Heyo, would like to do a revision for Katt's fighting style and to swap out his non-combat passive Hammer Time!, Big Bang Crash and Petit Prominence with the new abilities Bond of Flame, Flame Cutter and Heat Wave.

Fighting Style: Katt is a ranged sharpshooter, preferring to give himself distance from his opponents. He relies on his unique weapon, The Liberator, a weapon that primarily serves a rifle. He prefers positioning himself on high perches and shooting enemies from a safe distance, but is able to hold his own in melee combat as well.
Alternately, when forced to close quarters, he has the ability to change the form of the Liberator into a pair of chakrams that he can use as melee weapons, or to throw at targets.
Non-Combat Passive: Bond of Flame - With the push of a button next to the barrel, the Liberator glows and separates into two fireballs on his hands, then materialize into two chakrams, allowing Katt to utilize them as strong melee weapons.
Flame Cutter - Katt sets the Liberator ablaze while in its chakram form, then throws it at a foe, aiming to slice and singe the enemy before circling back and returning to him. [Cooldown: 1 turn]
Heat Wave - Something of a defensive maneuver, a faint ring of runes glows around Katt, about ten feet in diameter. As soon as another entity enters the ring, flames blasts upwards and outwards, singeing and knocking back whoever has come close. Lasts for two turns. [Cooldown: 2 turns]
