Marin's eyes lit up at the potential of this conversation. Yes, this subject was up his alley.
"Well, I've compiled a book from extensive notes I've made filled with detailed information with the various florae all around this world..." The MarineAngemon went to a drawer and pulled out a rather hefty book. Despite his small size, he was a mega, and could lift the book easily. The same might not apply to the twins.
"Don't worry, I'm not giving you *this* book; this is more of a reference edition. But it has various info on plants, berries, algae, tree bark, and other things. Edibility, medicinal uses, aromic aids, et cetera, as well as a way to identify unknown plants. But I'm sure you'll find this travel edition more... practical..."
Marin placed the large book down, and pulled out one of a much more reasonable size about a fifth of the size of the first book. "This is a more user friendly guide. If you two do take this, I am certain you'll find the contents useful. "
--- Lily heard the knock at the door and answered it. Looking down at the digimon, she quickly stated, "We're closed right now. Unless you have some other business."

Prophetmon bowed before the digimon that had just opened the door, in a sign of respect.
"I am sorry to disturb at this late hour. The information I was given about your restaurant was far too limited for me to find it any sooner. I seek a...rather particular digimon named. Well, what was its name? Oh, yes, Sanoske ! Is it?I have a VERY important message for it. I am I allowed in, I believe he is loged here."

((Uhh... Prophetmon. Why did you skip me in the posting order?))
Crystal's eyes nearly glowed when she saw Marin pull out his book. It had to be one of the biggest books she has ever seen. To bad it would be to big for them to carry around, or else Crystal would gladly accept it. Good thing though that Marin had a smaller travel edition.
"What do you think Pure? Should we take the book with us?" Crystal asked her brother, snapping him out of some sort so trance he seemed to be in.
"Huh? Sorry I wasn't paying attention." He said shaking his head, "Isn't the restaurant close now Marin?" He then asked the Mega.
"What's wrong Pure?" Crystal asked, curious about what hear brother was talking about.
"I don't know exactly, but I could of swore I just heard someone ask something about Sanoske, by name." Pure told her before focusing on his hearing again. Who would be searching for the Gazimon and know he was resting in this mobile restaurant? Whoever it was, Pure doubted that it was good news.

Lily almost kind of chuckled at the comment of how little info there was as to her shop location. It *was* a mobile shop, and usually she never outright stated where she would go next. She left that to her "nephew" Tabernackle to spread the word.
Anyway, this curious digimon wanted Sanoske; to tell him something important.
"Alright, come with me. Sanoske is resting at the moment, however." --- Marin was, admittedly, a wee bit insulted that Pure hadn't paid attention, and almost spoke to him about it before he stated that he heard someone ask for Sanoske by name. Moments later, Lily appeared in the doorway. She spoke softly to everyone, "Is our guest up?"
"Garrrooou..."
Marin shifted his gaze to the growling Gazimon. "How long were you awake?"
"[Long enough to consider taking one of those books. Foraging was never a strong suit of mine.]"
He got up and out of the bed. His movements were strained and pained, but he could move now, and his pain was definitely lessened. "" With a nod towards Crystal, he went off to speak with whomever wanted him. When he did see him, Sanoske spoke. "[Hello... and you are?]"

So this was Sanoske... What Prophetmon had been told told about was not exagerated. He was clearly still wounded, thought it seemed that the rest did its share. Prophetmon kneeled and started to explain himself: "Greetings. My name is Prophetmon and I am sorry to disturb you in your needed rest, but I bring na important message. There is no need for you to speak, I know it pains you. You see the stars have seen something in the digital world, a new rising evil which is even now consuming and corrupting it. Whatever it is, is threatning to destroy the very world we live upon and perhaps even more. I was assigned to carry out their warning to heroes around the digital world, and your name was one of the ones that was specifically requested. They told me you have...peculiar origins. Maybe I did not arrive in best moment, but I needed to come. Thought it won`t be today or tomorrow that the world will crumble, time is running and one can arledy see the effects of this evil`s corruption. Despite their power the stars cannot come to our world and need the assistance of those to agree to champion them to protect this world." Prophetmon kept still as he finished. He knew it would be hard to believe and that his message could bring about a lot of questions. Too many questions, perhaps. But he believed his word was urgent, as he had seen it, heard it...felt it.

Crystal and Pure watched the door as Lily walked up to it with a strange looking digimon behind her. She asked if Sanoske was awake, and was answered with a slight growl. Crystal turned to look at Sanoske as he got out of bed, worried that he was still to injured to be up yet. He had gave her a reassuring wink though before asking the stranger who he was.
So the thief doesn't this guy. Pure thought as he looked over the stranger. Something about this digimon rubbed him the wrong way. Yet he couldn't tell what exactly that something was.
The digimon then spoke, introducing himself as Prophetmon. He went on to say how the stars had told him about the end of the world, and how they told him about Sanoske. It seemed he wanted Sanoske to be a champion to stop this coming "apocalypse". Pure obviously had his doubts about what the digimon was saying, but didn't say anything. Prophetmon could take Sanoske for all he cared. It'd be one less thing for him to worry.
Crystal, on the otherhand, was curious about what the Prophetmon had just told them. "Talk to the stars? How exactly do you do that?" Crystal asked as she thought about how one could communicate with giant balls of gas burning billions of lightyears away.

And there was silence for a moment. Sanoske was in thought, and Marin and Lily looked at each other. At roughly the same Crystal spoke, Marin also said something.
"Cripes, the world is close to ending *again*? We're just getting back into the swing of things after the previous oncoming doomsday!"
Lily scoffed and crossed her arms. "You're taking this guy seriously? I don't listen to digimon claiming to read the future or stars or... whatever."
"He could be the real deal, Lily!"
"And you could be real gullible, Marin. I mean, no offense to Sanoske here, but you or I would make better saviors than him."
"[Wait.]" Sansoke barked. "[First off... no offense taken.]" he said, directed to Lily. This was all kind of surreal. He was unsure if he should believe this guy, but he had to give a response.
"[Prophetmon, if you are what you say... if you know what I am, then how is it that I am apparently one of these champions? I am recovering from this Guilmon beating me up... and I'm not even a real digimon. What some figment got that's so important to be referred to by name?]"
The Gazimon realized he was getting a bit riled up, souring his mood. Standing back, he sighed, calming himself down a bit.
"[Look... I think I do believe you... I wouldn't be in a position to decry you as a phony anyway. But please understand my concern that you searched out for *me*, specifically, knowing what I am. For all I know my creator will wake up and I'll vanish at any point.
Whoever sent you, perhaps they were mistaken about me."

Prophetmon knew doubt. It was sad to hear the truth defied by it, but it happened. And the worse wasn`t that those listened to him were divided between believers and non-believers, but the fact that the one he seeked doubted itself even more than a stranger who had just come in and told him a about a mad-like prophecy, even one as truthfull as Prophetmon`s. "Don`t worry. The stars have not told me of everything they know, just what they believed to be necessary. But I know this: You are stronger than you think, Sanoske. The stars may not have told me who your creator is, but they know it to be strong... and to be channeling that strenght to you, somehow. It will take time to develop your power, but this evil I spoke of isn`t alone. Even now it expands with the help of it`s minions, but I have no doubt you can defeat them and gather your strenght to do so... and the other heroes too, may I say, because you are not alone Sanoske, not in this demand. If, of course you choose to join. No one will force you, even thought the need the stars have for you. Or at least the one they seemed to express. And don`t doubt them, they have seen millenia of evils and heroes defeating such evils, even against the odds. And if you still doubt, feel free to ask the stars. Anyone can talk to them... the problem is them being able to talk to you. For some reason they can speak to me, even when I am not in one of their temples, the only place where they can speak to anyone else..."

The twins just watched oddly as the others talked. It didn't seem that they were needed anymore, but they didn't think they should leave just yet. Yet without any reason to add to the conversation, there wasn't much else to do. So Pure grabbed the sandwiches that Marin had got for them earlier, handed Crystal one of them, and they both took a seat on the bed.
As Prophetmon spoke, Crystal felt like her question was completely ignored. Sure he did eventually mention that anyone could talk to the stars, but he said this to Sanoske and never actually said how. She guessed that Prophetmon had probably had not heard her over Marin, and had decided to just let it go. So she took a bite of her sandwich in silence as she waited for the conversation between Prophetmon and Sanoske to end.

Marin and Lilly looked a bit confused hearing the implications of Sanoske's origins. Was he some sort of fake digimon? He certainly wasn't a spirit user, that's for sure. However, the two knew they would probably not get an explanation from Sanoske about details of his peculiar past. The Gazimon still needed to rest, and he wasn't reacting favorably towards this Prophet digimon; chances are, he wasn't in the mood to talk. At least, that is what they believed.
Sanoske was listening to the prophet talk, but he was not any more upbuilt from before. Although he won't say it was from the Prophetmon's lack of trying. He went on about talking to the starts and what not, and tried to instill confidence in him. Sure, Sanoske would not be the only one, but he didn't believe in himself.
This whole conversation seemed to have made him weary. It would be best to end it now.
"[Honestly, I don't know... I probably deserve no 'glorious mission' as this. This is something I need to think about. But... I am just tired right now... I need to rest, and time to think.]"
The Gazimon left Prophetmon and went back to the others, who were eating their sandwiches. He looked visibly tired and drained, even moreso than when he just woke up. It was not his physical condition, though, but his feelings of inadequacy.
He sat down by Crystal, but far enough to offer her space to eat.
"[*sigh* What a day this has been. ]"

Prophetmon was glad that Sanoske would at least ponder about his words. Many of those he had warned didn`t even listen, but this particular one had listened and would think about it. But Sanoske needed rest from today`s "fight". Prophetmon would not take it from him.
"Very well, then. Rest now and consider my words. They are of great importance, even if you choose not to believe in them. There is no need to take me to the door, I just came in, so I remember where it is pretty well. Oh, and Lily, don`t worry. Your fears were unfounded. Even as we speak, the word about Lily, the restaurant owner who has so much respect for her clients that would spare a thief she had just caught robbing her and beaten up and nurse him back to health. Remember, good actions lead to good consequences in the end. "Spes Saepe Fallit, sed bonem laborem semper laborem magnem est." Farewell."
Prophetmon turned and walked away. But he din`t go far from the retaurant. He found a rock which was big enougth to conceal him from the sight of those within the restaurant and got behind it. Then he sat down with his legs crossed and whispered:
"Truth Surge"
Immediatly he felt his body entering a state of meditation and his spirit left his body. He wasn`t dead, as he now could move his spirit around, but return to his body when needed. He knew his spirit could not be seen or heard, as only it`s claws were material enought to actually touch (or even harm) anything. So, he went back to the room where Sanoske was with his spirit and sat at the corner, listening and watching. He was confident Sanoske would listen to reason by himself, as it was the doubts about himself and not about Prophetmon that prevented him from agreeing immediatly. But the influence of others could change that, to the better or the worse. Prophetmon knew none of them was of the evil kind, but sometimes even the purest could lead into a bad path, without knowing or wanting it.

Crystal gave Sanoske a small grin as he sat near her. While it made her happy to see that he was able to move around now, it was also nice to know that he was trying to take it easy. It wouldn't do him any good if he overexert himself, especially with the information that Prophetmon had just told him. The Lopmon couldn't help, but wonder what the Gazimon thought about the strange digimon.
Once Prophetmon had left, Pure gave a sigh of relief. "Thank goodness. I thought that guy would never leave." Pure stated as he felt himself able to relax just a little bit more. Well... As much he could in a stranger's home with his sister sitting next to a thief.
Crystal snickered abit as she heard her brother's statement. She then glanced back over at Sanoske as a thought came to her head. "Here." She said as she teared her sandwich in half and offered Sanoske the half she hadn't bitten into yet, "I don't really like veggie sandwiches anyways." She added truthfully. Crystal had personally preferred more exotic foods then her brother.

Pure seemed happy the Prophetmon was gone, although Sanoske's own feelings were different. He was just the messenger for "the stars" who told him what to do. And he went and did it.
At this time, Crystal had given him half her sandwich. Although he would have normally turned down the offer, she stated that she didn't like veggie sandwiches. He took it with a smile, thanking her, before eating the whole slice at once.
There was some silence, and then Sanoske spoke again.
"[Well, I bet you think I'm gullible for believing him.]" He growled out loud, not directing to either specific one of the twins. "[Frankly, it's a bit hard to swallow, but... you know, I know things... some things... my creator knew years ago. He wasn't your run of the mill digimon. He either could do things many would not believe, or simply knew of other uncanny events.
A prophet who claims to speak to the stars... it really isn't that nonsensical; stranger things has happened. And besides... if there's someone who believes how I came about, who am I to disregard someone elses without consideration?]"
Sanoske scratched his head and looked to Pure. He was about to say something to him, but turned away.

((Uhh... Prophetmon. Just so you know, it's against the rules to make OOC only posts in an IC thread. If you need to inform us of something (like that you want us to skip you), just PM us instead.))
Pure scoffed at the fact that Sanoske believed the Prophetmon. "That guy was insane. He's just probably trying to pull one over you to get you to do whatever crazy task he asks you to do." Pure remarked before taking another bite from his sandwich.
"I wouldn't be so sure Pure. Don't you think your just jumping to conclusions again." Crystal responded as she looked over at her brother.
"Wait. Don't tell me you believe him to Crys."
"I don't really know if I do Pure. You have to admit that he has some merit, and I do know is that we can't take what he said lightly. What if it happens to be true? We can't have something like that just fly by our heads like it is nothing."
Pure eyes widen as figured out what his sister was getting at. "Oh no. Oh no no no no no. We are not going with that thief on some asinine quest to save the world just because some crazy digimon says so." Pure refuted.
"No one says we're going on a quest. All I was suggesting is that we don't just dismiss Prophetmon's words as if they were nothing. And what better way to do that then go along with Sanoske, if he would have us of course?" Crystal stated matter-of-factly.
Pure looked over at Sanoske before returning his attention to Crystal as he felt a sense of déjà-vu. Knowing he wouldn't be able to convince his sister against this course of action, he sighed saying, "I still don't like it." His only hope now was if Sanoske deny her request.
"And I'm not asking you too. Just trust me okay?" Crys replied to him with her signature grin.
"Sometimes I feel like I trust you to much." Pure responded under his breath. One of these days he knows he's going to have to pry himself out from under his sister's thumb.
Crystal turned to Sanoske with the look of victory in her eyes. "See. I told you I'd be able to convince him." She told him with blatent pride in her voice.
