And they entered the portal. It was a seemingly short trip, and right after, the armor that Ryouta had been wearing just transforted itself into a Knightmon. Mana had to admit that it was something rather neat. So... apparently the Knightmon was some kind of mercenary, replacing Dracomon for the time being? She had to admit that she prefered the dragon any day of the week, but it wasn't as if she had toe choice in first place.
However, she was expelled out of her thoughts on a quite fast fashion by the appearance of a dragon-like visage, just in front of them. The girl almost yelped, but noticed that he didn't seem to be hostile. The girl sighed with relief as she scanned the strange digimon, only to see that he wasn't really scannable, and that the only data that was somewhat accurate was that he was part of the Dragon's roar family. Both her and Ayaka looked at him intently as he advanced, leaving three cards on the ground in front of them, as if inviting them to choose one.
"Um, well... I don't like the red one. It looks red and pointy, so I guess that the options are the blue and the green? The two of them look nice, but if I had to chose one... I guess that the green is the less mysterious one? And I like plants, they are usually nice".

"Hmmmm... green one it is, then?" Ryouta commented, taking the green card. The dragon in front of him reacted to the card picked and immediately looks a bit more clearer. White armor, transparent wings with the size as big as Greymon, but more lithe. However, it still covered by darkness. Another letter appeared on his hame and the type is known although for a bit.
Lu?idramon/Unknown Dragon Digimon/DR/Vaccine
The card immediately changed into something like a potion. What does this mean? Ryouta gave the potion to Ayaka. Smells of herb wafting from it. The effect seemed to be some sort of vaccine. Maybe it can help them to get into the city now? Maybe that will be a nice key to gain approval? One cannot be sure, but the disturbance now is gone and they're transported back to the altar.
"...What was that?"

Apparently, the dragon began to take form after they picked up a card? Saying that this was weird was probably the biggest understatement of history, but at least things looked better now or... something like that? She wasn't sure because everything looked to have so little sense that she was just both confused and perplexed at what was happening.
The digimon's information became a little more clearer, but its name was still an unknown for the girl. Maybe it was a digimon that was only present on Ryouta's subconscious? Or maybe it had something to do with the other Ryouta? She could only guess.
The card now changed after changing the dragon. A little flask, that Ayaka recieved from the boy right after he picked it up. It looked like something really weird, but... maybe it'd be something useful in the future.
And just like that, they appeared in the altar again, as if nothing had happened. Mana thought about Rea had told her beforehand, but did she want to undo this situation? It was too early to decide on that, but she hoped that she could do it if the not-so immediate consequences were bad.
"Beats me" she simpley answered to the boy's question, checking the priority meter. Were they finished in here?

"Well, I guess we should keep it. I mean, it can come in handy on one of the event here... We won't know what exactly would happened, but I think it goes like this... The sword probably would yield a weapon, the blue card probably would yield something like magic... but then again, I'm unsure... do you think some potion could probably win us the townsfolk's favor? It's definitely some sort of possibility that any of the three could help us, but in different way..." Ryouta assessed.
As for now, the priority on the x place seem has vanished. What's left is going back to the city. However, one thing for sure is that... Ryouta has lost the sword. Somehow, the Knightmon is no longer there. A great trouble... but at least Ayaka is here. Probably they need to sacrifice something for another? One cannot be sure, but this is just how it is. Now the priority is the same, minus the x now has been replaced with 'none at all', which mean this place is eventless.

Thoughtfully thinking about Ryouta's words, Mana nodded at the boy's sound logic. Truth to be told, there was no reason why they shouldn't keep the potion thing.
"Well, I think that I won't hurt for us to keep the thing. I mean, what's the worst that could happen? And if whatever happens, Ayaka will just help us out through it, so we don't have to be afraid of anything!"
Speaking of which, what had just happened to Ryouta's Knightmon? The last time she had checked, digimons didn't dissapear out of the blue, and that worried her a little bit.
"You aren't leaving without telling me first, right, Ayaka?"
If the fairy wasn't maybe the most serious rookie in this dream land, she'd probably be laughing really hard.
"I am not planning on being unexpectedly absent any time soon, Miss. We should stop losing valuable time and head to the next location, wherever that is. Shall we? We are running in a really tight schedule, if I recall correctly."
Truly glad to have her here, she she nodded before taking Ryouta's hand in hers and began to walk to the city, hoping that things would be alright there. The plot surely thickened, and she hoped she could keep up with it.
