Post by Mikazuki Nakamura on Aug 22, 2019 3:16:03 GMT
Name:
Mikazuki Nakamura
Alias:
Mika
Age:
16
Gender:
Male
Height:
6.3ft
Weight:
195lbs
Alignment: Neutral Good
Birth Date:
08/20/2003
Birth Place:
Tokyo, Japan.
Skills/Talents:
Physical Prowess: As he tends to spend most of his free time on sports, Mikazuchi is in top shape, able to walk and run long distances, having reasonably advanced reflexes, strength and speed and also being quite gifted in terms of acrobatics.
Charismatic: A natural ball of joy, Mikazuki has the ability to get along with nearly all sorts of people and, were he not in the company he usually is, would be one of the most popular students in his school.
Fluent Languages: For most of his life, Mika was homeschooled, which allowed him to advance faster in his linguistic studies and become fluent in Japanese, English, Portuguese and German.
Backpack Contents:
Digivice:
D-3 Model (Gold)
Personality:
Even growing up in a lonely and sheltered environment, Mikazuki is surprisingly talkative, affectionate and especially hyperactive, being curious about even the most normal things amongst those of the lower classes. While it can be be overbearing at first and his preference for physical touch can get uncomfortable (such as his penchant for hugs, glomps and just generally being very touchy-feely), his sheer investment in any talk and in all he is told about make him a very good company to keep around.
Despite this, the boy tends to be very naive, to the point where it can be quite easy to scam him out of money and it would happen often, were it not by his friends’ intervention. That is not to say he is dumb. The fact is: as someone who was never exposed to any malice in life, Mika simply has never seen the bad in anyone and this sort of warped worldview has led him to view anything in the most positive light possible.
Yet, the most striking thing about him is how drawn Mika is towards the outcasts. To him, any person not being good company is anathema, and even when threatened, the most you’ll get him to look like is a wounded puppy.
Appearance:
The first thing that stands out about Mikazuki is his size. Clocking in at 6.3ft and sporting a build that only Adonis could rival, along with exotic blonde hair kept short and mostly messy, green eyes and a surprisingly soft face, it is hard to say whether the Nakamura protegé is intimidating or adorable, despite his size. His upbringing also allows him high-end clothes and his usual non-sporting outfits usually involve top-of-the-charts jeans, jackets and Polo shirts, usually all of them sporting a combination of white, blue or yellow.
FaceClaim: GRANBLUE FANTASY • Vane • Art by Akkalime (https://www.deviantart.com/akkalime/art/Vane-742577728)
Personal History:
Soichiro and Kaede Nakamura’s life had never been an easy one. Both of them came from abusive families and went through almost every sort of problem through their life, only making their millions on the food market from Kaede’s Family Business due to their smarts, determination and a lot of mental fortitude. And a few years after the two took over the Nakamura Foods, they were blessed with a little boy who was to be their pride and joy; a relief from all the torment they went through in life.
The boy was named Mikazuki.
Over the Course of his life, Mikazuki was bred not to be their big heir, but to be happy. His parents made it their mission to make sure their precious baby boy wasn’t ever exposed to any sort of hardship. All the staff of the house was handpicked to be compatible with Mika’s demeanor and forbidden to talk about their problems in his presence; The boy was homeschooled for most of his life, having the best tutors possible for their condition; his athletic disposition was always handled through solo sports such as swimming, weightlifting, hiking, track and more and finally: None of the grandparents were allowed to cause him ANY sort of suffering under the risk of never seeing their grandson ever again, which was carried out spectacularly as said boy was such a joy to be around that the two families managed to give him the perfect life.
And yet, not everything lasted forever, for the teenage years of Mika soon came around. The boy grew up to be not only a treat for the eyes, but also very competent in terms of learning. And with that learning, came the tales of how people interacted.
Not just from the teachers, but from the stories his nanny and the rest of the staff always shared with him, Mikazuki developed a desire to go to a school and make actual friends of his age. People who he could race with, have fun times, play… all of which was never allowed near him due to his parents’ overprotecting nature. One day, he decided to ask for them to actually enroll him in a school, having completed all the paperwork on his own and just needing their signature, only to be denied it.
And thus, the Nakamura family had their first fight in years. His parents pleaded with him to reconsider, arguing it was dangerous out there and that he was living perfectly well here, but Mika was relentless. And after seeing their son sob for the first time, the two relented…
And thus, their precious child was enrolled into the Shibuya elevator school system.
For the first few days, everything went alright for him there. His childish yet utterly adorable, as well as his rather considerable build and size managed to keep him out of trouble and even build him a rapport on the first few days, and yet most of the people who tried to befriend him weren’t the ones who caught the Nakamura Scion’s attention.
No, that honor went to a pair of troublemakers he once saw coming out of the Principal’s Office: Junpei Sudo and Himura Yoko, the school’s troublemakers and local delinquents.
Against the warnings of his colleagues, the large blonde decided to make an impression and did what he was used to doing on the staff of his house: Approach the two and offer them a snack off his bag. A rather expensive-looking assortment of fruits his maid had prepared for him for dessert, introducing himself after being questioned and just bombarding the duo with questions oh so ridiculous their incredulity about how sheltered he was went through the roof, turned to pity and eventually managed to warm them to Mika’s antics. After a while, they became friends who were almost always seen together, with Mika being an utter joy to be around and the other two making sure his naivete wasn’t taken advantage of by less nice people.
Digimon Name:
Lopmon (Lop-Chan)
Default Form:
Rookie
Gender:
Male
Alignment:
Lawful Good
Skills/Talents:
Hiding: Lopmon is exceedingly good at passing itself as a toy and other means of remaining unseen should it so choose. It is also quick to do so and improvise, using such abilities to sneak into small places and basically staying safe when needed.
Intellgence: Lopmon’s learning capabilities and remarkable memory, as well as its discernment make it a great lie detector and good counselor when he feels’s needed. Most of it is simply learning capacity, however, as it doesn’t know much about the Digital World itself or even the Human world. Upon learning something, however, Lopmon will usually be a go-to source for exact details and even those found trivial when needed.
Reflexes: Lopmon’s reflexes make him an invaluable danger detector: Along with advanced instincts, this little blob of fluff is surprisingly nimble and reflexive, able to avoid many attacks, even when having to save others as well, which thankfully is very good in tandem with Mika’s own reflexes.
Quick Devolve: Lopmon has some control over its form without need of its master, being able to devolve at will.
Glide: Lopmon can use its wings for flying.
Inventory: (Optional)
Personality:
In many ways, Lopmon is very reminiscent of a cat in how it can be quite independent when it needs to be, has accurate perception of the environment and is overall quite fond of hugs and being spoiled by his master. Though one trait stands out amongst the many possessed by the Digimon: Its laziness. Lopmon’s constant need to nap is only suppressed by how little effort it makes to walk around, always preferring to use Mika as his personal chair or being carried in his bag, where it can much on his snacks, which the bunny digimon does shamelessly.
It can also be quite shrew and analytical, always trying to read the mood to try and get the best out of the situation it is in, but never in such a way that it would actively hurt others. Its perceptive nature means it will usually adapt to whatever situation it is in, effectively making Lopmon very much a mirror of its master. Despite all this, however, the little Digimon really adores his tamer and has a heart of diamond, wishing only to look after the one it was drawn to.
