Post by Hanako Hoshidate on Jan 2, 2021 18:24:26 GMT
Name: Hanako Hoshidate
Alias: Hana
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Height: 5’ 0”
Weight: 94 pounds
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Birth Date: October 9, 2005
Birth Place: Nishio, Japan
Skills/Talents:
Music: Hana has spent several years practicing with an ocarina that she got from her mother as a gift. She enjoys playing it, as it helps her to calm down when stressed.
Backpack Contents:
• Digivice
• Cellphone
• Journal: A simple notebook that Hana uses to record interesting information about digimon she encounters.
• Bottled Water
• Spare Glasses in a case
Digivice: D-3 Digivice. The inner section is navy blue, and the outer section is dark grey.
Personality: Hana is cheerful, curious, and sometimes can even be considered silly. She loves to make new friends and learn new things about the world around her. She believes in helping those who are in trouble, whether it’s saving someone from a digimon attack or if simply helping them with an errand or task. She hates bullies and won’t hesitate to knock some sense into people or Digimon that pick on those who are weaker than them. Hana can also a bit of a scatterbrain at times. She can get distracted easily (especially by cute things) and forget what she’s doing or saying, and usually needs Hagurumon’s help to stay on track. This doesn’t mean she’s not smart. She is actually pretty intelligent for her age; it’s just that she has so much stuff going on in her head that she has trouble focusing on one thing at a time without Hagurumon’s help. Her naiveté means that she tends to see the world in black and white, such as misinterpreting the reformed DATS’s digivolution limiters as an attempt to oppress or brainwash Digimon. If you threaten her friends or make her really angry, though, then her personality does a complete 180. The fun and humor evaporate and Hana’s behavior becomes extremely cold, focused, and brutal. When she gets like this, Hagurumon usually has to talk her out of this state otherwise things can get ugly really quickly.
Appearance: Hana has straight black hair that goes down to her shoulder and straight bangs. She has a small, barely visible scar at the edge of her hairline above her right eye, which she got from falling and hitting her head on a rock when she was younger. Her eyes are a bright green, and she wears a simple pair of black-framed glasses to help with her nearsightedness. Her youthful face, short height, and rather petite build make her look a few years younger than she actually is. Her usual outfit consists of a white button-up t-shirt, a black zip-up vest with a breast pocket, a knee-length black skirt that she wears over a pair of black shorts, black socks, and a pair of black and grey tennis shoes. On her left wrist, Hana wears an analog watch with a clear section on its face that allows one to see the internal gears moving around.
Personal History:
Hana was born in Nishio, Japan. Her mother is a veterinarian, and her father is a computer programmer. Her parents got divorced when she was 6, and Hana now lives primarily with her father. She still gets to visit her mother from time to time, though. Hana was a hyperactive child growing up, always running around or playing with an old virtual pet device. When she was 8, Hana fell out of a tree she was trying to climb and hit her head on a rock while visiting a park with her dad. She wasn’t hurt very badly from the accident, but it did leave a small scar. On her 10th birthday, Hana’s mother gave her the ocarina that Hana still keeps and treasures to this day. Shortly after that, Hana’s dad’s work required that he and Hana move to Tokyo. Hana was initially upset about the move and not being able to see her mother anymore, so her dad got a cat to distract Hana from worrying about the whole situation (it worked, as Hana was instantly smitten with the kitten that she named Miko). Hana soon adjusted to her new home, making new friends and flourishing in her new school. Fast forward to the present, where Hana was getting ready for bed when a strange light started emananting from the old virtual pet game that had gotten lost under her bed …

Digimon Name - Partner #1:
Name: Data
Default Form: Hagurumon
Gender: Male
Alignment: Neutral
Skills/Talents:
Engineering- Hagurumon has a strong understanding of engineering, and loves to help fix and maintain electronics (although he usually has Hana do the actual fixing, as he lacks hands in his Rookie form).
Personality: Hagurumon is rather cheerful and friendly, and he enjoys chatting with others. He is also rather curious, and loves learning new things about a wide variety of topics. Hagurumon is Hana’s most trusted confidant, and is usually the one who keeps Hana and Keramon in check by acting as the group’s voice of reason. Under his cheerful exterior Hagurumon is a bit weary from having to constantly take care of Hana and Keramon , but he’s willing to put up with it as no family is perfect. His loyalty to Hana is absolute, and nothing short of full on brainwashing will convince him to turn on or abandon her. He would do anything in his power to keep her safe, even if it cost him his life. Hagurumon speaks in a very gentlemanly and polite manner, although he tends to drop the formalities during a battle. Just don’t make fun of his lack of hands, unless you want a gear chucked at your head.

FaceClaim: POKÉMON • Colress • Data
Personal History: In his previous life, a Hagurumon named Cog was abandoned and left to fend for himself in Terminus City. He ended becoming a bitter Datamon (he went by the name Cog back then), and ultimately died alone when his mechanical body gave out from old age. In his last moments, he cursed his own misfortune and loneliness. When he was reborn as a digiegg and hatched, some of Cog's data split off and became his brother Rush so that Cog wouldn't be alone anymore. Now, Cog goes by the name Data to disassociate himself from his previous self, and is much happier now that he has the family he always longed for.
Digimon Name - Partner #2: Rush
Default Form: Morphomon
Gender: Male
Alignment: Chaotic good
Skills/Talents: none
Inventory: (Optional)
Personality:
Now that Rush’s data has been stabilized and freed of corrupted data, his personality has greatly stabilized. He acts much more like the small child he is, and is now able to speak in complete sentences. He still loves to play and eat, and is still just as much of an extreme omnivore as always (even if his stomach is no longer a literal bottomless pit). He’ll eat just about anything without any hesitation or stomach complications, but he usually prefers foods with strong flavors now that he can actually taste stuff.
Despite his recent transformation, Rush is still a goofball who loves to play and chat wit others about whatever random thoughts pop into his head, making him very good friends with Mint. Of course, one aspect of Rush that hasn’t changed at all is his feelings for his family. He still absolutely loves his older brother and Hana, who he still views as his mom.

Fighting Style: Biomon focuses almost entirely on healing and buffing allies, as well as debuffing enemies. Damage inflicted by Biomon's attacks are merely secondary side effects.
Abilities: [7 Abilities Max]
-Booster Shot: Biomon jabs an ally or himself with the syringes on his right hand, injecting them with a serum that boosts their attack power by 25% for three turns. 3-post CD after duration ends.
-Regeneration Serum: Biomon jabs an ally or himself with the needles on his right hand, injecting them with a specialized formula that speeds up their body's healing capabilities and moderately heals them over the course of 3 turns. 3-post CD.
-Aesculapius: Once per thread, Biomon can inject a fallen ally with the needles on both hands to deliver a uniques serum blend that completely restores them to full health even if they were on the brink of death. Can even revive a human from death if administered quickly enough, but cannot revive a dead Digimon due to the fact Digimon don't leave corpses. Mega-level allies are only healed to 25% health, and Super Mega allies are only revived with a tiny sliver of health. This ability requires Biomon to have at least one intact syringe needle on each hand in order to work.
-Data Draw: Biomon jabs an enemy with the syringes on his left hand, extracting data that both hurts the enemy and heals Biomon by the same amount as the damage dealt. Biomon can choose to heal an ally instead of himself with this attack by using the syringes on his right hand to inject the extracted data into the ally's body. 5-turn CD (2 for damage, 3 for the healing).
-System Restore: Biomon refreshes his own system to reduce up to 2 of his active cooldowns by 1 (except for this ability). 3 post CD.

Faceclaim: RWBY - Penny Polendina - Sakura

Sakura, the self-proclaimed “Knight of Flowers”, is a kind-hearted Digimon who has dedicated her life to traveling the Digital World to help those who need it. Sakura always tries to be polite and friendly to whomever she meets and is even willing to heal those who are injured without seeking any form of repayment. Her years of training with her sword have honed her dexterity and grace, so it’ll take a lot to trip this fencer up. Her nomadic lifestyle means that she is a bit naïve and can easily be tricked because of this.

Holosuit:

-Twin Phantoms: MorphoKnightmon summons a pair of giant, ethereal butterflies that can either home in on a single enemy and explode for full damage, or hit 2 separate targets for half damage. 1 post cooldown.
-Butterfly Mimic: Once per thread, MorphoKnightmon can steal an ability it has seen an enemy use during the thread, permanently replacing this ability with a copy of the stolen ability (scaled to the power of MorphoKnightmon's current level) for the rest of the thread.
-Gigant Edge 2.0: MorphoKnightmon's sword grows to gigantic size, becoming twice as big as MorphoKnightmon itself, upon which MorphoKnightmon swings the massive sword downwards, causing a flaming shockwave that damages all grounded enemies in a 25m radius of MorphoKnightmon. Once per thread.
-Upper Calibur: MorphoKnightmon hits an enemy with a rising slash that takes them both into the air, then MorphoKnightmon flits around the enemy while repeatedly slashing away at them from all sides before delivering a final blow to knock the target back down to the ground for massive damage. 5 post cooldown.
-Vanishing Dodge: MorphoKnightmon appears to dissipate into motes of light in order to phase out of the way of an incoming attack. However, a sufficiently powerful (a.k.a. higher level) or piercing attack can still hurt MorphoKnightmon even while it's "teleporting". MorphoKnightmon can optionally choose to reappear behind his attacker in order to backstab them after dodging an attack, but doing so increases this ability's cooldown by 2 posts. 2 post cooldown (4 post CD if MorphoKnightmon counterattacks).
-Dimensional Gate: MorphoKnightmon creates a large, star-shaped portal to another dimension, through which large objects emerge to crash down upon everything within 25m of MorphoKnightmon's target. The objects can range from a meteor, pieces of a building, a train, etc., although the attack always does the same amount of damage. This attack can optionally be charged up for one turn to summon even larger objects, increasing this attack's damage. 3 post cooldown.

Mercenary Digimon #1
Digimon Name: Sakura, the Knight of Flowers
Default Form: Whichever she feels like that day
Gender: Female
Alignment: Lawful Good
Skills/Talents:
Swordplay- Sakura has spent plenty of hours practicing her swordplay using her sword. One would need considerable practice to be able to match her in a duel.
Dancing- Years of training her hand-eye coordination and footwork for swordfighting has also made Sakura a graceful dancer.
Inventory:
Holosuit:

Faceclaim: RWBY - Penny Polendina - Sakura
Personality:
Sakura, the self-proclaimed “Knight of Flowers”, is a kind-hearted Digimon who has dedicated her life to traveling the Digital World to help those who need it. She will not hesitate to aid those who need it, standing up for those who are unable to defend themselves. If she comes across an evildoer, she will not hesitate to bring them down. This doesn’t mean that she is stupid by any means, as she has years of life experience to back her up in a fight.

He is extremely friendly and kind, and loves to make new friends and spend time with his big sister, Sakura. Sakura means the world to the little guy, and Mint aspires to be as cool and heroic as she is one day. He loves to cuddle with people and cheer them up with a warm hug when their feeling down.
Since he’s still pretty young, a lot of complicated stuff just goes straight over his head, but he’ll always do his best to help anyone who needs it (Even if he can’t do very much yet). If you offer him a snack, he’ll immediately offer to share it with you. All in all, Mint is the epitome of innocence and is most likely going to warm the hearts of all who meet him. Unless they’re heartless monsters, that is.
