Luce watched blankly as workers scuttled about the remains of Rustport Town. They'd heard of its destruction, of course, but staring the aftermath in the face rather made them sick.
You could have stopped it, a little voice whispered. If you would have just crushed that bitch Ophanimon like you should have.
Luce sighed a little, reaching back to scratch an itch on one of their wings. "Yes, that would have worked out wonderfully, I'm sure." they muttered. That voice was what was left of the old Luce, the Luce that wanted order at any cost. What bullshit that had been, really. Although, there were some times when Luce wondered how things would have been had they succeeded in taking over, those daydreams were cut short quickly when they reminded themself how brutally their life would have been ended. Yggdrasil and its Knights did not take prisoners, and unlike a certain Ophanimon, it did not give second chances.
But that was the past. For now, Luce shook themself out of their reverie and placed their harp gently out of the way. Spotting an Agumon struggling with a large metal beam, Luce grasped the other end and smiled.
"Knees, not back. Lift on three. One, two-" Together, the two hauled the beam to its destination, and Luce wandered off to help wherever it was needed.

What a day it has been for Hidekazu. In a little less than twenty four hours, he and his family finally finished moving in to their new home in Shibuya, a digivice and digiegg appeared to him, that digiegg hatched into a small horse head looking fellow, he came in contact with a very privileged(ugh what did she call herself…?) oh Salamon, managed to get transported to this place called the digital world, had Ekumon erhh transform? morph?.... no it was digivolve twice, and now he finds himself along with this new fellow Arionmon wandering in this new reality, the digital world.
Although Hidekazu is very liberated, fun loving, and adventurous, this is more than what he bargain for. Him and Arionmon were basically lost. Mapquest surely wasn’t any help on his phone considering the fact that his iphone went completely hay-wire ever since he got there. And to make matters worse, Hidekazu had the slightest clue on how to work his digivice, it was foreign technology to both him and Arionmon. Both of them were casually walking across some green flatlands as a breeze managed to brisk its way through.
”So Arionmon, do you know what exactly we are supposed to do here in this place. I mean you had to appear to me for some reason, things just don’t happen without there being some sort of purpose.” Hidekazu asked
“I concur with you on that previous statement Kazu. You know I am not too sure myself to be completely honest with you. From what it seems, there must be some sort of disturbance I suppose somewhere here in the digital world. I assume that I must acquire more power in order to truly achieve anything. Luckily I do have some knowledge in my possession.” Arionmon said
”Really, come on spill it, what have you been holding out on?”
Arionmon chuckled a little. “Well we both know that I have digivolved twice already, from what we digimon call our baby form and our in-training form.
(As Arionmon was talking, he and Hidekazu seemed to be approaching some sort of industrial town)
If I am correct in my thinking, the next step would be to find my first digiegg!” Arionmon said with delight.
”Didin’t you hatch from a digiegg though?” Hidekazu asked
“Technically yes, but this is a different type of digiegg I am referring to.” Arionmon began to explain.
“You see some digimon, including myself, have the ability to digivolve in particular ways. The method I am speaking of involves what is known as a crest and a digiegg. This is called armor digivolving. It’s a new level of power, and can come in very useful. The crest and digiegg and my armor digivolved form usually has to do with an attribute of your personality that you possess or what to possess.”
Hidekazu began to rub his temple.
There is a lot I need to learn about this stuff.
Just as he finished his sentence, his digivice began to beep, he looked at it and saw a dot on a map, he and Arionmon looked up and noticed that the map was a map of the town that was ahead of them. They noticed some digimon in the distance, but couldn’t tell what they were, the only noticeable feature was that one of them had wings like Arionmon.
”What could this digivice be going off about?” Hidekazu asked.
“Perhaps it’s your crest and digiegg, we should most definitely check it out!”

Luce swiped a hand across their brow, grimacing slightly at all the sweat covering their body. Even as a Seraphimon, manual labor had never really been their most favorite thing. Deciding it was time for a break, Luce grabbed their harp case and fled to the shadiest spot that was out of the way of the workers.
"I'm out of practice." Luce groaned, popping open the case. They stared down at the celtic harp, considering. "Harps aren't really meant for work songs, but..." Shrugging, Luce pulled out their prized instrument and plucked at it, occasionally making adjustments to the tuning.
Then, Luce began to play in earnest, humming along to keep themself in tune. They quickly forgot about the robes sticking uncomfortably to their back and the way their muscles ached just after a few minutes of hauling metal in favor of concentrating on their music.
But right at the crescendo, Luce heard a beeping noise that was suspiciously familiar. Sighing, Luce put the harp back into its case, rolling their neck and shoulders as they did so. Standing, Luce looked for the source before noticing two figures a little ways off. As they had suspected, one of them looked human.
Do I really want to deal with this? Tamers are always such a pain... Luce thought, their wings furling and unfurling in annoyance. Luce sighed again, longer this time, and waved.
"Come help," they shouted. "There may be lunch at some point."

Collectdramon didn`t feel right. Since his first change to prophetmon, something didn`t feel as it should. Who was the voice that kept getting into his head? Why was it talking to HIM? What did it want from him? He just kept walking. The headache that was oozing around his head, the torturing sun and the seemly endless sand of the the folder desert were not something he was used to, and even less something he enjoyed. He did starve in the human world, but he did find friends there. Friends. Such a distant word now,it seemed. Could his life end the way it had been for so long. Lonely? But he wasn`t just lonely. He was lonely, starving and thirsty, almost dehydrated (OOC: sorry for spelling!). He needed help. He couldn`t let the voice he heard in his head down, no matter how torturous was the path that it was leading him into. Suddenly, he heard something else. Could it be music? He knew what it was to have something in his head, so he knew he was not imagining things. He had no choice: Collectdramon had to see where the noise came from.

"Hey, come on! 10 more minutes and we'll have that wall finished. You've been doing great so far, guys, and once that's done you all can take a well deserved break." Elsewhere, there was another group working towards rebuilding Rustport. Of these digimon, the one in the lead was an Impmon. But not just any one, but a MechaImpmon. He passed on responsibility of watching this group to a Flamon helper of his, deciding to check on another group.
This heat did not bother Burst as he used his thrusters to glide across the ground. In fact, he enjoyed it. But he realizes not everyone does, and far be it for him to fault them. Still, progress was moving smoothly. Beverly would be proud, he'd imagine. Being able to lead such a project was quite the thrill!
His reflection of the progress ended as his thrusters stopped, going on into a walk. It was here that he heard the faint sounds of a harp. A new volunteer? He would have to investigate. His thrusters activated again, this time taking flight, seeing this other group with a couple new guys. One of them was playing a harp, and one, which caught his attention, was a digimon wearioy walking through the desert. Deciding to hold off on welcoming the Lucemon or the Tamer and Arionmon, he flew off to meet the Collectdramon. His approach was fast, and landed just by him to help him up.
"Hey, you! Are you alright? You don't look so hot... oh... sorry about that. Do you need any help?"
Meanwhile, a FlaWizardmon and a red, oozing digimon, Liquidramon, arrived from elsewhere in the city. They spotted Burst flying overhead, knowing that they were supposed to meet up here. Perhaps he saw someone in need of help. It tends to happen out here; anyway they would have to wait.
"Well, a Lucemon seems to have arrived." The FlaWizardmon said to his companion, spotting them out of the corner of his eye. "I wouldn't have imagined one deigning himself to work out here. But, oh well, who are we to judge, right?" The ooze digimon nodded in agreement, and the two went to meet the other three newcomers.
