Skills/Talents:
-Louis is a fairly average artist, but he makes up for his lack of talent with sheer enthusiasm.
-Louis is passable at most things he tries, but he remains steadfastly mediocre at everything besides art and baking.
-His one real love is baking, which he does a lot. His skills have become somewhat god-like; ask him to bake you something, and you can bet your sweet butt it’ll be delicious.
-After several years living in Japan, he’s picked up on the language enough to carry out conversations and the like. However, his kanji-reading skills leave a lot to be desired.
Personality:
Louis is a naive, innocent guy. He’s pretty cheery, always laughing and smiling even when nothing’s funny. He’s gotten in trouble for laughing at inappropriate moments, but he just can’t tamp down all the happy in his soul. But Sunny’s a little insecure, ‘cause he can’t really stand up for himself. Whatever his friends say he takes a little personal, and his friends say a lot. He’s the butt of all the fatty jokes they can think of, which hurts a little. But he brushes it off, ‘cause they’re his friends! They’re looking out for him! He couldn’t do anything without his friends.
Sunny is also a sheep. He’s extremely codependent and submissive, and he really does need someone to make sure he doesn’t accidentally walk off a cliff.. His dependency on others makes him kind of wishy-washy, and he can’t ever stand up for himself or others. He can’t say no to anyone, even if he wants to, and he tends to let others dictate his opinions for him. If it weren’t for some of the nicer kids looking out for him, his “friends” would probably ditch him in an alley somewhere.
Appearance:
Sunny has short, sandy brown hair that barely covers the back of his neck. It’s almost always scruffy and messy, despite his mother’s careful (and often forceful) grooming. He uses special shampoo to help with the tangles, but it doesn’t really work.
His eyes are dark green, and rather large and rounded. Coupled with his unusually long eyelashes, they make “the perfect puppy-dog eyes,” according to his friend Mike. Louis can only assume that’s a good thing.
His face is round and kind of feminine, and he’s super freckly and pale.
Louis’s a chubby guy. He’s not exactly out of shape... he’s just not exactly fit, either. He’s sort of all-around round, in his face and body. It’s hard for him to find clothes that fit him, so he wears a lot of his dad’s old collared tees and jeans. His favorite outfit is a bright yellow polo shirt and a pair of dark levi’s jeans. In colder weather, he grudgingly puts on a puffy blue coat his mother bought for him.
Personal History:
Louis has had a pretty cushy life. He’s lived most of his life in a high-rise apartment located in Toronto, Ontario, close enough to downtown to walk pretty much anywhere he wanted and and just high enough up to justify using the fancy elevator. It was a pretty nice apartment, too, with a 42-inch plasma-screen TV and three bedrooms. Louis liked that apartment, but he likes their current house too.
In Canada, Louis had a lot of friends. Of course, he still has a lot of friends, it’s just that his canadian friends didn’t make fun of him quite so much. They were all friendly and helped him study and made sure he ate properly when his parents were out of town for work and they really took care of him, y’know?
Louis had to leave his Toronto life behind when his mother, Carliah Kelborn, had to relocate to Shibuya after acting as a prosecutor in a court case against the Canadian Mafia. She left for Japan when Sunny was 13, with he and his father following a year later.
Louis was not happy about leaving. He cried a lot, he ate a lot, and his friends really didn’t know what to do with him. Eventually, they begged his father, Denzel Kelborn, to step in.
“Son,” he said. “We are moving to Japan. You can either pull yourself together, pack up, and move on with your friends still loving you, or you can act like a baby and be remembered as a whiny brat nobody liked.”
So Louis stopped crying, pulled himself together, and moved on with the words “don’t be a baby” ingrained into his soul. Not exactly what his dad meant, but Louis was 13. You can’t expect him to get everything right.
After a few months of living friendless in Japan, Sunny discovered that he would actually have to try and learn the language. Five years later, he’s surrounded by people and has a basic understanding of Japanese. Kanji still really confuses him, though, and he needs his friends or his mom to help him order food.

Digivice:
Sunny's digivice is a D-3 with a white body and pale gold grips.
Partner’s Name: Haze
Speech Color
Default Form: Indigomon
Gender: Male?
Alignment: Neutral
Skills/Talents: Like any feline, Indigo has excellent reflexes and flexibility. He is also able to fall from incredible heights without sustaining any major damage.
Personality:
Haze is pretty different from Sunny. He’s cynical and sarcastic, suspicious of everyone that isn’t Louis, and reluctant to rely on anyone for help. However, he’s extremely protective of anyone that manages to gain his trust, which is fairly difficult to do. He tends to cut people off when they talk to him, or dismiss them with an eyeroll or a snort. Pretty much every word that comes out of his mouth drips with sarcasm and condescension.
However, Haze does his good points. He’s always looking out for Louis, acting as his voice of reason and prudence. As much as he finds Louis’s boundless trust frustrating, he keeps a lid on the condescension while they’re talking.
He's always willing to do what he or Louis thinks is right, even if it ends up getting him hurt... which it usually does. Although, his sense of “rightness” usually leans more towards whatever he thinks will be interesting.

Essentially just a ball of baby-blue coloured fur. He doesn’t have a mouth yet, and his large ears are folded over like a newborn kitten’s. There is a strange line on his forehead, nearly invisible. It looks suspiciously like a closed eye, with what looks like a small yellow sticker keeping it shut.

His formerly forked tail has split into two complete ones. These tails are around six feet in length, and are extremely powerful.
The seal that covered his forehead in his rookie form has fallen off to reveal a large third eye that covers most of his forehead. This eye appears torn and half-formed, and is a bloody red color. This eye can't see anything, nor does it appear to do anything except act as a sort of amplifier for Haze's power.
This is a very raw and powerful form, which is apparent by its obvious lack of control. It literally drips power from its body, and its mouth is permanently wide and gaping, with large tears in the skin around the jawbone. There is no distinction between teeth and mouth, the teeth appearing as jagged extensions of the top and bottom jaw.

In this form, Haze is around Louis's height and about half his weight.
Zaffremon keeps his two tails, and his overall sarcastic demeanor has been re-obtained. After evolving to his perfect form, his eyes have regained their normal green color, and his body has become less unstable.
The third eye on his forehead has also reached a more stable form. It is now bright green like his other eyes, and has all the parts of a normal eye. Haze uses this eye mainly to hazily portend the very far-off future.
His body is lifted off of the ground by a large cloud that looks like a traditional brushwork painting, and can carry anything as long as Haze is touching it.

DIGIMON'S INITIAL EVOLUTION LINE
Fresh: Babyblumon
Appearance:
Essentially just a ball of baby-blue coloured fur. He doesn’t have a mouth yet, and his large ears are folded over like a newborn kitten’s. His eyes are large and bright green, and despite his lack of a mouth, he can express pretty much whatever he’s thinking. Usually, it’s something along the lines of “oh god this kid is an idiot.”
There is a strange line on his forehead, nearly invisible. It looks suspiciously like a closed eye, with what looks like a small yellow sticker keeping it shut.
Attribute: Virus

Bounce: Full-body tackle, ineffective against anything higher than other fresh digimon.
Digivolves To:Blumon
In-Training: Blumon
Appearance:
Blumon is Babyblumon with blue fur and short, stubby legs. His ears have finally unfolded, and his new-found mouth is very much loved and very well used. He now has a little stump for a tail, but don't mention it to him. He's very embarrassed by its stumpiness.
The weird line on his forehead is still there, but the yellow sticker has been replaced by two stitches.

Digivolves To: Indigomon
Rookie: Indigomon
Appearance:
At the rookie level, Haze has gained an entire body. He's a full-grown cat, apparently of the russian blue breed, with indigo fur and green eyes. His formerly stumpy tail has grown out beautifully, with the end forked into two. His paws seem slightly too large for his body, and his claws are so long that even when fully retracted, they can still break flesh.
His forehead is covered by an ancient binding seal that looks like a clean white bandage.
Attribute:Virus

Digivolves To: Cobalimon
Champion:Cobalimon
Appearance:
When Haze digivolves to Cobalimon, all of his power explodes outward. He is a giant, cobalt monster cat that exudes barely-controlled energy. Haze in this form is huge, around Sunny's height when sitting and over four times his weight.
His eyes have turned from green to an eerily empty white from which streams of light emanate. His skin gives off clouds of cobalt energy, which he can use to obscure his main body.
Attribute: Virus

Type: Demon Beast Digimon

Digivolves To: Zaffremon
Perfect: Zaffremon
Appearance:
Zaffremon is vastly different from Cobalmon. Haze has gone from a pulsating, overly obvious display of power to a more svelte and subtle form. Zaffremon is a zaffre bipedal feline dressed in a traditional red geisha's kimono. He holds two paper fans decorated with bakeneko in either paw.
