Yo, yo! Finally decided to get around adding Vee and Gummy's Jogress Ultimate: ArresterVeemon (original name, I know)!
OPTIONAL EVOLUTIONARY STAGES - DNA DIGIVOLUTION
DNA Ultimate Species: ArresterVeemon Appearance:(Commission art done by extyrannomon.) Attribute: Vaccine Family: Nature Spirits/Dragon’s Roar Type: Dragon Fighting Style: Being the Jogress evolution of Vee and Gummy, ArresterVeemon is considerably faster in this form and specializes in close quarters and aerial combat due to the rivalry boost between the brothers. Though somewhat cocky and boastful in his demeanor, he is not to be taken lightly, as his Xros Anchor can easily rip an opponent to shreds if not careful. Abilities: Passive: Flight - ArresterVeemon can fly in this form. Combat Passive: Dragon’s Armor - Inheriting the rubberized battle armor from Gummy, ArresterVeemon is durable, giving him a 40% defensive boost against projectile attacks. Active Passive: “Play With Fire and You’re Gonna Get Burned!” - If ArresterVeemon gets damage by an attack, he is able to empower an attack of his choosing with 30% of the damage he took in the previous round, signaled by the “X” symbols across his chest, forearms, and pants glowing a deep orange. This increases the power of the attack of his choosing by 30%. Can be used once every three turns. Ignition Slash - ArresterVeemon charges condense energy in his right hand and forms into a sword-like blade, then gets close to the opponent and cuts them down to size, unleashing a giant explosion. Can make an opponent moderately vulnerable to fire attacks by 30% for two turns.[Cooldown: 2 turns] Blazing Rush - With violet flames engulfing him, ArresterVeemon rushes towards the opponent, unleashing a barrage of powerful fiery punches. When done, ArresterVeemon sends them flying with an upward slash from his Xros Anchor. [Cooldown: 2 turns] Crimson Laser - A combination of Vee’s Ex Laser and Gummy’s Crimson Bang. ArresterVeemon generates two blue balls of fire in front of him, before forcing the radiant energy of Ex Laser into the Crismon Bang, firing a blazing hot energy beam in the shape of an X. [Cooldown: 3 turns] Nova Barrier - ArresterVeemon focuses his power into a fiery barrier, allowing him to withstand attacks from an opponent of equal power or below. If the shield is broken or otherwise bypassed, then it explodes in a rage of heat for severe damage. [Cooldown: 4 turns] Vulnerary Aid - ArresterVeemon conjures small flames that heal the areas they come into contact with. Only capable of healing light to moderate wounds; it is unable to repair mechanical damage. [Cooldown: 2 turns]

MERCENARY Digimon Name: Amper
Default Form: Rookie Gender: Male Alignment: Chaotic Good Skills/Talents:-Physical Prowess: Being a Digimon that’s motivated by pulse waveform data, Amper is exceptionally skilled in physical fitness and agility, thus evident by his fit build. - Bio-Electrokinetics: Amper possesses control over the natural electricity his body produces. -Enhanced Speed: Being a Pulsemon, Amper possesses two times the proportional speed of the fastest human ever recorded, moving at speeds in the shape of a lightning bolt.
Personality: Amper is full of personality and is a well-meaning Digimon, driven by his determination and positive attitude. He is a bit of a sports freak, with jogging being his favorite activity; you’ll often catch him exercising in the Cerulean Gym in the City of Y’s. He doesn’t like others lazing around all day as he sees that as a waste of energy and will try to get them to go work out (RIP Vergil). Much like his father, Gummy, Amper loves the wild side of things and nothing can be funner than a nice thrill. And like his Papa, Bezil, he’s pleasant to be around while being a little bit clumsy here and there. He has a tendency to end his sentences with “Zappu”, which ironically were his first words. Being a young Digimon, Amper is immature and can become easily rambunctious when bored by long idleness, oftentimes unconsciously tapping his feet impatiently before starting a ruckus. Regardless, Amper values friendships to the fullest and being his friend means you have a friend for life. He’ll stick by his loved ones no matter what, and hates seeing a friend down. He’ll try to cheer up everyone as best as he can, but he understands that if he cannot, then he can be there for them when he is needed.

Zip-Zap Rush - Amper gets into a runner’s stance, with an electric aura surrounding him, before ramming into the opponent in a zig-zag like pattern, leaving a trail of electric static behind. [Cooldown: 1 turn] Power Blitz Charge - Extending both hands outwards, Amper charges up two green balls of lightning before absorbing them, becoming “Amped” up as he puts it. In this state, Amper is surrounded by a green, volatile electric aura that amplifies the output of his next electric attack by 30% for 2 turns. Power Blitz Charge - I think you forgot to give this move a duration, unless you just wanted to make it a passive 30% boost or something.

Axion Bolt: Amper crosses his arms over his chest, the gems on his gauntlets glowing a bright green, before discharging the electrical energy that he’s gathered in a powerful bolt of lightning. [Cooldown: 2 turns] Voltage Knuckle: Amper aims a heavy punch at the enemy with an electricity-laced fist. [Cooldown:1 turns] Eruption Sword: Amper thrusts his lightning sword into the ground, casting its electric energy through it momentarily, and concentrates it to a point under his opponent, where an eruption of lightning and fire bursts up from beneath them. [Cooldown: 2 turns] Thundery Tenebrous Claw: Amper encases his body with electricity before he darts forward lightning fast. He then uppercuts the enemy into the air, then performs an electric spinning kick. Amper performs an electric left hook before leaping upward, then careening downward, performing a stomp that encases the area with lightning.
