It appeared Leroy's question was lost as the mention of someone named Akio. Apparently one of Guys friends didn't show up. At least he seemed to have a good reason not to show up in the form of needing to study. Leroy laughed at Guy's statement about Haruki being a terrible friend before he said "At least there are worse things he could have been doing than studying. I mean sure it isn't my favorite thing to do but it is a necessary evil for the purpose of graduating no matter what grade someone seems to be in."
When Haruki asked what grade the twins were in Leroy blinked in confusion at the odd statement before looking at his twin and Hiroshi said "I think he meant how old are we, Leroy."
"Ah. Now that makes more sense." Leroy said in response to Hiroshi's words before turning to Haruki and answered "Hiroshi and I are sophomores in high school. In other words we are sixteen." Ren remaining silent didn't bother the twins. Maybe that was just how he was.
The announcer walking on the stage and shouting into the mic caught both Hiroshi and Leroy's attention causing the pair to turn to look at the stage. After awhile it seemed Leroy was getting amped as he grinned and bounced a bit. However with Hiroshi nearby the otherwise impulsive sibling was in check.

Guy hoped he didn’t accidentally ignore the twins as he was super excited to have them around. It was a modest crowd but with words of the announcer lifting them up including Guy’s friends he left with his parting words being, “Without further ado, Hyperbolic Space Cadets.” The crowd let out a cheer as the men and women of the band took their places on stage. After they were set the lead singer spun her way across the stage and to the mic. “Let’s Go!” The singer shouted as the music blared over the speaker.
The music was fast paced, having the crowd pumping their fists in the air with Guy and Haruki joining in, while Ren sang the lyrics. Guy remembers seeing the lead singer at school and she looked leagues better tonight, she was captivating the crowd. Guy looks to the twins to see their reaction. “I think I’m in love!” Haruki exclaimed confirming Guy’s earlier thought.

The modest crowd, Leroy included, was beginning to become more energized due to the words of the announcer. Heck even Hiroshi was beginning to bounce with enthusiasm as it was as if he felt the energy of the crowd itself as the announcer introduced the band being the Hyperbolic Space Cadets. As the crowd cheered and the announcer left the stage the men and women of the announced band took the stage with the lead singer taking ahold of the mic. Hiroshi smirked glad his twin wasn't singing cause he knew better than anyone that Leroy's singing voice was like listening to raw ear bleeding torture. Sounding like a dying cat was not an accurate description of Leroy's singing voice as that would have been a majory understatement.
Soon the music of the band blared over the speaker and the twins with their love of music both were caught up in the energy of the crowd pumping their fists. Over the sound of the music Hiroshi, with his sense of hearing being leagues better than Leroy's, overheard Haruki's exclamation of 'I think I'm in love!'
Without thinking about his words Hiroshi, who was standing closer to Guy than Leroy was, stated "Yes she is fairly attractive isn't she?"

“Yeah, she is so gorgeous tonight.” Guy answered. “They are killing it!” He continued. Ren let out a booming wow. Seeing how his friends and the twins were enjoying themselves made this all worth it.
A few songs in and the night had officially taken over, but it wasn’t completely dark thanks to the streetlights. Haruki and Ren complained that they were thirsty and wanted to go to the vending machines but didn’t want to leave at such an exuberating time. Guy begrudgingly agreed to go for them but only because he had worked up an appetite himself.
Guy turned to the twins to ask them if they would like to join him as he would like the company. His shouts sound closer to a whisper against the booming music he could only hope they heard him. “Do you guys want to walk with me to get some drinks for everybody? I might need extra hands.”

"Damn right they are!" Leroy exclaimed bouncing with more energy as if he was as energetic as the music itself. It was easily clear the implusive chaotic one of the twins was more than enjoying himself. A few songs later and Hiroshi took note that out of the corner of his eye that things were getting dark which explained why the streetlights were coming on.
Then when Haruki and Ren began to complain about being thirsty Guy volunteered to go and get refreshments. Both Hiroshi and Leroy's guts were beginning to gurgle. Apparently the infamous digimon appetite was presenting itself within both of the twins. When asked by Guy if they wanted to walk with him to get some drinks for everyone due to maybe needing extra hands, Hiroshi answered "I'm fine with walking to get some drinks."
Then Leroy said "Me too. Perhaps there might also be one of those vending machines with food in it too. I'm not the only one getting the munchies as Hiroshi is hungry too but hasn't said anything."

Guy nodded in satisfaction of the twins having a good time. But it had been a couple of hours the group was getting puckish. “Stay close.” Guy said as he lead the duo though the crowd and on the path to the machines.
As they walked a couple of girls and Guy overheard the conversation they were having. “It sounded so cute.” One girl claimed. “I think it was a baby fox.” The other replied. As the walked by one caught Guys’s attention and said, “hey, you should rescue the lost fox on the middle path.” Guy replied by waving his hand and nodding.
Guy turned to Leroy and Hiroshi and said, “what do you think? A little detour on the way back?”
Guy could still hear the music though muffled from the distance they’ve covered. He didn’t let anything slow him from getting to the vending machines. And then they came to an area split into five paths, including the one the team just came from, branching from a circle in the middle. The lights from the the machine shined on all sorts of goodies and beverages. “Go nuts, it’s on Haruki.” Guys said holding his friend’s card up.

Hiroshi and Leroy listened when Guy said to stay close following him past some girls who were talking about something on the middle path that sounded like a baby fox. One of the girls even asked Guy to rescue the baby fox and he nodded in response. When Guy mentioned a detour to the twins Leroy said "I'm cool with the detour as it seems the paths meet up."
"Though if there is a baby fox it seems odd since a fox's parents tend to be rather protective of their young." Hiroshi said scratching his chin in thought. Soon the group came upon the sight of multiple vending machines filled with drinks and edible goodies causing the twins eyes light up and when Guy mentioned it was on Haruki, Hiroshi said "Don't worry Leroy and I have money so Haruki doesn't have to pay for us. Besides we have huge appetites."
"Boy is that far from an understatement. Glad for the sake of carrying food that we carry bags for more than the purpose of carrying our everyday things." Leroy said as he was browsing some of the machines that had food but it was clear the choatic furry Shoutmon was listening to them.

Guy smiled at Leroy’s answer but was quickly left wondering to why the baby fox was alone. When the got to the vending machines he brought up the conversation to who was going to pay. He accepted that they were going to pay for themselves, and he was going to use his fiend’s card as he didn’t have as much as him.
Guy browsed the machines hand picking snacks stuffing them in his pack as he went along. Guy thought that they had a great selection of goods for a park. “Fancy.” He let slip from mouth. They really should have a meal but Guy shrugged it off as they were young and could handle one night of splurging.
Guy zipped up his bag and walked over to where twins were shopping. “Alright, I’m all done. Ready to go?” He said with excitement in his voice. He was ready to find the small animal thet was making those sounds.

Hiroshi took notice of Guy's reaction to Leroy's question as to why a baby fox would be alone and quietly was wondering the same thing himself. Hiroshi and Leroy may not know much about many Human World creatures except that some, like some digimon, could be fiercely protective of their offspring. So basically this didn't set right to the disguised scaley Cutemon leaving him now silently on guard.
Meanwhile Leroy was looting the various vending machines grabbing lots of different tasty goodies before moving on to the drink machines grabbing a couple of sodas for himself and Hiroshi. After stuffing all the food in his bag he walked over to his twin taking notice of how Hiroshi looked before spontaneously shoving one of the sodas in his brother's face catching his twin's attention as he said "Hey, bro. Here's your drink. Don't worry about the food as I took care of that before grabbing drinks."
"Thanks, Leroy." was all Hiroshi said in response to his brother as he took ahold of the drink that was in his face.
When Guy asked the twins if they were ready to go Hiroshi nodded quietly while Leroy excitedly exclaimed "Yup! Don't mind Hiroshi as he's also ready to go whenever you are!"

Guy started down the middle path at a slow pace making sure he wouldn’t pass the beast walking to fast. Hiroshi’s word’s left Guy wondering if they should call someone instead but opted out on it. “I don’t think the little guy has his parents around. Maybe it wondered from the forest around the mountain.” Guy said trying to put Hiroshi at ease.
Guy kept an ear out for whimpers and growls as he walked. He wanted nothing more than the safety of the creature. Soon enough he heard something… a growl of a baby animal. Guy moved slowly to the bush it was coming from and before crouching he took out a snack from his backpack and opened it. He used one hand to move the branches to one side to reveal a Dodomon, although Guy had no idea what he was looking at turned to the twins in confusion.

The group started down the middle path with Hiroshi and Leroy sipping at their respective drinks. That is until the twins, like Guy, started hearing the growl of a baby animal of some sort. When Guy moved the bush aside and crouched down with a snack soon a baby was revealed but not the baby fox anyone was expecting.
When Guy stared at the twins in confusion Leroy whispered to his twin "A Dodomon? Things not only have gotten more interesting but complicated as well. So how do we explain the whole digimon and monsters from a world parallel to the Human World thing."
Hiroshi just shrugged in response to Leroy's whispered question before figuring maybe just explain the truth and hope Guy wasn't the sort to freak out. Turning to Guy, Hiroshi said "How can I best explain this but that little one, while a juvenile, is from a world parallel to this own. Not only that but Leroy and I have more in common with the little one but than with humans. Basically what you are seeing with us is a disguise. Apparently the little one, in our world known as Dodomon, has no access to the devices known to digimon as holosuits which disguise a digimon's appearance so we can blend in."

Guy first wondered if it was it was a fat, hairy slug… with a face? No. That couldn’t be it. When he turned to the twins in confusion, he fully expected them to be as stumped as himself but what he found himself looking at was the twins whispering amongst themselves. Then Hiroshi turned his attention to Guy with a seriousness you couldn’t make up and explained not only the creature’s origins but the origins of themselves which caught Guy off guard.
Guy just for a second took in all the information he was provided and concluded that he wanted to capture it. He got so excited of this notion that he visibly started to shake. Guy steadied his hands to feed dodomon with the creature taking a bite. “You’re going to be taken care of as my new pet.” Guy whispered being careful not to scare him. Then the digimon rebutted with fire in its voice. “Im no pet!” The taking the rest of the snack cake.
Guy was caught off guard again by dodomon’s ability to speak. He turned to Leroy and Hiroshi but soon found himself realizing if they can talk so can all of them. “Okay Not A Pet, would you like to come home with me?”
“Do you have food?” Dodomon asked before deciding. “Yes and it’s safer than staying here.” Guy answered seemingly having convinced the digimon to come with him. Guy scooped up the digimon and put in his backpack. “Don’t make a sound for now. It might cause a sceen.” Guy told the dodomon.
Guy turned to the twins again. “Is this fine?” Guy aseked referring to him taking the creature home.

Guy seemed to take the whole digimon thing fairly well all things considered and when Dodomon said he wasn't a pet Leroy couldn't help but snort with laughter. Seemed the little guy had spunk. Then Hiroshi said "Dodomon has a point about not being a pet as most digimon, unless feral, are sentient beings like humans."
"It is not unheard of for digimon and humans to befriend one another. So Guy have you found any odd devices lately? Just curious." Leroy asked. Meanwhile both twins wondered if they should reveal their true forms as by the standards of the species their rookie forms were they were, let's just say strange. Both of them having dragon traits was quite the sight by itself.
"I think it should be fine as the little fellow seems like a nice enough digimon. At least he isn't all alone anymore." Hiroshi said in response to Guy's question regarding if it was fine to take Dodomon home.

"Oh so this little buddy is more like me than a wild animal. That's great! He's right he's not a pet he more like a brother." Guy theorized.
Dodomon hearing this from his newly made spiritual brother made him feel safe for the first time but didn't want to admit it so he just scoffed to hide it although no one could the tell this with him tucked away from the backpack. But in truth he was happy that he found someone that didn't want to eat him right off the bat.
Guy confused at Leroy's question at first but soon rembered the extra weight in his pocket that just formed out of nowhere when he picked up dodomon. He thought it was a oversight but he reached in and pulled out a something he had never seen before. He held it up to show the twins the device. "Like this? What is it?"
Although there was a concert going on there was no foot traffic down this path. Guy curious asked, "you said that you two were digimon. What do you really look like?" Guy braced himself for a monstrous abomination his imagination could muster up.

Thankfully Guy was taking the whole digimon thing well and after he brought a device that had recently formed when lifting little Dodomon it confirmed one thing for sure. There was no mistake. Guy here was a tamer as that digivice was as much as a confirmation as one could get.
"I know it must seem strange not only to hear about monsters from another world, but to gain a spiritual sibling in the same night. However I have a feeling you two should do just fine." Hiroshi said with a smile and Leroy smiled as well though the chaotic twin said nothing at the time.
Still they had to answer Guy's question regarding the digivice and Leroy decided to step up to bat as he said "That device in essence is your connection to the world my twin and Dodomon come from which is called the Digital World. To put it simply, it is a type of machine called a digivice. Now bear in mind depending on various factors different humans have different models of such machines."
Now when asked what they look like, this one was simpler as Hiroshi and Leroy glanced at one another for a split second before deactivating their holosuits revealing their true appearances. Hiroshi was not just an ordinary everday Cutemon on the service as his small pink body was covered in draconic scales instead of soft pink fur and between his long ears was a curious four inch long mohawk. Most odd of all was a draconic tail identical to Leroy's in shape and length complete with him having blue eyes.
As for Leroy he looked mostly like a typical Shoutmon except one curious detail of soft red and white fur covering his dragon body from head to tail. They were an odd pair indeed showing to both be half dragons based on appearance alone. Resting on Leroy's back was a large microphone though while Hiroshi didn't seem to be armed at all.
