Four miles is still too excessive. Realistically you might wanna re-write the attack to serve a different function, because in it's present state you aren't dodging the effects either. It's basically a mututal destruction button.

Adding a holosuit form for Dorumon (yet to be purchased): FaceClaim: ATTACK ON TITAN • Eren Jaeger • Dorumon (Nicknamed as Blake in the holosuit)
Adding the Dark Biomerge (yet to be purchased) - Holy Hunter: The effectiveness of Omnimon Zwart X's attack agains God Man/Angel/Holy Knight/Holy Beast type Digimon is increased by a third.
- Full Sync: This Digimon gains all the abilities his Tamer had due to the Biomerge's characteristics.
Natural Abilities- Soulrend: once per 5 posts, the user may release a powerful roar that strucks anyone near him, ally or enemy. The bloodlust and rage awakened by his past memories create a such intense pressure that makes anyone hearing it but him lose the ability to fly for 4 posts. Other Super Megas only suffer the effect for 3 posts, and DNA's aren't affected at all, due to one being stronger and another having 2 minds to share the pain. Cooldown begins after the effect fades.
Attacks:- Omega Arts: Upon activation, the Digimon releases all its inner power, quadrupling his attack and speed and doubling his defense for three posts. 4 posts CD after the effect ends
- Grey Sword: Using the blade in his Grey arm, Omnimon Zwart X produces such intense power that the air is compressed in an energy wave that advances towards an enemy in a long-ranged arch, allowing to hit multiple enemies. Up to three slashes can be released, but the power of the archs following the first hit is reduced to 50%.
- Garuru Cannon: Omnimon Zwart X shoots a damaging energy laser from his right arm as a stream, able to stop the energy flow when desired. These beams are always at the lowest temperature: zero kelvin degrees, which makes him able to freeze and burn any part of his opponent's body impacted by the laser, greatly reducing the movement speed of that specific area while damaging it for the equivalent of a Mega attack over the 2 posts duration of the freeze. The freeze-burn effect has a 2 posts CD.
- Blast Shield: Using the Garuru Arm, the user creates an energy field of his size that repels up to 4 attacks and lasts for a post after it was created. barrages counting as one. Should he or his allies fire a projectile/energy based attack, it's traveling speed is increased by 150%. 3 posts CD.
- Ars Magnum: Shooting a spheric projectile above the opponent, the energy breaks up and bombards the area below with multiple lasers coming from the sphere above. The attack can be cancelled if that projectile is destroyed, but it's great for striking down flying targets. 2 post CD.
- Shadow Assault: Spinning, the user releases a pulse of dark energy. After reaching the desired distance, it encloses up to three enemies inside and 12 fissures appear in the limits, the Super Mega levitating in the center as he launches himself forward, ramming the enemies with the Grey Sword. As he crosses the portal, it closes, instantly appearing in another one which closes the moment it exits. Enemies may not cross these fissures. When the Digimon has attacked from all the fissures, it drops from above, creating pillars of energy that extend from his position, shattering the area. 2+1 post CD, depending on enemies caught.
- Termination:Omnimon Zwart X focuses all the strength of his Digicore, the Grey Sword's inscription "TERMINATION" glowing in black light as a shadowy haze envelops the sword, shooting up to the sky as the latter darkens around the area. As the darkness oozes from the blade, extending its reach to one mile, the Super Mega will bring down his sword. The energy will instantly fall down on an area that has the same length and extends in width the further it is from the user, enveloping it in the same dark power. Everything caught by this attack is damaged immensely, the terrain usually destroyed beyond repair, featuring a new scar that honors the move's name. 5 posts CD.
Two attacks for Alphamon Ouryuken (Yet to be purchased by RAM Upgrades) (LOCKED) - Ouryuken Morphing: Alphamon is able to transform his Ouryuken greatsword into different modes, each of them granting the Digimon different fighting styles. The forms are as follows:
-Great Sword: The usual appearence of the Ouryuken, it features average speed and high damage. This form allows Alphamon the use of any technique involving the sword (OuryuWave and Blade Charge).
-Ouryuken Glider: The blade transforms into a single-seat vehicle with the sword's grip becoming two handles for the Digimon to grab and modify the speed when needed. The blade's sharp edges duplicate, the new two now pointing to the ground in diagonal directions, as if they were skids. The other blades stay in their usual position allowing to cut through the air more easily and thus allowing not only to reach Mach 5 in straight paths when combined to the glider's natural speed, but taking close turns and performing complex maneuvers. In curves, however its speed is reduced to Mach 4. Alphamon may only use Digitalize of Soul while riding the Glider.
-Dual Swords: The Ouryuken splits in two separate blades, losing strength but gaining a lot of attack speed. Alphamon can use these in fast combinations that can easily overwhelm opponents due to the sudden burst in speed.
-Whip: Alphamon's sword decreases a lot in width, but lengthens, gaining speed and a little damage, although the boost isn't as strong as the Dual Swords. While in this form, Alphamon is able to swing the whip at opponents up between mid and close range. He may also swing it around his armor in a sphere-like orbit, sending lower level Digimon (up to Ultimate) flying backwards a great distance. Megas and Super Megas are also sent back should they not block or dodge the move.
-Cannon: Allows for the use of the Ultimate Cannon Ouryuken.
- Alpha inForce:This attack is initiated by Alphamon attempting an upwards strike onto a single target. Should the initial hit miss, nothing will happen and this move will go on cooldown for five posts. Otherwise, they are sent flying, setting them for the attack to come, with Alphamon then channeling his energy as the Zero Hazard symbol appears on the ground, pillars of light emerging from each triangle.

Should the attack be successful, it goes on cooldown for 5 posts as well, with Alphamon losing his Ouryuken morphing ability for 3 of those posts. [/ul]

Omega Arts: Passively, grants Omnimon regeneration from the enemy's attacks, healing the equivalent of an Ultimate level attack every post whenever this technique isn't in cooldown. Upon activation, the Digimon releases all its inner power, quadrupling his attack and speed and doubling his defense for three posts. 4 posts CD. ^ For as long as you hold on to this, he's healing an Ultimate level move back every turn? Fixed for the most part.
As for Shadow Assault, the thing is the rammings inside the circle are dodgeable (the energy pillars are more difficult to escape, though), but since it's an enclosed area, the more opponents trapped, the most difficult it is for them to dodge, hence why the CD is increased when more than 1 opponents are caught. They can also back away from the circle if they are fast enough to react.
Soulrend is not a passive effect or an attack, it's more like an active ability, . It doesn't deal any kind of damage, nor it can be used as a defense or an offense on its own. It just cuts the ability to fly for some time, but it afflicts allies as well. If you want to, though, I'll put it as an attack to add with a ram upgrade, though then allies won't be affected. It can be used as a setup technique, or to gain more advantage against Digimon designed for aerial battles.

I'll allow Soulrend for now. Since it affects all and seems to be being used passively, I'll see what it's like as an Ability. I'll keep an eye on how it's being used and see what happens from there.
Termination: Okay, at most I'll allow 1 mile. Doing a google search on how long 1-2-or 3 miles is, having an attack that hits 2 miles is basically like being the one person on the site who could destroy Primary Village by standing in the middle of it and lol'ing using one attack. No.
Omega Arts: So you're either practically unkillable, since every turn you're regaining a Mega level attack (Even Super Mega's would have trouble keeping up with this). OR, you're practically unkillable, since a quadrupling of strength and speed, as well as a doubling of defense at the Super Mega level, will make your power level insane and you practically wouldn't take damage at all anyways.
I'm not seeing the balance in this.
