Name: Amane Yui
Alias: PawN (online)
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Height: 5’1”
Weight: 93 lbs
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Birth Date: April 3
Birth Place: Kyoto, Japan
Western Horoscope: Pisces
Skills/Talents
- Gamer: “Professional” status MOBA (multiplayer online battle arena) player.
- Compulsive liar: Effortlessly fabricates lies in order to pacify others.
Personality
One would often describe the girl as a wallflower of sorts, communication with her peers in person seeming awkward or disconnected. Her fear of social interaction seems to have taken a toll on her lifestyle, though she seems to find solace in online gaming. The confidence held within her pours out of her as she spends a majority of her time and energy on competitive online play. Her mother claims that she spends so much time on her computer that she may marry it when she grows older. As a shut in, the girl doesn't have very many friends in real life, though she's gained a significant amount of internet fame due to her skills as a gamer. She prides herself in her abilities, claiming to be the "valkyrie of the internet world". Due to her ever cocky attitude and smack-talking, she receives a fair amount of both flamers and admirers alike.
In person, Yui keeps a nervous interior and exterior, attempting to avoid social interaction at all costs. However, it isn't as if she doesn't desire it. With a fear of letting anyone down, she acts as if she were a hedgehog afraid to prick others with her sharp spines. When she does, she often lies about anything she's done or been doing in order to pacify others. Her tall tales leave her feeling a sense of guilt, and yet, she's unable to stop herself once the opportunity presents itself. She likes the idea of being independent, and she hates being told what to do more than anything in the world. At times, she might get angry, her rage causing her to break several keyboards among other things.
Despite the bad, she's genuinely loyal friend once she's taken a liking to another person. She would do anything to help a friend in need, regardless of how her own state might be.

Appearance
Her brown locks are kept short, cut by herself. Her bangs, however, often grow a bit too long before she finally gets around to cutting them. With almond colored eyes to match her hair, she might be seen as either "plain" or perhaps a "good girl". On occasion, her eyes may have bags under them from her many sleepless nights. At home, she'll pin her bangs out of her face with a couple of bobby pins so they won't get in the way. When she's out in town, she takes her pick of various types of outfits to wear depending on her mood. She might wear a dress if she wants to feel pretty, or she might wear something more subdued with a pair of sunglasses if she doesn't feel the need to draw attention to herself. She wears a limited amount of makeup even on her best days, as she usually spends most of her money on video games. She doesn't dress to impress anyone, after all; she does what she likes with her appearance. Overall, one might say she's just average.

Personal History
As long as she could remember, it was just she and her mother. It wasn't as if she didn't know where exactly her father was; she received letters with money just about every month with either just three words or even a status update on how things were on his end. She didn't exactly remember what he looked like, though her mother continuously reassured her that she could do, "Much better than that." Despite this, Yui wasn't even inclined to find out what he truly was like in person. She didn't want things to change, and she certainly didn't want a second parent in the picture. Things were fine.
As a chatty, imaginative child, she was often described as "strange" by her peers. She was apt to tell her friends tall tales, which caused a cycle of bullying and harassment throughout the rest of her school life. She felt inadequate, her anger causing several schoolyard fights (in which she lost) until her mother finally decided to make the decision to pull her from school.
Since, she'd become a shut in, spending most of her time on the internet, taking up an online alias known as "PawN". More recently, she became addicted to the online "MOBA" genre, winning several tournaments with her professional leagues of sorts. With her winnings, she used it to pay for an apartment of her own. With some convincing, her mother allowed her to live on her own, though she seems to visit routinely.

Digivice
Default Form: Terriermon
Gender: Male
Alignment: Good
Skills/Talents
- Comedic genius; usually the one cracking the terrible puns. The best at cheering anyone up.
- The art of surprise; takes a lot of people off guard either with his sudden appearances or with his abrasive personality.
Personality
Terriermon is known to be rash and abrasive, though he has the best intentions. His snark knows no bounds. He has a constant sense of curiosity, as he's got a constant barrage of question after question. Due to his blunt personality, it's always clear what's on his mind. While he and Yui are practically polar opposites, they share a few things in common. The two enjoy spending their afternoons lazing about, and they love to eat snacks together.
In contrast to Yui's homebody personality, Terriermon is constantly on the go, always looking for some sort of "trouble" to get into. He has a sense of adventure about him that often gets him into sticky situations. However, with the help of his sharp wit, he's usually able to wiggle free from nearly any confrontation. Though he seems cocky, he still remains a humble digimon; he has an air of confidence but not in an overbearing sense.
Despite his behavior, his first thought will always be protecting his friends with an undying sense of loyalty. He hates to see others upset, always the first to jump in and lend a shoulder to lean on. He might drop one-liners to ease tensions, some which might either make others sigh or have the most stone faced of people crack a smile.
Of the two, he's know to be the most reasonable in tight binds. He has a strong sense of leadership despite his fiery personality, which provides as Yui's pillar of confidence. When one might see the two together, Terriermon is usually the one to tell her to buck up and try to boost her self-esteem.
