Personality:
Octavio takes things very seriously, and often comes across as being blunt and irritable. He takes his duties as a general very seriously, and values and respects every soldier under his command. He doesn’t like failure, but he understands the limits of his followers and never blames them for things that were outside of their control. In a way, Octavio sees his comrades as a family of sorts, as they are the only important people he has left in his life aside from his daughter, Cecilia.
Under his gruff exterior, Octavio is a broken man suffering from lingering PTSD from the Demon Lord Leviamon destroying his home ten years, leaving him and his comrades as the only survivors. He sees that tragedy as his greatest failure and harbors a lot of lingering guilt over the massacre. This occasionally causes him to isolate himself from others, but he has taken up DJing as a hobby to help distract him from the painful memories. He' found that he enjoys playing music, and is in fact quite good at it. DJing is one of the few things that truly make him feel happy nowadays.
Personal History: Octavio was born on a small island whose only inhabitants was a colony consisting solely of aquatic and mechanical Digimon. He had a decent childhood, with parents that were strict but fair. He never really wanted for anything growing up, and eventually decided to join the colony’s militia to protect it from outside threats like pirates. He excelled in his training and quickly rose through the ranks of the militia. By the time he was 24, he had been promoted to being a well-known and respected general in the colonial militia.
However, disaster soon struck in the form of the Demon Lord Leviamon attacking the colony. Octavio rallied the militia to try and drive the gigantic crocodile away, but the militia was overwhelmed and scattered across the water with Octavio getting his scar from one of Leviamon’s sharp teeth. With their main line of defense broken, the wounded Octavio could only watch in horror as the Demon Lord devoured his home and leave only a handful of survivors scattered across the sea. The only reason the survivors were spared was because Leviamon didn’t see them as being worth the effort of finishing off, and so the Demon Lord of Gluttony swam off in search of his next meal. The handful of survivors were separated by the ocean currents and scattered across the Digital World.
Octavio, thinking he was the only survivor, ended up in Terminus where he took up DJing in order to distract himself and to make ends meet, and one day came across a broken Xros Loader that he decided to fix up and use for himself. After fixing the device, Octavio managed to pick up a distress signal from one of his former troops, and upon realizing that he wasn’t the only survivor, the former General decided to strike out and track down his fellow survivors and find a new home for themselves.

Commander Cecilia Kelp is the very definition of a model soldier. When her father, General Octavio is around, she considers his commands to be of the utmost importance. She will fulfill any task she is given to the best of her ability and takes pride in her absolute loyalty and service. She would never even think of doing anything that would dishonor her or her unit. She never slacks off while working and hates it when others shirk their responsibilities.
Off-duty, however, she’s like a completely different person. She is very kind and compassionate and wears her emotions on her metaphorical sleeves. This kindness is what makes her the heart of the Xros Army. She loves her father, and does whatever she can to help him. She is also a complete tokusatsu nerd. Kamen Rider. Super Sentai. If it exists, she’s seen every episode she can get her hands on. She often drags her fellow Xros Army members off to watch them with her in their downtime.

Personality:
Commander Tartar is hardly the friendliest Digimon around. Tartar considers Machine Digimon to be superior to all others and looks down on all forms of organic life. Octavio and Cecilia are the sole exceptions to this rule, as they have managed to (begrudgingly) earn his respect for saving him from being eaten by Leviamon. He tends to be rude and belittle those he sees as inferior, and hates being outdone by anyone other than his comrades. He is very intelligent, acts more as the group’s engineer than as a soldier. He doesn’t like to get his hands dirty when he doesn’t need to but is more than capable of holding his own in a fight. In his downtime, Tartar tends to try and create new tech for his comrades to use. His programming does have a few lingering glitches due to improperly repaired damage he sustained from Leviamon, which causes his vocalizer to occasionally glitch out and start spouting random words, phrases and error messages at random intervals. This can usually be fixed by giving him a hard knock to his chest.

Processor Frag: Tartar extends his hacking cable and attaches it to the opponent. He then fragments the data for one of the opponent's moves, rendering it unusable for the rest of the thread (the fragmented data will eventually repair itself after the thread). Once per thread, but is refreshed if the affected move is somehow restored (and deleted move is restored if Processor Frag is somehow refreshed). Cannot delete OPT abilities or affect higher-level Digimon, but can delete passive abilities. Tartar must be aware of the move he is deleting.

Personality: Like the Digimon he was cloned from, Soundblaster, or Blaster for short, is rather cold and unemotional. He fulfills every task he is given to the best of his ability, and never disobeys a direct order. He is not bothered in the slightest by the fact that he’s considered a failed clone as long as he can be of use to the Xros Army. In order to compensate for lacking Soundwave’s natural telepathic abilities, Soundblaster has modified himself to be more of a frontline fighter compared to his progenitor. He will never admit it out loud, but he has grown fond of the various Kamen Rider shows after Cecilia repeatedly dragged him off to watch them with her.
His voice sounds like it has been run through a vocoder but sounds more synthetic and mechanical than Soundwave’s voice. Unlike Soundwave, his mannerisms are noticeably less robotic and his speech flows more organically.
Personal History: Soundblaster is a failed clone of Soundwave the Ballistamon, created by Tartar. While he did not turn out as anticipated, lacking Soundwave's natural telepathic abilities, he is still useful enough that Tartar decided not to dispose of him.

Prankster - Belle is a known trickster who loves to mess with people, by either screwing with their head or playing a ton of pranks on them, although she will tone down this behavior significantly around people she actually likes.
Anti-Authority - Belle is a punk that doesn’t have a very positive view of authority, and doesn’t like being bossed around by anyone who hasn’t actually earned her respect (in her eyes, at least). Arrogant people who act like they’re better than everyone else will usually find themselves facing either her spear up their nose, or her spiky boot up their rear end.
Rebellious Teen – Likewise, Belle basically embodies the ‘rebellious teen’ stereotype, being rather immature, overdramatic, and more or less just doing whatever she wants. She does have a very close relationship with Cecilia, who she sees as a sister of sorts, making her one of the few individuals Belle actually gets along with on a regular basis.

This rune will violently explode when triggered (either by an enemy stepping on it or Tinkermon triggering it remotely by tapping the butt of her spear on the ground twice), damaging everyone within a 5m radius of the rune trap. Interrogation: Soundwave's natural telepathy makes him very good at getting information out of people, especially since he can tell when someone's lying to him.

Personality: Soundwave is mostly emotionless and logical, acting and speaking like a robot most of the time. He is not one for social interactions, and prefers to fade into the background and let others do the talking. When Soundwave does talk, he usually speaks in short, clipped sentences with a mechanical, monotone voice. As the Xros Army’s spymaster, Soundwave is very observant and analytical, always gathering as much data about his surroundings as possible.
Soundwave is also an extremely loyal individual, following any orders from his superiors without question. He will never abandon his comrades, nor would he ever even CONSIDER betraying them of his own free will.
The Ballistamon also shares a rather touching relationship with his partner, Laserbeak, whom he shares and almost symbiotic relationship with. The mechanical bird is just about the only thing that can actually elicit an emotional response from Soundwave, and hurting the little guy is the fastest way to earn a spot on the top of Soundwave’s hit list.

Personality: Unlike his partner, Soundwave, Laserbeak is very clear with his emotions, mostly conveying them through his body language due to being unable to speak normally (the only ones who can understand his squawking and chirping are Soundwave, who Laserbeak shares a telepathic bond with, and other bird Digimon). Soundwave is the only one Laserbeak doesn’t act flippantly towards, as the duo share a very close bond.
The Laserichmon is a grouchy and irritable individual who dislikes being touched by anyone but Soundwave and will bite anyone who tries. He also takes advantage of his inability to be understood by mocking and insulting people, with most people being completely unaware that he’s doing so.
Laserbeak doesn’t remember very much of his previous life as Noisemaze the Soundbirdmon, due to the reformatting process that saved his life also affecting his memory, but he isn’t very bothered by that fact. His current self is all that matters, to both him and Soundwave.

The color of the armor matches the color of the Ballistamon used in the Xros. (grey and yellow for Soundblaster, blue and yellow for Soundwave)

-High-Power Rune Trap: JetSilphymon taps the tip of her polearm on the ground, causing a glowing, booby-trapped rune to etch itself onto the tapped spot. This rune will violently explode when triggered (either by an enemy stepping on it or JetSilphymon triggering it remotely by tapping the butt of her polearm on the ground twice), damaging everyone within a 25m radius of the rune trap. -Mobile Transport (non-combat passive): When not actively fighting, (Gran)Locomon can be used as a mobile base, capable of traveling as fast as an Ultimate-level vehicle in order to transport the rest of the Xros Army. (Gran)Locomon can travel on train tracks if there are any, but he can also generate his own tracks beneath his wheels if he wishes. His self-generated tracks can even be used to allow him to travel over water or across chasms without falling or sinking (although his engine and passenger cars are water-tight, so he could travel underwater if he wanted to).
-Armor Shift (non-combat passive): When not in combat, GranLocomon can transform his body to look like a regular Locomon, in order to appear less intimidating or hide his identity. This transformation is purely cosmetic, although he'll need to transform back into GranLocomon in order to use his named attacks.
-Battle Express (passive): GranLocomon's external armor is tough enough to increase his defense by 50%, but also light enough to not hinder his speed at all. He is a train, though, so his evasion is still reduced by 20% (trains aren't the most maneuverable when they aren't going in a straight line, after all).
-Runaway Express: GranLocomon builds up speed in order to ram into his opponent. 1 post cooldown.
-Wheel Grinder: GranLocomon rapidly spins his spiked front wheel, then releases it to launch it at his opponent like a projectile. After the wheel is released, GranLocomon generates a new wheel to replace it. 2 post cooldown.

Personality:
Octavio takes things very seriously, and often comes across as being blunt and irritable. He takes his duties as a general very seriously, and values and respects every soldier under his command. He doesn’t like failure, but he understands the limits of his followers and never blames them for things that were outside of their control. In a way, Octavio sees his comrades as a family of sorts, as they are the only important people he has left in his life aside from his daughter, Cecilia.
Under his gruff exterior, Octavio is a broken man suffering from lingering PTSD from the Demon Lord Leviamon destroying his home ten years, leaving him and his comrades as the only survivors. He sees that tragedy as his greatest failure and harbors a lot of lingering guilt over the massacre. This occasionally causes him to isolate himself from others, but he has taken up DJing as a hobby to help distract him from the painful memories. He' found that he enjoys playing music, and is in fact quite good at it. DJing is one of the few things that truly make him feel happy nowadays.
Personal History: Octavio was born on a small island whose only inhabitants was a colony consisting solely of aquatic and mechanical Digimon. He had a decent childhood, with parents that were strict but fair. He never really wanted for anything growing up, and eventually decided to join the colony’s militia to protect it from outside threats like pirates. He excelled in his training and quickly rose through the ranks of the militia. By the time he was 24, he had been promoted to being a well-known and respected general in the colonial militia.
However, disaster soon struck in the form of the Demon Lord Leviamon attacking the colony. Octavio rallied the militia to try and drive the gigantic crocodile away, but the militia was overwhelmed and scattered across the water with Octavio getting his scar from one of Leviamon’s sharp teeth. With their main line of defense broken, the wounded Octavio could only watch in horror as the Demon Lord devoured his home and leave only a handful of survivors scattered across the sea. The only reason the survivors were spared was because Leviamon didn’t see them as being worth the effort of finishing off, and so the Demon Lord of Gluttony swam off in search of his next meal. The handful of survivors were separated by the ocean currents and scattered across the Digital World.
Octavio, thinking he was the only survivor, ended up in Terminus where he took up DJing in order to distract himself and to make ends meet, and one day came across a broken Xros Loader that he decided to fix up and use for himself. After fixing the device, Octavio managed to pick up a distress signal from one of his former troops, and upon realizing that he wasn’t the only survivor, the former General decided to strike out and track down his fellow survivors and find a new home for themselves.

Commander Cecilia Kelp is the very definition of a model soldier. When her father, General Octavio is around, she considers his commands to be of the utmost importance. She would never even think of doing anything that would dishonor her or her unit. She never slacks off while working and hates it when others shirk their responsibilities.
Off-duty, however, she’s like a completely different person. She is very kind and compassionate and wears her emotions on her metaphorical sleeves. This kindness is what makes her the heart of the Xros Army. She loves her father, and does whatever she can to help him. She is also a complete tokusatsu nerd. Kamen Rider. Super Sentai. If it exists, she’s seen every episode she can get her hands on. She often drags her fellow Xros Army members off to watch them with her in their downtime.

Commander Tartar is hardly the friendliest Digimon around. Tartar considers Machine Digimon to be superior to all others and looks down on all forms of organic life. Octavio and Cecilia are the sole exceptions to this rule, as they have managed to (begrudgingly) earn his respect for saving him from being eaten by Leviamon. He tends to be rude and belittle those he sees as inferior, and hates being outdone by anyone other than his comrades. He is very intelligent, acts more as the group’s engineer than as a soldier. He doesn’t like to get his hands dirty when he doesn’t need to but is more than capable of holding his own in a fight. In his downtime, Tartar tends to try and create new tech for his comrades to use. His programming does have a few lingering glitches due to improperly repaired damage he sustained from Leviamon, which causes his vocalizer to occasionally glitch out and start spouting random words, phrases and error messages at random intervals. This can usually be fixed by giving him a hard knock to his chest.

Processor Frag: Tartar extends his hacking cable and attaches it to the opponent. He then fragments the data for one of the opponent's moves, rendering it unusable for the rest of the thread (the fragmented data will eventually repair itself after the thread). Once per thread, but is refreshed if the affected move is somehow restored (and deleted move is restored if Processor Frag is somehow refreshed). Cannot delete OPT abilities or affect higher-level Digimon, but can delete passive abilities. Tartar must be aware of the move he is deleting.

Personality: Like the Digimon he was cloned from, Soundblaster, or Blaster for short, is rather cold and unemotional. He fulfills every task he is given to the best of his ability, and never disobeys a direct order. He is not bothered in the slightest by the fact that he’s considered a failed clone as long as he can be of use to the Xros Army. In order to compensate for lacking Soundwave’s natural telepathic abilities, Soundblaster has modified himself to be more of a frontline fighter compared to his progenitor. He will never admit it out loud, but he has grown fond of the various Kamen Rider shows after Cecilia repeatedly dragged him off to watch them with her.
His voice sounds like it has been run through a vocoder but sounds more synthetic and mechanical than Soundwave’s voice. Unlike Soundwave, his mannerisms are noticeably less robotic and his speech flows more organically.
Personal History: Soundblaster is a failed clone of Soundwave the Ballistamon, created by Tartar. While he did not turn out as anticipated, lacking Soundwave's natural telepathic abilities, he is still useful enough that Tartar decided not to dispose of him.

Arrogant people who act like they’re better than everyone else will usually find themselves facing either her spear up their nose, or her spiky boot up their rear end.
Rebellious Teen – Likewise, Belle basically embodies the ‘rebellious teen’ stereotype, being rather immature, overdramatic, and more or less just doing whatever she wants. She does have a very close relationship with Cecilia, who she sees as a sister of sorts, making her one of the few individuals Belle actually gets along with on a regular basis.

Personality: Soundwave is mostly emotionless and logical, acting and speaking like a robot most of the time. He is not one for social interactions, and prefers to fade into the background and let others do the talking. When Soundwave does talk, he usually speaks in short, clipped sentences with a mechanical, monotone voice. As the Xros Army’s spymaster, Soundwave is very observant and analytical, always gathering as much data about his surroundings as possible.
Soundwave is also an extremely loyal individual, following any orders from his superiors without question. He will never abandon his comrades, nor would he ever even CONSIDER betraying them of his own free will.
The Ballistamon also shares a rather touching relationship with his partner, Laserbeak, whom he shares and almost symbiotic relationship with. The mechanical bird is just about the only thing that can actually elicit an emotional response from Soundwave, and hurting the little guy is the fastest way to earn a spot on the top of Soundwave’s hit list.

Soundwave is the only one Laserbeak doesn’t act flippantly towards, as the duo share a very close bond.
The Laserichmon is a grouchy and irritable individual who dislikes being touched by anyone but Soundwave and will bite anyone who tries. He also takes advantage of his inability to be understood by mocking and insulting people, with most people being completely unaware that he’s doing so.
Laserbeak doesn’t remember very much of his previous life as Noisemaze the Soundbirdmon, due to the reformatting process that saved his life also affecting his memory, but he isn’t very bothered by that fact. His current self is all that matters, to both him and Soundwave.

-Mobile Transport (non-combat passive): When not actively fighting, (Gran)Locomon can be used as a mobile base, capable of traveling as fast as an Ultimate-level vehicle in order to transport the rest of the Xros Army. (Gran)Locomon can travel on train tracks if there are any, but he can also generate his own tracks beneath his wheels if he wishes. His self-generated tracks can even be used to allow him to travel over water or across chasms without falling or sinking (although his engine and passenger cars are water-tight, so he could travel underwater if he wanted to).
-Armor Shift (non-combat passive): When not in combat, GranLocomon can transform his body to look like a regular Locomon, in order to appear less intimidating or hide his identity. This transformation is purely cosmetic, although he'll need to transform back into GranLocomon in order to use his named attacks.
-Battle Express (passive): GranLocomon's external armor is tough enough to increase his defense by 50%, but also light enough to not hinder his speed at all. He is a train, though, so his evasion is still reduced by 20% (trains aren't the most maneuverable when they aren't going in a straight line, after all).

-Flash Eye: The yellow jewels on Jewelbeemon's body suddenly emit a brilliant light, temporarily blinding everyone in a 50m radius and reducing their accuracy by 50% for two turns. 4 post cooldown.
-Hit-and-Run Tactics (passive): Jewelbeemon's fighting style primarily revolves around quickly striking his target's weak points, before immediately darting out of range of any possible counterattacks. However, a flaw of this fighting style is that he does leave himself open enough that any enemy attacks that do manage to connect will deal more damage to him than usual. (+25% speed and accuracy, -20% defense)
