For old profile go: here
I don't get what should I do... I was given power, but even then... what the use of this power when it chains you down? If you act to your heart's desire selfishly, you will be branded evil. If you keep fighting for benefit without asking anything for return, you will end up taken for granted... What's the right path here? -Noguchi Ryouta-
Name: Noguchi Ryouta Age: 19 Birthday: 3rd April Birthplace: Nerima, Tokyo, Japan Bloodtype: B Height: 192 cm Weight: 122 kg Class: Partnered Human (Partnered to Valt the Vmon) Alignment: Chaotic Good Talents: Experimental cooking Skills: Streetboxing Cooking and housechores in general English Physical related subjects, high pain tolerance Weakness: Short temper Ghosts DENSE. For some reason he takes some words at face value. Crest: Justice Digivice:
PERSONALITY
Normally a fun guy who love to joke around, being a big brother to many and all that stuff... but honestly, the words best describe Ryouta is probably "unpredictible" at best... or "volatile" at worst. Normally, he would not be that much different from your general college student. He socializes, have friends, have his own circles and participates in extracurricular clubs to improve his culinary techniques. He love self improvement, and gets along really well with people who views self improvements as their goal. if it's anything that he's skilled at, he normally would give them pointer. He also the type that doesn't care much about seniority or stiff politeness. He pretty much goes first name basis with nearly everyone. Under that personality however exist another side of him, who was once very much like a street thug, one that was so angry at the number of people who bully the weak and get away with it. This side of him was fierce, and could be said as outright scary considering how many people he sent to the hospital This side thankfully doesn't come out often lately, probably because he have better control over his impulse. It doesn't mean that it won't spring out though. He also admitted that he might have... certain switch that makes him different personality wise. This switch is usually turned on by donning a half mask that covers his lower face. He generally would act much more serious and cold. He admitted it makes him able to focus better. However in turns he admitted it makes him more cold and less tolerating of nonsenses while normally he would encourage fun shenanigans.
APPEARANCE
Ryouta is a short, dark haired young man with silverish blue eyes. He's very muscular, mostly thanks to the repeated biomerges in the past and digorous training he does to keep himself in top shape to do action heavy missions. There are a bit of scars from those activities marring his body. Well, that aside, he dresses in top-light clothes generally while wearing jeans for the bottom. There's not much fashion to him. He wears what feels comfy for the day and that's pretty much it. His reckless ftendency to fight a lot often causes him to burn through his clothes reserve very fast though.
BACKGROUND
If you asked Ryouta about his past, he'll say... it's a rollercoaster really. He was born to a teacher mother and a dessert chef father. The two apparently married with the former proposing after falling in love with the latter's cooking and gentle personality. When it was only just him and his little brother, their family was pretty much well off, he remembered. He wasn't in any sort of misfortune and they're never in need of anything much. However, a disaster struck soon after. His father, gentle as he is, is also guillible. His business partner suddenly took off with their restaurant's fund. As result, thing goes downhill from there. The main thing that shaped him was how his brother and sister used to cry after not having much food to eat. He remembered how he pretty much took the role of a caretaker for them when his parents are busy with works on top of part time to crawl out of the debt hell. He remembered how he cut his own meal portion to give to his hungry siblings. If it wasn't for the fact that he have fantastic friends, he's pretty sure that he would have fainted several times in elementary school. He wouldn't blame it on his parents either, especially after looking at how one day he saw them supporting each other after a particularly tiring day at work. When did it all got better, and worse at the same time he wonder? Before he knew it, he suddenly punching bullies left and right. His image is pretty much "a volatile dynamite". Many slandered that he would explode even if you did nothing wrong. His counts of suspensions is as much as the number of the kids he sent to the hospital. He also moved from school to school due to his impulseness. He guess what happened next is to be expected. He got a Digimon partner, starting to learn more about how to control his impulses, all that things...Meeting, parting, life, death, it's all a blur that he can't really remember fully. Not strange considering he sorta lost his memory about his experience of Digital World at some point. But either way... Life goes on, and it waits no one. Now when he's at the crossroad of life like this, he began to think some issues... He's less impulsive as he grows, and thus he's more than ever aware of his violent temperament. He have power, yes... but to use that power to fight another power, is it really justice? When he have power, but feel powerless at the same time, isn't it a contradiction? With great power comes greater responsbility... In that case, is it fate fo the strong to stay in cage and follow what the world dictates for them? The more he think about it, the more he's conflicted... and thus he stagnated.

"Indeed we have been given power...But think it like this. Regardless of whether we pave the road with good intention or bad intention, we have no idea whether it will lead to heaven or hell. Only God would know that. Of course, not taking any action is also a choice... But you know what? I believe to not take any action is the worst possible injustice can do to yourself. Your heart is screaming, and you know that it's because it subconsciously already made a choice. You know the answer already, don't you?". -Valt-
DATA
Name: Valt Default Form: Vmon Variant / XVmon once unlocked Height: 145 cm Weight: 65 kg Skills: Martial Arts Being a Drill Sergeant Simple cooking Foraging Class: Partnered Digimon
PERSONALITY
Valt is... someone that's qutie all over places mental age wise. He have mischievousness and hotheadness of a teenager, but at the same time a mature outlook of an adult, and on top of it the jadedness of a veteran. These three contrasting flavor somehow creates the drill sergeant of Ys. He positions himself as Ryouta's partner and "little brother". Follower is not accurate, says Ryouta. Valt, for more or less, is pretty similar with his own partner, except probably with a dash of what he calls "Dragon Pride". He's friendly, he can joke around, but honestly he can be a bit insufferable when his pride kicks in. Valt admits that this side of him can be a pain, but that's how he rolls: At best he's confident; at worst he's arrogant ass. But it doesn't meant tha the would go and demand people to kiss the floor he just walked on. He just demand respect, and he'll respect you with same amount of respect. Failure to give him enough respect might cause a punch to fly to your gut or face at worst, or sharp snarks to fly at best. Despite the qualities above however, Valt is much less rigid than Ryouta in serious matters. He have pretty much adopted the philosophy of "as long as it doesn't cause a jeopardy, then it's fine". He doesn't mind joking around or slight teasings in serious situation if it makes the mission success rate higher... but if anyone makes the mission turns into an absolute jeopardy because their stupid action (mind you, accidental ones are very fine and he's understanding), then he will flip shit. Deep inside, behind the hardened veteran image, he holds fragile side of himself who actually outlived quite a lot of his friends, some who he have never heard anymore.... It caused him great stress and anxiety. He admitted he might have developed some trauma of separation.
HISTORY
There was once a dragon egg. The one inside was a cowardly green dragon. The dragon whelp idolized a teen burning with passion of righting what was wrong. Perhaps the teen was wrong in his method, but for the dragon, the teen was shining. Despite hatred concentrated on him, the teen stayed firm on his feet... And that didn't change when they entered Digital World. Thus the dragon grows. The dragon grows with the teen, years and years, their body battered with scars and various other wounds. Two of them wore it without single desire to cure them even if they had the choice to. The green dragon eventually donned a silver armor and golde sword. Together with irreplacable friends, they... faced trials and tribulations of Digital World. However, even the mighty falls. Life passes. Many of those who knows him of that era either gone or died, leaving him behind, with the teen who now already a young man. He too, eventually lost his life... yet his strong desire to cling to the life, to continue legacy of those who unable made him into what he is now, a Vmon. Valt's desire is of fame, of gold, or of power. What he desire is to leave teaching to those who he encountered: Survive, survive and survive. Your story will be over if you die. That's why, even if he have to be a demon to ensure the safety of his friends and his protege, he'll do it in a heartbeat.

ARTIFACTS AND ITEMS
Seafarer's Compass
Weak Artifact -An odd compass from an ancient ship. This is a passive relic that allows the user to assign a location or target, via direct contact with the compass (which can be reassigned at any time). The compass's needle will always point to the assigned location or to the assigned person.

Second Strike - For all instances of this move, state that this move can't repeat Valt's OPT's.
XVmon
Battle Hype - Limit it to one active cooldown. And you can make it trigger with only two counters, but either way, state that Valt can only gain one counter per turn.
Indignate Judgement - Reduce the size of this move to 25m in diameter. The current size is encroaching on Mega-level territory.
Granlocomon
Counter Drones - Change the wording to ultimate/mega, for us filthy dub-watchers out there. Don't blame me. Blame the confusing as crap translation team.
AA Support Gravity - Make it a 3-post cooldown.
BulkPulsemon
Actually, everything's good.
Seafarer's Compass
This effect is too powerful. You can't have piercing, auto-hit, and full-healing all in one artifact.
...I'm just messing around, though. This one's good, too. But if the compass points to things it makes contact with, wouldn't it always just point to your pocket or hand or something?
