Past the veil of the eye, those that passed through the border would find themselves in a strange place - the point of entrance and the appearance from the outside had no bearing on the inside, not in appearance or volume.
Inside this space, one might wonder if any sort of logic applied in Sakkakumon's space. Immediately after entering, they'd find themselves standing on a platform, with both a rope ladder down to a lower floor, and a taut tightrope connecting this first platform to the next. Looking outward... well...
... This entire space was nothing resembled that of a circus tent. The far walls of this arena made up the stands, and the space between was riddled with towers, tightropes, swinging ropes and several other tools for daring feats. If this was an arena created by its resident, well, they had to be fairly confident in their ability to use it.
In the center, standing in the ringmaster's circle, stood the room's owner: The Xros General, though not in his normal attire. Instead, he was wearing a theater mask, perhaps just to play along with the theme.
On his left stood his Devidramon, surrounded by a ghastly aura, sporting metal wings and a full helmet visor.
On his right stood the Renamon, the metal pack situated on her back, and a held off to the side, in her right hand. There, they stood, waiting for their audience to arrive.

The strange sight he was greeted upon past the veil was something he wasn't expecting at all. The great horned head turning about rather slowly taking in the place in entirety. Some kind of circus that he would of probably liked back when he was still living at the orphanage. Though the design of the place was much older than he expected the spirit user himself quirked a brow and noted the individuals standing down in the ringmaster's circle.
A human by the looks of it; or a digimon in a holosuit.
Next to him? Well there were a Devidramon with some sort of ghastly aura; metal wings and a full helmeted visor. The spirit user's eyes narrowed a little bit at this as he was given a somewhat chilling recollection of his last experience with a dramon of any kind. They usually tended to be vicious and unforgiving in combat and this would probably equate to something like that.
The other individual was a simple creature, a renamon that held a helm in one hand and had some sort of metal pack on her back. It was difficult to tell what exactly he was dealing with but that didn't stop him from stepping off the platform and floating down from the platform with his arms crossed. Tentacles and what not shifting as he went down. His tail even swept side to side in a somewhat calm and relaxed manner. He was out of his element here certainly but that wouldn't stop him from speaking either.
"I'll take it you're responsible for the mess outside."
He wasn't expecting an answer; nor was he expecting these individuals to play nice if the scene outside was anything to go by. In fact he was fairly certain the moment he touched the ground he'd have to deal with these individuals harshly.
Reminds me of the stupid shit I tried to pull years ago... Tch...

The pair ran in after Kan, eventually catching up with the massive super Mega. Took them a little while as he was rather huge. He was already steeling himself for battle as he entered the room. Bibi was already in front of him, ready to evolve at a moment's notice. She entered first and looked around at the room, seeing the tent. She pointed to Timothy, then to the rope. Timothy nodded, then she leaped off, fluttering her way down. Timothy grabbed onto the rope and slide down next to Kan and looking out to the Xros General, "Guessing you're not friendly." He was already holding his Digivice out as he spoke, aware that this was very likely the case.
Bibi stood in front of Timothy once again, and already had a readied expression. Something was very different with both of their usual appearances. They normally never seemed so serious about something, usually taking a laid back approach to all but the most stressful situations. Here, they were going in looking almost the same as when they came out from the D-Reaper's core. They were most certainly battle-hardened and slightly broken. They knew the risk of coming and they knew that they weren't about to let it happen again.
Timothy wished he had a means of assisting Bibi though, he didn't have a D-Arc, so he just had to trust Bibi to hold out on this battle and that she could take down her foe here and now without too much issue. He couldn't bear to watch her go down in a similar way to Faluo. He needed to help in whatever way he could. "Bibi, if this goes to battle, I'll watch your back, and you watch mine, we'll get through this."
Bibi simply nodded, "Got it." She then spread her wings and stared out towards the human.

My, did their reputation precede them? It hadn't even been twenty minutes since the group set up, and already a terrifying creature entered their realm, that of the dominating L-Mon. Quickly realizing that a pair of 'Ultimate Level' Xros simply weren't going to cut it here, the group within the center ring already adjusted their position, the tamer taking a step backwards. If a fight did happen, he couldn't afford to be behind on tempo:
"Angel. Demon. Phantom. Blade. Volt." Those words were said in quick succession, the metal pack on Renamon's back popping off, retreating to the general's Xros Loader in a flash of light. Simultaneously, the Devidramon's form vanished on the spot, a dark core floating square into Renamon's back - followed by a white spirit and the visor, taking shape around her head.
"Assuming form..." As Kan descended, the fox gave a low growl, her back arching out as her fur took on a black color. Devidramon's wings sprouted out of her back, soon taking a metallic sheen, and the rapier held in her hand vanished from her hand, several-inch long steel nails forming in their place. The visor covered her eyes and the top of her head, as her fangs doubled in length, the new beast staring forward. "Savage."
An impressive amount of power pooled around her - enough to match the other Super Mega in the room. But right now, that might have just been a point of leverage: tensely holding onto the loader, the general gave a nod towards the spirit.
"In a sense. Sorry to say, but I'm not here to simply up and leave." His tone flat as ever, the general's eyes quickly flickering over towards Bibi. Another one? The general sighed, pointing his device out to the left, a Knightmon standing at the ready. It wasn't the general's preferred center, but the newly-appeared Digimon gave a square stance towards the bird, ready to call out or act as necessary.
"If you two want to turn around, now's your chance. Trust me, this isn't a fight any of us need to have."
Knightmon has appeared! Renamon has Xros'd with Devidramon, Bakemon, and Kokuwamon, in addition to BladeKuwagamon, to increase her grade to 'Super Mega'. The current form is dubbed 'Savage'.

The spirit user stared harshly at the individuals in front of him; the Devidramon vanishing and the equipment that the renamon had popping off. Even her sword that she held in her hand vanished replaced by this wicked looking claws. Teeth lengthened and the visor covered the top of her head along with her eyes. He had to guess that her power probably was that of a super mega. He didn't like the vibe he was getting from that black furred.. Savage digimon. Scratching his neck the molten eyes flicked from the digimon to the wielder of the digivice.
If this guy was what he thought; which would be a general that must mean that he had several digimon at his disposal. But the question was just how many? He never had fought against one and the one that he met was pretty sparing with the details of how they actually worked. Was he limited to just the one super mega? Or could he dredge up more through sheer effort?
"It's never that simple is it?"
The additional force that he pulled out made the massive dragon esq man sigh and shake his head slowly. He'd hold either palm upwards while uncrossing his arms; looking somewhat uneasey.
"Explain to me why you think that's the case; if this is a fight we don't need to have then explain your reasoning for the outside and what's going on with all this. I'm ready to fight sure; but that's not going to stop me from hearing you out."
The spirit tilted it's head and gave a small but somewhat cheerful smile; however there was absolutely no warmth in the gesture as a whole. The molten eyes switched between the two digimon in front of him and back to the general.
"Worst that comes from it is a fight with someone you don't want to and best is that I agree to help you out if I find your reasoning sound enough."

Timothy stared out to the General, listening to what he had to say. So they may not have to fight? That seemed really unlikely and he wasn't too sure what the stalling was for. He seriously didn't plan to turn around and just walk out. This was clearly a threat and he didn't want what happened to Faluo to happen to other people as well. He held his Digivice to his side as it glowed, "You're gonna have a lot of explaining to do if you want Bibi and I to just walk out." As he spoke, Bibi was going through her different forms, not even speaking, and holding a fierce expression on her face. She wasn't one for composure and that was very clear by the way she looked towards her possible foes.
Timothy held out his Digivice and began a scan of the surrounding Digimon. It would be best to know what he is up against rather than nothing. He wasn't taking any risk and trying to know everything. It felt safer for Bib that way and that's what he was focused on at this point.
Bibi eventually stopped evolving, coming up to her Mega form, Hououmon. She landed behind Timothy and growled towards them. She was here, ready for a fight just as much as Timothy was. She wasn't even speaking, or saying weird things, or just being all around silly now, she was dead serious and scarily so.

Cassandra had the right idea... in a way.
True - Dr. Cross had mentioned that they might have been able to sway some people there way - but the current situation didn't seem all too likely for that fact. At the very least, the dark spirit seemed more than willing to listen - enough for Denryu to raise a hand, 'Savage' standing up to take a more relaxed pose. "Though we're not just letting them deeper in, right?"
"Of course not, that would defeat the entire purpose of this." Cracking his neck, Denryu gave a glance over to the Haoumon, standing on the platform right behind his tamer. So in terms of total power, Denryu was behind one form - a Super Mega and a potential Ultimate versus a Super Mega and a supposed Mega. Though he didn't show it on his face, the general was incentivized to try and settle this with words instead of claws.
"Very well, then I'll just get right to the point." The General, almost half-bored in tone, rather flatly explained the situation: "Hidden inside the central ball of Sakkakumon is the 'statue' of this area, Azulongmon. When a similar statue disappeared in the Dark Area, there was an insurgence of 'D-Reaper', and so we're testing a hypothesis: what happens if the statue is simply 'removed' from its location? Of course, we also want to understand why these lodestones work the way they do. So this is nothing but a short term experiment - though, I suppose there is risk to the surrounding area."
Good enough? "I wouldn't bother with this much detail normally... but you don't look like the guy who would believe any ol' lie I throw out."

Molten eyes widened and glanced at Timothy; there was a momentary look of confusion as the massive digital spirit before that faded away hardening into something much more serious. He recognized this individual from before; a customer that had stopped by his store and gotten work on their bike. It had been a long time so it didn't click immediately.
Those same molten eyes swept over to the General and 'Savage' a brow quirking at the raising of that hand. The creature spoke and Kan narrowed his eyes slightly. Further in was where their objective ultimately lay huh? The Massive spirit pondered this for a moment and slowly but surely crossed his arms again. Stroking the bottom of his chin thoughtfully.
"I'd imagine that the same reaction would occur if the statue here vanished, regardless of how or why it did. Certainly something that warrants investigation or a testing theory but... From the tiny bit of information I've been able to gather about what happened in the dark area that was no joke. I don't know too much about the D-reaper myself other than the little bit that's been explained to me; so help me understand here. Is the Reward you're going for greater than the Risk presented? Why even risk this in the first place?"
The spirit's stance shifted slightly and he glanced between the General and his digimon. A frown creased it's way across his face and the Molten eyes looked somewhat ponderous for a few moments.
"No. I'm not."
The few long moments that passed the Spirit user would shift again; looking somewhat relaxed himself. The problem was his eyes; they were hard and staring directly at Savage. He was ready for a fight if the answers he got weren't to his satisfaction.

Wait, so if a similar occurrence happened in the Dark Area... It involved the statues... It disappearing caused the D-Reaper... So the thing that killed Faluo was awoken because of the removal of this statue... So in conclusion, these people are stupid. If they're stupid, they probably won't listen to reason. If they don't listen to reason, they have to hit them really really hard. Hitting hard is definitely something he can and should do. So in conclusion, to stop the stupid people from fulfilling their plan, we hit them really really hard and stop them from doing it.
Let's still try one more attempt at reasoning though, what actually came out was... Not reasoning, more just yelling, "You're a bunch of idiots for trying that! The simple solution is to make sure they just don't get removed in the first place, not experiment with if further! Risk is an understatement, this entire area and everyone in it will die if anything in your experiment goes wrong, because all that can go wrong is literally everything and the result is everyone dying in this area no matter what happens." He was actually starting to tear up as he shouted at them, "I was there, I lost one of my partners to the D-Reaper! Your team here, all of these Digimon around you, will die. Your research will be destroyed, and you will have lost everything for nothing. So just don't even bother doing it!"
Bibi was already in an attacking stance, ready to pounce on the Knightmon and start taking them down. She was more composed than Timothy, but she knew for certain that they couldn't let this continue. She knew exactly what she was gonna do starting out, and that was show no mercy if they need to, they didn't have the time for a drawn out fight, so the faster she can end it, the better.

A little better than expected, honestly.
Though the dark super mega's tone was curious, Timothy's shouting very quickly drowned out any sense of potential discussion, the anger and emotion clearly evident on his voice. Both Savage and the masked General looked over in his direction - and, perhaps surprisingly, neither of them immediately tried to talk him down. What was the point, after all - any words that he had would have simply been lost to the emotional tamer at this point.
There were no questions for 'why', no inquires, just demands. Though Kan's questions were valid, they were simply lost to the background:
"I see the impasse here is insurmountable? Very well - as I'm sure you're both aware, the entrance you've come through is still open." The General took a small step back, Savage's claws sparking with a harsh red static. In the same motion, the general held out his device - recalling the Knightmon into his Xros Loader. "Then let's make it simple: whoever falls from their highest form has to leave this space, no questions asked. Naturally, if I lose, I'll allow your passage forward."
That seemed... reasonable? There was no need to spill more blood than necessary - though even as the General offered, Savage was already taking the initiative. That red static quickly built up to a ball of lightning held between her claws, the Renamon hurling it straight into the air, above the setup of rope and scaffolding.
"Raider's Storm!"
There was little pretense after the declaration: the ball of energy gave a static surge, a powerful, red arc of lightning shooting out towards both Kan and Bibi - aimed for the dead center of their bodies!
Log:
Raider's Storm: The user throws a ball of electrical energy into the air, where it settles into place. For every post in its duration, an arc of energy shoots out towards the three highest-elevation targets that are not in cover. Duration: 1/3

Kan wasn't really expecting the outburst from timothy; the yelling the tone of voice. Everything that came from him just bled pain and suffering; not to mention first hand experienfce at the last time that the D-reapers had surfaced. The molten eyes widened slightly and slowly but surely did his head turn back to the General and his mon.
He lost any chance of getting more information because of this outburst; the frustration was palatable and the super mega grumbled softly. However when the general pulled his digimon back and made a suggestion about falling from their highest forms would simply leave the space. So basically it was a fight till they couldn't but no killing one another?
"Tch... Suppose there's no choice now."
Savage was already on the intiative; the L-mon growled in irritation as they called out their attack. Hurling out a ball of lightning from between their claws; the ball of energy giving off a powerul arc of red lightning that easily slammed into the Super mega. He felt pain raw and direct across his body. His molten eyes flared with pain and the digimon ripped the blue orb that nestled behind his head before snapping it up as though you would a gumball. There was a pulse throughout the digimon's body before...
Start off strong, continue it. Don't stop even for a moment.
"You don't have to tell me twice! CATALYST!"
The digimon's maw opened up wide and the pulsing charged upwards to it's mouth. There was a distinct pause before the beam launched from it's mouth directly targeting the center of the Renamon's chest looking to punch through it from the get go.
Taking the lightning was stupid.
Yeah I know, but I'm not that fast you know.
The damage itself? Well the seared area's of his body was already starting to heal slowly; the regeneration warping the flesh that hadn't been carbonized from the attack. Steam rising from his body mixed with the smoke; the massive digimon took a step forward his tentacles writhing as he contemplated his next move.
Battle log: -Kan took Raider's storm; powering through it to launch his own attack! -His regeneration has kicked in.
Passives levitation: Using supernatural abilities this digimon is able to Levitate itself off of the ground and "fly" in a manner suited for such a being. This ability may be used in combat.
Phase: This digimon may phase through solid objects.
Regeneration: Every post that L-mon makes allows for a 10% regeneration of it's health.
Attack used: Catalyst: Devouring the blue orb that is found nestled under one of it's horn L-mon may launch consecutive pinpoint composite beams of energy from either of it's mouths. It's upper mouth allows for more compact beams of energy, allowing for basically AP composite beams [ignoring armor and cover.] and it's lower mouth has the energy spread out just a bit. After three shots of the beams in any margin of posts [must be within six posts of initial devouring of the orb] the orb exits the body of L-mon and must recharge. 2 posts for one beam used, 5 posts for two beams used and 8 posts for 3 beams used. Alternatively the digimon may use all three beams at once for a incredibly high damaging long ranged attack. However if this is the case, this attack cannot be used again in thread.
Lower mouth beam: Total range: 300 feet, width of beam: 10 feet.
Upper mouth beam: Total range: 250 Feet, width of beam: 6 inches.
Type of beam used: Standard beam AP Beam.
Cooldown: Catalyst: Post count pending.
Turns left: 5 posts of Catalyst access.

So there it was, the idiots weren't gonna listen to hard facts. Timothy knew it was time to battle and he stepped back to let the Digimon all do their thing. He was too squishy to be up front anymore anyways. If he had an opening to the General, he was gonna take it though. He had to knock some sense into that guy. He held his Digivice and continued feeding Bibi is sheer emotion. If anything, she'll have a very nice reserve of energy, which is miniscule for her. He really needed to get a way to help now rather than later, with that in mind, he started looking for a way to help Bibi and L-Mon.
"I'm not letting you wi- agh!" Welp, that electricity wasn't gonna be nice. Hopefully it goes away soon because she has no safety against it. She shook off the pain and took flight in a circle around the tent. Renamon was small and she wanted to leave every opportunity for her Super Mega Friend to strike. However, she didn't wanna just leave herself out of the fight. Every time she passed over Renamon, a large cone of fire would encompass its position. She would do this for every pass she made so far until a clear change in the battle can be seen.
Bibi began flying circles withon the tent, unleashing a Crimson Flame over and over again, trying to wear Renamon down.
-Crimson Flame: Massive Breath of Fire, wide cone damage

That was a strong-enough start: the appearance of that electrical storm was enough to catch both the L-mon and Phoenixmon off-guard, but it also meant that this high-powered battle had just started. In the face of that charged beam, the General simply gave one order to Savage, spoken in a low breath and hidden by the mask - such that only the Renamon's ear twitched in recognition.
"Tch!" Wrapping one arm around his tamer's back, the fox pushed off the ground, abandoning that platform a moment before that beam came crashing down into it. Above, the fox's free hand gripped cleanly around a tightrope, another pull nicely setting the two right on a performer's platform. Above, independent of the Renamon's flighty actions, the 'Raider's Storm' gave another burst - one more powerful crack of lightning heading towards each target.
Of course, that still put both of them at risk of the flames - standing in front of the general, the Renamon readied her claws, a blue energy searing around them this time. With a leap forward, her wings catching the air, a powerful cross-slash roared out, the motion sending out several 'arcs' of electrical energy - aiming to slam right through the underside of the bird! These cut right through the flames - enough left over to singe the approaching fox, gritting her fangs at the burn - as this energy aimed to try and rend the bird from below!
Log:
Unpressed, Savage simply leaps upward, General in tow, to dodge the initial shot of L-Mon's attack. In a further motion, the Renamon attempts to fly upward, intending to rend through Haoumon with 'Raiton Arc'.
Raider's Storm progresses.
Raiton Arc: Using the lengthened metal claws, Savage swings outward, electrical blades of energy shot out straight from the point of the attack. Causes piercing and electrical damage.
Raidur's Storm Duration: 2/3

Well that was unfortunate.
In one fell swoop the renamon not only dodged his attack but also repositioned the general to avoid having them get hit by either the beam or the follow up that Bibi did against them. Molten eyes narrowed and followed them upwards just in time to see that powerful crack of lightning head down towards him.
Well this just wouldn't do would it?
He didn't know how long this damn storm lasted, or how long that they would keep it up. But he honestly had no other choice than getting slammed by this lightning bolt again. The pain spreading throughout his body as the damage piled on. This was a smart play if this thing lasted and allowed the other to move. It was something to consider; something that he could formulate later. His spirits weren't dumb and niether was he.
Letting out a roar the large digimon formed the end of his tentacles into hooks looking to grapple and drag the renamon closer to him in an dual attempt to muck with the Raiton arc... While also getting the damn thing hit by it's own electricity if that storm was going on still.
If he was lucky? They'd have a tough time avoiding the lanky appendages so he could also hold them still enough to hit them with something a little more brutish.
The sound of warped flesh sizzling and reshaping could be heard as the L-mon's regenerative qualities took root healing over a good chunk of damage he had received. The smoke still heavily outweighed the steam that took place but the answer was quite clear. Leaving this digimon to it's own devices for too long was a poor choice.
Battle Log: -Kan takes the second lightning strike from raider storm. -Kan uses Eldritch Tear To form hooks in an attempt to grapple and pull Savage closer to him. -His regeneration continues to help mitigate the damage done to him.
Attack used: Eldritch Tear: Forming a weapon out of his tentacles, or simply by lashing out at a target within reach. [Reach treated as though huge size creature, 30 feet.] This attack deals a high amount of damage but requires line of sight. This attack does not have a cool down.
Cooldown: Catalyst: Post count pending.
Turns left: 4 posts of Catalyst access.

Bibi's eyes widened as she witnessed he flames quite literally get sliced in two. Her foe was coming right at her and she only had one real chance to get out of the way in time, it might even present an interesting attack angle. Hopefully the Renamon isn't too agile in the skies. She thrusted her body into a forward flip, it wasn't comfortable for a bird of her size to do this, but it'd hopefully push her body enough to get out of the way.
Well, it did work-ish. Bibi got grazed quite a bit, causing a mix of data and feathers to emit from where she was struck for but a moment. However, it did leave her open to the an attack. She of course would take it, working her way through the pain. She flapped her wings thrusting her further back. She shouted out, "Star-Light Explosion!" Then fired out dozens upon dozens of explosive grains towards Renamon. With the flap of her wings, she was also regaining control of herself, letting herself glide backwards a little bit behind L-Mon. However, an arc of lightning came over to her and zapped her again. Once again, she shook it off and fought through the pain. Why were all their fights way out of their leagues recently?
Timothy now had to stand back and hopefully find a way to help. He had no way of helping directly, but knew Bibi would be needing it, so he kept searching for anything.
Bibi attempts to dodge out of the way, getting grazed by the Raiton Arc. She fires a Starlight Explosion directly into Renamon, using her flapping to pull her further away from direct combat. She then gets struck by the Raidur's Storm a second time.
-Star-light Explosion: Flaps her four wings, causing it to rain explosive golden grains towards the general area of the opponent.
