Just adding in a few extra attacks for Hawkeye's forms. (I would also like to add that attacks that carry from form to form also have their power change depending on the form in question, just thought it wasn't that clear.)
First, I'd like to get rid of every Energy Arrow move for all forms minus Rookie, and replace it with:
Deadshot (Combat Passive): Hawkeye's aim is far superior to most Digimon. Each attack has its accuracy increase by 30%, making it more likely that his attack will hit its target.
RAM Upgrade Mega (Rookie to Super Mega)
Grappling Arrow: Hawkeye shoots an arrow attached to a grappling rope, tying itself around an appendage of another Digimon, allowing them to either be stopped or thrown into a nearby object by Hawkeye. Does not work on Digimon of a higher level than Hawkeye's current form. Cooldown is one post.
Champion
Wind Arrow: Hawkeye infuses an arrow with the power of wind, so when it releases, it unleases a huge wind equivalent to a tornado. Cooldown is two posts.
Mega
Water Arrow: Hawkeye charges an arrow with water energy. When it releases, the arrow will turn into a water vortex going straight at the target. Cooldown is two posts.

Bomb Arrow: Hawkeye infuses his arrow with exploding energy, causing it to explode upon whatever target it comes into contact with. Cooldown is two posts.
Zap Arrow: Hawkeye infuses his arrow with the power of electricity, causing the arrow to be lightning fast. Cooldown is two posts.
Freeze Arrow: Hawkeye turns his arrow into pure ice, which will then release cold air and immobilize its surroundings up to 250 meters away from impact area for one post. Cooldown is three posts.
Holy Arrow: Hawkeye creates a bow made purely out of holy energy, more powerful than a normal energy arrow. Cooldown is three posts.
Arrow Barrage: Hawkeye goes into a frenzy, shooting a group of Energy Arrows in a single area covering 250 meters. Cooldown is three posts.
Wind Arrow: Hawkeye infuses an arrow with the power of wind, so when it releases, it unleases a huge wind equivalent to a tornado. Cooldown is two posts.
Missile Arrow: Hawkeye’s most powerful and energy-draining arrow, used only for emergencies. This arrow doubles the speed of the Zap Arrow and the power of the Bomb Arrow and combines them, unleashing one devastating attack. Cooldown is five posts.
Water Arrow: Hawkeye charges an arrow with water energy. When it releases, the arrow will turn into a water vortex going straight at the target. Cooldown is two posts.
Power Bow Blade: The ends of Hawkeye's bow become even more powerful blades, giving his melee attacks even more damage. Last for four posts, cooldown is two posts.
