Scout isn't going to bother addressing the fact that Shiro doesn't seem to know his own name. What does he say when he Digivolves then? Or is it just inane screaming? Wait. That second one could be completely spot-on and it wouldn't surprise anyone. ...Meh.
Scout is at least polite enough to let Kuro finish talking before he chimes in, "I'd be happy to help as well. Whether you need things explaining, or help with anything practical or whatever! I don't get to do this stuff very often anyway. It usually ends up being running around and adventures and explosions and mechanical dinosaurs and awesome stuff," Okay.
Another Digimon hops out of the bag, and lands on the floor. About the size of a human head (how did all of these Digimon fit into his bag, exactly? There's probably a ladder and a small island nation in there as well). It looks at both Kuro and Shiro with a grunt, "Thought the idea was to stay hidden. Jeez," Not that he can talk exactly, "Are we nearly done here, Kid? Wouldn't mind gettin' the use of my arms and legs back," He peers up at Scout, who crouches down and nudges him. "Be nice, B. We're talking to someone. She's new to all of this...uh. Well, we kinda just threw her in the deep end here with three Digimon five minutes,"
'B' looks up at Mitsuko and grunts, seemingly in greeting, "Ma'am. M'BlackKoromon," Of course you are.
Mitsuko couldn't help but to giggle softly, as Shiro's version of "safer" resulted in a minor accident. Another jolt of shock coursed through her body, at the sudden appearance of another Digimon. Listening to Kuro, Mitsuko gathered that Kuro was the more responsible of the two. "So if you're Shiro, you must be... Kuro?" Mitsuko's bell-like voice chimed softly, as she looked at the sleek, black, weasel-like creature.
Mitsuko nodded in agreement to Kuro's explanation, and offer to help. When Scout agreed to help as well, Mitsuko's eyes watered slightly. "Thank you. All of you. Kai has my number, so whenever he is ready, he can call me." Mitsuko then reached into her pocket, pulling out some paper and a pencil. Quickly she scribbled down her phone number and handed it to Scout. "That sounds... fun... dangerous, but fun. Please, call me when you're ready as well.
Mitsuko blinked in surprise as BlackKoromon appeared. Did that bag defy the laws of physics? How did those three fit in the bag comfortably? Chances are, they probably didn't fit comfortably. Another giggle came from Mitsuko as 'B' scolded the other two digimon.
"BlackKoromon? Or do you prefer 'B'? Are you Scout's partner? What do you mean you want your arms and legs back? And how does one go to the digital world?" Mitsuko's mind took a turn for the logical. She had to keep herself busy before she succumbed to temptation. The three digimon were so cute! She really wanted to..."Can I hold one of you?"Mitsuko blurted out, then quickly raised a hand to cover her mouth. The problem with a logical mind, you tend to say what you're thinking, without meaning to. Crap.
Kuro nodded at the mention of her name. "He will call when he is no longer invalid... But I expect that you will have met your partner by then. Of course, there are always things that a more experienced tamer can help with." Not that she had any examples on top of her head. Seemed like everything Kai knew had already been explained. So much for 'more experienced tamer.' If she weren't keeping up a facade, she would have sighed... But it never hurt to try and look cool, she thought.
None of the three took away Scout's chance to explain more things. Kuro out of politeness, Kai out of incapacitation, and Shiro because he was too busy swatting at a dangling cord. Err... Someone should probably stop him before he kills Kai. Well, that's easier said than done- When Mitsuko asked if she could hold one of them, he leapt towards her before the others could respond. Not that Kuro had any intention of being held, anyways. Hopefully Suki was prepared to catch the cat Digimon.
A twinge of something runs through Scout. Jealousy? Nah. "Well, I've been doing this longer than Kai. Heck, I've even been buds with B for longer than he's had his Digivice. I'm sure he'd be helpful, but he's gonna be here for a while. I'll help you if I can, though," He offers a bright smile to Mitsuko.
"I'm not...his partner. We're just..." Friends? "comrades. We fight together and live together. Digimon have the ability to evolve into higher forms and regress into lower ones. This is one of my lowest forms, which I mostly assume in the human world when I leave the house. It draws less attention. We tend to get much larger as we go through more advanced forms,"
That might be the most that B's ever said to a human outside of the Evans family. She should feel honored! Scout follows up, "The Digital World? There's a train. I can show you later, if you want. There are also a few cracks between realities that people've found. Faster, just a bit, uh. Conspicuous. One's in a river."

Mitsuko nodded her agreement to Kuro's words. They did make sense to her. She scanned the room, catching sight of Shiro, the white catlike digimon, her mouth opened in protest, as she noticed the cord he was playing with. However before she could voice her concern, Shiro leapt at her! In the knick of time, her arms braced the impact of Shiro.
Her left arm cradled him, as she hesitantly reached towards his fur with her right hand. Taking a nervous deep breath she stroked the fur on his head, between his ears. She let a soft gasp escape her lips. He was soft, she could feel him breathing, his heart beating against her arm. Slowly, a smile graced her face as she looked from Shiro to Kuro, then Kai, B, and Scout.
Mitsuko felt her smile grow even bigger as Scout assured her of his help. "I... I would greatly appreciate any help you could give me." Mitsuko listened to B's explanation of evolution, as she continued to pet Shiro. Again nodding in agreement to a Digimon's words. "That is logical. It is like us humans. According to science we evolved from a smaller form, into what we currently are. We just can't regress. I wonder if Digimon evolution was modeled after Human evolution to an extent."
Mitsuko was so entranced by the thought of evolution, and the soft strokes her hands made against Shiro's fur she almost missed Scout answering her question. Almost. She felt her focus snap back into place as Scout spoke. "I assume that there is a special train station. I mean, they would have to know where their trains are going. So access would be limited, unlike public transport. I would appreciate it if we went there, someday. Really? A river! That is cool!" Mitsuko continued to pet Shiro, gently rubbing the top of his head. Her mind buzzing with all this new information.
