Personality:
On the outside, Evan seems like dark, mischievous, and sneaky person. You would be correct on that assumption. He tends to be sneaky and cunning. He is also very vain and has huge ego, thinking that is a legend in his own mind. There is only one person that he cares about, and that’s himself. He doesn’t like to be correct and wouldn’t admit that he do anything wrong. He doesn’t mind helping people out, but only if there is something that he can get out of it. And that job can be either for good or evil purposes. Regardless, he focus on doing whatever job he is given and intend to finish it to the end.
There are very few people that Evan likes to be around, least of all children and people in law enforcement. He doesn’t really respect digimon either, not unless they could of some use to him. He does various mix of sneaky tactics and frontal assaults in battle. He would also run away and leave his allies hanging when things gets tough, giving out an excuse as to why he had to run away. Even when he lost, he always finds a way to seem like he is on top.

Evan has a skinny form with slightly pale white skin. He has spike hair that is actually white blond, but he dyed it red. He has a rather scary looking face with a long pointed nose and a wicked smile on his face. His has blue eyes he use to see things clearly. Though sometimes, he wear different colored fashionable sunglasses.
As for his usual attire, Evan would wear blue sparkle coat over whatever shirt he felt like wearing. He wears blue gloves and black pants. He usually carries a strapped on bag, mostly in the Digital World. The kinds of shoes that he wears are imported sneakers and boots. He strives to wear very flash and expensive clothes, which him easy to identify. As personal appearance is big priority to him, he tends to use some cologne, and slight amount of make-up on himself.

Eiji “Evan” Oshiro was born and raised in Shibuya. He lived a rather wealthy home with mother and father, who both ran a successful business. They never paid too much attention to their son, caring a lot more about work and making money. Evan didn't really care too much about it, only using his family’s social status to better himself with his peers. Wanting to save money from putting him in a private school, his parents put him in public school instead. He decided to give himself an American nickname to make him more popular. He only does average in school, but he always exaggerated his accomplishments.
When Evan was 17, his parents decided that when he was done with high school, he would help out with the business. He really didn't like that idea, so he left home and cut ties with his parents, living in his own apartment. Even though he doesn't have access to his parent’s money, he still kept up his appearance. In order to pay for his apartment, he had to engage in not so legal activities, namely various financial frauds. When did graduate from school, instead of going to college, he started to have his own private detective business. With his cunning detective skills (along with his financial frauds), he managed to make some good money. Still, he feels that he was destined for more.

He is about the same height weight, and skinny as his human form, but his finger and toes have sharp claws at the end. He has an spiky, angled head, still keeping his long nose and wicked smile on his face. He had long ears that he could use to hear things better. A blue stripe moved down diagonally from his right shoulder. He also has a long skinny tail with a forked end.

As ArchGhoulmon, his form is more humanlike, but still has the appearance of a demon. He has a slightly more muscular build and is taller than his previous form. He still has dark purple skin, but his elbows, hands, chest, hip, legs, and feet are cladded in red armor. The design of the armor has a yellow circle on each of the segment. He still has the same pointy nose and wicked smile. He doesn’t have a tail and the armor on his hands can retract three purple glowing claws at will.
H-Hybrid Spirit: ArchGhoulmon

He still has the same long nose and smile, but as for his eyes, his left one is larger than the other one. He has large wing on his back, allowing him to fly. He also has a large fork tail.
