enhanced accuracy from his slingshot.Luke uses Leyden Punch on Kuwagamon's Dark Ring.
Leyden Punch - Focuses electricity into his clenched fist, then runs at the opponent and punches them, creating an electric discharge if it connects.Bellamy uses Homing Fire on Kuwagamon's Dark Ring.
Homing Fire - Conjures three fireballs that spin around his body momentarily - then are launched outwards. The fireballs home in on their target, exploding with a burst of heat when they connect. [Cooldown: 1 post] Control Spire 4 Rookie Attacks 1 Armor Attacks 0 Champion AttacksKabuterimon 2 Rookie Attacks 1.5 Armor Attacks 0.75 Champion Attacks

"Right! I've got you!" Wren yelled out swooping low as she nabbed the Axemon which was now in itself a giant axe from the air in her talons. Beating her wings hard the Harpymon rose lining up her shot at the tower as she half circled taking aim at the area the Tentomon was hitting hard. Then she dove snapping her wings open to halt her momentum transferring it to the weapon as she chucked it at the tower with all her might. Sending the axe flying through the air at the tower using the Axemon's own Deadly Tomahawk ability.
The weapon leaving her talons not a moment too soon as lightning played across the winged digimon's feathers hitting her directly as her muscles numbed and locked up. Sending the Harpymon tumbling from that air with a screech of pain as she hit the trees below disappearing into the foliage with a crash.
Wren wields Axemon using it's Attack: Deadly Tomahawk - Axemon drops down onto foes ala a guillotine, dealing increased damage to low health targets, though this attack requires her to be in the air. In Weapon form, this attack instead has the wielder chucking Axemon in her weapon state at a foe to attack from a distance with the same execution style effect, ricocheting upward on successful hits, allowing her to immediately follow up with the regular variant of the attack as she shifts back into her normal form if she chooses independent of the regular cooldown. (Cooldown: 4 Turns)
