It's been a while since Amy had driven to a school. To any school; despite the fact that she had never attended a Japanese high school in her life, she still felt somewhat nostalgic at the thought of visiting one. Especially when it was way earlier than anticipated! It might have been too wishful of her part, but the brunette had pictured herself driving her kids to school at the earliest. But... it wasn't like she minded this on the slightest!
Sometimes, it was hard to remember that, while the Council had gone through many ordeals in order to literally build a city from the ground up in the inhospitable land that the Dark Area was, they still were mostly normal girls leading mostly normal lives. It had been pretty hard to believe, but the truth was that behind the merciless tamer of a demonic bean, Akemi was... just your everyday high school girl.
That, for some reason, had to return home on her own on Fridays. And probably more days, but Fridays were the days where Amy had actually nothing better to do by the time her friend got out of school, so those were officially deemed as the days where she would be picked up. That's what friends do, right?
And even if they didn't, that hardly mattered. The bottom line was that there was a white sedan waiting on the school's parking lot. Amelie's intent had been notified to her fellow brunette some time ago, so she knew at the very least that she was expected to go there.
The question was... would she show up?

It was awfully nice of her boss (at least in the Digital World) to offer Akemi rides home from school on particular days of the week where her parents were indisposed, be they Wednesdays or Fridays alike. Indeed, it was a stark reminder that any self-respecting individual who had been to the Digital World had their own life in the real world to come back to, and hopefully balance with the happenings of the other world.
Amy's offer of rides home was starting to become routine for Akemi Amaya, though she didn't come alone this time. Accompanying the teenager was...another teenager girl who was not only somehow shorter than Akemi (by an INCH, no less), but also bore a rather faint resemblance to her. Sisters, perhaps? Probably. "Is...that her?" The girl inquired towards Akemi, who responded with a nod.
"Yep, white sedan with a giant Frenchwoman." She replied.
"...Cool, I guess? Whatever happened to not getting into cars with strangers, Kemi?"
"That's the thing, she's not a stranger."
Yep, this was the sort of conversation that'd be ensuing as they were walking towards the sedan, with Akemi waving at Amelie as they got close. How'd the brunette respond, though?

There was her! A driver's window began lowering as soon as it became obvious that Akemi was approaching the car, and that was followed by an excited brunette waving at her? Why was she excited? Well, meeting a dear friend was more than enough reason, in all honesty!
This time, however, it was different. Apparently, Akemi was followed by another girl! Her expression seemed to be bit more taciturn than her taller peer, but that was okay. Maybe she was the shy type? Guess she'd find out soon enough! Eventually, the two teenagers closed the gap.
"Hey, Akemi!" She greeted. "How are you? Hope you had a good day at school!"
Was she sounding too much like a mother? Did that mean Anzu would call her milf again? Not like she had a lot of time to dwell on those thoughts, anyway. Socializing and stuff! "Decided to bring a classmate? Come inside!"
The two were a little too alike appearance-wise to be just classmates, but the brunette didn't want to incur into the faux pas that would be mistaken somebody for someone's sister when they weren't. So the conservative approach it was! Once/if the girls got in the car, the engine would start once again.
"So, where are we going? Are we dropping your friend in her home first, or maybe do you wanna go somewhere else first?"

The girl next to Akemi squinted at Amelie for a moment and noted how she did indeed sound like a mother, and drew some invisible connections within the head that'd be made known sooner or later, probably. She did blink a bit at Amelie just assuming her to be a friend, but Akemi herself? "Oh, uh, this isn't a classmate, this is just my sister, Shizuka." JUST her sister. The slightly shorter girl hopped inside the sedan and set her bag on her lap, and Akemi was about to follow suit when something buzzed in her pocket.
She withdrew her D-Terminal (which was something that Shizu was...moderately unfamiliar with,) took a look, and let out a small curse. "...Well, something just came up so I can't come with today. Uh...Why not just take Shizu to your place? I've gotta go handle some stuff and I don't think anyone wants to be home alone with Anzu."
As oddly specific as this all seemed, Akemi quickly got out of the car. "Sorry to thrust this on you, Amy, later!" In all fairness, she wasn't too sorry after that whole Kara-nam stuff. If Amy'd treat her underlings like cannon fodder at times? Well, she'd get treated as such too, probably.
And then she just deadass ran off.
No, really.
"...Bet it has something to do with that curly-haired girl she likes texting." Shizu opted to throw her hypothesis on what that was about out first at the very least. "Anyways, I'm Shizu. You're...uh...You're Amelie, like that movie, right? The purple fatass mentions you a lot."
She didn't dare mention what Anzu calls her, though.

A sister? Talk about surprises! "You have a sister? You never told me!" Amy's tone sounded equal parts confused and bewildered. That was something that people usually told others? Unless, Akemi had actually told her and she had forgotten. Something which was completely plausible.
Not like that was inconvenient, anyway. Shizuka seemed like a good girl, and the car was big enough to accommodate at least two more people. However... it seemed like things wouldn't go as smoothly as originally planned! Unlike Shizu, Amy recognized the D-Terminal, and that was good enough for her to make a guess regarding who could have sent the message.
"Something urgent came up, huh...?" A smirk had already been drawn in the brunette's face. Why she had the feeling Akemi had been summoned for an urgent session of tonsil cleaning? Anyhow... "You sure you don't want for me to drive you wherever you gotta go? Chances are that I know the address already."
Yet, after a small pause, she added. "But yeah. I can get her to my house if she's fine with it." After all, she was her own person and had her own free will. Who knew what she wanted to do at the moment. "But! I'll make sure to keep her away from Anzu's clutches. Don't worry! Go have a good time."
Somehow, this didn't look like much of a punishment for the obviously unrepentant young woman. Sides, using her expendable underlings friends as fodder had been for the greater good, right? No need to feel bad about that kind of thing!
Once alone with the even shorter girl, the car began to move as the girl's smirk maintained. "Yeah. It's definitely Katherine. Wonder what are they going to do together~." She mentioned, somewhat offhandedly. "They've been awfully close to one another ever since I arranged a surprise date between the two of them. It makes me happy to know they have each other."
Enough of the mushy talk. The new acquaintances-that-were-soon-to-become-friends had more important to talk about. Like, for example...! "Pleased to meet you, by the way! We already know each other's name, so a formal introduction is probably not necessary. Feel like doing anything at the moment, or do we just improvise what to do for the evening?"

"Yeah, I do. She just...never came up." Akemi stated in response to the bewildered Frenchwoman. Sure, she may have never mentioned Shizuka directly, but it was still something that she didn't really see as surprising. Shizu, on the other hand, blinked in surprise.
"...Guess you know now." She replied. Her elder sister, however, shrugged off Amy's offer after that pause. "It's okay, I'll be fine walking. I'll try, thanks!" And with that, she ran off! Which left Shizuka alone with Amelie. Which was probably not how she anticipated spending her Friday.
"For one, I'm okay with going to your house, but I also don't...know a lot about you outside of your name and the stuff the bean calls you by." Whatever that was. "...I also don't know much about Katherine, but Akemi seems to really like her a lot, so hopefully they have a nice time together." Whether or not such would actually be the case was up to how the two actually opted to spend the evening. Which was anyone's guess.
Shizu wasn't very sure how to feel about the surprise date thing, though. Thankfully...! They got past that. "I'll give one anyways, since...you didn't seem to know I existed until about a minute ago? My name's Shizuka. It's nice to meet you too." She stated with a smile on her face. Buuut, did she feel like doing anything at the moment?
"While I do want something to eat, I also am curious...what do you mean by improvise? Because that sounds pretty exciting."

It was interesting how the topic of siblings had never emerged between the two friends. Was that unexpected for Amelie? Somewhat, yes. But then again, it was a pleasant surprise! If Shizuka was Akemi's sister, then she couldn't possibly be too bad, right?
Not like it was that big of a deal, anyway. "Yes! I definitely know now." She replied with a smirk. "Enjoy your evening, and tell Katherine I said hi."
With any luck, those two lovebirds would have fun. Now, onto the two acquaintances-that-would-hopefully-become-friends! "Fair enough. In all fairness, Anzu's tongue is a bit... caustic, for the lack of a better word. You shouldn't pay her much heed, honestly. I think she's a bit frustrated because even her tamer found a significant other before her. Quite rough, if you ask me!"
A chuckle accompanied that statement, signifying that the brunette wasn't all that serious on that remark. "And, while you don't know a lot about me, you're totally free to ask me whatever you want. I don't mind answering questions, I think!"
With any luck, that'd be a decent attempt at breaking the ice. Considering that the girls knew nothing about each other, maybe that'd build some familiarity between them? At least that's what she hoped.
Regarding on the 'improvising' part. Well, that'd happen after one very specific question! "Well, if you're hungry, let's go and have lunch first. Any kind of food you'd prefer to eat today? I'm not exactly a picky eater, so we can go anywhere."

The answer to whether or not Shizuka Amaya was 'bad' was something that was entirely subjective and based upon who one would ask first. Either way, that business was done with for the moment. "Oh, yeah. I didn't even know a guinea pig that fat could even talk, much less call people those things. How do they even fly, too?" Shizu took a pause.
"I don't think she has enough brain cells to comprehend what a significant other is. Or even...well, get one. Maybe that's what she's stuck on? I'm unsure. Still pretty rough, though." So, Amy was pretty much open to whatever questions that Shizu could think of, right?
Where would one even start with such a line of conversation? She had a long bit of silence before she came up with an answer as to what she wanted to eat. "Sushi." Shizu stated plainly. "Got a favorite place for that, Amy? ...I can call you that, right?" Just like Amy could call her Shizu, really. Either way, Shizu was pretty curious as to where Amy'd take her for that.
...Of course, there were a number of other questions to be had. Two in particular. "That aside, how...do you know my sister? And if you know Anzu, then you know about that whole Digital World stuff, right?" She could be heard rummaging through her bag, before she pulled something out. "Know what this is? Woke up with it in my bed and I assumed it had something to do with the weird Digital business my sis got herself into." She held up an onyx-colored D-Tector. Black and gold. Actually kind of pretty in a hopelessly edgy way.
But the screen? Dark. Didn't seem like it did much.

The bean's antics, as the usual, were endearingly annoying. And included an unhealthy amount of expletives; just enough to make any given sailor blush deep red. Amy, however? She had kinda gotten used to it.
"Anzu's species are kinda... special, for the lack of a better word. Let's just say that most of the things they do are because they just can. Looking too deep into it is just going to give you the headache of your life."
It seemed that the two didn't have the best relationship, which, in all honesty, wasn't all that surprising. "I don't think she's that bad. She's just... misunderstood, I guess? Getting somebody who truly loves her and the other way around would improve her disposition by a fair bit. Even though... that's probably not happening any time soon."
All in all, the Tsukaimon's future seemed to be somewhat bleak on that front, which was one of the reasons why the brunette didn't think all that much about it. Onto happier topics, however...! "Sushi, huh? That can be done. I have a place in mind already~, but it's a surprise! You'll have to wait for it."
For the moment, the car would begin to advance through one of Shibuya's main avenues. If Shizuka was familiarized with the district's layout, she'd probably recognize where they were going... right?
Even if she wasn't, the young woman would smile through the rearview. "Sure. That's what my friends call me, after all." Next question wasn't as easy to answer, however. "We met by chance, more or less; I don't remember the whole episode since it was a fair bit of time ago, but if I recall correctly... they kinda were dumped into where some friends and I were by chance, and then was kinda roped by Anzu into doing something extremely dangerous We ended up helping them, and I guess we've been friends ever since? One could say we kinda have a joint project now at the moment. A couple more friends form part of it as well, and that has helped to cultivate an ongoing friendship, or that's what I'd like to say! Katherine forms part of it as well, in case you were wondering! I'm sure you'll meet everyone soon, considering I'm aware of your existence now."
After that, Amy let out a short laugh. How much time has it been since she had known Akemi? Almost a year? More than it? It almost seemed that the fact that she had a sister was a closely kept secret, and she kinda wondered why. But that probably would be found out later! "Also, yes. I know my fair bit about Digital World things, and..."
She had to consciously make a pause after her eyes discerned the D-Tector's shape and color. It took the woman another couple of seconds in order to reach her jeans' pocket in order to retrieve a device that was similar in shape, and place it next to Shizu. The main difference between it and hers? Its coloration and patterns were... all over the place, to say the least. At least it was mostly pink! That was a good thing.
"It means that we're on the same boat." Well, hopefully not the exact same boat. Amy wouldn't wish her spirits to anyone. "If you want, you'll be able to do Digital World stuff just like your sister. But, unlike her, you'll not get a digimon partner like Anzu."
Good thing? Bad thing? In any case... "We're on the same boat in the sense that your 'partner' is pretty much various phylacteries of powerful digimons. Those let you transform into them at will, rather than depending on someone else for protection."
Easy enough to stomach, right? "That is, if you're interested in the whole Digital deal. Sometimes, people are just content with leading normal lives and such. I gotta say that the place has its own special kind of allure, though."
The car was showing signs of slowing down slightly; the pair was reaching its destination!

...Hold up.
There was a whole species of Anzus? While this may have been common knowledge to the average chosen, Shizuka was still rather taken aback by this information. "I....Oh, geez, a whole species of her? That's...That sounds awful. I don't even know who would be a good pairing for her. Or anything else remotely like her." This Tsukaimon was taking the verbal beating of a lifetime and she wasn't even in this thread.
Shizu had a vague idea of where it was they were headed, she'd been there before, but the girl kept her eyes peeled. At least while Amy went through the labor of explaining the how and why she had met Akemi. It sounded like a fun tale, but in truth, Shizu was not surprised in the slightest that Anzu was responsible for roping people into something dangerous. That joint project, though...That sounded interesting.
"Tell me more about this project over sushi." Shizu decided, before she looked to her D-Tector. "Same boat..." She muttered. Yeah. She figured that was the case. "Phy...Phylacteries? Like those things liches in fiction use to resurrect themselves? I mean, I'm interested in this whole thing...I don't know if I should be or not, but I am." She took a look back out the window. Where was this destination, if they were slowing down? What had Amelie chosen for lunch™?
Time to find out!

Maybe the fact that Anzutopia Tsukaimons were probably abundant up to uncountable numbers in the Digital World was a piece of information that little Shizuka wasn't ready to take. "I don't know if it'll make you feel better about it, but overall, her species got some bad rep going for them. They're supposed to be the 'familiars' of their world's baddies, so they're expected to be evil and stuff. I think that's a load of crap, though. They're kinda prone to be badmouthed, though; that's kind of... one of their special abilities, as weird as that sounds."
Yup, Tsukaimon's had developed foul language to such an extent that they had managed to weaponize it, against all odds. Quite impressive, right? "I don't know who'd be willing to date her, though. It'd have to be somebody really tolerant, or really patient. Maybe, somebody, she looks up to? It's hard to say."
Maybe she was just waiting for some random black dog to appear.
While the brunette was parking her car, she made sure to nod to her peer; "Sure, but if you're bored out of your mind with it, it's not my fault!" By now, the place where they were going was more than obvious, and even if it wasn't the big sign that read 'Uobei' in front of the building they were about to enter would do the trick.
"I've always wanted to try conveyor belt sushi, but never had the opportunity. As good as any occasion, right?" With saying a lot more, she'd just enter the building, hopefully with her new friend in tow!
So, as they got themselves comfortable and began to place their orders, some explanations would be underway. "Well, in simple terms, we've built a city together in what is quite literally the hell of Anzu's world. That's the gist of it! But that was the easy part; now it comes running it and making sure that everything doesn't collapse on itself due to the region's own instability. Not precisely an easy task, but we're confident in our ability to pull it off. Else, we wouldn't be doing it, right?"
Anything more detailed would probably be too mind-boggling for somebody with surface-level knowledge of the Digital World at best to understand. And, honestly... speaking of which.
"Yeah, exactly like that. Some digimons are too powerful and outright refuse to die, so the remnant of their beings are condensed to what pretty much amounts to phylactery that you can store in the nice device you've got there." As if to illustrate her explanation, Amy brought out her own D-Tector and began showing Shizu the shapes of the spirits that she had acquired thus far; not pleasant at all to look at, but that was beside the point! "You can use those to transform into them; basically, you temporarily use your own body to host their essences. Quite weird, isn't it? I personally don't know how I feel towards it up to this day, so feeling iffy about the whole deal is understandable. I've got to say, though; as shady as it sounds, having that amount of power at your disposal is quite a handy tool, so I can complain a lot about it."
A pragmatic view on the whole issue, for sure. And just in time for the first batch of tempura to arrive. Quite timely! "Any thoughts on the matter thus far? Hope I'm not going too quickly over the subject. I can explain it more detailedly if you want."
Until then, she'd savor the shrimps.

"Oh, geez, not only are there more than just one of them, but they're also generally bad? Are these beans just...cursed or something?" The best answer for a question such as this was unequivocally a simple 'probably.' In truth, there was no ideal manner to learn the truth about Anzu. And the person who got the closest to that forgot.
"...That's probably someone I'd date." Shizuka admitted, quite plainly. "Someone like a senpai." Or a sempai, for the truly educated. "...Not that I'm admitting to anything." She wasn't. Honest.
"Why would I be bored? I'm the one who asked about it, why wouldn't I hold interest over something a new friend's doing?" Yep, she definitely knew what Uobei was even if the author of this specific post didn't, woe. Shizu would disembark from the car and venture indoors with Amelie, placing her order (for a lot of shrimp) and listening rather intently as the Frenchwoman pitched what would sound incredibly outlandish and jarring to literally anybody else who wasn't Shizu.
"So, you built a whole city in...Not Hell? That kind of sounds like a logistical nightmare to keep running...Is it actually one? S-Sorry if my assumptions are wrong. Er. Or if they're rude." That was sincerely the last thing she had wanted to come off as towards someone new. "If you're that confident, then it can't be that hard, can it...?" There was another question--why Not Hell? Of all the places to build a city...
Shizu glanced at the images and nearly wrinkled her mouth. "...I think I get it." Literally using the spirits of the dead to empower oneself? Sounds cool. "I...don't know how I'd feel either if I used my body as a host to turn into one of those." She thought for a moment.
"No, I think you're doing okay. I mean...I'm understanding most of what you're saying so far. The parts I don't get, I figure I'll learn more about when I actually get there, you know?" Shizu decided as she promptly feasted on some of them shrimps.
"Who else is involved in this city stuff? Aside from you, 'Kemi and Katherine, of course."

Shizu didn't know how correct she was with that statement. It even made Amy chuckle. "Actually, they are. There are two primary bean varieties, which are commonly known as the one that's pure and holy and the one that's cursed and demonic. Take a guess of which is the one that Anzu belongs to."
An eyebrow was raised at what was admittedly a confession from the smaller girl's part, however. "I can see the charm about those senpai types. Older, more experienced, more confident. Kinda reassuring, right? But I digress; I could talk about that topic for the whole evening, so let's just go onto something more productive."
And, while the girl's words made a lot of sense... "Long explanations are liable to bore people out. I'm not accusing you of anything, but I've seen people just stare with blank expressions and not saying a lot after them. Never hurts to make sure, right?"
Sides, it was a friend thing to make sure that the other person felt comfortable, right? In any case...! "Yup! And yeah, don't worry, you're not being rude... nor wrong, sadly. That thing's upkeep is obviously higher than if we had decided to build the thing on literally any other place, but that is also the reason why it had to be built there, you know? People in not-hell deserve a shot at living in a place that's not some fourth-rate sewage system; it's kinda disgusting how nobody had attempted to do such a thing before, but I guess that's how to world works. If it's inconvenient, just let them suffer."
A noble goal, at least on the surface level! Maybe that's what the kind of person Amy was. Then again... "That's pretty much it. Some dead... thing lets you channel its essence using your body in an exchange of sorts; you gain power, and they gain a corporeal form. Everyone wins, kinda!" Except when they didn't. "And how it feels depends heavily on what type of being you turn into. I gotta tell you, being able to fly or not needing to breathe while underwater feels weird at first, but you definitely get used to it in no time."
The other, less pleasant sensations took longer, but Shizu didn't have to know that yet, right? "How do you think your spirits will look? My boyfriend thought I'd look like a deer." Poor Asher. He couldn't have been more mistaken regarding that. "Any guesses? Predictions?"
That bit actually interested the brunette. What digimon would her peer turn into? Quite the question, even if the ultimate answer would be found out only when she went through the motions. Until then...?
"Sides us, there's a pair of twins called Elsie and Evie. Elsie's probably one the sweetest and purest girls you'll meet in your life, and Evie, is a very sharp cookie. Sometimes, I wonder if she shouldn't be leading this operation instead of me; oh, and you shouldn't ever introduce boys to her. I've yet to see it in person, but there's a rumor regarding it, and the fates those guys meet is... uncertain, and that's, to say the least. We used to have a male with us, but he disappeared after sharing a trip on a zeppelin with her."
Not like that had been a big loss, and it was hard for Amy to remain mad at either twin for long, but still! "And then Sasha; she's a Russian girl who's older than most of us and that... while admittedly a bit quirky, she's got her heart in the right place. She's a great drinking partner as well! But never let her influence you into drinking; that's something people should only do in moderation."
Such a hypocrite! But that's something that Shizu would find out about later. "We had more members before, but they either are not very noteworthy or decided this wasn't for them, defected, or disappeared mysteriously. But that's to be expected when it comes to such an ambitious project, right?"
By now, the Tempura had been all but vanished. But luckily Amy had predicted this contigency and had ordered some mixed rolls. They should arrive at any moment now... "You seem very curious about this whole deal. Why? Thinking about joining?"

"...What the hell did Akemi pick up, then?" She just asked that out loud, but she didn't really seem all too aware of the fact that sometimes people just had awful luck with who their partner was meant to be, if they even had one in the first place. Others such as herself and Amy did not have such a luxury.
"Not just that, the fact they probably know things you might not know at the time. Just the help those kinds of people can provide." But, Shizu could definitely agree with the frenchwoman here. Something more productive would be far, far more entertaining a subject. Speaking of.
The shorter girl nodded towards Amy. "I think I get what you're hinting at. I...think I might've jumped to conclusions a bit early. Maybe? Hmmm..." She trailed off as Amelie continued to speak. Yes, it was true that building a city in Digital Not-Hell was pretty tough, but...it was also a double-edged sword. "The alternative doesn't sound like a way anyone should live, even if they're people residing in Not-Hell."
Could Digimon even be called people, though? That was a question for later.
"So it could...basically be anything that used to be a Digimon, except...it died at some point." Shizu was fairly certain that she had hit the nail on the head, but. What would hers look like...? The girl pulled out the onyx D-Tector and stared at it some. "...I don't know. They could be anything, right? It's probably something black. Which is...probably really edgy to say but it might make sense when you consider the device itself is black."
Not that much of a prediction, but she had to start somewhere. Being able to fly sure sounded neat...
"They...sure sound pretty distinct." It seemed like Amy was friends with good people, but they each seemed to have some very apparent quirks in them. Seriously, guys disappear around Evie? Sounds like some sorta serial killer. Either way, it seems that she had to explain her undying curiosity some.
"M-Maybe? I mean, I don't...have a single spirit yet, but I'd be willing to help if I'm allowed. It seems like an interesting project, and pretty ambitious too, from what you've said of it. Plus, I know people involved in it pretty heavily already, and I also know of others. I think an extra pair of hands might serve well. Er...However well they can serve, at least?"
That last part sounded odd, but Shizu felt like it'd suffice.

"I don't think she got to pick, actually. She just had a cursed bean arrive on her life eventually. Quite the deal, right?" That statement had been made half-jokingly, half-seriously. "Just like you, she didn't have a choice on what she got. And I guess she kinda just rolled with it? I gotta say that she could've gotten a way worse deal, though. Anzu may be a little cursed bean, but at least she wouldn't go out of her way to harm Akemi; that's ultimately what matters, right?"
Some partners were just edgy enough to treat their humans as if they were disposable; had that been the case, let's just say that Amy would've had a rather interesting conversation with Anzu. Luckily, at least the deepest pits of her heart were in the right place. That was enough for the brunette to not intervene in such a relationship.
She found herself nodding sagely at Shizu's last remark before moving on, however. Who know how a date with her would turn out, even though, imagery concerning a burning Pizza Hut came to mind, for whatever reason.
A shrug followed suit. Jumping to conclusions wasn't necessarily a bad thing when no harm was done, and when such an act denoted curiosity more than anything. Amelie was a patient person, and loved the sound of her own voice didn't mind explaining this kind of deal.
"Don't worry about it! You're right, though. Nobody deserves to live in Not-Hell, so why not just make a part of it actually habitable? That's the rationale behind it; hope it makes sense!"
As interesting as the topic was, that wasn't the focus of the conversation. Shizuka was probably going to dive headfirst into the world of Digimon, and as such, she should be as prepared as she could be. Good thing that the brunette had a fair degree of experience in those matters.
"Pretty much. You're basically spinning the proverbial gacha roulette, and hoping for a good result. I just hope your luck is better than Akemi's." A giggle escaped her mouth after that. "We'll see if the relatively bad luck runs in the family or not after that."
Hopefully not! Something like that wasn't fitting to be wished on anyone. "Well, if you're gonna be aboard the whole city deal, you're gonna eventually meet them all. Look forward to it!" By now, the girl's smile was pretty wide. At least when she didn't have her mouth full of tempura. "I'm sure you'll become pretty good friends with them all."
They were all good girls. Just like Shizu herself. "Count yourself in. But for now... let's just enjoy the food." By now, the second serving of sushi proper was arriving. It all seemed so delicious that Amy couldn't resist to just dig in.
"Anything else you're looking forward to do, Digital World wise?"
