Whoa... whoooaa... oh boy...
Chenjin was having a little bit of trouble getting used to his holosuit. It was much taller than he was at his current form, and this was the first chance he got to walk around in it. Still, he tried his hardest to not stand out.
Which was probably why it was a bad idea to get one that had red hair. He thought it looked a lot like him!
Anyways, after arriving in the human world, Sir Chenjin had made his way to one of the busiest areas in all of Shibuya: Scramble Crossing. He could not believe what he was seeing! There were tons of humans walking around, and the buildings were so TALL! And they lit up!
I can't believe humans get to live in a place like THIS! It's so cooool! I wonder if there are any other Digimon here?! I can't wait to make some new friends!
Clearly, he was overexcited about everything.

"So, uh... you see that, too, right?"
"Yes."
"Yes."
"Of course."
"Should we... should we do something?"
"He doesn't seem to be making trouble."
"Well, no, but-"
"Hey! Kid! Watch where you're going!"
"I'm sorry!" Tadayoshi had accidentally run right into someone else on the street because he wasn't looking ahead but down - down at his blue and silver Xros Loader. That was how he was able to communicate with Commandramon, Renamon, and Hagurumon all without being obvious about it, though the drawback was reduced situational awareness. The man he had hit at least didn't make further trouble, but he sure didn't look happy as he continued on his way. Oh, well. It was still a win."Alright, we know how to handle this. Engage, assess, decide. Agreed?"
"Of course."
"Fine."
"Do we have to?"
Tadayoshi started to make his way through the crowd at the crossing. He wasn't the tallest of boys, so that made keeping his eyes on the mark a little difficult. At least the digimon was easy to spot from a distance with that bright outfit and blazing hair, almost like he was a protagonist or something. When he finally got behind Chenji he introduced himself quite pleasantly. "Good afternoon! I'm Tadayoshi. You look lost. Can I help you, maybe?" Even though he didn't lose that pleasant smile of his, he also made sure to reveal his Xros Loader so that the 'boy' would know he was dealing with someone in-the-know.

Chenjin was interrupted from his human watching by someone greeting them rather pleasantly. Of course, the chivalrous thing would be to respond equally as pleasant! Chenjin turned around and saw a boy that looked a tad bit older than his holosuit with brown hair.
"Hey there! How are you today?" Chenjin greeted with a big smile on his face as he extended a hand towards Tadayoshi. After they shook, that's when he would notice the device in Tadayoshi's hand. Chenjin hadn't seen a device like this one before...
"Oh, what is that?" He asked, taking the Xros Loader right out of Tadayoshi's hands. He would observe it thoroughly, before coming to the conclusion that he simply didn't know what it was. Of course, he apologized and gave right back to Tadayoshi afterwards.
"By the way, do you happen to know where the school is? I'm kind of lost..."

Even though Tadayoshi got his Xros Loader back in good time, that didn't stop him from taking its removal poorly. He wanted to just grab at it soon as it was taken, but it didn't seem like a good idea to cause a scene in the middle of the street, especially if digimon were involved. Nonetheless, he continued to watch very warily for the moment he could take it back. When it was offered, Tadayoshi didn't so much take it as snatch it. "You don't know... the school?" Tadayoshi was confused by the digimon's ignorance. Did... did we mark the wrong person? Under his collar, the young man began to sweat.
It was a tough position: he simultaneously needed a more direct approach, and yet he also needed not to risk alerting a real human. "School ended fifteen minutes ago, kid. What business could you have there now?" Yoshi leaned in with a knowing expression and spoke low, hoping he wouldn't be overheard. "Besides... doesn't the digital world have its own schools?"

"Yeah, the school," Chenjin confirmed to the seemingly confused Tadayoshi. In fact, Chenjin himself was kind of confused as well. What did this guy want with him? Did something about Chen stand out to other people? The confusion was as clear as crystal on his face. "I'm sorry, can I help you with anything? I'm confused."
Tadayoshi proceeded to tell Chenjin that the school closed fifteen minutes ago. "Yeah, that makes sense. I'm just new in town, and-" Chenjin stopped when he heard Tadayoshi mutter three words:
"The Digital World."
Oh poop, he knows, he knows! I'm going to get in SOOOO much trouble! ...Wait! Maybe playing dumb will work!
"The... Digital World?" Chenjin asked, trying to sound confused. "Is that like... from a game or something? Are you trying to advertise a video game to me? Because I don't have that much money, sir."

Is- is he...? Tadayoshi was now becoming very afraid that he and his company had marked the wrong person entirely. It didn't help that the gawdy red hair made him stick out, which led Tadayoshi to think he might just be picking on a kid who liked to dye his hair. It was obvious by Yoshi's appearance that he wouldn't be doing that any time soon and perhaps had some bias like that. But before he broke off, he first looked to his Xros Loader, silently asking the digimon inside for advice. Commandramon, onscreen, continued to insistently point in the direction of the stranger, meaning he was very certain the red haired boy was the digimon he had sensed. So Tadayoshi couldn't give up yet. Still, he felt more comfortable coming right out with Commandramon's coaxing. From his back pocket, he drew and flashed a little badge. "I'm an AEGIS operative, Tadayoshi Teppei. I know that sounds scary, but I'm on your side here. I'm not gonna make a problem if you're not; I just want to help you blend in a little better."

Chenjin was mentally freaking out at this point. This guy was catching on, and all Chen wanted to do was to get out of there! As soon as possible! He didn't want to go home yet! Still, despite all that was going on, he kept a calm composure...
That is of course, until Tadayoshi revealed that he was a member of AEGIS. Chenjin had heard of AEGIS before; they're a secret organization tasked with collecting Digimon in the real world - like him - and send them back to the Digital World. Well, Chenjin was going to have none of it!
"ZAP ZAP!" Chenjin suddenly yells, his holosuit deactivating briefly to fire a shock of energy to Tadayoshi. With him distracted, Chenjin would then immediately bolt towards the direction of a nearby alley-way. He just HAD to get out of there! He couldn't go home yet!
He wouldn't allow himself to be taken that easily.

Tadayoshi knew it before he saw it. The change in body language was too subtle for the conscious eye, but his unconscious defenses kicked in. Too bad that evolutionary advantage only prepared Tadayoshi for an attack an average human might have received, so there was nothing he could do about getting shocked. "Ah- agh!"
"General!"
"I-I'm OK!" Yoshi sank to one knee from the pain and associated muscular contractions, but he didn't think he needed any serious medical attention. There was a separate serious situation on his hands, though, that he had to deal with: he couldn't see where that stupid digimon went. So, he ran into an alley and ordered, "Commandramon, Renamon, standby."
"Yes, sir," Commandramon sounded off as he emerged from the Loader.
"I'm here," Renamon acknowledged as she did, too.
"Digi-fuse." Good thing Tadayoshi picked an inconspicuous spot to perform this action; it was pretty flashy as Renamon and Commandramon became two balls of light. Those balls began to rapidly spin around each other in a double helix that drifted upward, and each one left a trail. As the light began to materialize, left there standing was Sealsdramon. "Alright, I messed up. That's on me. But Sophie doesn't have to find out if we contain this. Search and capture. No collateral, no noise, MNF."
With his orders, Sealsdramon proceeded to use supreme agility to climb to the roof of the nearest, tallest building simply by jumping from wall to wall. "Where are you..." he pondered to himself as he scanned the area for any sign either of the digimon or the holosuit. Tough as it may be to see over such a distance, Sealsdramon was equipped with a special eye that had functions such as zooming, night vision, and infared. It would take a special sort of skillset and ability to hide from him.
"I am so fired."
Tadayoshi was hit by Chenjin's Zap Zap. Ouch.
Commandramon and Renamon fused to X2 Sealsdramon.

As soon as he did it, Chenjin knew he had made a mistake. He wanted to go apologize to that poor human for zapping him with electricity so badly; Chen just felt so DIRTY for doing something like that! But it was too late at this point.
He had already attacked a human, and now they were for sure going to send him back to the Digital World! He thought that they wouldn't have seen his Digimon form, so he decided to deactivate his holosuit, turning back into a small little Gatchmon.
"Okay... okay... this is all going to be fine," Chenjin said to himself, breathing heavily from the sheer panic. "They can't send you home if they can't find you. That human must've been one of those special ones that bonded with Digimon. Just need to stay out of their sight..."
Sir Chenjin saw the Sealsdramon on top of one of the buildings, scanning the ground level. Chenjin took a left deeper into the alley, hiding behind a wall to stay out of its line of sight.

Tadayoshi became concerned when Sealsdramon did not immediately announce that he was back in pursuit of the fleeing digimon. For that reason, he activated his comms so that he could inquire of his companion, "Any joy?" "Negative."
"Not good."
"Patience, General." That sure was easy for Sealsdramon to say, wasn't it? He wasn't the one who created this whole mess in the first place, and he wouldn't be the one who would get the lashing for it either.
After about a minute it became fairly clear that Sealsdramon would not acquire his target from his current vantage point, however. If he could, he would have by then. So, the assassin digimon began changing tactics. Specifically, he began to use his supreme agility to hop building to building. Occasionally the height differences between them were too great for one bound, but his superior climbing ability could get him the rest of the way up. Sealsdramon would start doing quick scans of street level from each roof before changing perches again and repeating the process.

Hehehe... I've lost him. Now I can just put my holosuit back on and blend in with- oh poop, there he goes. This was Chenjin's thought process as soon as Sealsdramon began to jump from building to building, switching vantage points.
Chenjin decided to run at this point, seeing that it would be pointless to keep hiding. Sadly, this also meant that Sealsdramon's scanners would indeed pick him up. Chenjin was in some big-time trouble now. He wanted to explain that he didn't mean any harm to humans, but the Sealsdramon was WAY too scary.
He hadn't even Digivolved before! He didn't even know if he COULD yet! He was so scared...
...yet, he stopped. He knew running like this would only make things worse. In that alleyway, Chenjin stopped running and looked Sealsdramon in the eye. He would be prepared if it began to attack, or if they tried to tie him up or something.

"Target acquired," was how Sealsdramon calmly, professionally communicated his status to Tadayoshi.
"Pursue and contain!" At this point there was no inconspicuous way to keep up with Sealsdramon. That meant Tadayoshi was forced to run after his digimon on the street and attract some looks from the crowd while the assassin digimon crossed roofs and jumped between walls to get where he was going. "What's the species?"
"Gatchmon. Search digimon. Any information he wants to know, he can simply search the entirety of accessible digital information to find it."
"So you're saying he's a walking Google?"
Sealsdramon sighed hung from a flagpole with one hand, both feet clinging to a wall. "Close enough." It was at about this point that the Gatchmon finally stopped and turned to face his fate. Noticing, Sealsdramon kicked off his perch and dropped five stories to wind up straight in front of the little digimon, standing at an intimidating 6'8'' and drawing two of his knives for safety. "This ends how you want it to. Hold still, and we can still walk away from this amicably." That was about when Tadayoshi rounded the corner from the other side, very out of breath but also blocking off the only other way out... that is, unless Chenjin wanted to lash out at Tadayoshi again. The young man was keeping a respectful distance, though, unwilling to get too close after last time.

The Gatchmon had allowed the human and Sealsdramon to catch up with him. A chase was not what he initially wanted; Chenjin was just scared by the idea of AEGIS. He didn't want to go back, he wanted to stay here.
Sealsdramon was at least professional about it. He said to Chenjin that this could end however he wanted it to end... all while holding knives right at the Digimon. Chenjin looked like he wanted to cry, but he knew he had to tough it out. No one was going to come and save him...
Except someone did.
"Hey! Let him go!" A young woman's voice suddenly called. Then before anyone realized it, a woman with colorful blue hair stood right in front of Sealsdramon and Chenji. Chenji, of course, was confused by this whole situation.
"This Digimon didn't do anything wrong! Can't you see that?! It's all your fault that he acted like this in the first place, you assholes!"

"Motherf-!" Tadayoshi didn't finish his curse. Perhaps it hardly mattered since he was mumbling so softly that only he could hear himself, but nonetheless the young man had come dangerously close to saying something that might have gotten him a very severe punishment under more usual circumstances. Perhaps that was a testament to the urgency of the situation as the young General saw it. How much worse could this get, though? After following a pursuit through the area, Sealsdramon now had a civilian between him and the target! God, I'm sure she just wants to help, but doesn't she know she's just getting in our way and escalating a situation that was almost defused?
"Step away," Commandramon sternly ordered this new stranger, "And forget what you saw here." He then began to adamantly step forward, ready to push this girl out of the way if he had to. It didn't come to that, however.
"Stand down, Top!" Tadayoshi ordered from across the way. Like a good soldier, Sealsdramon obeyed instantly, ceasing his advance... but only when he was nearly standing in the same space as the stranger. Instead of issuing further orders, or addressing the newcomer, he addressed Gatchmon. "We came in peace. Tell me why you ran." There was a reason why he thought he could trust the girl not to ruin things too badly: She called the runner a digimon. She's already a player in this game of ours. She knows if she attracts too much attention, the consequences are grander than this standoff.

"No," The woman says, still standing in her spot between the two Digimon. "My best friend is a Digimon Tamer, and if you touch me - OR the little guy - I will call him and he and his partner will be here, pronto!"
Chenjin was so confused at this point. Who was this lady? And why did she come in for HIS rescue? She barely knew him... maybe this was a sign? Could this human possibly be a lifelong friend of Chenjin??? Ooh, the thought of that was making him all tingly!
"My name is Arai Jitsuko... a friend to all Digimon! I've seen your interaction with the Gatchmon here; he was just minding his own business until YOU came and frightened him! Why else would he attack other than out of fear? Besides... he's my Digimon."
"Wha- oh, yes! She is my Tamer! I'm so glad you found me, Jitsuko!"
