Okay, gonna be something of a big one this time. I'm adding a Mercenary (Rookie/Champion), Armor Champion, Armor Ultimate and Mega. Here goes.

Combat Passive Ability: Fiery Heart - Increases Bezil's resistance to Fire elemental attacks by 50%, and protects him from the effects of heat. However, increases the damage he takes from Water attacks by 50%.
Combat Passive Ability: Limit Shatter - If one of Bezil's abilities is nullified, whether it be offensive, defensive or healing, by the actions of an enemy ability, he is able to repeat that ability on his next turn at 50% effectiveness. The cooldown of this effect is 3 turns.
Dramon Breaker: Bezil readies his sword and slashes with a melee strike. This attack deals 30% extra damage to Dragon's Roar family digimon, and 30% less damage to Deep Savers family digimon. No cooldown.
Pyro Tsunami: Bezil raises his sword to the sky and lights it with flame, then he stabs it into the ground, creating a wave of fire that rushes over the land for 100 meters, engulfing any enemy with terrible burning flames. [Cooldown: 2 turns]
Light of the Moon: A technique inherited from Owen. Bezil focuses inward, then sends forth a wave of healing energy over himself or an ally. Can be used over multiple allies for reduced healing. Is 50% more effective if Bezil has been hit by a Dark elemental attack the previous turn. [Cooldown: 2 posts]
Starcluster: A technique inherited from Hikaru. Bezil draws the constellation of Pleiades on the sky and rains it down at the enemy. This attack hits seven times, and able to be split to several targets. These seven strikes deal double the damage if the opponent has a shield or defensive buff activated, and the attack ignores said effect. [Cooldown: 3 posts]
Starfire Flash: Bezil builds up light energy with his sword as he points it at an enemy. Then light as bright as a star bursts forth in a blast of energy, aiming to ravage the data of the enemy he is pointing at, dealing serious light elemental damage at them and hindering their vision for 2 turns afterward. [Cooldown: 3 turns]
Starlight Burst: Bezil conjures a powerful aura of starlight that imbues up to 3 targets (either himself or allies) with a 50% boost to attack power and speed for 3 turns. Also, removes any active debuffs from them. [Cooldown: 4 turns]
Whispering Flame: Bezil swings his sword and sends a wave of ghostly blue flames over an enemy. Not only does it damage them with fire, but it also temporarily disrupts their data so they may not use any named attacks for 1 turn. [Cooldown: 3 turns]

He launches it at the enemy, and if it strikes them or a surface near them, an immense burst of water pressure bashes them about that will hit them if they're within 5 meters of it. Mighty Surge: Bezil crosses his arms in front of his face as he charges up energy in his vambraces, then casts out a golden lightning bolt of energy to strike a target. Strikes instantly and difficult to avoid. [Cooldown: 1 turn].
Sargasso Drag: An attack usable both in and out of water. If used underwater, Bezil creates a powerful vortex of water pressure that immobilizes the enemy in place for 1 turn. If used on land, Bezil summons streams of water that spin around the enemy and also hold them in place, immobilized for 1 turn. [Cooldown: 3 turns].
Waters of Life: Bezil uses the healing properties from his water data that mends battle damage of up to 3 of his allies, healing them for moderate damage. [Cooldown: 2 turns]

Photon Wings: Bezil stretches out his wings, the spikes glowing with magenta energy, then he fires a volley of 20 beams of light upwards into the air, which shower down over all enemies within a 50 meter radius. This attack has increased accuracy. [Cooldown: 3 turns].
Meteor Cannon: Bezil charges up energy in his mouth, then launches an explosive blast at a target. Once the blast hits a surface, it explodes and damages anything within 15 meters of it. [Cooldown: 2 turns]
Crystal Storm Defense: Bezil makes a magical roar to conjure a spell that imbues up to 3 allies (including himself) with a crystalline armor that reduces all incoming damage by 50% for 3 turns. [Cooldown: 3 turns]

Personality:
Lewis is a son of Owen and Hikaru, and thus is Bezil's little brother. Lewis has led something of a sheltered life behind the walls of Ys. Of course, when he was born and accepted into the family of Owen and Hikaru, he felt glad and happy. But, he simply didn't feel comfortable about going out into the great unknown by himself.
Lewis grew a strong bond with his elder brother Bezil, recognizing him as an adventurous digimon that both wanted to learn about the world around him, and also was interested in protecting those he cared about.
While Lewis sought and gained that bond with his parents, he recognized that they had to share their attention with all of their children. However, with Bezil, he saw that his brother was willing to take him under his wing and teach him the ways of the world as best he knew. So Lewis accepted that arrangement.
Lewis is the type that is a little slow to adjust to interpersonal relationships, but is quick to learn about the world around him. While something of an introvert to begin with, Lewis has inherited the data of Owen and Hikaru so that once he has the trust of someone, he can speak truly. Lewis holds this with Bezil, and as he gains relationships with others, he opens up to them in the same way.
