AEGIS_Commandramon: Many, perhaps all digivice holders agents have recently been sent a message telling of digital world portals appearing outside of Japan. According to our analysts, decrypting the sender's information is going to be a slog. However, they are convinced that the files attached are genuine working digiports. Attempts to reverse-engineer the technology for this one-use portal with coordinates across the planet are underway.
In the meantime, we encourage all available Division II agents to take one of these portals and assist the effort to locate these supposed portals. We do not know who else may take up these calls, and there could be consequences if someone untrained or indiscreet commits an error. While the human world outside of Tokyo, Japan is not our jurisdiction per se, we are anxious that no similar institution abroad may exist and resources for maintaining the secrecy of digimon are lacking. This falls within the scope of our mission; if digimon become too well known anywhere, they will become known everywhere including Japan. If any authorized AEGIS agent takes the call, we will arrange and compensate for travel back to Japan.
We understand that not every agent may simply travel thousands of kilometers outside of our jurisdiction on such short notice, and so this is a completely voluntary request. If you accept, check in with myself or Division Leader Tadayoshi Teppei before you go.
