Personality:
Marroc has a clashing personality. On one hand, he is a very logical thinker, taking the time to look at the whole situation and decide the best course of action with the resources given. It is not uncommon to find him taking twice the time to come up with a decision as his peers, but he is far surer of his choice when he does. It helps too that he has a strategic mind, having played too many of these kind of video games growing up.
On the other, Marroc is very in tune with his emotions. While usually a laid back, relaxed and friendly type of person, he has a hard time controlling the sway of his mood in relation to the world around him. He can fade from his normal mood to that of a largely distracted and depressed individual, or perk up to the likeness of a giddy and excitable teenager, very quickly, and often has to force himself to bring himself back to his normal mental state. These swings in mood sometimes derail his logical thinking, causing him to be spontaneous and reckless in his choices.
Marroc is a very caring and generous individual. He does not stand idly by when he sees someone in need of assistance, even if it is none of his own business. He holds the belief that in doing good deeds and helping out those less fortunate, he betters himself as a person and will eventually receive aid and good will in return when he requires it most. He is largely an optimist, and always sees the opportunities and benefits of the situation even if it is unfortunate or tragic, although he tends to joke about this in a sarcastic and realistic fashion.
Around others he is a bit awkward. He understands that many people do not see things the way he does, and isn’t always good at communicating what he is thinking or how he feels. This has led him to be somewhat stand-offish and quiet, and prefer a more solitary lifestyle. When in a group of people, he plays himself off as a bit of a laid back goof with a sarcastic sense of humor, although when times call for it he can easily slide back to a serious demeanor. He enjoys meeting new people and making friends, hanging out with them as often as possible, but often frets over whether he is a bother and hesitates to make repeated contact afterward,
Towards himself, Marroc is conflicted. He realizes he is who he is and enjoys himself, but often blames himself as inadequate when things do not go well. He understands that he cannot be friends with everyone, but for each person who turns him away he wonders what problems he has that he could not be friends with that person. This usually causes a negative fluctuation in his mood. Worse yet is when he fails to succeed in something he set himself to do. This will always set him in a sour, depressed mood, as he blames himself entirely.
Finally, Marroc’s heaviest belief is that of trust, and honor. He openly gives everyone he meets and gets to know his unrestricted trust, as well as withholds personal judgement of that person until a later time. To this end he will only speak the truth, and will keep his word to them no matter what happens. However, he expects the same in return. Words prove to be of little value to Marroc until those who speak them live up to what it is they say. Should they fail to do so Marroc re-evaluates how he sees them and how much trust he should readily give them, or if he should remain in contact with that person at all.
Appearance:
Marroc is a tall, broad-shouldered, Caucasian young man. He is in average shape, with only a little toning and a little bit of pudge on him. His hair is a short-to-medium length, with a shoulder length braid down the center of the back of his hair (Think a braided rat tail). His hair color is dirty blonde, but the braid is bleached white. To the front, his hair is swept to the side, and is kept in fairly tidy shape. His face is clear of acne, but has a porous texture to it around the cheeks and nose.
He wears prescription contact lenses most of the time, keeping his glasses at home for out of public view. He has greyish blue eyes, and sports a stylish soul patch and kempt chin beard for facial hair. He has no piercings, but a tattoo on his back of a shield that bears his family coat of arms with cracks branching out from it to symbolize its weight breaking his back.
He always wears a pair of jeans, usually blue or black. He wears a worn leather belt with a common buckle, and a pair of old Nike shoes in good condition. He often wears form fitting sweatshirts, and a thin but insulated jacket over top for extra protection in poor weather as well as pocket space.
To accessorize, Marroc wears a small black neck warmer that was given to him by his father as a Christmas gift. He also wears a smartwatch that is linked to his phone.
Personal History:
Marroc was born in to a broken family, and has lived a very harsh life. With his parents distant from both himself and each other, Marroc grew up with little to no parental attention, especially after his younger brother was born. His first run in with tragedy happened to him when he was three years old. His grandfather, the only person who Marroc was very close to, passed away on Christmas eve from a heart attack. The understanding that his grandfather was gone shell shocked Marroc, and his temperment vastly changed. The once fun loving little child took on a temper with an incredibly short fuse.
This did not help Marroc as he grew. Moving away from his home town for a few years as he entered elementary school. The new environment and people around him caused him alot of stress, and coupled with the ridicule and bullying that kids at that age do set him off on many occaisions. This of course amplified the bullying, casing him as an outcast amongst the children, and caused him no end of grief. Eventually, his mother moved back to his home town with him, and his dark moods seem to lift for a time. However, things did not change for the better and he was still bullied by his classmates. With his mood sinking deeper every day, Marroc grew a major case of depression and turned to suicide for an out. Committing almost five counts of suicide, and planning out the next, he didnt plan to live to highschool.
But nearing the end of the seventh grade, two events unfolded that changed Marroc. The first was his mother informing him that they were moving yet again, to a completely new town. Marroc's hopes soared again as the thought of a clean slate invigorated him that there was something beyond the horizon of seventh grade...if he could make it that far. The second event was the overflowing of his suicidal stressors that caused him to have a mental breakdown in the middle of his class. With the school now aware of how unstable his moods were, Marroc began to take counselling and sort his emotions out. By the time he moved into grade eight and his new school, he was determined to turn himself around and become someone new.
By the time he graduated, Marroc had succeeded in changing who he was to a degree. He still harbored the dark mentality he always had, but had learned to control and hide it from those who didn't know him well. His smiling, easy-going happiness earned him the recognition of his peers, even those who weren't close or friendly with him, and he felt his life began to take off. While his home life was still broken and a mess, his public life kept him from completely losing sight of himself, and the next few years passed by without problems.
In the eleventh grade, Marrocs dark personality was dragged mercilessly back to the surface by the girl he had taken as his girlfriend. Her wishy washy attitude and irresponsible blaming of him for everything tore across the dam that he had build to hide his darker side, and little by little his depression took over once more. Eventually, when she dumped him on exactly their one year anniversary, Marroc was frantically searching for an escape. With no close friends to turn to, as his ex and he shared mutual camaraderie, he sought solitude and took up smoking to help him relieve his stress. Keeping himself distant from all of those he had spend the past three years with, he began to lose his determination and became a snappish, grumpy, and lonely person until graduation. This did not help his worsening home situation, as his father moved far across the country, and his mother became increasingly nasty and hateful towards him due to his lack of effort in school.
Somehow, even through all of this, Marroc maintained passing grades, and was sent to college. He moved out of his mothers house, ready to live without having to worry about stress from family, and took up residence in a home with one of the few friends he had gotten to know in the past year. Here, having slowly developed past his depression of the messy relationship and back to his normal easygoing self, he maintained high enough grades to apply for a exchange program his school offered, having always been one who wanted to travel. Selecting Japan as his destination, due in part by friends telling him of how beautiful it was and in part by the large amount of japanese games and videos he watched, he packed up and headed out to Japan, to learn japanese and help teach english, and see the sights that were there.

Digivice: Marroc’s D-3 has an orange body and turquoise grips.
Partner’s Name: Þunor (Donar)
Default Form: Beetlemon (*When he gets there)
Gender: Male
Alignment: Neutral
Skills/Talents:
Speech: Donar is able to communicate with humans in their own language. However, his speech has a very insectoid accent and exaggerated S's and Z's (For a realistic idea of how he talks, think Waspinator from Beast Wars)
Scent recognition: Due to being an insect, Donar is naturally attuned to pheremones and scents. He is able to use this ability to track or detect individuals around himself.
Personality: Donar's personality reflects Marrocs, both logical and collected during battles. He can be more headstrong than his human counterpart, but does give the benefit of the doubt over to Marroc until the can settle their disagreements afterwards. He is strong and courageous, and sees himself as a shield to protect others rather than one to fight and cause pain. However, he has no issue doing the latter if it makes sense to him to do so.
Outside of battles, Donar is a curious and thoughtful sort. While not as outgoing as Marroc, he will speak his mind on matters he thinks are important, and thoughtfully debate and converse when appropriate. He often questions Marroc about the human world, having heard stories passed down through other digimon, and often speaks about wanting to see it. Deep down Donar bears a dream of understanding and becoming closer to humans through digivolution, as he is silently jealous of their form and evolutionary traits (Arms and opposable thumbs being top of the list). He doesnt share it with others, but he is rather self conscious about the fact that he is an insect. He knows that few of his kind have ever bonded with tamers, mostly out of the tamers discomfort with insects. And he worries that if his digivolutions make him more insectoid, Marroc might leave him, however unfounded these thoughts are.DIGIMON'S INITIAL EVOLUTION LINE

Discharge Fist (Melee) Gathering up electrical energy in his gauntlets, Donar punches his foe directly while the electrical charge jumps from him to his enemy.
Shell Curl In the need of defense, Donar kneels down and curls up, forcing the opponent to attack his more heavily armored back and helmet. While in this position, Donar is able to crawl, but is unable to attack without leaving the safety of this ability.
Thick Armor (Passive) Donar's code has a slight mutation in it, causing his armor to be thicker and heavier than that of other Beetlemon. This allows him to stand up to more punishment, however at the cost of mobility and speed.

Shellshock Boulder Taking a running leap, Donar curls himself into a massive ball and attempts to literally bulldoze his opponents with the sheer mass of his body.
Convex Lightning Charging a large amount of electricity in his horn, Donar remains stationary as bolts of lightning strike down from his horn in a close radius around him. He is so focused on this that he is unable to properly brace or defend himself for attacks, and requires a guard to properly protect himself from harm.
Quatro-arm Crusher Donar attempts to wrap his massive four arms around his opponent, Then attempts to crush their digi-bones through sheer strength.
Giga Shocker Using his horn as a focal point, Donar blasts a focused stream of electrical energy at his opponent.
Digivolves To: Hercules Kabuterimon X
**(For the sake of this post, I am going to refer to Donar as his name, because typing Hercules Kabuterimon X every time is a rather painstaking experience.)**
Appearance:
Mega: Hercules Kabuterimon X
Attribute: Vaccine
Family/ies: Nature Spirits
Type: Insect(oid)
Attacks: Barrage of Lightning Donar unleashes a salvo of lightning bolts in the general area of his foes. The lightning strikes randomly in a thirty foot circumference around Donar, and its duration is not always the same. These bolts of lightning are not predictable, as they are not a natural occurrence. Een Donar does not know where they will hit. This attack has a random duration between 1-3 posts, due to its random nature and the forces of weather around it, and has a 5 post cooldown. (The duration shall be specifically noted in the post in which this attack is used. I shall use a Random Number Generator to "roll" for how many posts this ability is effective for, and will take into account the weather conditions. Please see post script for more details and examples.)
Jolt Destroyer: Donar condenses natural energy from both inside his body and the air around him into an orb of pure electrical energy, which he fires at his opponent. Upon contact the orb expands somewhat and the energy escapes into an object hit by this attack. This ability has a three post cooldown.
Genesis Fists: Pressing his four arms together, Donar conducts and circulates electricity into his gauntlets until his fists themselves spark and flash in a flurry of electricity. He then assaults his opponent, each successful hit with his fists projecting electrical damage throughout his opponents body. Each fist is only able to do this once, and the electricity dissipates from his fists after two posts.
MJOLNIR: Should it be necessary to use pure physical force, Donar reaches up and removes the large horn standing out from his helmet. The horns weight and thickness create a largely effective hammer. This new weapon does not focus any electrical energy and has no special properties. If dropped, the hammer disappears. After the drawing of the horn from his helmet, Donar's armor slowly begins to repair and replace it. Donar is unable to draw a second hammer should one be formed. The hammer's durability is only as strong as that of his armor, and can be broken or affected by attacks.
Lightspeed: Donar channels stored energy into his legs, drastically increasing his speed and manouverability. This ability cannot do any offensive damage on its own, however it can be used to increase damage caused by body rushes or kicks. While this does drastically increase his speed, Donar does still move within the realm of visibility. The effects of this maneuver last 3 posts.
Charging Current (Passive): Donars armor is lightning resistant, absorbing electrical current that makes contact with it. This in turn allows Donar to recharge, lowering the cooldown time of his lightning attacks by one post. It is possible to Overcharge Donar in this fashion, which stuns him (rendering him completely vulnerable). It requires three posts of repeated electrical attacks to overcharge Donar in this fashion. The benefits of this ability DO NOT STACK. This means that the cooldowns can only ever be reduced by one post once Donar is hit by lightning.
This ability refreshes when Donar releases the stored up electrical energy in his body. He must use either his "Barrage of Lightning" or his "Jolt Destroyer" attacks for this to happen. Any other attacks do not refresh the cooldown as the energy discharged (if any) is too small to compensate for the energy he has gained.
