Name of Mission: Dungeons and Mechs
Client: Giygas
Levels Needed: Any,but be warned that you WILL be taking on a Super Mega
Requirements:
Reward Offered: 100 posts or absolutely nothing in case of failure with some bonuses applying.
Plot Description: Giygas, better known by his real name; Giygas, has been feeling bored lately and his old hobby of sniping Pagumon with a slingshot loaded with conkers fails to entertain him any longer due to his targets learning to avoid him. Instead, he decided to host the biggest, most complex game of dungeons and dragons the Digital World has ever seen with a twist. Since there is no one interested in playing with him and patience was never his forte, Giygas decided to instead invite random players into the mansion for an extended session rather than multiple ones. That should provide enough amusement to him, but in order to spice things up further, he decided to offer a reward. If the players are able to beat him as the game master and complete their quest, a hefty amount of data will be rewarded to them. If they fail, then not only will they receive nothing but Giygas will teleport them to the Tundra and leave them stranded. Dying in the game will also trigger this.
Mission Description: The following fliers were scattered around Terminus.
"HEY YOU! Yeah, you. The assorted data reading this flier that you probably found laying around because I have no staples and the store is kind of a hassle for me because I don't feel getting dressed.
Are you tired of sitting around and wallowing in your existential dread all day? Do the words "teamwork" and "productivity" agitate you? Then I have just the thing. Lose friends and alienate people as you venture into a magical adventure (not really but it's a mental sort of thing, you will imagine the adventure.) into unknown lands and take on amazing quests to earn honour and redemption and whatever, I suck at pitching this but it will be fun.
I (Giygas) have developed a new and exciting game that's basically "Dungeons and Dragons" but without the dragons so I'm calling it "Dungeons and Mechs". The rules and concept are the same as the other game with some minor alternations. All you need to do is join me for an extended session and take on the colossal quest that I have in store for you. I promise the adventure will be harmless to your physical forms and will be filled to the brim with extensive lore and adventure. As an added bonus, if you can complete the quest and defeat the final villain, then I will personally reward you with a prize fit for a king (or queen if you're into that sort of thing). However if you fail... then you shall face eternal shame and possible death by hypothermia and/or Arctic themed Digimon, whichever comes for you first really.
Just be in the mansion of tears at the time and date listed below with your friends, any refreshments you might want and a light snack for sharing (no pretzels seriously)."
"Look, pointless dialogue."
The time and date were smudged off, but they should still be readable.
