K stepped off of the trailmon that she and the digimon that she agreed to help find it's digimental had taken to Terminus. It was the second time that she had needed to take the trailmon to terminus and not from it. Back when her inn was still around she had to constantly place orders and have them delivered if she didn't want to go all the way out to the city.
She'd flick her ears and glance around; the train station itself was fairly absent of digimon even though it was in the middle of the day at this point. It was a blessing in disguise really; seeing as they could of gotten seperated quite easily if the normal crowd was around. But it also meant they couldn't really gather information here.
She'd turn her head back towards the doors of the trailmon; a frown spreading across her lips. They might have to delve into some of the more unpleasant locations of terminus to get the information that the Strabimon might want.
"Looks like we got lucky as far as the train station goes Alexander. There's a few bars and a hotel or two around here. Think we should check those first?"
A brow raised and she waited for him to come off the train... He would have a better grasp of where to check for the information anyways; considering it was his digimental after all...

Alexander thought about going terminus their whole ride here, the last time he was there he was still part of that leomon's school. He shook the thoughts of the past from his head, he needs to focus on whats important and thats the future. He then thought about the location he wanted to go to after terminus, the place was called the shining sea he has little to no info on it since he was "killed" before he could go to it in his previous life. He really needs to be careful, he did not want that to happen again.
It looks he was so deep in his thought that he forgot to step off the train for a moment there, the sound of the trains door opening snapped hin out of his thoughts. He got up and walked out of the door only to see that his current ally K, frowning he was curious about the reason behind that frown. He then noticed the lack of digimon in the station "huh ? This is kinda weird. I expected there to be a lot more digimon here, well anyways. This might be a lucky break and yes I agree we should check the local bars and hotels, we can rest and get something to eat later after we gather intel. " he said heading towards the middle of terminus, where its more populated.
He then stopped walking and turned around to face K "listen, you should know. If we fail to get intel the normal way, I know a bar that is a little shady but it has reliable intel. I rather leave that place for last though, it makes feel uncomfortable" he'd say with a seirous face. Last time he went to that place he was champion level, well K is mega but even so the place creeped him out.

K shook her head just a little bit; letting out a small sigh. Why out of all the times where they wanted to find people that there weren't any to be seen immediately? It was somewhat irritating but there was not much that they could do about it. She'd glance back at Alexander as he came out of the train.
"Might be able to get something to eat while getting information too; some bars or the ilk are really good for that sort of thing."
She'd chuckle and follow after Alexander; her ears perking up as there was the unmistakable buzz of others outside of the Trailmon station. She'd stop when Alexander did and frown just a little when he informed her that he knew of a bar they could go to. It apparently was shady but had good information that they could use. But.. By the sounds of it it'd be a bit irritating to deal with. She'd rub her muzzle and dip her head in a nod.
"Good to know, with any luck we won't have to go there, lets check around here first before we even think about that one all right?"
She'd shrug a bit and consider something; getting a small grin when she realized that she had a few people she could talk to.
"I used to order supplies for my inn around here, if the suppliers are still around they might have information to sell."

Alexander smile and nods "that sounds good, by any luck we will get the information we need and get something good to drink. How do you handle your alcohol K ?" He said with a smile on his, he believes that there is no reward in the word that is better than cold alcohol.
He then nods, agreeing with her. All in all that place was not fun to say the least, its not like the people there are hostile but its just has that air of unfamiliarity mixed with unease. Safe to say that he did not want to go there, right now atleast eventually he will need to go there someday.
"Fair enough, we can put that place on the end of the list." Alexander said with a nod, he noticed K grinning as if an idea came to her. It seems that the suppliers that used to supply her inn are around here, they will go and talk with them. Alexande dips his head in a nod, a smile covers his face. Having places to go to is better than randomly asking people, and the only place he knows is unpleasant.
"Nice, very well then you shall lead the way then. Since you know the people, we are going to ask them about a place called the shinnig sea. With any luck, we can know the best route to it." He said as he waited for het to lead the way.

K ran a hand over her muzzle and glanced at Alexander when he inquired about how she could handle her liqour. With a snort she'd shrug; she didn't drink excessively but she certainly could deal with most normal sorts of alcohol. It didn't do very much for her, maybe push the edge away a little bit but she wasn't sure if she liked that too much.
"Hopefully, if anything we'll find someone that can point us in the right direction to someone that can tell us what we want. As far as Alcohol goes? I can handle myself but I don't drink all too often."
She'd scratch her head a little bit and glanced about. Her eyes taking in the streets and those that were walking about. She'd hum softly as she thought over which location they could go to first. A few of her suppliers would be very happy to hear that she was digitized and wouldn't be expecting her to buy anything. They'd be the ones that she'd want to check; scratching her head she'd glance at the strabimon and snort a bit.
"The one most likely to know is a grouchy old Weregarurumon. He's been all over the digital world so. He was the one that helped me get my first supplies so wouldn't be surprised if he had some information to boot."
She'd gesture for the Strabimon to follow her before trotting off; she wouldn't go too quickly and it'd take them a better part of an hour to actually get to the old grouch's place.
The building in question looked ancient, rickety and was full of holes that had been boarded up very carefully. Cob webs and old layers of data could be seen radiating off of the building itself A sign hung from near the door, gently swinging back and forth; which upon it had a single apple with some painstakingly carved lettering underneath it.
'Trading Post'
While it was technically not a trade post and hadn't been for a very long time the 'shop' in question had kept its name. Pushing open the door she'd beckon for Alexander to follow her in. She'd call out after a moment; looking to gain the attention of the digimon within.
"Sebastian! You still here?"
From the back of the store a cough and older voice grated like what you'd expect an old fashion pepper shaker to be like.
"As here as I'll ever be you damnable Fox! Heard about your bloody inn, town too. Pisswater bein done about it too from what I heard."
It didn't take long for the Weregarurumon to appear; the digimon in question looked beyond ancient. Compared to most Weregarurumon this one was stooped over, holding a cane in one hand to keep them upright. An eyepatch covered one eye and several layers of scarring could be seen here and there in the patches of skin that could be seen through the older digimon's shirt.
"N' you look like you just crawled out of the fire too, Last time I saw yah, you were just a rookie. Now you've got that stink of..."
The digimon sniffed and snorted after a few moments, waving the hand that wasn't holding onto the cane dismissively.
"Cat n Wolf, The latter of the two twice over. Takin' after ol' sebastian eh?"
The older digimon didn't bother waiting for a response from the renamon whom looked somewhat surprised at the Weregarurumon. They'd peer at Alexander and offer a hand.
"Name's sebastian, Friend of K's and General supplier of.. well. Whatever you can find. I reckon she brought you for somethin Youngin. What's yer name?"

Alexander shrugged as K said that she does drink often, he had no right to say what people should or should not do. But drinking is the one thing every digimon should be doing, he believes that it can help those who need it. He then rubbed his chin and looked at K directly in the eye.
"Hopefully this will be a breeze, I just need to make some confirmations is all. Any information, no matter how small will be valuable." He said with a reassuring tone, his calmness can be either reassuring or creepy depends on the person really.
"Grouchy old weregarurrumon ? Huh this should be interesting, if he is anything like you said he should have some information."
He'd shrug as K lead the way, he then stopped for a second before following her. There pace was not fast, it took them a long while to get to the location. The best thing was the fact that the both of them avoided small talk, it was the perfect thing for Alexander. When they reached the building alexander noticed something strange, while he knew the owner was old he did not expect the building to follow suit. He stood there quietly until K beckoned for him to follow, he walked up to K standing next to her as a voice that could be described as "old grouch" spoke to her. The old digimom immediatly showed himself, "old" was putting it lightly the were garururumon looked ancient. He then talked about her inn, which made Alexander a little curious but this was not the time for that.
His ear would perk when the weregarurumon called him a cat, but he took a second to calm down before shaking his hand.
"Nice to meet you sebastian the name is Alexander, and I am sure your business would prove to be benefitial in the future. But I am not here for that right now, I will get straight to the point. I am in search for digimentals, to gain strength. Anyways I think one exist in an area called the shining sea, have you heard about it ? If so, whats the safest route to it ?" Alexander was straightforward and direct.

"He should yes, if anything as I said before. He'll have something for us."
Honestly the lack of small talk between the two of them was somewhat refreshing for her. There were people that wouldn't stop chattering about whatever came into mind and she simply wasn't one of those people. She was quick and to the point when it came to most of her interactions; politeness was a thing that she liked to portray and deal with.
Which made interacting with Sebastian such a kick for her, for he was no where in the realm of polite. Well he wasn't normally but she could tell that the digimon in question was holding back a little bit; he knew that losing her inn hurt and wasn't going to press much past the fact.
It almost seemed like he was relieved seeing his older friend.
Sebastian on the other hand tilted his head, one of his ears swiveling forward to listen to what Alexander had to say. With a chuckle he'd dip his head a bit and place his free hand over the one that was on the cane adopting a somewhat relaxed stance.
"Yes yes. It would be beneficial, both for my wallet n your adventure."
The weregarurumon snorted and scratched his head a little bit, eyeing k before looking back at the Strabimon. He'd pause at the mention of digimental and the desire to gain strength. At the query of an area called the shining sea the weregarurumon looked rather thoughtful and mumbled to himself before moving to what seemed to be an isle of maps.
"Shining sea eh? I've more than heard of it. Probably been there, cold as can be and twice as difficult to traverse if I'm thinkin right."
The weregarurumon picked through maps, putting them back in their places after he looked them over grumbling about something. After what amounted to five or so minutes of him rustling around [all the while K was looking over one of the nearby shelves..] He brought a rather older map to the strabimon.
"Safest route is just straight to the damn thing, doesn't matter how you go bout it. It's cold and quite a gorgeous place; which means it's equaly as dangerous. This is the map I have for it, doesn't have everything and probably is outdated. Mind the scribbles, I was a bit more excitable when I was younger."
"Excitable? You? Perish the thought."
"Says the one that figured she'd never leave home."
"Fair point."
