Vetina blushed as Yaku held onto her, but she knew it wasn't right. She couldn't just take advantage of a situation like this... but it felt so nice being in the embrace of a man who...
...who was still married, so she pried herself from his grasp, but remained gentle enough to not harm him, and then shook him a bit.
"Tridori Yaku, heed my shortened phrases, for the shibboleth of my words confuse and confuddles.
Yaku. Go there. Ask for her. For me, Yaku. I implore you to muster bravery."
Turning him around, she would push him back to where they stood before. As much as Vetina wanted to help, it was bad enough that Yaku only probably half understood her. It won't help if she confused someone else with her words.

"I... I... alright." Yaku took a deep breath and returned to the burly man. "I am looking for Mrs... Mrs Tridori." The man stared at Yaku as if he had two heads. "Sh-she lives here? I'm her husband?" "...What are you talking about, man? This house was empty when I bought it." Yaku gave a look of horror and confusion. "B-bought it? T-that's impossible, I was only gone for a year! She couldn't have possibly..." Yaku began stammering and pacing, walking back and forth on the confused man's porch, his annoyance growing. "Dude, get off my property before I call the cops." The man shut the door on Yaku as he hastily followed the stranger's instructions, approaching Vetina, shaking and even more worried than before. Only a few whimpers escaped his lips and he looked ready to start crying.

Vetina watched as Yaku stammered his way through the brief conversation, prompting the burly man to slam the door in his face. Yaku came back dejected, about to cry and, over all, just looked quite pathetic.
But she placed a friendly hand on his shoulder and smiled.
"Aye, and there you stood, no? Adequate, but you fished info. And do look at the solace, taking it knowing that that man is no marital iteration. Perk up, yeah?
We need to sleuth. Yaku, recollect any whom deem themselves knowing of your wife. Any grounds regular to her shoes, too. Any of pertinence."

"...No Vetina. No. I... I just don't belong." He said, clenching his fists. "My wife has given up on me, I lost my house, my job... my job's probably LONG gone! ...I'm going back to the Digital World. I'm going back to that raveling resteraunt, I'm going back to that job, and I'm going to forget about the human world that's caused me nothing but pain!" He ran away, crying and trying to find the portal back to the digital world. He was in a situation where the best thing would be to stay calm and think rationally, but he was running away, like a small child... the small, fearful child in Yaku had returned out of the powerful man that Yaku had become. His wife was gone, and for all he cared so was the human world.

Vetina looked shocked as Yaku had his outburst before running off, crying. Even Vetina felt hurt for the human. But she had to set him straight. She couldn't let him throw all his efforts away on an assumption, and for that, she was also angered. She had to catch up with him.
Which wasn't too hard, Yaku being a human who wasn't exceedingly athletic and Vetina being a digimon who has to move quickly and discreetly. The quickly part was the only thing she used, though, as she ran to him to grab his arm.
"Yaku, you're incorrigible. You fowl-hearted human with a long voided spine! Your journey, your hopes, my aid regulated to... paltry swill? Not even gunning concrete but with a lackadaisical grasp firing upon darkness, even!
I know your mind is running ragged with misery; I've ran that track in ways unbookable by head trip. Going off the trail won't aid you. Keep on track! Reach a goal! And this... this is relating from my past anguish!
But run off course more, and it means a forfeit of any bid for aid by my hand and by proxy, I assure you that!"

Yaku cried as he tried to pull her off, but as his arm strength wasn't as powerful as her grip, it proved fruitless. "Let me go Vetina, I tried, and I failed. My wife is probably long gone..." At the very least she'd gotten him to stop and listen. He sniffled pathetically as she tried to talk sense into him, and grew more calm as she continued. "M-maybe... maybe I... yeah... l-let's... I need to think Vetina. This is... I don't know... Let's check into a motel for the night... I-it's been a long day." He stopped struggling against her and looked downtrodden towards the ground, equal parts embarrassed and saddened.

Vetina let go once she saw that Yaku had calmed down (although if he ran off again she wouldn't chase him this time). She sighed, rubbing her head as she looked at the pitiful human before her.
"Sure, take a night to recollect bearings. Procuring a room is a trek for you and you alone.
Your pension for misfortune would turn BlackGatomon's green, and if a wandering gaze belongs to your wife, best it be on you and nothing. And I'd gain weight in guilt if I've proven my worth as the instrument of further wedging between you and her.
Still, my eye's on you. Trained ninja and all."

"I... thanks Vetina..." He dug around in his pockets and frowned as he only found pieces of the digital world's currency. In hindsight he probably should have checked into a bank in the digital world to transfer them to yen. "I'm... no, nevermind. I'll figure this out... you've already done so much for me i-it just wouldn't feel right to ask for another favor." Putting his money back and adjusting himself, Yaku began walking down the street to look for his office, hoping to plead for his job back, if not a check to help him get back on his feet.
He waved goodbye to his friend, wondering how the human world had changed since he was gone. It seemed so odd, like he had returned to his own house but found his CD collection seemed off, making him wonder if he did it and didn't recall or if someone else had done it to purposely set him on edge.
