A few hours later, Harry had returned to his apartment from the park. He was in such a good mood today. He saw the best circus in his life with his best friend Marcia. He had wish he could have find that hot pink-haired dancer and asked her out on a date. Maybe if he was lucky, the circus would still be there and would get his chance. But lately his dad wasn’t too happy with him. If he missed on doing another chore for him, Harry was sure he was going to blow his top. In his personal experience, he didn’t want to see that. So he thought he would at least get it over with. Sure enough, his father was indeed waiting for him. And as usual, he gave him plenty of things to do around the apartment.
After quite of while of doing chores, Harry slowly went back to his room. He lay on top of his bed, totally exhausted. He couldn’t believe that his dad gave him so much to do. He leaned up and looked over at his room. It was quite messy as always, with clothes and trash littering his floor and desks. He was so glad his dad never makes him clean his own room. He eventually gave up and told Harry that he might as well live in his filth. It wasn’t much, but Harry was glad that he had his own private place to call home. Suddenly, he remembered that he had to still chat with Marcia online. He quickly got up from his bed and moved over to this desk, brushing off the trash on his keyboard. He may have an older computer, but he works well enough. He turned it on and his monitor lit up. He got onto the internet and started up the chat. He can see Marcia’s username “Moonlight432” had already signed. He really needed to stop being late these chats, but at least he can blame his dad this time. He signed in with this username “Ladiesman889”
Ladiesman889: Hey Marcia, sorry I’m late
Moonlight432: It’s alright. You just finished with your chores
Ladiesman889: yea. My pop is killing me with all these chores. It’s so annoying.
Moonlight432: …I’m sure it needed to be done.
Ladiesman889: whaever. At least im done now. Was that a great circus so or waht?
Moonlight432: Yes. It was quite good. I quite stunned.
Ladiesman889: and that pink hair dancer was the best part. Don’t you think she really cute?
Moonlight432: …I’m not going to answer that.
Ladiesman889: Hmph. Fine. So you wanna hang out tomorrow.
Moonlight432: Sure. I just have to finish my studies.
Ladiesman889: yeah yeah. Of course.
Suddenly, Harry’s computer monitor shut itself off. This wasn’t too unusual. His computer was so old that it just mostly works whenever it felt like it sometimes. Harry hit the top of the monitor a few times. He was pretty sure this wasn’t the correct way to fix it, but it sure helped him get out his frustrations with it. He leaned down to turn off his computer, but then the monitor suddenly came back on. He didn’t get the chance to push the power button. Just when he was thinking that things were getting strange, the monitor screen was glowing brighter, beams of light coming out of it and blinding him momentarily. The light slowly went away, leaving behind a couple of objects on his desk. Harry couldn’t believe what he was seeing. He took a closer look at the objects. One was a small handheld device and the other one was an egg. Did these things really come from his computer?
He grabbed the device and took a closer look at it. As he was holding it, he couldn’t help but feel that it was made for him. Then he looked over at the egg. What could be inside it? Maybe some kind of cyber chicken? He went over and rubbed the top of it a bit. It certainly feels real. Then, the egg started to crack, breaking apart. He was surprised about how fast this egg was hatching. He kept looking on to see what would come out. After the egg finished hatching, it revealed itself to be some kind of bomb with eyes.

Harry just kept starting at it. The creature squirmed around a bit, with its eyes staring into Harry’s. This is one of those rare times that Harry had nothing to say. He slowly grabbed the fuse tail of the creature. This suddenly surprised it and started to light the fuse as it started to crackle loudly. This burned Harry’s hand and caused him to let go and dropped the small bomb monster on his desk. He blow on his hand and glared over at the Bommon. The next question is what he was going to do with it now. Under a certain light, he does look kind of cool. Maybe with some training, he could be a good pet or something, as long as he doesn’t explode of course. So Harry smiled and introduced himself to it. He wanted to spend the next couple of hours getting to know his digimon more.
