Thief among the Hills (Open)

The Dracmon seemed very worried about what Blitz had just asked. "Take you to them? If I did that they'd beat the core outta me. Let alone the two of you." He complained, making Luna start voicing her concern. "Well considering we're not letting you take stolen goods to give to them they're gonna beat you up regardless." as she pointed out this glaring flaw the digimon in question crossed his arms mulling over exactly what to do. "Fine, I guess I'm screwed either way, what are you planning on beating them up or something?" He asked looking up at Blitz and then down at Luna.

"Yeah is that our plan? I mean I'm more than willing to help out. This does seem sorta dangerous though." Luna asked looking up at Blitz, technically this isn't either of their fights and Luna seemed a bit wary of the whole thing. "If you're gonna fight them they're a bit farther ahead, I was gonna meet up with them to exchange payments as it were." Another thought crossed the dark digimon's mind. "Right they ain't that strong though, they're just a group of bullies so uhh if you do fight them don't delete them or nothing." He asked with a bit of worry evident in his voice.

"It probably won't go that far, I can heal anyway so any damage we deal should be fine so long as it isn't that bad." Luna reassured, that is if they were even going. Luna was still on the fence about that.

Blitz tried to reassure Luna that they'd be fine but Luna wasn't worried about their strength. "Oh no, I'm sure you can handle them. I'm no stranger to fighting myself, and I figured anyone bothering Dracmon for little stuff like this ain't strong myself. I'm more worried about Dracmon lying about all this." Luna echoed Blitz's concern, though the Dracmon right next to them tapped his feet, annoyed. "Uhh I'm standing right here." But he had to admit he didn't give off the best first impression. "Alright I'll take you guys to them, I'll even leave the stuff here." Putting his stolen goods down on the ground he backed up from them.

"Right, we'll come back and hand these over once we're done, should be fine." With that Dracmon pointed in the direction he had been heading to before. "It's over there, a little ways off but we should be early." As he mentioned the direction and pointed somehow Luna had started once again walking in the opposite direction, while this might've seemed like her lack of directions kicking in a moment would reveal she was actually checking to see if they could see the Terriermon and Guilmon from here, no such luck. "I was gonna try and get their attention but they're too far away, oh well." it would probably be safer just to take care of the digimon ahead and go back later.

But as she started following Dracmon something Blitz said came back in Luna's mind making her curious before bluntly asking. "So you said the spirit possesed you? I didn't know that could happen. Is everything ok with it now?" Luna figured she'd ask, after all if she was going to be fighting alongside someone she should be reassured they wouldn't change personality mid fight.

Spirits possessing humans huh, Luna thought back to the old spirit tamer she fought against, er stood there as Dust fought against. Could he have been going through something like that. Her ears went down a bit worried they had punched someone who wasn't 100% in control of himself. "If you say it's so I'll trust your word, but I didn't know Spirits could possess people like that, that's probably a good thing to know if I run into any more." thinking on it she hadn't run into many spirit tamers, only one came to mind at the moment.

Before Luna could think of something else to ask Dracmon had stopped near a smallish hill with a large stick stuck in the ground. "We're here." Looking back at the two of them with his arms crossed. Luna felt this whole thing seemed pretty suspicious. "So uhh, where are they?" Luna asked, checking around the area. "We're a bit early, I was actually supposed to grab some more stuff. Just go hide over there, might not approach if they see all of us here." Dracmon pointed towards a largish hill nearby.

Luna decided to trust Dracmon and walked behind the hill nearby, Dracmon seemed a bit bothered by something so he decided to ask Blitz something. "Hey like I said before, don't be too rough on them. They're jerks yeah but I'd hate to see them hurt too badly." Dracmon seemed sure they were gonna hafta fight the bullies, seemed like a good mon at heart though not wanting anyone hurt.

The Dracmon seemed a bit distant at the accusation, why he did stay with them Luna didn't know but the fact he seemed to look away made it seem like he knew there was something wrong with what he was doing but didn't want to say. Blitz went over to hide with Luna and told her the Dracmon didn't want their friends? To be hurt. Luna nodded in agreement. "Don't worry, even if we do rough them up a bit I could heal them afterwards. But yeah not having to fight would be for the best." Luna sat and waited watching the Dracmon from her hiding place.

A few moments passed and eventually a group of digimon came over, a small group of three digimon. A BlackGabumon, Goblimon and….. A Leomon? Luna was a bit shocked to see one there, she knew most of them were prideful and didn't expect one to be the head of a gang of bullies. Luna decided to wait a second as she heard them start talking. "So, turning up empty handed, after the last time too this doesn't look good for you." The Leomon said tapping his foot impatiently.

"Look man, maybe we shouldn't do this anymore, I don't know what happened but I don't wanna steal anymore." Dracmon said seemingly trying to get his friend to stop. The Leomon stood for a moment before shaking his head. "Nah, go get me something good. Or else." He said walking over aiming a kick at the digimon, Dracmon flinched but before the impact a barrier blocked some of the damage knocking the digimon back. Luna having made the barrier jumped out. "Alright, I've heard enough. Butt kicking time." Luna shouted. They seemed surprised giving her and Blitz an opportunity to strike.

The trio of thieves were very surprised by the sudden even numbers they were up against. "You little, you set us up!" Leomon shouted as he was hit by a fireball knocking him back a bit, shaking it off the Gabumon and Goblimon backed up their leader standing on both sides. "My bullying? Heh we've been doing this a while Dracmon, he's just mad I evolved before him" The Leomon laughed crossing his arms. "Alright then, hopefully you can show me a good fight. Boys take out that Lunamon. I'll take this one on." He said giving a wave of his hand as they ran off to pick a fight with Luna.

"A good old fashioned one on one duel, I might be a thief but I have some standards." He said, pulling his sword, holding it in a reverse grip. "Beast blade!" He shouted, dragging his sword on the ground before sending a wave of energy straight for Blitz. Holding his blade in front of his body to block and attack that'd come towards him.

Luna got surrounded by the two rookie digimon, looking between the two of them she nodded. "Don't worry about me Blitz, I can handle these guys." Luna reassured with a smirk. The BlackGabumon fired a blast at her while the Goblimon charged at her swinging his club wildly, Luna ducked to the right of the Goblimon letting the attack from the BlackGabumon hit the Goblimon. Luna then created a water bullet and fired it off at the Goblimon dealing quite a bit of damage with both hits.

Leomon did seem to hear the words Blitz was saying, bullying and such but he didn't respond to them. Seemed like the time for talking was done and he was now focused on the fight between them. Having his attack dodged he felt her tap on his shoulder holding his fist to his side, as she taunted and attacked him a smirk could be seen on his face as the claws hit their mark, it obviously hurt but he pushed through spinning on his heel. "And you'll have to deal much more damage to beat me!" His fist now glowing with energy he punched towards her at close range. "Fist of the beast king!" As he shouted a large ethereal lion head shot out of his fist and straight on towards Blitzwolfmon.

Luna was in a little bit of a worse predicament as the Goblimon pretended to be downed before throwing his club straight at Luna's head, she made an effort to dodge but it clipped her side, knocking her back a little. The Gabumon took this chance to charge her but Luna took a quick step forward and headbutted the dark digimon before he could claw her. After a few moments Dracmon seemed to get up watching the fight from a distance, not knowing who he should assist.

Leomon smirked as his attack had hit it's mark sending his opponent towards the ground, he had planned on following up the attack but lingering pain in his shoulder caused him momentary pause, he was able to push through the attack but it still did a number on him. "This is a fight, try and play nice and you won't win." He taunted holding his sword defensively once more. Seeing the balls of fire he held his blade out and slashed at the first one that came towards him, however he tried to do the same to the other but he felt another sting of pain making his reaction too slow and the fireball hit him dead on knocking him backwards.

"Heh, this is getting fun. Don't dissapoint me now, ya hear me?" Leomon asked with a smirk, he seemed to be enjoying the fight, wasn't even insulting Blitz anymore. Recovering from the attack he decided to play a bit more defensively, jumping backwards he slices his sword as he retreated creating a large air slash that flew towards Blitz as he moved back.

Luna was under a bit better circumstances, she still didn't have use of her only attacking move so she decided the best bet was charging right at the Goblimon and delivers a headbutt right to his chest. Though doing that hurt her head a little bit as well, as she was stumbling the Gabumon tried to charge, but was grabbed by Dracmon and forced into a full Nelson. Seemed like the fight was getting to be more fair.
