"Growing up where blackberries grew wild I learned avoiding thorns is simple in theory but not always in practice. As long as she is more careful from now on she should be fine in the future though." Stacy said glancing at Ric with a smile before she said "Another trait Ric can't help is being cute but that's not a bad trait."
"I agree with Lizzie in this matter. Since I don't know how resistant you are to things like infections one shouldn't take chances." Stacy said removing her backpack and setting it on the ground before pulling out her first aid kit. Then she walked over to the pair of girls kneeling a bit before she said "Since the scratches seem small this shouldn't take too long so don't worry about that." Then she opened the first aid kit before pulling out the alcohol used for cleaning wounds, some smaller bandages, and balls of cotton before going about cleaning the scratches knowing this process stung like hell as she said "Sorry. Cleaning injuries is always the worst part." Then she took the small bandages and placed them on the small scratches before she put the first aid kit away, stood up, and said "There all done."

"There's a difference between getting pricked by a thorn by accident and grabbing onto one and not letting go," Lizzie pointed out reproachfully, casting a withering glare at Shizuka who flinched away from her. When Stacy commented on Ric's appearance, she raised an eyebrow. "Cute? Sure, if you're into the angry sea urchin look, I guess," she scoffed. Ric remained blatantly unaffected by either opinion, focusing the majority of his attention on Stacy and Shizuka.
Reluctant though Shizuka was to have a fuss made over her, she was not going to argue when Stacy started to treat them. Lizzie released her hands and stepped back to let Stacy work. As Stacy cleaned the wounds with alcohol, Shizuka couldn't help but give a pained whine but Lizzie was not sympathetic. "Don't be a baby," she said with a dismissive roll of her eyes. "It's just a little sting."
"Thank you very much for your help," Shizuka said to Stacy once her hands were bandaged.
"Indeed, we are fortunate to have been able to benefit from your experience. Isn't that right, Elizabeth? Ric?" Ala prompted the two less social members of the group.
"Call me Lizzie," Lizzie snapped, pointedly ignoring the question. Ric gave a grunt of what sounded like begrudging agreement but didn't take his eye off of Stacy.

'It's that Ric has a 'tough guy' image despite being little that I find far more adorable. That and the fact that he seems to be the silent type." Stacy said not bothered in the least by Lizzie who seemed at times more prickly then Ric's thorns. That was just the girl's nature so she shrugged that off too.
"No problem. I figured the first aid training would be handy. Perhaps you and Lizzie could look into getting the same certifications too." Stacy said getting to her feet a bit clumsily but this was normal for her so she never thought that much about it especially nowadays. "Don't worry, Lizzie. I have a brother who prefers to go by a shortened version of his name as well. Yet he prefers the shortest option over the cute sounding one. Maybe it's a man thing. Who knows?" Stacy couldn't help but chuckle at the memory of her youngest brother saying he preferred being called Tim over Timmy but she was still one of the few people who could get away with calling him Timmy. Probably because she was big sis and he didn't really care all that much if big sis called him that.
