They finally had all the pieces of the puzzle laid before them, now all that was left was to ignore the chittering, fatass bean that was Anzu and solve this puzzle so they could hopefully vacate this place as soon as they possibly could. She glanced back to Katherine, a smile making itself known as she nodded to the researcher that basically might have just solved their woes. "...Yes, I think I can. Seems like the logical conclusion to all of this." All things considered, anyways.
Akemi waited for the other girls to all present their weapons to the statue, before she went to the remaining one, the one of Deanne, the one that hadn't been given an offering yet.
And she offered the bow up, placing it in the hand of the statue.
What would happen next?

One by one, the weapons were given to the statues, each of them accepting the offers readily, all while grinning fiercely. Katherine's reasoning had, indeed, been on point. The four weapons had been given, and the riddle had been solved. What happened next?
The four statues glowed intensely for several seconds while the sound of stone grinding against stone resonated in the room while the set of doors that the group had tried to unlock finally began to move. It was a slow, almost painful motion, but eventually, the doors finished moving, showing a sight that probably neither member of this small adventure had expected to see.
Who was there? None other than Amelie, who was currently cradling an unconscious Jazz in between her arms. By her side, Evie stood as well. The brunette was smiling, and she seemed to be particularly happy at the outcome of this small venture. "Good work, everyone!" She said, her tone sounding as satisfied as it could be. "You all did excellently. Couldn't have asked for a better group to take care of this."
She then proceeded to extend Jazz towards Katherine; chances were that she had been worried sick about her partner. By now, probably everyone was confused regarding why she was here, and how she had gotten to the place that everyone had worked so hard to unlock. "You might be asking yourselves what's the meaning of this, or why I sent you on this mission if everything you would find was me at the end of the road. And that'd be a very good question! The answer, though?"
As if it were the most natural thing in the world, Amy shrugged. "It's a rather long story. I'll tell you all about the exact nature of this place on our way back to the construction site. Hope you're all ready to celebrate!"
Maybe too good to be true? Yeah, her words almost sounded like this was a hoax, or that there was a catch of some sort. However... they couldn't be more truthful.
