Ren nodded at Cassandra, he appreciated her advice. But in all honesty the last thing he needs is an advice about moving around Greater shibuya, as he knows the place like the back of his hand for the most part. "Thanks, I will do that then." He said, as he walked towards the table, "a month and a half, huh. So you are probably used to this by now " he said with a grin on his face, he chuckled at the part of Haru and Tawna not getting along too well "I can't say we have been through something like that, but thats probably because Toshi never disagrees with me, like at all. " Ren said with a smile on his face.
Toshizó however looked at Ren "Well ofcourse I do not disagrees with you, my sword was chosen to serve you and your ambitions. I would have to be one bad digimon to disagree with you my lord" Toshi said with a hyper seirous tone, which made Ren sigh "Forget that I said that" He said with a sarcastic tone, that flew right over the little dragons head. Toshi then looked back at Cloak "I could say the same thing, and we are doing well. We are in the middle of my quest for strength, as currently my underdeveloped powers are no match for the potential danger thats might be hiding in the corners, so to gain the power to protect my lord I seek the digimentals" he said with fire in his eyes his determination and deep voice create an air of intimidation, his tiny body does not help though.
"I guess that makes sense, why would they sell it, if it does not affect them. " Ren nodded as he agreed with Cassandra's logical answer. His attention would turn towarda Tawna, as she explains why she can't get drunk. The conversation was so interesting to the mystery solving kid, that he forgot as he sunk deep in his own mind, he knows of the three type of digimon Vaccine, data and virus. And it made sense that that ability would associate her with the virus type, but are there exceptions to the rule or is this even the rule, digimon are more varied and mysterious than he already assumed, but mystery is too big for Ren, oh wait he is sitting in a table with others. He completely missed what haru said but luckily he heard Tawna. "Oh, I have heard before. Believe or not, we have been attacked on our first trip to the digital world, luckily Toshi saved me" he said with a quiet tone as he tried to avoid attention. "To be more accurate Lantis saved us both, I barely contributed" Toshi said with a disappointed tone, as he recalled the feeling of hopelessness

"Ah well I am technically a Veterinary Doctor, but I am also a trained Paramedic to deal with humans." Cas explained shooting Haru a rather shy smile and offering a light shrug. She knew given her age and career she was a bit of an oddity among the younger Tamers if not an unwelcome one.
"I don't mind Virus types. One of my first digimon patients was a Virus type and he was quite pleasant." She adds offering Tawna a small nod having guessed from her appearance that she wasn't the standard data type most often encountered.
"It is good to hear that all is going well for you and your partner despite your close calls. I am certain you will both grow into fine warriors." Cloak murmured inclining his head in mutual respect to Toshi as he listened to the little armored reptiles explanation of the trials and tribulations he and Ren had been through.
"Hmm tough luck getting attacked early on. The same happened to us as well. I think some of the nastier Digimon tend to prefer to prey on new humans before they can get their feet under them." Cas murmured her brow furrowing slightly with concern.
"However, you mentioned you're searching for Digimetal or digiarmor as I know them. I haven't heard of any being around here, but I only recently learned of their existence as well." She adds remembering all too well her encounter with the Spire.

"A vetinarian? Well... I guess that probably might be handy with treating Digimon. Most of them kinda ARE animals, albeit ones that usually can walk on two legs and talk." Haru mused, figuring somewhat that might garner some use when handling with Digimon... even if some of them are just REALLY weird. "Heh, maybe I should get you to check out Tawna some time. She may suffer slightly from fleas."[/b] she joked, chuckling to herself slightly.
"I'd prefer not. I'm unsure if Dr. Cross has worked with Digimon of... well, my size and body-type." Tawna quickly added in, briefly twiddling her fingers awkwardly. She was mildly more aware that her form of choice was... perhaps awkwardly proportioned in a manner that might be deemed uncomfortable.
Haru tried her best to avoid snorting so she could somewhat save face in the conversation... but there was just something funny about all of this. Man her sense of comedy was in the gutter. "I'm joking, I'm joking! I could hardly imagine fleas being an issue when you can apparently drink window cleaner with no ill effects."
"It looked tasty." the Meicrackmon deadpanly spoke, slightly shivering from the awful taste still. Blueberry punch it was not.
Regardless, Haru did at the very least know about what Ken and Toshi were looking for. "Ohh! Digimentals? Some people call them Digieggs, but thats honestly a bit confusing... Tawna and I found one a while back. It's only seen use once, but it was handy when we did use it!" she ended up briefly rambling, still remembering its use back when they had to handle that control spire a while back.
Tawna softly nodded regarding Cassandra's comment about the Digital World's dangers... As someone whose been very familiar with its cruelty, she'd have not been surprised that would be the kind of methodology certain Digimon may follow, preying on humans. "It is indeed true that certain Digimon seem to... dislike humans and their partner Digimon... I can relate for I am much the same way in wishing to gather strength to protect Haru." she eloquently spoke, briefly scratching her neck. She could relate heavily with Toshi's wish to grow stronger for Ren, for she was much the same way initially. She still was, but Mega level was still a ways off. "Well, if you ever desire strength, the best way is always to hone your skills in battle against other Digimon."
Haru for a moment's eyes widened, she glancing at Tawna with an unsure look on her face. "Are you implying...?" she asked with a mild bit of doubt in her voice... Not that she'd have been completely against the idea, but Tawna could get a bit violent.
"I mean, K's done the same for us with being my sparring partner. I'd be willing to offer the same frankly, even if I'm not one to be qualifiable as a teacher..." the Ultimate level mused. Depending on any of their skill levels, she'd have to hold back heavily... she wouldn't want to actually hurt someone if there were interest in the offer amongst them.

Ren listened at the dialogue, still impressed that Cassandra was able to adapt her skills from animals to digimon. Even though she seems to like downplaying her own skills, even an idiot could understand how that set of skills can be useful in the digital world "I still find impressive that you thought yourself to help digimon, if I may ask who was the first digimon you helped and how did it go" this was strange, almost out of character for him to ask a lot questions. He was not comfortable with doing that either, but the mystery intrigued him and more than anything this might help him understand the nature of digimon. He nodded in an affirmative when Cassandra said she did not mind virus type digimon agreeing with her, from what he knows types are nothing more than genetic make-up so why should it matter anyway ?
Toshi smiled and nodded "you have my gratitude for those kind words honourable warrior. I hope things are the same for you, your brother and your lord ? " Toshi said with a sincere tone, as he enjoys the company of a like minded digimon. Although he has the utmost respect for Lantis, they were not in the same wavelength. But then for a brief moment he over hears Tawna and chuckles to himself, as he remembers that he would have been victim in that trap if it was not for Ren who stopped at the last minute. "I know right ? That concoction looks delicious, I was shocked to know it was used for cleansing purposes"
Ren on the other hand was quite shocked to learn that Haru knows about the digimentals, well her digimon did seem around Lantis's level give or take so its logical for her to know alot of things. Its just that she did not have the same aura like Sophie, I guess its true never judge a book by its cover. "Only once ? Thats interesting from what I learned, a digimental is a very important tool. Unless ofcourse you reach the next level naturally ofcourse. " Ren said as his attention was now focused on Haru, " How did you obtain it ? "
Toshi listened to Tawna's proposal and cracked a grin, he could not help but get excited. He could his very own core(s) tremble at the thought of an actual battle, the only one so far was the one with gotsumon but that was not enough."I am humbled and glad that you would offer us your time, to help me train. I offer you my deepest gratitude " Toshi managed to contain himself from not sounding like a maniac and contain this unknown bloodlust that creeps on him sometimes.
"You would really do that ? Very well then, sounds like an amazing offer. Thank you Haru and Tawna"
(OOC : Sorry for the delay, I got sick. But now I am fine xD)

"I've certainly worked on my fair share of strange patients." Cassandra adds tossing Tawna and Haru an amused smile and trying not to chuckle at the idea of the large digimon drinking window washing fluid of all things. It certainly couldn't have been tasty though she could understand how the color might have been a draw.
"I think you should stick to whatever liquids you find in the fridge or that your tamer hands you in the human world. I can't tell you how many cases of accidental poisoning I see in a year and Lord only knows the close calls I've had with Cloak and Dagger early on." The Doctor murmurs with a soft chuckle even as Dagger sulks a little at her side.
"Hey how was I supposed to know those wax melts weren't edible? They smelled sooo good." The Zubamon mutters with a longing sigh reminding Cas once again why she no longer bought the apple-pie scented melts any longer.
"Idiot." Cloak huffed shaking his head as his twin's antics.
"I don't know much about armor eggs though I've considered maybe hunting one near Elysium. I suspect the ruins hold many interesting secrets and if nothing else I get to sight see while we hunt." Cas adds smiling at Ren's enthusiasm.

Tawna seemed mildly relieved knowing that her own judgement on what seemed edible or not was not bizarre among two out of three Digimon here. Then again she at least exhibited no ill effects in experimenting new flavors. "I've figured that at least now... Though trust me, you'd be hard-pressed to find something that is too much for me to handle. You can't kill what is already a mess biologically." she casually commented towards the doctor's concern, for a moment distracted by briefly batting at one of her Mini-Meis like it were a ball of yarn. "Ohh. Do they not taste like marshmallows?" she asked briefly towards the comment about candles, raising an eyebrow... a very atypically genuine tone to her voice.
Haru's face seemed to scrunch up slightly regarding the mention of candles. "It tastes like burnt rubber. Don't ask me why I know that..." Haru ended up softly mentioning, a bit of an ill look on her face. Yeah, that was not a fun experience as a kid.
That aside, the Digimentals were overall a weird subject, but worth talking about. "Well, they offer access to a form of Digivolution called Armor Digivolution, ya know? If you can't reach a form, they make a good substitute! Its not quite like the real deal apparently as its weaker, but options are never bad! Plus they don't crap out on you under Control Spires." she briefly discussed, remember well how the DigiEgg of Kinsmanship helped that time.
Tawna seemed to audibly groan, bearing her shark-like teeth as she grinded them slightly. "Ugh... I hated that thing. My Rookie level is so demeaning to be in... Do you understand how irritating it is to be only two feet tall until Ultiamte level?" she aggravatedly spoke. She didn't get mad at much, but being reduced to her Salamon X form was one of them. That aside, she gave the Ryudamon a nod, her mood slightly lightening up. "I enjoy fights... I'd be happy to hold back even."
Haru while did enjoy seeing Tawna so... well, actually engaged in the conversation; she did have to admit that they shouldn't dilly-dally too long. "Shouldn't we be heading home soon Tawna though? We do need to check on K again."
