As a aquatic creature; Levi has greater skills in the water than out. This includes her swimming abilities, her ability to breathe underwater, due to her gills. Plus the ability to survive at deep ocean pressures.
While Levi is able to survive out of water, she is also as lot more duck-footed and clumsy on land.

Levi has above average senses; especially the sense of smell. Personality:
Levi is a friendly, kind-hearted, bubbly but rather naïve Digimon. Likable by most who meet her and often able to amuse those she meets with silly antics, if by accident or on purpose. Levi has a problem with language and diction. She speaks in an odd broken English language. As such, she will often confuse or mistake words for one another or just try her best to say it.
Due to her lack of knowledge about the outside world of the Digital World and especially the Real World. Often acting as a child, Levi is easily impressed by things that wouldn’t be impressive to those around her. Also, she tends to believe almost anything that she is told.
Levi’s predominant emotion would be great and incalculable happiness, in the sense of a great overwhelming brightness. She attempts to bring happiness to those around her. But, when needed, she won’t hesitate to fight to protect those around her that she cares about. Going along with her happy-go-lucky personality, Levi loves to spend time with other people, especially with humans. If she knows them well or even if she just met them. If alone, she will grow sad and become depressed quickly.
Spontaneity is definitely Levi’s middle name as she rarely if ever follows a plan or any orders. Although, if she does have respect for whomever it is, she may follow the plan or orders given to her. Levi always follows her heart, over her head. Mainly because she’s not the brightest bulb in the fish tank. She will always follow her gut emotion when trouble arises.
Humorously, Levi occasionally will use sea-themed language instead of normally spoken phrases, such as barnacles and bottom feeder when annoyed or as insults. Also Levi has a very large appetite as most Digimon tend to do. Although, she is pretty capable when cooking with fish. Anything else causes her trouble and will often end in a burned, charred item up in smoke. She has an iron stomach, and will eat and eat. She loves cooking for her friends and thinks that food is language of love. When outside of the water, Levi is notoriously duck-footed and clumsy. Also due to her lack of digits, fingers or even hands; Levi struggles to hold things and often resorts to using her sharp, shark teeth instead. Inventory:

While in the Human World, Levi utilizes a Holosuit as a disguise and to blend in. Although, she tends to use it in the Digital World, on occasion.
While in holosuit form, Levi is able to summon or vanish her shark tail and sharp teeth at will, but, she forgets most of the time...
Personal History:
Deep under the wide ocean of the Southern Tropics, somewhere between fifty to one hundred feet down lies the ocean metropolis known as the Sunken Elysium. Levi's DigiEgg was found by 'Gramps' the Regalecusmon and brought to safety in their home. When hatched, Levi was given her name and cared for like she was his actual child.
Levi lived in a settlement of fishfolk for the entirety of her life deep in the heart of the Elysium. They lived in a coral-built village. Her ‘family’ consisted of a wide variety of undersea digimon. The leader of the group, a wizened but old, though still powerful Regalecusmon. The elder who was known as the Ocean King, but also as ‘Gramps’, took care of any undersea digimon that crossed his path but didn’t have a home or family for themselves. Acting as their surrogate father, carer and guardian.
All in all, Levi has a good childhood with her ocean brethren. Although, she and the other members of the family were always forbidden to leave the boundaries of the Sunken Elysium. Due to a fierce battle fought by Regalecusmon in the past before he settled down and became a guardian. The fear of other Digimon had grown too strong and due to this, he feared not for his own life, but for the life of those he cares about. Gramps would also drive away any predators or warriors who wished to cause trouble in the village. Levi always wished to leave and explore the ‘world above’ and would on occasion attempt to do so, but would always be stopped. Only if she defeated Gramps in battle, would she be able to pass. Forty-nine battles later, and the score lies as Levi, zero. Regalecusmon, forty-nine. Although every time the margin between the two would lessen. As Levi grew stronger, thanks to the formidable training.
After many, many years, Regalecusmon became too ancient and elderly, weak and feeble to continue battling any longer. But knowing her master and guardian, her father and friend was nearing his end, Levi remained close to her father, alongside her other ocean brethren. A month later, Regalecusmon has passed and has returned to data and supposedly reformatted. Shortly after this, Levi was “chosen” by the Sunken Elysium’s new “king” who had usurped the throne, to guard a sacred stone forever more. She was then chained up to a large crystal deep in the heart of the Sunken Elysium and left there to “guard” it forever more in the shadows. At first she embraced this task, but, soon grew lonely and sad. Until, during a fight with a vicious Sea Digimon, she broke free from her chains and swam back to the village to find it in ruins. After which she left her home for the above world to search for answers...

Levi spits out several luminous, soap-like bubbles from her mouth. This does little more than slightly bother or distract for a second, any opposing Digimon.

While in this form, Levi has little-to-no fighting ability until she digivolves. Although, this form acts as a good disguise while in the human world, other than the holosuit. Abilities:
Offensive Abilities:
○ Bubble Burst -
Levi spits out several luminous, soap-like bubbles from her mouth. This does little more than slightly bother or distract for a second, any opposing Digimon.
○ Charging Chew -
Rushing forward, Levi runs forward, duck footedly. Then, jumps and takes a bite out of whomever she is attacking, whilst trying to hold on as best, she can.

Levi's fighting style can best be described as feisty but head strong. She often rushes into battle without much though to strategy or if she can beat an opponent. Especially if that opponent is hurting or even intimidating a friend. Abilities:
Non-Combat Abilities:

As a Undersea Digimon, Levi is able to breathe underwater, naturally. Thank you, gills.
○ Bubble Breath -
Using a variation on her Breath Bubble technique, Levi is able to temporarily give air bubbles over the heads of non-water breathers.
Passive Abilities:○ Bend that Water, Little Shark! -
Levi's innate ability to control and bend water makes her a tough opponent. As such her strength is 30% stronger!
As a aside, if Levi is without water, in a humid environment or dehydrated. Then, she is unable to use her water based techniques. Offensive Abilities:
○ Breath Bubble -
Levi creates a temporary bubble shield from her mouth or nose (eww) to block a attack from a rookie or below.

Levi throws her Trident at an opponent and guides towards them, using both her tail and the chain.

Levi creates a small sphere of pressurized water between her fins and throws it at an opponent. As it travels towards an opponent, the ball of water forms into a rampaging shark.

Poseidramon fights with pure rage and anger; literally putting all of her strength into strength. She utilizes her powerful water abilities even further in this form, unleashing monstrously strong attacks. Abilities:

Passive Abilities:○ Awaken! Apex Predator! -
Levi's innate ability to control and bend water grows even stronger on her evolution. Due to her new wild form and dragon-like rage; Levi's ability with water-based abilities rises 50% but her defences are lowered by 25%.
Offensive Abilities:
○ Hydro Hurricane:
Levi releases a huge torrent of water from her mouth straight up. It then spin rapidly in a circle, creating a giant vortex of water which encircles a opponent and swallows them up.

Levi launches a massive stream of highly-pressured water from her mouth at an opponent.

○ Shark and Destroy
Levi's body is enveloped in water which takes the form of a shark and she launches herself at her opponent while spinning and with his mouth open before biting them.

○ Surging Strike
Water swirls around and envelops Levi's hands and then she can use this water to shoots several small bursts – almost like a machine gun - at a distance of around 25m (~82ft) in diameter.

In this form, Levi tends to use her greater speed and power to release a furious barrage of attacks. While still feisty and headstrong, Levi is more wise in this form.
Also, once more, Levi utilizes water as her main weapon. All of the water for her attacks comes from her shuriken of water that lies upon her back and she is able to utilize it well and to great effect. Abilities:
Non-Combat Abilities:
○ Denizen of the Deep -
As a Undersea Digimon, Levi is able to breathe underwater, naturally. Thank you, gills.
Passive Abilities:○ Digimental of Honor -
Due to the new form taken after using the Digimental of Honor, Levi gains ninja-like speed, which is increased by 50% but her defences are lowered by 25%, due to the thinner armor.
○ Bend that Water, Ninja Shark -
Levi's innate ability to control and bend water makes her a tough opponent. As such her strength is 30% stronger! As a aside, if Levi is without water, in a humid environment or dehydrated. Then, she is unable to use her water based techniques. Although in this form, due to her water shuriken, Levi has a greater amount of water to utilize. Making it more difficult to dehydrate or run out of water. She can create almost limitless numbers of small kunai and shuriken out of water, using the larger shuriken on her back. Offensive Abilities:
○ Rushing Rain -
Using her the giant shuriken of water on her back as the source of water. Levi stretches out a sheet of water in front of her and from it, creates and fires a barrage of pressurized water kunai at opponents at around 25m (~82ft) in diameter.

○ Surging Shuriken -
Levi finishing move. She launches the giant shuriken on her back at an opponent which grows to a even larger size.

○ Shadow Strike -
Using her ninja abilities, Levi vanishes into shadows and then moves forward and strikes at a opponent, using a kunai or her shuriken with great speed.

Again, using her ninja abilities. Levi vanishes and replaces herself with a log. Allowing her to dodge one attack from the same level of below.

Alias: The World Famous Arch Wizard, known for their Mastery of Explosion Magic! (Or something similar)

Personality:
Hinoka can be described best as a strange mix of extrovert and introvert. Deeply troubled and somewhat unbalanced. She would often swap moods on a dime.
Hinoka gained a ‘delusion of grandeur’ believing herself to be higher than all others and granted great powers from the gods, themselves. Although, this merely came as a cry for help. A wish for herself to stand out above her siblings and be noticed by her peers and to be special. In short, she cast a shield around herself and created a world for herself.
In this ‘world’, Hinoka acts and believes completely that she is this amazingly strong, unbeatable wizard with powers that rival the gods. Personality wise, it made her unbelievably big headed and arrogant, cocky to the extreme. Boasting about her new found powers to cast explosions to anyone who would listen.
However, this is a very thin veil. As if anything was done that may break through this shield, she has thrown over herself. Be it from others or her surroundings, such as a terrible insult or something that casts doubt on her delusion. Or, from her own doing such as a result of her own clumsiness. The façade breaks, temporarily and reveals the true nature.
A sad and lonely digimon, who quickly seconds guesses herself instead of being incredibly rash. Emotional and quick to tears.
However, both forms of Hinoka are massively clumsy, immature and childish to the extreme. Quick to throw hurtful, prickly barbed insults in moments of stress. Hates to makes a fool of herself.
However, her worst trait of all is her incredibly fiery temper, which is almost explosive. When all is lost and all seems most bleak. She loses all sense and control of herself. Just wanting to break and rage because for a few seconds, it makes her feel better.

Although, she is also able to carry one average weight person with her, owing to greater than average strength as a Phoenix. But if she has used Explosion, she is unable to use this ability at all. OPT Active Abilities:
○ One Trick Pony -
Putting all her abilities into one thing... probably wasn't a good idea... but, that hasn't stopped her yet. Hinoka's OPT attack is 200% stronger but has to spend a turn to activate this ability. Passive Abilities:
○ Unstable Aura -
A aura can tell about about the 'mon! Hinoka has a aura which is wild and unstable like a burning flame. Flickering in and out as he power ebbs and flows. Increases the power of her Explosion by 50% but decreases ALL her other stats by 25%
○ Don't Know the Meaning of Giving Up!
You can't put a good 'mon down. But they're sure trying their best... Increases all Damage by 50% if she had been damaged prior to the activation of Explosion. Offensive Abilities:
○ Explosion! -
Hinoka chants a chant and a magic circle appears under her. Releases all of her energy, power and force through her wizard staff into one giant explosion.
