Name: Bit of a Slump...
MPC Scenario: Your character's hit a bit of a rough patch for some reason. Nothing they do seems to ever have any success, and minor inconveniences always seem to stop them in their tracks at every corner. Be it bad luck, a curse, a really unfortunate sequence of events, or perhaps even karma brought about by their own careless actions, your character seems to have trouble with even the most minor of tasks. So how does your character deal with this recent string of misery? Do they just barrel through it in the hopes that the bad times will pass sooner or later? Do they rely on every superstition under the sun to end their misfortunes? Or do they rely on others instead, knowing that their bonds with their friends and partners will overcome any kind of inconveniences that may come?
Requirements: As always, all Monthly Roleplay Challenges require 1000 words to be graded. You may do this alone, or with friends, as long as the thread contains at least 1000 words by all participants. That is to say, if you have multiple participants in a thread, everyone has to make at least 1000 words in total.
