Adding three more Xros Partners, as well as their three respective X2 forms. I'll edit them in.
Partner Name: Ocea, the Aqua Dancer
Gender: Female
Personality: Ever since Ocea was a twinkle in the starry skies, she knew that she wanted to be a performer, standing on the grand stage of life and become an inspiration to the masses. And Ocea shows that by maintaining a sunny disposition, never getting too heated or bothered by those that would antagonize her. As a sea-dwelling Digimon that's learned to be graceful even on land, Ocea is a firm believer in effort over talent, and can get annoyed when others around her give up on their goals by stating that they're "just not good enough".
But this also means that Ocea can be a bit pushy at times as well. As she's a firm believer in hard work, she also believes that time shouldn't ever be wasted. She's a bit more energetic that most though, so she can be a bit too much for other people to handle. But so long as the people around her are comfortable, or happy, or at least trying to improve themselves, Ocea can be content with herself.
Supposedly, Ocea was born from the dying wish of a Hawkmon that was stranded at sea and attacked by an aquatic hunter.

Personality: There is only one thing that gets Baron out of the sack in the morning. His unending quest to control the powers of flame completely an utterly to his every whim. He can be a tad bit narrow-minded in that regard. His entire existence seems to be the acquisition of more power. Which is totally a healthy thing to have, right?
Because of this, Baron is fairly studious and introspective, always willing to try new things in the hopes that he learns something useful. Though he tends to give up easily if he fails to get any immediate results, so he tends to bounce from hobby to hobby fairly frequently. Incidentally, he's become quite the jack of all trades as a result.
Because Baron is straight-laced and studious, he sometimes has difficulty working with other people, especially if they're the more laid-back sort. However, if someone proves to be useful he'll learn to tolerate just about anyone.
Supposedly, Baron was born from the dying wish of a Patamon that died trying to rescue his comrades from a burning building.

Gender: Male
Personality: One of the more laid-back of the Wishing Stars, Digsby's ideal day involves crawling into the dirt, taking a nap, waking up, then taking another nap. So many people around him are always so busy, they never get the chance to relax, you know? Naturally, this attitude puts him at odds with many of his comrades. Not that Digsby lets that bother him very much.
Even so, one thing that Digsby doesn't slack off on is safety. He's a stickler for taking the right steps to staying safe. The well-being of other people is very dear to him, and making sure that other people are okay is more important than actually solving the crisis at hand. Again, this part of him can cause some conflict with other people around him.
But Digsby doesn't mind it if people dislike him, so long as they're alive and well to hate his guts.
Supposedly, Digsby was born from the dying wish of an Armadimon that found himself trapped in a tunnel collapse and starved, his thick hide too durable to be quickly crushed to death.
