Team Name: FBW
Team Ideal: Freedom/Support
Team Ability:
First Team Ability:
[Active]
Friendship Belies Weakness - Up to three targets gain a 75% Power boost to their abilities, enhancing the strength of their attacks and healing! If this ability is affecting someone that is not a member of Team FBW (Or their mercenaries), this boost becomes 100%, instead! This boost cannot be removed except by another OPT effect.
Duration: 5 Posts
Cooldown: Once Per Thread
Second Team Ability:
[Passive]
Fairness Bestows Worldliness - Whenever the user attacks with or would get hit from an ability, they can nullify one passive ability from the opponent that they're vaguely aware of, but only if it could affect the outcome of the ability in some way. For example, this ability can ignore a passive buff, or an effect that nullifies defenses/immunities. Passive effects that would trigger AFTER dealing or taking damage cannot be nullified. Only one effect can be nullified a turn.

Team Attack:
Focused Bonding Will - Several spectral strands of light form between all FBW members present. All current movesets of all Non-Mercenary FBW members present become available for every other FBW member to use, essentially forming one giant, shared moveset! Only applies to Active Abilities, and the power scales to the Digimon using the ability. If an ability is used, then it goes on cooldown as normal. Remember to communicate with your teammates when using their moves, because you don't want to use an ally's OPT ability if they were planning on using it themselves!

Base Location
Base Thread / Base Subboard - Currently, their base of operations is from a small campsite near the edge of the Shining Sea. That's scheduled to change eventually, but that's what it is for now. Besides, the team's base is more focused around communicating on the Tamernet than being in a centralized location.
Recruitment: None, really! All you really have to do is say that you're a member and then you're in! Oh, but if you don't officially sign up, you won't actually have any team benefits, of course! But even if you're on another team, or don't want to officially join a team, FBW is open to as many unofficial members as possible! And if you find something that you want to do beyond FBW, that's fine, too! No matter what team you join, we'll always be there to help when you need it!
Leadership: Nanami Hanabana is technically the leader... but that's more of a figurehead, really... for like, paperwork and stuff. But there isn't a chain of command or anything! So long as you're helping someone out, who cares who's calling the shots? FBW functions more as a forum or information network than a structured organization.
Rules: There are 3 Rules you must follow when in this organization!
1. If you ever see someone in need of help, even if you don't think you'll be much help, don't ignore them! No one's perfect, of course, and sometimes when you try to help someone, you only make things worse! But when that happens, just try and make things right, even if it's just a tiny bit!
2. While you don't have to advertise your status as a member or try to recruit others, but if someone specifically asks if you're part of FBW, then you have to be honest! We're trying to help people, so being all secretive about it would just be silly, silly!
3. FBW wants everyone to be free to their beliefs, and that includes the meaning of the team's name. Never ask someone what FBW stands for, and if someone asks you, you must never tell them what it means to you! If you want someone to know what the team means to you, show it with your actions, not your words!
- And while this last one isn't a true rule, remember that even if you're part of a team that's centered around helping people, when you're struggling, don't forget to ask others for help!
History and Details:
Quote from the founder of FBW, Nanami Hanabana (Proofread, spell-checked, and revised by various sources)
"I'm not really good at this kind of stuff. Actually, I'm not so good at anything, really. And I don't think I ever will be, but isn't this world amazing? I've met a whole bunch of wonderful people in the world! From superheroes, to generals, to ninjas, and pirates and princesses and everything! I know I'm not really anyone special, but I've met so many people in this world who are! People who can definitely make the world a better place if they put their minds to it! So I wanna make a place where everyone can go to make themselves better, and where everyone, whether you think you're special or not, can help each other improve! Because no matter how great you are, everyone needs help from time to time! And I want to make a place where that help can be found! So even if someone like me would be forgotten about not long after I die, I want to leave behind a place where anyone can be find help and help someone in turn, whether it's the youngest baby to the strongest, most bravest Digimon in the world! So please! I know I can't do it on my own, so please help me make this a reality! And though I can't do much myself, I promise to help you with yours, too!"
- OOC ari here. I've noticed a lot of fence-sitters when it comes to teams - myself included. I wanted to design a team that functionally gave its members the same autonomy as someone who's not part of a team, both in-character and out-of-character. What's more, the design of the team ability itself is to promote and encourage further team activities, which I feel tends to be underutilized.
However, creating a team that's literally just outright better than not joining a team seems kind of scummy, so there are an unwritten ground rule. Well, I guess it's being written now, so it's just a ground rule now. First off, if you're an evul person looking to do evul things 'cause you're just so evul, unless you're playing some long con where you're pretending to be altruistic (if you are, please inform me of that BEFORE you sign up), you're not gonna be welcome. I'm not personally fond of Alignments, but for simplicity's sake, think of FBW as Neutral-to-Chaotic Good in values. Respect others as much as you can, but ultimately doing what you think is the right thing is what's most important.
Members: In order to keep things neat and tidy, if you're going to join, please either PM me on discord, or message this account informing me of your interest.
