New, Home Sweet, Home (Luke's home/closed for now)

The sun rose over the Residential District in Western Shibuya, birds began to tweet and sing, and the people in their homes began to awaken and get ready for the day. In a house at the end of the block sat a rather colorful house, compared to its neighbors. This house was a two story house, it was painted in a range of different shade of blues, apparently themeing the ocean. The front of the house was covered by vines and different flowers and pants.
As the sun slowly rose up, light reached a window and filtered through the blinds, into a bedroom, the Bedroom was moderately big, with dark blue panels, the walls were a light blue along with the ceiling, the ceiling also had glow in the dark stars of different sizes. The door that led to the rest of the house was on the opposite side of the window, right next to that door was the closet. On the right was a desk with a steel desk lamp. The desk itself was extremely messy, papers were on it haphazardly thrown, some had fallen onto the chair and floor around the desk, somewhere under that mess was a computer, made for both school work and gaming. A messenger bag was propped against the desk legs, on the right, against the wall was a Bookshelf stuffed full with comics and games, next to the bookshelf a small brown stand with a flat screen TV, there were all kinds of game systems.
Finally under the window a futon lay, currently the young man in it was fast asleep, curled up under the covers snoring away, all that could be seen was the top of the teens head. A moment later, next to the futon the young mans phone suddenly came to life and an alarm blared to life, echoing in the room. The young man snorted awake and throw off the covers "ITS MORNING!!!! SHISHISHISHI!!!" the young man shouted so loud that he may have woken up the neighbors. Quickly he turned off his alarm and scrambled out of bed. He made it to the closet and began to throw around clothing "nah, no, not this one, nope,.....YES!" he settled on a shirt with a panda on it, he put on his cargo pants and water proof sandles, and of course he grabbed the straw hat that had also been sitting on the desk, on all those papers, the teen put the hat over his messy raven black hair.
He was ready to tackle the day!.
"Luke!, breakfast is ready!!" a soft voice carried up from the first floor
The teen messed with his phone a bit but perked up when he heard his mother "coming Okasan!" Luke shouted back with a grin, Once he had gotten his phone camera up and started recording, he opened the door and ran down the hall, and sliding down the stairs using the rail. Once on the ground floor he went down the left into the dinning area/ kitchen. His mother was already setting down the eggs and rice, the teen plopped down on a mat and ran the camera over all their breakfast, then pointed the camera at his mother "Okasan!, Say hi!"
Miko looked up from the food she was setting down and let out an eep "Luke!, you know im camera shy" the woman said, her face a flame with a blush. "shishishishi dont worry, I'll cut it out of the video Okasan!". That made the woman relax
"Ah Luke what im I going to do with you, come on eat up, we both have to go to work"
"Hai!"
Luke finished his meal in record time, he helped his mother clean up before it was near time for him to leave.
"You be careful out there ok"
"Kay"
"dont talk to strangers"
"Hai"
"Look both ways before you cross the street"
"OOOOkkkkkkkaaaaaassssaaaaannnnnn"
The young woman sighed and put her arms on her hips "I know, I know your not a baby anymore, but your my baby, I you will always be my baby" she stated her face set in a serious expression before it softened
"now then, lets go pay respects to your father then we can go off to work" she said with a sad smile on her face
Luke had gone poker faced, but nodded, it still stung even after all these years.......
Both had wandered over to the small shrine they had made shortly after moving to Kenji, Mikos husband and Lukes Adoptive father. After a few moments it was time for Luke to leave "Bye Okasan, bye Otoosan!" he said after giving his mother a hug and zipping out of the living space, down the hall and out the door. Once outside Luke broke into a more energy filled run.
