Honestly it was just another day outside of whitewater.
The birds were chirping, the sun was shining; the wind was blowing at a nice strength. All and all the perfect day to be out and about! So of course this meant that kan was indoors; closed up in his second shop fixing nonsense for random people again. This time around? It was some jet boosted hyper car that had some transmission problems. Thats right; a car with jet engines strapped to the back with a boat load of duct tape, hope and what he figured to be gorilla glue on steroids.
It was a mess that he wasn’t sure how it was working but at the same time he wasn’t being paid to find out how it was working; he was being paid to figure out the transmission and nothing else! Which sort of struck him as odd. While he was working away in the garage he could hear gretal fuffing about in the primary portion of the shop.
Now gretal? The big beefy weregarurumon-x with claws that looked like they could slice open a tank with the merest glance? She was working on her own project. Delicately spinning a tale with a pen. A tale to who? Kan didn’t have a clue nor would he likely ask. All she had to do right now was keep an eye on the front of the store.
That front of the store that would be the first thing most would see of the shop, with the windows opening up to give a good view on the inside. All the glass containers that held various contraptions. Some human, some not. Some not even digimon or human; which was more surprising than not.
Gretal sighed a little bit and finished what she was writing; stuffing the paper inside of an envelope before licking it shut. She had some mail to send and the large digimon would stand up; grunting as her back popped from how she had sat!
”Kan I’m gonna send some mail. You want me to send anything out?”
”How bout the garbage?”
”And rip another bag? I don’t think so!”
The weregarurumon-x snorted a bit and started to lumber towards the door. It was a lazy day for her and she hoped it would stay that way… she had a thing about getting interrupted by customers after all...
