Beta stood straight, her hood up and her face twisted in what seemed at the moment to be anger, as energy seemed to dance around her for some moments as she snarled trying her best to force something out. "That's right, Let it all go. Let your anger flow through you, empower you to reach new heights. Let it all out don't hold back." A Weregarurumon X stated standing next to the Hackmon, arms crossed. This was her current teacher for now named Ro. Watching the Hackmon attempt to unleash all the power she had stored up in her body.
Stomping her foot Beta let out a loud cry letting the energy flow through her before it all of the sudden just stopped, leaving Beta gasping for breath for a moment staring at the ground. "Ughh, I don't think I can. I just can't get into a mindset to be angry at the moment." Beta sighed looking down at the ground, if she was honest, she was still feeling really bad about how she reacted to her twin and Ciel, in that moment she definitely did have the anger she was trying to show now but it still just wouldn't come naturally, she couldn't force it out even while thinking of the things she hated.
"Your emotional state is probably affecting it for now, it's too late to do anything about it now you'll just have to rely on the new skills you've learned so far." Ro mentioned walking over to the Hackmon, patting her on the head before walking past towards his little house in the middle of the woods. "Anyone who responded to my request should be arriving soon, the directions I gave them were straight forward enough. Though I must admit letting others know where my house lies does make me a tad nervous." It was simple directions, from the back of a clinic leading towards the forest, straight forward until you hit a house.
"That's something I've been meaning to ask, why are you trying to get me to learn this technique? Aren't you going to be the one going with them?" If he was going with them, then those who were fighting shouldn't have any trouble. From sparring with Ro, Beta knew he was pretty strong. Maybe it was a just in case thing.
"Oh right, I didn't tell you. I lied on the mission request." Ro mentioned casually as he grabbed a bottle of water. "I figured whoever saw the request would see that I mentioned you'd be left behind over here, we're going to switch that and I'll stay behind in case they try anything. Either that or try to get you while we're all distracted." Oh, well yeah that made a bit of sense, though one look at Beta would tell she didn't think the same.
"Are you sure? I don't really think I'm in the mindset to fight at the moment, much less lead others around here." While training was fine Beta still wasn't too keen on taking anyone on, he confidence had been all but shattered after learning she was just a broken half of another digimon. Though Ro seemed to understand that as he added.
"You told me that you can't back down, this will be the perfect thing to hopefully get your confidence back up. You said you'd fight for your right to exist, this is your moment to do that. Swallow your fear, let your power guide you." Despite his slightly harsh tone it was probably something Beta needed to hear.
"Alright, Ok. I can do this. I'll fight with everything I've got." With that the two of them sat and waited for those who answered the call, Beta took some deep breaths to steady herself, she had to focus if she was going to get through this.

Kazumi sat quietly in her seat from within Koko as the large Komondomon made their way not only fast but surprisingly stealthily through the Server Woods. They were there to meet up with this digimon called Ro. Though they didn't know who this was this Ro seemed to be having great trouble with some digimon tormenting children. Vemmon noticing his general looked in deep thought then said "Are y-you okay, Kazumi. Y-You look lost in thought. Is it t-this job?"
Kazumi looked over at the soft spoken bug and smiled before she said "You know me all too well, Vemmon. Yes this mission has me worried. After all what if this threat is something none of us can handle?"
"T-Then while doing this job we'll have to be very careful." Vemmon said with his version of a smile.
Then Koko spotted something ahead and proceeded to slow down before they said "We have company ahead. I recommend being ready for trouble guys." Kazumi opened one of Koko's windows and leaned out of it with Vemmon at her side them soon seeing what looked like a WereGarurumon X and a Hackmon.
"Looks like you are right, Koko. Maybe one of these digimon is Ro." Kazumi said bringing out her Xros Loader before she pointed it out the window and said "Gaomon, realize!"
Shadow appeared next to Koko as the large digimon came to a cautious stop and opened their door. Kazumi closed Koko's window before heading to the door and she and Vemmon cautiously stepped out of the large digimon before Kazumi called out to the pair as she said "Hey over there. Are one of you named Ro? We heard about your need for help."

There was something about this particular mission that stood out to the Guilmon that called herself Gihai, and that was pretty simple. It concerned a friend of hers, a friend that while she hadn't spoken much to since the day they met, she had still put her life on the line for before.
Shouldn't really take a detective to figure out that Gihai was absolutely willing to throw the gauntlet down for Alpha and Beta once more, really. After all, they were birds of a feather! Right?
Horus was indisposed, sadly, so it was just Gihai and Roche today--the latter was admittedly curious as to who Beta even was given how much Gihai would not shut the hell up about them, so...that settled that.
The moment they came into sighting of the meeting place, Gihai immediately rushed over to her friend! "Hey, been a while! How's it going? And...uh...Where's Alpha?" As Gihai isn't an omniscient force that sees solos happen, that might have been an awkward way to start this off.
The Gammamon meanwhile padded up behind Gihai. "...This is the meeting spot for the mission, right? My lady's need to say hi aside..."

Well when the others arrived Ro had to admit he didn't expect them to come in something like that, one of those vehicle digimon it seemed to be. Though definitely not the most stealth oriented option he wished they'd be there was a small understanding that the one they were hunting knew they were after them, perhaps then stealth isn't the most optimal choice, nevertheless it was too late for take backs regardless so best work with what he has. "Aye, Human huh. Haven't met much of your kind I'm afraid but if you're willing to assist that's enough for me." Not many humans tended to wander this far out into the forest, even less made it around his home, Beta gave a small slightly shy wave.
Though that initial shyness was overcome the second another group come through to assist, the same green Guilmon that had helped her before! "Oh, Gihai! Yeah I suppose it has, sorry things have been a pretty bad lately." That was one way of putting it and, though the question of Alpha was a bit awkward it was a valid question considering their twin nature. "I, I don't know where he is. Something really bad happened and after it happened, we argued, I got mad and I... Hit him... After that we split up and I haven't seen him since." Yeah it was pretty clear she was still really upset about that, her normal cheery demeaner darkened as she retreated into her hood like her brother used to do. But after a moment she showed her face again, albeit with a slightly forced smile. "But it's not all bad, I've gotten a lot stronger since we met and now, you're here! It's nice to see a familiar face."
As that was going on the Gammamon asked if this was the meeting spot. "Indeed it is, there was supposed to be one more but this will do for now." Addressing the whole group Ro took a moment to compose his words in his mind before he started. "I'll keep it brief, that bad thing Beta just mentioned is related to this mission. A Myotismon is hunting both her and her brother Alpha, If they get them, then they'll force the two of them to combined bringing back their previous reincarnation... But destroying the two of them in the process." One look at Beta's face was enough to confirm he wasn't lying about that, letting that sit for a moment Ro would continue.
"As for what you're here for today, I've caught glimpses of a digimon stalking my home, keeping tabs on me and Beta. As you most likely saw in the request, I said I would be accompanying you in finding that digimon, this was a lie. Beta herself will be joining you. I imagine whoever is hunting her has seen that request and will most likely move in to act while they assume she is here unguarded, however they will find me instead while you all go and attempt to capture the one who was keeping tabs on us, capturing the one they are relaying the information to is ideal but not required." With that brief summery out of the way Ro crossed his arms, letting the information sit and for any questions or concerns they might have.

Things got more interesting as a green Guilmon named Gihai arrived with her Gammamon companion named Roche. Then she asked about where a digimon named Alpha was only for the Hackmon Beta to reveal she had gotten into a fight with her brother. Apparently this Gihai also knew Beta and her brother as well.
"I understand if you are hesitant to believe me but my army and I are here to help with this mission." Then she turned to Gihai and Roche and said "It's nice to meet you two as well. I see you seem to know this Hackmon."
Kazumi and her forces listened patiently as Ro explained the mission and things were definitely bad as it seemed a Myotismon was pursuing both Beta and her brother to bring their existence to an end by recreating their previous reincarnation. This seemed to puzzle Vemmon and the soft spoken bug then asked "H-Hey. Excuse m-me but what is so special about their previous incarnation that this M-Myotismon wants to end the lives of two innocent digimon?" It was indeed a good question and though blunt, apparently Kazumi had rubbed off on him, it was as polite as he could manage.
So Beta was going with them not Ro. That made it easier to keep her safe from this Myotismon and Kazumi glanced briefly at Koko before she turned to look back at Ro and said "Probably is for the best she will be with a group and if things get out of hand then we can climb inside Koko to retreat. For their size they are very fast not to mention manuverable."
"I agree capturing the one keeping tabs on us would make things easier to get Beta back with her brother with minimum trouble." Shadow said contributing to the discussion for the first time. To him this mission was no different than keeping an ear out for Lady Lalamon. Right now she was safely inside Kazumi's Xros Loader so all he had to do was take care of everyone else. Despite being blind he could still easily do that especially since he had help.

Gihai and Roche alike remained quiet as Beta quickly gave the deets on what had happened, and...Yeah. That did sound pretty rough. "...I'm sure it's something that can be mended in due time. Don't stress out about it, I'm sure he's fine wherever he is." Gihai's tone was quiet. Empathetic in nature.
Roche meanwhile nodded to Kazumi. "Well, yeah. Lady Gihai fought on her and her brother's behalf in the past. Pretty good friends, from what I can infer." Yet the siblings were...two pieces of a whole?
"An inseparable whole..." Gihai mused. "That's no good. I refuse to allow that to happen. Either way, it's a good plan. Trap one while leaving the other unprepared for what'll actually come by. Any idea what sort of Digimon the target might be? Capabilities?" The Guilmon inquired, tail swaying.

"I hope so, I do regret doing that I was just, so frustrated. A lot of emotions I'm not really used to experiencing." Though for the last part of what Gihai said Beta did gain an actual smile for a moment. "I'm sure he's fine, he went with our guardian Ciel. She'll protect him I know she will." Beta did recall she also got mad at her as well, but best try to keep spirits up instead of bringing them down, right? Focus on the good.
"It's not due to a lack of trust, I have no prior experience working with humans in general, don't get much of your kind this deep into the woods. Just do what you can and that'll be enough for me." his voice was pretty calm all things considered, almost seemed like he was used to organizing things like this. "As for your associates' question, I don't know if this would've been before you or your partners time, but a while back there was a Jesmon with red eyes, he was well known as a quite famous Hero. And as you can see from Beta her eyes are the same." Gesturing over to Beta for a moment, even in the darkness of the forest her eyes seemed to glow brightly. Red just like Alpha's. "To what end? Well, that's what we're trying to figure out now. Though doesn't matter to me much on why they want to, regardless of their reasoning I won't sit aside and let a kid go out like that. But ultimately, it'd help out knowing what to expect." There seemed to be a small hint of anger in his voice as he mentioned that part, but it quickly smoothed over back to his calmer tone.
Beta's face was a bit, off. Eyes following to the ground while Ro mentioned that part, even hearing it now after having some time to let it sink in made her core sink. "Yeah, I don't really care about the reason. There's no excuse to do this to me and Alpha. I'm sure he's fighting as well so, I'll do my best." Her voice slowly got more confidant as her sentence went on till, she seemed slightly back to her normal self. Either that or resolved enough to keep her emotions in check for the mission ahead.
"We don't know any information on who they're relaying the information to, but we do have some idea on the one actually stalking Beta. It seems to be a champion level or at least armored champion, stealth seems to be their forte so you'll either have to figure out how to locate them or draw them out of hiding somehow." Ro mused for a moment scratching his jaw before adding something. "I doubt the one you're looking for is any stronger than champion though, nor the Digimon they're relaying the information to. They seem to be waiting for a moment where I'm not around, so I doubt they have any power beyond that. If they had they could've easily just fought me and took her. Which also would imply that they may not be the best at fighting either." These mostly just seemed to be his own thoughts on the matter but at least to Beta they all checked out, after all they'd probably notice while following her that she couldn't access her Champion form at the moment.
"So we'll be searching around the areas we've spotted them, like Ro-Ro said they probably saw the message, so they'll probably try and make a move today. I can see perfectly in the darkness so if they try hiding in the shadows, I'll be able to spot em as clear as day." Well that would explain why Beta was going to be hunting instead of being the bait.
"While you search around, I'll stay here. If they try attacking here while they think only Beta is around. I can promise you they'll soon regret ever even trying." Well, that answered the questions so far. But Beta and Ro seemed to be willing to answer any more they might have on the matter.

Kazumi then smiled at Roche before she said "Sounds like it will be an honor to work with you and Lady Gihai." When Gihai asked about the target it made sense seeing as they needed to know what they were up against.
"D-Don't worry. If w-we work together I'm sure we can figure this out." Vemmon said to Beta as if trying to cheer her up. The soft spoken digimon's voice was kind and genuine but that was just Vemmon in general. "M-Maybe after this is over you can reunite with your brother and guardian." At some level Vemmon felt bad that he would never have such a relationship with any of his siblings since they were no more than mindless death weapons and it made him feel bad for them.
When Ro mentioned not having much experience with humans Kazumi said "Don't worry I don't hold it against you yet, if you ever get curious, humans and digimon do have similarities. I've learned that being a xros general." Then Ro began to tell the story of a Jesmon with red eyes that was a famous hero before mentioning Beta having red eyes as well.
Shadow then said "It sounds like this Myotismon thinks Beta is some reincarnation of the hero. While possible eye color isn't a strong enough reason as many digimon have red eyes. What if the reincarnation isn't even a Hackmon to begin with. Without a sample of data from Beta and her brother as well as this famous hero none of that is proof enough to bother those kids." The blind Gaomon sounded just as angry as Ro. Yet Beta didn't seem to care the reason. Maybe she had a point since such reasons could be best left for another time.
So the threat was either a champion or an armored champion. While potentially tricky not such a big deal if everyone pooled their strengths. Then Shadow said "Sounds like this stalker is little more than a weak coward but I have tracking and trap finding abilities that might be handy for finding this guy."
"Yes. Shadow is quite gifted. For being blind he is not only strong but talented." Koko said wagging their tail in a method that could remind someone of an oversized puppy but at least they were being serious. If not their but would of been wiggling too.

...Was there an iota of pride at the title of 'Lady Gihai' being used by someone other than Roche? Maybe. But nobody was going to pick that out. The question had been dealt and the answer given. There was a quiet nod given Beta's way--one of empathy. Frustration was always an alien emotion to Gihai.
Shouldn't be surprising that it went the same way with Beta.
"I've...heard of the Jesmon With Eyes of Crimson before. Mostly as a tale of the lower world. Yet I had dismissed it as mere folklore, given...any Digimon can rise to the mantle of legend." Roche noted, the Gammamon's eyes being drawn towards Beta. The same shade of crimson described in the legend of the red-eyed swordsman.
Gihai had also been peering towards her friend, a quiet 'oh' escaping her. To her, this could really mean anything. That Beta may be descended from that Jesmon. Or was that Jesmon but reincarnated. Yet that would mean she wasn't...?
It mattered little. That someone was stalking Beta was unacceptable already. This could not continue. They would be snuffed out. End of discussion. ...Except, part of this felt...alien to Gihai. "Shadow and Beta would be a pretty useful combo by that logic...If we send Roche and myself with them, we'll most likely be able to root them out and be done with it in no time. I've got my own fair share of skills in tracking and observation, so...I guess our team for this is already pretty much made."
"Just a matter of when we want to head out, Ro." Roche nodded. "We're ready if y'all are."
