Applying for Mercenary for Bero! I already bought the rookie stage contract.
First Mercenary - Skhizein Digimon Name:Skhizein “Ski” Default Form: Bakemon Gender: Male Alignment: Lawful Neutral Skills/Talents: - Incredible Wisdom -Deep understanding of psychology -Very imaginative as combatant Inventory:-NaN, is physically incapable of taking stuff with him. Personality: Ski is, if anybody, astonishingly peaceful and pleasant to be around considering his circumstances. Hell, He might even bring up his circumstances as a relaxed joke with little to no issue. Ski seems to have no issues talking with almost anybody, no matter their moral convictions. The only thing he reasonably fears for or gets annoyed about is the safety of his friends. Deep down, Ski remains perpetually disturbed at the nagging voices that is contained within him and he cannot seem to shake loose entirely. But as long as there’s someone to help him keep away from the voices, he’s capable of snapping out of it. The voices show part of his friendly nature, where he simply desires to help those in need, viewing the voices within him as a need. However, for as long as those are hard to assist, he will focus on the outside world. Ski does not concern himself with the idea of ulterior motives and long-term benefit. He lives in the here and the now, enjoying his environments and interacting in them constantly with a strong fascination, for a very simple reason. If he’d try reminiscing on the past or thinking of the future, he starts hearing the voices inside! He worries about his capability to truly save himself in the far future, and what to do with all the tasks he has brought upon himself. His self-doubt is what calls upon the craziness inside of him the most of all. He knows friends can help him with this and relies upon them to do so. In the face of a real threat to the livelihood of his friends, Ski finds himself unnervingly calm and capable of taking up arms for their purpose. All concern for his enemy’s well being vanishes, and he will gladly destroy them entirely for no other reason than to permanently be rid of the issues they present. He will commonly toy with his enemies or try to unnerve them before dealing the final blow. Personal History: Destruction and wide scale elemental disaster has been recorded in the long history of the digital world. Often, they are caused by malicious or uncontrollable rampaging digimon. Some even return only a short time later to try again. Some try, again, and again, and again. As if the urge to destroy is written deep within their core, apocalypse being their only calling. Luckily, they are struck down by capable protectors, every time. They reach varying degrees of success, but their failure is inevitable. However, each attempt leaves behind fragments. Fragments, that in unique, unusual conditions, can collect into a whole new entity. This entity is Ski, who woke up to a cacophonous sound of ringing noises disturbing his every moment the moment he was out of his digitama in the village of beginnings. FIRST MERCENARY’S INITIAL EVOLUTION LINE
Universal Non-combat Passives Literal Digi-ghost: Ski is weightless, does not need air, food, sleep or anything otherwise to sustain him. He is capable of very slowly phasing through unprotected walls or objects which are not digimon. Unprotected is anything which doesn’t have any code made to reinforce it, lock it or reduce the damage it receives, like firewalls. Similarly, unprotected objects will slowly phase through him and eventually just fall through, towards the ground. Please don’t let him carry your stuff. He can’t.
One of Many: Ski contains the memories of 255 previous lives within him, infact, these memories are the very fabric of his digicore. This is what results in him being an anomaly amongst digimon. As a result, if he would be loaded, he instead only loses the memories of one of those lives, although he is capable of loading that specific set of memories back by defeating his opponent in combat. When losing the memory of one life, he disappears and reforms as a digitama which hatches into his usual self in the last place he slept and observed as safe.
RookieSpecies:Bakemon Appearance: Attribute: NaN Family/ies: NaN Type: NaN Fighting Style: Ski, despite not having to worry about his own life as much as others, still enjoys to fight for the simple reason that it ties in with his personal joys! He also recognises that it can be a great way to get to know someone. Ski fights using a flurry of light blows and stylish finishers. He tends to unnerve his opponent to get a critical strike in. Abilities: [4 Abilities Max] Memory of Combat Attack - Ski quickly creates or uses any kind of simple melee weapon and makes one or multiple basic attacks with it. These basic attacks reach the combined power of a named attack with a 0-post cooldown. 0-post cooldown. Modernize Memory Defense - By suddenly summoning or swapping his weapon and making a quick flourish, Ski can deflect, dodge or block one attack. 2 post cooldown. Will you Die for me? Debuff - Ski accidentally remembers his target as a mortal enemy. Choosing a target, he marks them as enemy. When approaching that enemy, he moves 50% faster. Whenever he uses an attack, he may phase out to dash closer to his target or through his target to stab them from behind. He may not avoid, dodge, evade or ignore enemy attacks using this phase. Whenever he blocks an attack, he may phase through that attack to go closer to his target. He may only use this to phase through an attack he already blocked. The mark lasts 3 posts. 2 post cooldown. Will you Fight for me? Buff - Ski creates a phantasm on either himself or an ally. This phantasm is an transparent clone of Ski which imitates the action of the target it’s with, repeating their attacks at rookie level and with 10% of the original damage. If buffing an ally instead of Ski, That ally gains the benefits of any debuffs that Ski gains benefits from, like “Will you Die for me?”. 3 posts duration, 2 post cooldown. Will You Die For Me - Teleportation attacks are, at minimum, a 2 post cooldown. This would not have a duration or a speed benefit.

I am shelving the mercenary (for now, i'll come back to his kit and update it soon enough, including adapting the requested change into the kit in a proper way), so ignore that for a bit. Applying for the following moves to be added to Bero's Champion Darklizardmon form. One is a RAM upgrade which i have already bought.
Power Withheld Non-Combat Passive - Due to this form’s power being restrained and prevented from unleashing its power, it’s more stable than usual. Bero can retain this form permanently outside of combat. Combat will still wear him down somewhat easily and force him to dedigivolve after losing, as champion remains his highest attained form.
Dark Body (RAM upgrade) Combat Passive - Bero’s practice in evading notice has taken itself to the next level since he has been powered down. This stealth takes effect at the very start of combat, and whenever he goes down to exactly 0 stacks of 'Basics Mastery'. When this stealth takes effect, he partially dodges attacks aimed at him done after the turn it takes effect. This reduces his damage taken as if blocked by a 1-turn cooldown named block. (This makes it a pre-emptive passive block). This effect has a 1-post cooldown after it triggers. Attacks which ignore evasion, like homing attacks or pin-point snipe attacks can (and usually will) ignore this benefit.

Dark Body shouldn't be able to trigger more than once every two turns.
Other than that, it's fine.

FANCY REWRITE WITH SMALL CHANGES AND ADDITIONS don't worry, staff, i made a changelog. i gotchu. Changelog:- Added a snappy little title to the start.
- Made some small changes to various locations. (things like default form, Skills)
- Removed Fire seeing from “Skills/Talents”, made a new Non-Combat Passive out of it that’s listed by the start of the forms.
- Rewrote the Personality/History completely. Big changes to fit character development, and small changes to be more legible and MYSTERIOUUUS.
- Fancied up how his Application looks as far as forms are concerned, to how i like my forms to be.
- Added the before mentioned non-combat passive to all forms.*
- Added the "Power Withheld" non-combat passive to Bero’s Champion form. It was approved earlier but never added.
* Non-Combat Passive in question: The Fire in my eyes Non-combat passives - Bero’s vision has the added ability of being able to see high temperatures. For any temperature equal or above that of water boiling (at standard atmospheric conditions), he can see the exact temperature, regardless of distance. This doesn’t impede or interfere with his normal sight, nor do incredibly high temperatures blind this sense if he looks at them. This sense is developed enough that when looking in a fire, he can tell which parts are hotter and which parts are less hot, effectively working as a full three-dimensional heat sense.
THE CODE FOR THE NEW APPLICATION:[div align="center"]Living Midnight Fire[/div] Digimon Name: Bero Default Form: Highest stable form available Gender: Male Alignment: The Rebellious Bero is only aligned to the power of YEETing Impmons. Skills/Talents: -Fire knowledge, knows a lot of things about fire and how fire influences the surroundings, down to scientific precision.
-Has a slew of social and manipulation skills. Not that he uses them properly.
Personality: A natural hothead and almost perpetually riled up, Bero hides any semblance of intelligence really well. He’ll often be found either bursting with anger, looking for a fight or bottling up a silent fury. Oddly enough, He actually isn’t looking for trouble. At least, not trouble he can’t handle. While his anger and superiority complex is on constant display, he is surprisingly cautious.
If he feels he is not at risk of getting into big problems, he will be brash and search for battle to the best of his abilities. He fights with the aim of learning rather than winning. In search for ‘useful power’, he makes sure to not use cheap tricks or any kind of tools. He believes in using his own power above all else. Nothing offends and riles him up more than his own power being held back.
Despite him hiding any intelligence under a constant mask of anger, he actually has quite a lot of it! Bero is a natural polymath with both intelligence and wisdom. While he lacks the refinement of education, he has both a strong strategic and social intelligence. He uses his smarts to taunt digimon and trick them into fighting him.
His idea of morals is purely that the strong live free. The weak are only as free as the strong want them to be.
Bero hardly makes friends, mostly because he doesn’t want friends. He will generally only think of friends as tools. He will only uphold a friendly act if the benefits outweigh the efforts. It doesn’t help that for whatever reason, he has a low level of empathic response. Personal History: Not all digimon are created pure and perfect within the village of beginnings. Some are created with foul memories, or in some cases, even a muddied digicore. From one such egg came a purple-eyed Mokumon.
Bero was born with no memories and a great burning sensation within himself. Bero spent every waking moment lashing out at the world and wanting to burn everything in sight. Had he been given nicer traits, he might have understood his burning passion as something else. Alas, some people are sadly born with a little thing known as: A horrible personality. His behaviour caused little damage at first, due to him being a baby or in-training digimon. Nonetheless it bothered the others and it was frowned upon.
Not understanding the disdain towards him, Bero rejected their opinions and developed many nasty habits. Although a troublemaker, he was a stubborn and determined one. That helped him to mature to a rookie quickly. Bit by bit, he gained an understanding of the world. With that, he learned to bottle his rage to more acceptable levels. Since he had nothing more than his own village to explore, he found himself quickly growing bored. That boredom turned into thought, and that thought turned into wisdom.
He still wanted to fight and prove his strength at every opportunity possible, but his newfound wisdom had given him a wise suggestion. Don’t get beat up by big strong digimon like a dumb nerd, because you don’t learn from a bad beat down, and waste time recovering for nothing. Despite there being danger out in the wide world around him, he knew he had to set out from his boring village to explore the world and get to know how to acquire the power he believes to need.
His adventures fail to change him as a person and his quest for strength remained the same as it always was. During his journey, he runs into hidden routines stored within his code for reasons he does not know. Nowadays, he struggles with a mysterious past and the consequences they have given him in his new life. Sucks, cause he doesn’t remember anything of his mysterious past and he doesn’t count the person of his past as himself, yet he’s the one dealing with their messes. Universal Non-combat Passives
The Fire in my eyes Non-combat passives - Bero’s vision has the added ability of being able to see high temperatures.
RAM upgrade GIGA Ability
Superior Technique[RAM upgrade GIGA] Combat Passive - Bero’s incredible technique lets him improvise his attacks and abilities, using his natural weapons and traits of his body’s code to great effectiveness. Bero starts each combat with 5 stacks of ‘Basics Mastery’ and every round he is in combat he gains 2 more stacks. He can hold a maximum of 15 stacks. Using 5 stacks allows him to empower one basic attack to deal damage equal to a named attack with a 1-turn cooldown. This attack counts as Bero’s named attack (or one of his named attacks, incase he’s 1 vs twins) for the post it is used. Other passives may give him more stacks of ‘Basics Mastery’ or methods to use it.
Petite Claw Attack - In a claw coated with blue flame, Bero slashes at his opponent to cause medium damage, with a 2 turn cooldown.
Petite Ignition Buff - Increasing the heat of his backside like some sort of afterburner, Bero moves faster for a relatively short burst. This buff lasts 2 turns with a 4 turn cooldown. Bero’s cape is completely black in colour, lacking any stripes and visible distinction between fur, claws and teeth. His horn has a rainbow pastel metallic-like plating over it. Bero doesn’t put his hands into his cape’s claws, rather keeping them separate. The claws of his cape are also much larger, and his eyes have a heated lilac colour. He is also a short runt.[div align="center"][/div]Height: 2’7” Attribute: Virus Family/ies: Nature Spirit Type: Reptile Fighting Style: Bero’s vicious nature belies an efficient, technical style of combat, mixing techniques from various martial arts-like fighting styles. Bero will light his entire cape in powerful fire and control it’s arms freely for quick, calculated blows and flaming slashes. Mini-Disclaimer: Currently, due to the plot, he is incapable of actually using any of his moves (except his RAM GIGA) in this form. They’re only kept here for posterity and use in threads that take place in the past. Abilities:
RAM upgrade GIGA: Superior Technique[RAM upgrade GIGA] Combat Passive - Bero’s incredible technique lets him improvise his attacks and abilities, using his natural weapons and traits of his body’s code to great effectiveness.
Active Abilities Petit Arena Utility/Attack - Erupting flames from his coat, Bero has the flames trail across the ground to circle him and an opponent within 5 meters of him. These flames form a high wall of fire, creating a small arena of Fire which is difficult to escape. This attack cannot automatically connect or damage Bero’s opponent upon activation. Touching the fires makes anyone except Bero take minor damage, forcing them self through the fires to escape the arena (or someone else forcing themselves into the arena) deals severe damage. The Arena lasts for 2 posts, and has a 6 post cooldown.
Accelerant Ignition Buff - Stoking the fires of his cape with raw energy, Bero covers himself with raging fire which allows him to move about 30% faster and makes touching his cape quite harmful, to the point of enemies dealing minor damage to oneself upon striking Bero with a melee attack. This buff lasts 3 posts and has a cooldown of 5 posts.
Azure Zenith Defense - A small gout of flame rises from Bero’s horn before quickly creating a thin wall of flame all around Bero to protect him with, this defends him against rookie level attacks and reduces damage of champion level attacks by 50%, and also damages opponents who use melee attacks for minor damage. This ability blocks for a duration of 1 turn. This ability has a cooldown of 4 posts.
Little blue Hunter [RAM upgrade] Attack - Initiating this attack, Bero charges a powerful blue flame in the tip of one of his cloak claws. Bero jabs his arm forward to point towards the enemy, and his cloak claw follows the gesture. A trail of blue fire erupts from the tip of his claw and heads towards his target. This blue fire can turn slightly to home in on it’s target as it travels up to 30 meters. This attack requires 2 dodges to avoid. If Bero uses this attack against an enemy within 2 meters, the fire trail stops after passing by them and returns to hit them again in the back. The attack does minor damage with each hit and has 1 post cooldown.
Burning Brand [RAM upgrade] Debuff - Bero extends one of his claws, and attempts to touch his enemy. Upon touching the enemy, Blue flames quickly rush over them, while not damaging them directly. Marks of the attack appear over their body as a brand, lasting up to 3 posts and making them more vulnerable to any fire damage Bero deals. This has a 3 post cooldown.
Combat Passives: Flame Coat Combat Passive - Naturally capable of lighting his entire coat aflame, Bero makes sure to always fight with this fire backing him up. As long as this passive is in effect, Bero’s coat is covered in hot blue flames, and he can control the claws on his coat freely as if they were two extra sets of limbs. He can stretch out these limbs like rubber, using them to increase the reach of his basic attacks, and allow him to interact with objects or digimon from a distance. The elastic nature of his cloak allows him to attack up to 5 meters away, or about 5x the expected distance the limbs could reach. These limbs are strong enough for him to pull himself up by them or push himself off the ground using them. Due to being constantly aflame, they increase the damage of his basic attacks using these arms by 10%. While the hot flames of his coat are dangerous, they do not actually deal significant damage when merely touched.
Digivolves From: BlueDemimeramon Digivolves To: Darklizardmon

Champion
Species:Darklizardmon Appearance:Like other Darklizardmons, Bero has a lizard or reptile like anthropomorphic structure but is covered in Flame, with bone-like claws and a metallic helmet as only other details. Unlike other Darklizardmon’s, Bero has a slightly darker blue flame colouration. His helmet also has multiple colours, each segment having a slightly different colour. He’s also still short, only the height of a human.[div align="center"][/div]Recolour Courtesy of Magnere, Thanks Magnere! Height: 5’9” Attribute: Virus* Family/ies: Nightmare Soldier* Type: Evil Dragon*
*One of his passives has him counting as more attributes/families/types for the purposes of being attacked or attacking. Pay attention to this! Fighting Style: Bero, now incapable of using any special powers in his combat, kind of just bum rushes his enemies and tries to beat them in submission with tactical, repeated attacks. He is also a fan of wrestling like moves and grappling or throwing enemies with surprising strength. Abilities:
RAM upgrade Giga: Superior Technique[RAM upgrade GIGA] Combat Passive - Bero’s incredible technique lets him improvise his attacks and abilities, using his natural weapons and traits of his body’s code to great effectiveness.
Non-Combat Passives: Fire restriction Bero’s Fires are harmless to the touch and feel like strands of silk flowing in water. They do not radiate warmth and are incapable of lighting things aflame.
Active Abilities: NaN
Combat Passives: Dark Body (RAM upgrade) Combat Passive - Bero’s practice in evading notice has taken itself to the next level since he has been powered down.
Holy limiter Combat Passive - Due to his “Helmet of Virtues”, if Bero would be subject to an attack or an effect due to any of his attributes, families or types, the most convenient is always selected. If Bero’s attacks would be subjected to a defensive effect due to any of his attributes, families or types, the most convenient is always selected. Attribute: Virus, Vaccine. Family: Nightmare Soldier, Virus Buster. Type: Evil Dragon, Angel.
However, Bero cannot use any fire control or fire abilities.
Anger Management Combat Passive - Bero’s own powerlessness at the hands of his holy limiter infuriates him. He can channel his anger into empowering his Superior Technique passive. Every turn he is in combat he gains 2 extra stacks of ‘Basics Mastery’. Outside of the usual way to expend it, he may also use 4 stacks to empower one basic attack to deal damage equal to a named attack with a 0-turn cooldown. He may use multiple of these in a turn, but may not combine them with other methods of attacking with Superior Technique. When fighting twins or otherwise allowed to make an extra named ability, he gains 2 extra stacks of “Basics Mastery” every turn. If he were to use a named active ability via any means (given by cards or plot conditions) he loses all stacks of ‘Basics Mastery’ and does not gain any stacks this post.
Enough Chains!! Combat Passive - Bero’s already infuriated enough his powers are limited! Chaining him down, restricting him, limiting his actions or pushing him away from combat by some obvious or recognizable means (forcefields, chains, pushing away with wind, etc.) has reduced effectiveness on him, allowing him to resist 50% of the effects of such abilities. Every time he is targeted by an attempted restriction, he gains 1 stack of ‘Basics Mastery’.
Pyrobiology Combat Passive - Bero’s Fiery body works somewhat differently than other bodies. Despite having an actual body of sorts underneath his flames, His body acts as one mass of flames. Because of this, it is not possible to strike any ‘weakspots’ that Bero has. Because of this, Bero is immune to wound-based status effects, like damaging a leg or wounding an arm to hold him back. Any damage dealt to him is dealt to him as a whole instead of any parts. Fire attacks will damage him as normal due to the different nature of his fire body, and hitting him with fire actually angers him, giving him 1 stack of ‘Basics Mastery’.
Black Phoenix Resurgence Combat Passive - When critically hurt but not outright defeated, Bero gains a heal over time that heals him for 15% of his health every turn for 3 turns. This effect cannot trigger until after this healing over time has ended. When it has ended, the power of this passive is reduced by a stage and it can trigger again. Each reduced stage of effectiveness decreases the power of the heal by half it’s previous stage. The reduced effect remains for the entirety of the thread. Every time the Heal over time is started from taking damage, Bero gains 1 stack of ‘Basics Mastery’. If he is defeated while the heal is active, the heal is canceled instantly.
Powerless Anger Combat Passive - When shown up in power, by either seeing stronger moves he cannot perform or people using moves via means like cards, Bero’s anger manifests in more power. Whenever anyone, Allies or Enemies, use a move with 2 posts or more cooldown, Bero gains 1 stack of Basics Mastery. Whenever anyone uses a move via a Card or Artifact, Bero gains 1 stack of basics Mastery. Digivolves From: BlackGabumon Digivolves To: NaN
Ignore this Yeah this is just the old application code, which i'm keeping here so it can always be checked back. Feel free to check it if you need to check something in the old version, but otherwise, Ignore this.Digimon Name: Bero Default Form: Rookie Gender: Male Alignment: Chaotic Jerk/Bully Neutral Skills/Talents: - Fire knowledge, can tell the exact heat and origin of a fire or digital fire upon seeing it.
- Brawler like combat.
Inventory:NaN Personality: Bero is first and foremost aggressive and battle-thirsty. And with thirsty, i mean T H I R S T Y. Full caps and everything. All the fighting he tries to do is always with a certain purpose however. He always fights with a strange sense of ‘honour’, never resorting to cheap tricks or outside means of power. He’ll fight straightforward battles or challenge himself, aiming to learn rather than win. He believes that once he’s stronger, he will not be limited to the laws and restrictions that more powerful digimon can force upon him. In that same vein, he shows a disdain to stronger ‘samaritan’ types, who protect the weak or enforce their rules. However, under that thirst for battle lays a variety of talents, natural gifts and reasons. Bero is always itching to fight, but he strategically awaits his opportunity. With a capable mind that has surprising understanding of social norms and the response he’ll get for his actions, Bero avoids getting himself in unfavourable situations with stronger digimon. He’ll almost never fight a champion or a stronger digimon, usually avoiding them entirely. Even though he hates stronger digimon holding him to laws, he will attempt to just barely hold himself to their rules. Because of his avoidance towards getting into trouble he can’t handle, he refuses to steal, cheat or kill any digimon. He also will rarely load any data from them, although he has no shame mugging his enemies of their bits. Gotta get by somehow, after all, right? When in the odd situation that he’s confronted with someone who’s proven themself in combat and still wants to hang around them, an exceptionally rare situation, he shows his true self. That is to say, that unfortunately, that someone will quickly learn that Bero is a very unfortunate person, namely, he was born with a horrible personality. Bero has no qualms with letting others know he thinks he’s better than them and that he sees friendships in a utterly utilitarian nature. Bero has few non-combat interests and compatible personalities for friendships. Many digimon who are highly aggressive but have more pleasant baseline personalities will mesh well with Bero, but other than that, one must exert extreme stubbornness to remain around Bero for a prolonged period of time. He is always very unsure what to do or how to react when he encounters a digimon he admires, as rare of an encounter as it is. He will usually end up being a bumbling fool, trying to make sure they’re still willing to hang out (and spar) with him. Being the first of his digital life cycle as far as his memory serves, Bero was born with a great fiery feeling within him. Unsure how to manifest this feeling, he took it out on the world around him, ready to prove the world his fiery capability. Had he been given nicer traits, he might have understood his burning passion as something else, alas, some people are born with a unfortunate little thing called: A horrible personality. Although as a BlueDemiMeramon he wasn’t capable of causing much, if any damage with his fires, he was frowned upon for his aggression. Not understanding the world’s disdain towards him, believing in the rule of the strong because it simply came naturally to him, Bero rejected other’s view of him and developed a nasty personality. Although a troublemaker, his aggression and resolute dedication to his fire allowed him to mature to a rookie quite quickly. As he matured, his understanding of the world grew, and his aggression dimmed to more acceptable levels. Exploring the village he had been in for the entirety of his life, the lack of excitement he could successfully engage gave him much of his understanding. He still sought to fight and prove his strength at every opportunity possible, but shown the large, wide digital world before him, he saw that risky endeavours would slow down him becoming strong if he spent all his time recovering from dumb battles. Now he knew how to not be dumb with this newfound knowledge, he knew he had to set out from his boring village to explore the world and get to know how to acquire the power he believes to need. DIGIMON'S INITIAL EVOLUTION LINE FreshSpecies: BlueMokumon Appearance: He appears as a blue-flamed Mokumon with violet eyes. Abilities: Petite Puff Utility - A large puff of smoke appears, hiding Bero from view so he can run. Height: 0’11” Attribute: Data Family/ies: Metal Empire, Nightmare Soldiers Type: Flame Fighting Style: As a BlueDemiMermon Bero hardly changes up his fighting style, although it speaks for itself why it doesn’t work as well. He manifests his fiery hands into claws and slashes away at his opponents. Abilities: Petite Claw Attack - In a claw coated with blue flame, Bero slashes at his opponent to cause medium damage, with a 2 turn cooldown. Petite Ignition Buff - Increasing the heat of his backside like some sort of afterburner, Bero moves faster for a relatively short burst. This buff lasts 2 turns with a 4 turn cooldown. Digivolves From:BlueMokumon Digivolves To:BlackGabumon RookieSpecies: BlackGabumon (Minor alterations) Appearance: Hailing the regular appearance of a BlackGabumon for most part, Bero retains the grey lizard like body with the off-yellow stomach marking and that black cape. Bero’s cape is completely black in colour, lacking any stripes and visible distinction between fur, claws and teeth. His horn lacks any pattern and has the same black look to it. Bero doesn’t put his hands into his cape’s claws, rather keeping them separate. The claws of his cape are also much larger, and his hot purple eyes align with the colour of the hot cores within his fire. Height: 2’7” Attribute: Virus Family/ies: Nature Spirit Type: Reptile Fighting Style: Bero’s vicious nature belies an efficient, technical style of combat, comparable to that of boxing. Bero will light his entire cape in powerful fire and control it’s arms freely for quick, calculated blows and flaming slashes. Abilities: Superior Technique[RAM upgrade GIGA] Combat Passive - Bero’s incredible technique lets him improvise his attacks and abilities, using his natural weapons and traits of his body’s code to great effectiveness. Bero starts each combat with 5 stacks of ‘Basics Mastery’ and every round he is in combat he gains 2 more stacks. He can hold a maximum of 15 stacks. This attack counts as Bero’s named attack (or one of his named attacks, incase he’s 1 vs twins) for the post it is used. Other passives may give him more stacks of ‘Basics Mastery’ or methods to use it. Flame Coat Combat Passive - Naturally capable of lighting his entire coat aflame, Bero makes sure to always fight with this fire backing him up. Petit Arena Utility/Attack - Erupting flames from his coat, Bero has the flames trail across the ground to circle him and an opponent within 5 meters of him. Little blue Hunter(RAM upgrade) Attack - Initiating this attack, Bero charges a powerful blue flame in the tip of one of his cloak claws. Burning Brand (RAM upgrade) Debuff - Bero extends one of his claws, and attempts to touch his enemy. Upon touching the enemy, Blue flames quickly rush over them, while not damaging them directly. Marks of the attack appear over their body as a brand, lasting up to 3 posts and making them more vulnerable to any fire damage Bero deals. This has a 3 post cooldown.
