Beginning Creation of new DIgimon Team/Group wishing to form. Edits might likely follow but here is to post up the idea and for people interested to sign up.
Team Name:
Team Ideal:
Unity.
Despite efforts by DATS or others who feel Digimon and Humans should be segregated, some believe they were brought together for a reason. Each one betters one another. Even those that start alone, may find joy and purpose among others that accept them. Be they Digimon Tamer, Spirit User, or even Solo Digimon-- they can all strive to a brighter future together. A guild for humans (tamer or spirit-users) and Digimon to meet in safety, chat, get to know one another and even go on special missions to aid both worlds.
A unified guild of tamers and Digimon, believing that the Digital World and Human world need not be divided or restricted. They were brought together for a reason, to form deeper bonds and help everyone evolve into something greater than themselves. Originally formed as a small group of people struggling to adjust to living as tamers, spirit users, or solo Digimon seeking human interaction, they created a union with the aid of higher rank Digimon to support their cause.
Team Ability: Synergize
Members of Nexus work in concert with one another, and due to this, they can freely share their data between them through their teamwork. Once in a post, the two Digimon of equal level, may combine their energies together-- fusing their attacks into one unified force. The power behind it becomes 2X its normal strength for both, and any benefits are shared between the two partners.
Base Location
Base Thread / Base Subboard
While originally founded in the Empyrean Skies, located on one of the islands that float in the Digital World’s hemisphere, it was later constructed into a special “Digital Shift’ crafting a floating city in the digital network-- a literal Nexus-- between the real world and Digital World. Achieved by a clever hacker and data given from the Digital World-- this ‘sub space’ was created to look like a small city with towers and buildings like that to a science fiction city with a good number of greenery like parks and canals that flow through the city.
Recruitment & Leadership:
As an open-to-join organization, Nexus can be found or contacted via links on the internet, or by word of mouth. They are easily reachable on the Tamer Net via web links. In the form of a simple forum page-- it is a hidden Digital gate that opens to the user of a Digivice or Digimon. After that, they can be transported to the Nexus square (after accepting terms of use and rules) For the digital world, however, one must meet another member of Nexus in order to be given entry. Existing members may offer visits to Nexus, and can provide transport for them there.
Recruitment within Nexus is via a series of ‘Rank’, done by an achievement system within the guild.
New recruits, fledgling Tamers, or newcomers to Nexus are often called “D-Rank Members” (D for Digimon ) . They are the fresh initiates to the community, or guests to the cityscape much like guests to a website. They have access to the facilities, but are not allowed to go on missions or benefits of the guild till C rank after completing training and familiarize themselves with Nexus utilities. This also includes access to their exclusive Digi-Gate.
Once considered a capable tamer/spirit-user/solo Digimon, they are given “C-Rank”, which makes them eligible to team up with others and accept missions received in Nexus, often involving travel to the Digital World, or even in the Real World to accomplish goals. Often small jobes.
Over time , their ranks rise up to A Rank, taking on more difficult missions, responsibilities and privileges within Nexus. From purchases to exclusive shops in Nexus, to competitions and events held there, such as the Nexus Coliseum and training hall.
Finally, after great time and proof of their accomplishments, they may be considered as “S-Rank” -- these are the Aces of Nexus and often work as a group to help direct and run Nexus as a whole. These members are a collection of founder, senior and hard-working members who work together to ensure Nexus' smooth operation and acts as its leaders.
Rules:
As for rules, Nexus is a community of tamers meant to help one another. It followed the general concept of fairness between members and bring no harm to one another. Also outside members cannot enter specific areas of Nexus, or invite others in without a certain member’s rank. Its members, regardless of rank, are requested to treat others with mutual respect-- be they human or Digimon. Each is free to proceed with their own business and goals, but when on a mission or quest, it is important to remember you represent Nexus and should try to promote a positive example of what Nexus members strive for.
In the event of combat, there are a few golden rules regarding that. On missions, tamers are strongly encouraged to not delete digimon of 'sentient' capabilities. The only exception of fighting should only occur to fight wild digimon, or those who are malicious in attempt towards you.
Malicous intent or harm to other innocent Digimon or other Tamers in Nexus, can often result in punishment or even being exiled from Nexus as a result.
History and Details:
Originally a group of rookie tamers and wayward Digimon, one desired to make a place where humans and Digimon could coexist safely without fear or concern of being discovered by the laws of the human world. Using aid from Digimon and humans, they forged a space that acted as a crossing between the two worlds, the proof of what Digimon and Humans could make together-- creating a small city in the midsts of the network.
Nexus is a ‘lawful-neutral’ guild, who gather to find acceptance in one another and work together. It is a supportive group, especially welcoming to new Tamers just learning about Digimon or Digimon who wish to learn more about humans and the real world.
As a supportive group, they welcome in many kinds of people. So long as their actions do not bring harm to Nexus itself by intent, they are welcomed and may follow their own walk of life. Being a member of Nexus offers a safe haven between worlds and also a means to find work and missions as Nexus often get requests from Digimon in the Digital World, and from needy souls in the Human World too.
